Name: Fruz (Appule's Race. No canon name, so I made up one)

Starting Planet: Anywhere that used to be controlled by the Acrosian Empire
Starting Power: 450-1000
Appearance:
Fruz are octopus-like humanoid creatures various skin tones, ranging from every color of the rainbow, and white or red eyes. It is also common for some members of the race have different colored spots on the head, arms. Some have also been seen to have large fangs or horns. Standard Fruz apparel consists of a battle armor suit, a blaster, and sometimes a scouter.
Background:
Little is known about the true origin of the Fruz. However, they do know that the Fruz was a race that the Acrosians saw potential in, so they eradicated all sources of culture and history, to turn them into their own race of soldiers. What used to be the Fruz teaching the younger ones math and reading, is now replaced with them learning how to fire their blasters, and how to become strong. What used to be father and son having fun with each other, is now the two sparring for training. Before the tragic intervention of the Acrosian Empire, the Fruz were actually a peaceful race. The Fruz never advanced in technology with the rest of the universe. Instead, they relied on hunting for food, and learning things on their own. Because of this, they were quite intelligent, and were amazing with a bow and arrow.
After the fall of the Acrosian Empire, the Fruz were so brainwashed by the Acrosians, that they forgot what actual life is like. This leads to some Fruzes being confused with things that are done simply for enjoyment (ex. playing video games). Despite what you may think, Fruzes usually are grateful towards Saiyans, mainly for freeing them of their Acrosian rule. As the opposite goes, most Fruzes are aggressive towards Acrosians. But, the opposite can also happen with extremely loyal Fruzes.
Unique Characteristics:
Marksman's Eye: Because of the Fruz's natural marksmanship, they have a tendency to almost never miss their shot. Because of this, whenever they are using a ki technique, and their opponent uses a dodging technique, instead of dodging up to 100, 200, or 300% of their PL, they can only dodge up to 80, 160, and 240% of their PL.
Training Experience: Because of their harsh treatment of the Fruz during their training, they are now able to train much more efficiently than other races. This leads to a 10% increase in PL gains in threads, along with learning a technique per 5000 PL. However, due to them not knowing much else other than training, they have a 10% decrease in Zeni gains in threads.
Intimidation: Because of the Fruz getting brutally destroyed by Saiyans in the very distant past, whenever a Fruz attacks a Saiyan that is stronger than them, they seem to cower out, which means that their "Marksman's Eye" effect is inverses, and now the Saiyan dodges up to 120, 240, and 360% of his/her PL. However, if the Saiyan is weaker, then the Fruz gains courage and bravery, making the Saiyan dodge at only 70, 140, and 210% of their PL.
Transformations:
{Energy Booster}[x4] This technique was used after battles with the SSE, and was just recently discovered. Using a blaster, or ki, depending on what scenario the Fruz is in, the Fruz draws energy from it's surroundings or blaster. The Fruz's ki color and pupils turn into whatever color the Fruz's skin is, and their muscles begin to bulk up. Surprisingly, their speed isn't affected by this at all.
{Dynamo Booster}[x8] A technique only taught to elite Fruzes; the Dynamo Booster is a stronger version of the Energy Booster. It instead of using ki or the blaster, it absorbs energy from both, hence doubling the power. In this form, the Fruz becomes even bulkier, and the spots on their body almost turn into spikes, as the new pattern they form makes it seem so. In addition, the Fruz's eyes turn bright red. However, in order to be able to take two inputs of energy, you must have a PL of 20,000 and know Bulking.
{Super Booster}[x10](PERMANENT*) After training hard for a new form, with no avail, in a spiral of frustration, a Fruz will eventually be able to use the Super Booster, turning him into a Super Fruz! The Fruz's main skin color turns bright yellow, while the spots turn whatever the old main color was. The Fruz's ki color will also turn a bright gold, almost blinding anything looking at it. In order to achieve this form, you must have a PL of 110,000! Clearly this Fruz must have reached the pinnacle of power...right?
{Mega Booster}[x15] So if a Fruz were to continue training after achieving the Super Booster, eventually, he would come across an even stronger variant, known as the Mega Booster. In this form, the Fruz's main skin color turns into a deeper shade of gold, and develops either horns or fangs. The Fruz also becomes very arrogant and destructive in this form, and it seems that no matter how hard a Fruz tries, it simply can't calm the destruction. In order to have the Mega Booster, one would have to reach a power level of 160,000.
{Ultra Booster}[x22] One brilliant day, a very strong Fruz who had achieved the state of Super Fruz 2, could never achieve I higher power. So, using his innovative mind, he thought, perhaps instead of trying to find a new form, maybe he could use what he already had? So, he combined the strengths of the Energy Booster, the Dynamo Booster, and Super Booster, to create the Ultra Booster, that gives a super-powerful boost to your character! However, it takes a power level of 250,000 to perform.
{Hyper Booster}[x45](*TURNS OFF SUPER BOOSTER PERM) After countless months of training, a Fruz had finally done it. They had surpassed all forms that a Fruz could take that they had known on the face of the universe. This form was simply known as a Hyper Fruz, or the Hyper Booster. With this form, a Fruz can reach levels beyond what anyone had ever imagined. And from what used to be a frail, weak soldier, arose a god!
