((PL: 2,835,195 due to Makyo Star effects. Base is: 257,745))She was almost finished with all of her preparations to leave the planet and so far, Zerori was satisfied with everything so far. Making a mental note of her preparations, she was currently making her way back to the Lookout that Bing had showed her around the first time. Meeting Bigby was a good chance to relax and bring her worries to the forefront – to be… ‘human’, almost… After their spar, which concluded most ‘surprisingly’, she’d decided to quickly close out some important affairs with the man that’d given her most of her missions. It’s too bad, I haven’t done any for months, She noted with a grin. Afterwards, and most ironically, she’d had actual human ‘date’ with the valiant Captain Nova. She didn’t really understand how he’d come back to life, most likely given those dragon balls, but she assumed it was for the best. And that date, the fight with Bigs and sealing up her assets helped her to go through with this decision… “You’re not getting out of this, Bing Gan!” She grinned, feeling quite clever for the plan she had in mind. She was certain that he had an idea where she could find more of those gems, how to get there, and what she would encounter when she arrived there. If he doesn’t know any of this – WhichIhighlydoubt!- I’ll just… figure it out from there, somehow. It didn’t sit well with her to try and assault the God after he’d kept her demonic side in check. After the three days of what she could consider ‘peace of mind’, she was starting to wonder if she ever wanted to go back to that feeling. “No,” She mumbled, taking a deep breath as she passed the first platform above the large pole, “I can’t depend on his weird ‘purifying’ technique,” She needed to figure out how to control this power on her own... Finally passing up the second platform, she fell on the edge of the Lookout and almost fell backwards, giving a little ‘Ohshit’ before she balanced herself with a relieved sigh. She gave the edge a slightly fearful look before walking towards the middle of the castle, looking for the God of the Earth… “Hey!” She called, her deep voice reverberating across the platform, “I came to see what you found, and uh… we need to discuss some matters…” She spoke the last part softly, hoping she didn’t give away her intent to interrogate him.

As usual, it was a peaceful afternoon on the Lookout. The Guardian sat on a massive stone throne, searching the planet for any potential deadly threats; his eyes closed to more properly focus his Ki Sensing ability. Of course, most substantial warriors that tried to cause trouble were met with immediate resistance, thanks to either the Zetto-Senshi or the Blue Banner Army. With the two of them working together, Bing didn't need to leave the Lookout much, which gave him more time to train or deal with his more mystical duties.
Besides, the major trouble usually came to him.
Bing sat up in his throne as he felt an unusually strong energy coming his way. It was nearly half of his maximum power, and it was painfully familiar. His brow arched as he stood up. "What is Zerori using so much power for? Is she in trouble?... Maybe her corruption took hold again." He grabbed the staff resting behind his throne, and headed outside just as Zerori landed.
The Demonic Saiyan shouted from across the way, asking if Bing had found any more info on the corruption taking her body hostage. He revealed himself from within the shadowy temple, nodding towards Zerori. The Hybrid would probably immediately notice Bing's change of wardrobe since last time. He looked more like a mage or mystic than he did a fighter.
"Greetings Zerori."
He approached the Saiyan, a stoic expression on his face. This wouldn't be time for smiles and jokes; he even made sure to keep his power fully flared, just in case the demon lost control over herself. Corruption as deep-rooted as Zerori's seemed to be was an insanely pressing matter. "I have made progress, though it is rather small. Was there something else you wanted to discuss before we started properly delving into what is ailing you?"

The figure that came from inside the grand mansion had the saiyaness stop mid step and hunch over like she was seeing a dangerous animal for the first time. Looking on wards, she only recognized the white hair that flared up into the sky. No… She tilted her head at him, her brow knitting in mystified wonder before she raised a hand to point at him, “Tell me, please…you’re not wearing a dress…” She wanted to burst out into laughter at the sight of the great god of Earth dressed so over the top for his role. Was this normal?! Oh, c’mon Zee! Doing her best to not laugh, a hint of a strained smile ready to burst at the seams, she just shook her head and closed the distance between them. “Yeah, some,” She cleared her throat, giving him a once over before she finished, “- new information needs some answers.” Walking over to a table nearby, she took up a chair and turned it around to sit in his backwards. Folding her arms over the top, she started right into the meat and potatoes. “About a day or so ago, the sky went dark and some sort of pillar of light was seen near here,” She stated it as fact, making it clear he couldn’t obfuscate the knowledge. “I don’t know much about these ‘dragon balls’ aside from what you told me: that they grant a wish to one whom gathers them all.” Running a hand through her hair, she growled lowly, “What was wished for? And frankly, can they be used again? I need to know for important… personal reasons.” She gestured around them, continuing with another question, “And honestly, what is this place? How does it float in the air and… why?” As much as she tried to ignore the desire, she was insanely curious about the structure and how it came to be. Such things were almost a hobby of hers, ‘Architecture’. As she waited for his response, a slight pain could be felt in the back of her mind. It wasn’t easy to ignore but didn’t detract from her ability to focus yet, so she stayed silent about it. The power of the star was a hindrance at this point in her life, the saiyaness able to play off the intense emotion as snide comments and subversive behavior to quell it.

Bing frowned, watching as Zerori forced herself not to laugh. She tried to hide it as best she could, but a Guardian can tell when someone's laughing; even on the inside. "Joke all you like internally, but this is the sacred robe of the Guardian of Earth. It might look silly, but its what all Guardians wear." He grabbed at his own robe, chuckling as he spoke once more. "Though I must agree, it does look a lot like a dress... I could pass for an old lady or something, couldn't I?" He chuckled again as Zerori finally approached.
The Demon girl seemed to request some information, though of what kind he was unsure at the moment. His brow raised curiously as he watched the girl stride towards a table. He never put that table there; how did it appear? He turned to the sky, noticing the Makyo Star's evil influence was permeating the air. He sighed as he immediately deduced what had occurred. "Trickster Demon's... I'll need to find out where that little one is hidden."
He pulled up a chair opposite of Zerori, staring at his own fabricated food: Beets and Rice; a combination he personally had never seen before. He poked at it with his fork, and frowned, deciding to simply ignore the faux-meal.
He turned his attention back to the girl as she spoke. She made her questions intent very clear; she wanted to know more about the Dragon Balls.
Bing nodded. He saw no reason to keep her in the dark. If he did, she might not be as willing to work with him. He placed his elbows on the table as he began to explain.
"Yes, you are correct in assuming the odd weather was the Dragon Balls doing. We collected them over the course of a few months. The wish made was to revive Planet Namek; a nice side-effect being that a few of Earth's warriors were revived as well due to our wishes wording."
With that question answered, Zerori moved onto her next inquiry. She wanted to know why the Lookout was here. Bing simply chuckled in response. "Honestly? I'm not sure. I know a few things though. It was created thousands of years ago, and ever since then Guardian's of Earth have resided on its floating tiles. From here, the Guardian can see all things that occur on the Earth... I suppose you could think of me of that 'Santa Clause' fellow that some people seem to believe in." He chuckled once more, speaking in a sing-song voice before trailing off "I always know when you're sleeping~... You get the idea."
The Guardian stood up quickly, turning in place. He fired a Ki blast at one of the tiles on the ground, and it popped into the air, revealing it was a small demon in disguise! He bounced painfully on the ground for a moment, before stopping himself with a burst of Kiai. The miniature trickster demon stood up, shouting mean words in a demonic tongue at Bing before disappearing in a flash of light; the table Zerori sat at disappeared in a similar flash. The Guardian turned back to Zerori, a smile on his face as he spoke. "Now then, are you ready to discuss your corruption? I think I made a break-through."

When Bing seemed to notice the table for the first time, Zerori couldn’t help but notice that he hesitated to sit at it. Was it not always here? Ignoring his statement, uncertain exactly what that had to do with the table and chairs, she listened as he explained the event. It matched up with what Bigby had told her and her own suspicions, so she gave a nod and kept the knowledge to herself. Most surprising was that the planet Realigner had mentioned was brought back. Namek… What about this planet catches my attention? She made a note to ask Bing about it just before she left. Propping her hand against her cheek, she half smiled at him, “Glad that worked out. They may not have a home anymore, but they’re alive, right?” She tried to stow the attitude before moving along to the next topic, only slightly regretful that she was being so snippy. He’s an honorable man, unlike some I am aware of, She mused to herself, remembering the chaos of her last ‘old flame’. He admitted he didn’t really know how this place came to be, which was slightly disappointing given her raised brows. However, when he made mention of a throne where he could watch over people, she leaned lifted her head from her palm in surprise, “’Santa Claws’? You mean there’s a man named after ‘Claws’? What kind of name is ‘Santa’?” His next tidbit of facts had her narrow her eyes in suspicion, but he quickly stood up to turn around. Getting up from her seat, he would see her hand clenched into a fist with rapidly flickering black flames dancing along the glove. When it seemed to have been a small imp that somehow took the form of a tile – no doubt to eavesdrop, she lowered her hand hesitantly. The saiyaness felt on edge with her muscles aching with how tense they were. The little demon flashed away, along with the table prompting the saiyaness to look between where the table was and Bing before she scratched the back of her head. I guess all demons do that… She looked back at him with a tired smile, flames disappearing completely in her head. “Yes… please,” It was still three days before the star would be far from the solar system, yet she felt so exhausted. Before he could begin, she turned to look back at the inside of the palace, “You got a… couch or something? It’s a been a long, long day and bein’ honest with you,” She grimaced, partially grinning as she did so, “I feel like shit, heh!” He would no doubt understand something about her condition, and in knowing about it – understand her discomfort. Leaning against the wall, she reached a hand up to the conduit on her left arm and waved over it. Summoning a can of beer, she took hold of it before gravity did and popped the top before knocking it back. Her throat moved fluidly as she quite literally chugged the alcoholic beverage down, before finishing with a loud gasp. “Phew, that helped,” She muttered, wiping her mouth with the back of her arm. Looking to him, she forgot to offer. “Uhh, want one?”

Bing turned back to see that Zerori looked a bit worse for wear than he originally realized. The Makyo Star probably took a bigger toll on her than it did empower her; she was most likely trying her hardest to suppress any demonic corruption that was aching to break free of Bing's temporary seal. He worried that she might not be able to hold it back for long. Zerori politely asked for something to rest on as she fabricated a beer, but Bing simply shook his head. "Sadly we're going to have to head into the Lookout to discuss the corruption. These little gremlins may be tricky, but they can't enter the Lookout's temple for some odd reason... Whatever the case, I don't want them hearing about what I've discovered, so if you'll please follow me." The Guardian turned to the Temple's entrance, but quickly returned his gaze to Zerori when she offered a drink. "Hmm... Got any Hetap?" Should Zerori reveal she did indeed carry the oddly named beverage, Bing would bring his hand up, hoping to catch it when she presumably tossed it at him. The Guardian slowly walked towards the temple, beckoning Zerori inside. Should she follow along, she'd be greeted with a rather interesting sight in the very first room; a large stone throne sat in the middle of the dimly lit room. It had a mystical presence about it; one that would most likely make Zerori hesitant to sit upon the stone chair. Bing wouldn't linger in the room for long, though. He quickly approached one of the halls that led deeper into the Lookout, most of the inside being dimly lit as the throne room was. After a bit of walking, the duo would come across an absolutely massive set of stairs. It was one of very many that was hidden within the Timeless Lookout, and it was certainly not the longest. Bing turned to the Demon Hybrid before they descended, offering his hand to the girl. He spoke in a concerned tone as he explained what he was actually offering. "I can tell you're tired out. The look in your eyes tells me you've been through more than enough lately. Do you want me to give you a ride down the stairs? It shouldn't be too much of a strain on me; I've lifted heavier stuff than you before." Though the offer might be seen as flirtatious to some, Bing simply didn't want the girl to pass out halfway there. It was a long journey, and despite her massive power, he wasn't sure she'd make it all the way down. Should the girl accept, he'd chug his Hetap if he was given it, placing the can down on the floor to collect later. Bing would then turn, allowing the girl to hoist herself up on his back to safely trek down the stairs together. Should the girl decline however, he'd simply sip at his drink (presuming he even had one), slowly beginning his trek down the stairs. Regardless of which the girl chose, they would begin their descent of the stairs together...

From against the wall Zerori’s face fell crestfallen, not in the mood to walk any amount of distance after the day she’d been through. With a bedraggled sigh the saiyaness would nod before leaning away from the wall to walk toward him. At his question, she felt her eye brows raise in surprise. Hetap man, huh? With a smirk, she raised her hand back to circuit before materializing another can for him. Grasping it in her hand, she threw it at the God before following him. “Didn’t think you could handle that stuff,” She mumbled, passing through an archway into the next room. The mid-size throne was a little strange to see given how humble Bing came off, but he’d already explained the point of it so she didn’t pay it any judgment. When they passed by it, going down another hallway, she felt an almost immediate sense of nausea rush over. Clenching her jaw, she swallowed a couple times to push down the rising urge to expel the contents of her stomach. She paced beside him, ignoring the ever worsening sensation before finally she had to stop. She grasped the wall, breathing deeply in and out. It quelled her queasiness but now she felt as if her head was about to fall apart. It wasn’t until she’d looked up at him, vision a little distorted from the intensity of what was happening to her, before she realized that he’d offered a hand to her. At his offer, she felt herself biting her lip in self loathing. I’m completely at his mercy here, it seems. For hesitated to take his hand for a moment, before deciding against her doubt. If he wanted to kill me, he would have done so already. Giving a simple nod, she weakly responded, “Walk slowly. And we fall, I’m landing on you…” Walking close to him, she waited until he finished his drink, I hope he holds his liquor better than most humans, before she placed a hand on his shoulders. He was taller than her so she wouldn’t feel too off kilter but it was very uncomfortable to be held up in such a weak posture. When she was finally adjusted, her armor pressing against his back, she felt her heave a bit and placed a hand over her mouth, “Ugh,” Keeping it down, she softly apologized. “This stays between us.” As he traveled down the stairs, Zerori closing her eyes to ignore the heights below them. She swallowed again, “So, you forgot to answer one of my questions,” She declared, feeling like she needed to speak to avoid heaving her stomach again, “Can we use the dragon balls after they’ve been used once?” She desperately hoped that he would say yes or all of her planning would be for nothing. “Can they be created or found anywhere else?” Her voice broke off near the end, making her let out a breath. “I’m fuckin’ sick of this place…”

Bing smiled warmly at the girl. He was surprised that she was so willing to take up his offer. He supposed that her pain was a little more than her pride could handle. The Guardian chuckled, reassuring her as they began their descent, with Zerori perched on his back. "Don't worry. If either of us fall, we know how to fly." The added weight of a second person made each step a bit heavier than needed; it was a good thing they weren't trying to sneak around, as their combined footfall was causing quite the noticeable echo.
The trek down the first flight was mostly silent, aside from the occasional strange gurgle from the Super Demon. Bing turned his head curiously, responding to her stern words with a smile. "I won't tell a soul. Kami's Honor."
Occasional echoes were the most common sound on the way down. Neither warrior was intent on idle chat unless it was actually needed. After a small bout of silence, Zerori decided to speak again. She posed a question from earlier; one Bing seemed to have forgotten answering. "Yes, they can be used again. My studies reveal that the Dragon Balls have been used many times over the years; sometimes even twice in the same year! Crazy thought, isn't it? Getting more than one wish in the same year... Must have been really important, eh?"
The second question she posed was a trickier one to answer than the previous. Zerori wanted to know if there was some way to create Dragon Balls somewhere else, to which Bing responded by shrugging. "I know that they can be created on Namek, at the very least. From what I can tell, the Namekian's are the only species able to create them, so I suppose if you asked one to make a set on a different planet, they would be able to do so." He decided to ignore her agitated comment about her disdain for their current location.
After only a few short moments, they arrived on the floor they were searching for. It housed a single, brown door. The wood looked a bit dusty, even on the outside; some might consider that an impressive feat.
"Here we are", Bing declared as he gently let Zerori off his back. The Guardian approached the musty door, slowly turning the surprisingly pristine golden handle. The door creaked, revealing a massive library was hidden inside. It contained over a millennium of knowledge, though Bing doubted Zerori gave a damn about most of it.
The Guardian slowly strode towards a small wooden table with a set of chairs. This one wasn't an illusion, he was sure of it. He'd sat at this exact spot nearly hundreds of times. He sat down at one of the chairs, pointing at the other for Zerori to rest on.
In the middle of a table sat a large tome. Like most things in this room, it had a layer of dust on it; this layer decidedly less intense compared to most.
"Please, give this page a look. Does it have any relationship to your origins?"

Through the overall icky feeling Zerori had while she was being carried down, she listened as intently as she could. Any information she could get from Bing before taking her chance in the search would work in her advantage and she couldn’t’ afford to miss a word. He told her that they could be used again and that, in the past, they’d been used so often before that a wish was granted nearly every year. She closed her eyes, a smile on her face. If I fail… I’ll have another chance, then. It was a little disappointing that these orbs could be used so often without any real consequence. Was there not some sort of exchange that needed to take place? Or even a ritual that would take time? He summoned the dragon that came from it so he would know, right? “Mm, either important or the humans before us were greedy as fuck. My kind of people,” She weakly chuckled at her joke, enjoying that she might have made him uncomfortable. More hope was sewn in her at the mention of Namek – the newly revived planet that Realigner had destroyed before. So that’s what he was after and, my guess - something didn’t go his way. If I didn’t know before, Zerori thought with a hidden grin, -I know now Namek is where I’ll revive her. Bing was almost down to the bottom of the stairs, a hall that lead to a very plain and old door. Upon reaching the bottom, he let her down. Rested but not exactly refreshed, Zerori followed the God up to the door, glancing at him every few moments to see if he was going to do anything before staring at the door. This place gives me the creeps, she thought as he stepped toward the door to open it. The library it revealed has her in awe – not that she would read all of the books or have the interest to, but the cheer amount of knowledge in here felt like she was punched in the gut. “Damn, have you read all of these?!” She didn’t think he could but… he was a god. What kind of powers did he have, she was left to wonder. He came up to a table, Zerori carefully walking up beside him to look at something that caught her attention. It was a black tome, larger than many she’d seen, with frayed edges and a blackened front as if it were burned. She tilted her head at it, looking over the curious book before Bing had suggested she do so. Something about it attracted her. “Hm,” She grunted as she sat down at the chair and turned the open page to her. The language wasn’t familiar to her, but there was something about it that… she couldn’t quite understand it. It was like she was seeing another language in front of her that she’d never seen but the scratches held a meaning she could see. From her mouth, words from another world could be heard but she hesitated, as if she wasn’t certain if she was reading it right. To her, it was like she was speaking without actively trying to but Bing – it would appear as if she was softly singing a song. It was dark, almost sinister before she stopped and looked away. She felt shaken, like her tongue and lips were suddenly not her own. Possession? I don’t like this. Looking to Bing she swallowed nervously and tried her best to relay what was in her mind,” It’s… It’s a spell book. Magic I’m not familiar with, but…” She looked down at it, “I’m sure it didn’t seem that way to you.” Despite how much this made her curious about herself, she felt exposed and vulnerable to judgment before the god. “I-” She cleared her throat, “Look, Bing, something about this literally speaks to me but I couldn’t tell you why. That spell, without actually knowing how to use it, could be anything. My magic, from what this planet and its’ elementals tell me, is from the planet itself. The magic I was… ‘speaking of’ is not from that plane. It’s darker, more lethal and just from feeling it within me I can tell it’s attracted to whatever I am.” Glancing down at the book again Zerori felt as if she was being pulled to speak more of the incantation. She cracked her neck, trying to keep her mind within her control and clearing her throat. “This book does mean something to me, Bing. I… I don’t exactly know what, yet but if I can explore this a little more-” A weak smirk came to her face, “I’ll let you punch me again if it gets to be too much, eh?”

"Your kind of people, eh? I certainly hope not. Planet Earth isn't a burning husk, so I presume the warriors of yore who used the Dragon Balls prior to us were grand heroes..."
The duo sat down at the table, with Zerori sitting directly in front of the book that had been given to her. She began reading intently, almost as if she were possessed into reading the words... It was mystifying to see how she reacted to the power of whatever these words held. He wasn't entirely sure what had occurred, but it seemed she eventually snapped herself out of it. She looked up at Bing, speaking in an incredibly nervous tone. He'd never thought her one to be the nervous type in the slightest, but it seemed everyone had their moments of weakness.
It seemed the book was a spell book of some kind. Bing's brow raised in curiosity. "I see... It must hold extreme power within it if it hails from a different land altogether. I wonder how it wound up here of all places..."
The Demon wished to read on, jesting that she might need a thrashing if she gets too consumed by the incantation. Bing nodded, smiling at his companion as he replied. "I'd be alright with you continuing. Take as long as you need to read through it... I'll get myself ready to pop you a good one if needed." He chuckled, but quickly quieted down to allow the girl to focus.

Zerori gave the God a nod, acceptance gained and confidence instilled ever so slightly. Turning back to the book with its gnarled cover and unnaturally sturdy pages, she swallowed as the text inside began to warp and stretch to her eyes. Narrowing them, Zerori’s eyes roved over the moving text before her mouth started to open. Once again her voice took a very soft, almost melodic, tone that felt as if she was speaking into a microphone. As the foreign words slipped from her tongue, words on the page to her perception starting to twist and literally rip them selves from the tome, her eye lids would start to drop like she was growing very tired all of a sudden. It’s like… it’s sapping my strength… Her vision was starting to fade, darkness creeping in on the edges of her vision. To the guardian of Earth, the aura around Zerori would begin got glow brightly and her black hair would begin to pick up, as if a gust picked up around her. Gradually her hair would change to silver as she spoke the words of the incantation. The unreadable tomes pages would start to flip, slowly at first but as the wind gathered momentum it would pick up speed until the pages were flying wildly inside the book to one side. Whether he would try to stop whatever was happening or allow it to take it’s course, Zerori’s eyes would roll up into the back of her head. Consciousness fleeting, the saiyaness’s inner mind would become a canvas for the tome as it took over… ~-~-~-~ There was a dark feeling of regret and anger, something Zerori thought was strange to recognize in a world of dreams. Is this a world of dreams, or… am I inside the book? She could hear, feel and think while not actually being in the place she was supposed to be in – the library. A vision of a dark red place, with a many pale grey clouds could be seen in the sky. The ground was also red, but… it felt like it was hot and she could see steam hiss from beneath it in some places. There were many mountains in the distance that she could see and it all smelled of sulfur with… was that a hint of jasmine?
Walking around, the ground shifted beneath her a little – giving her pause to look below her in caution. It was shining a bright blue, like it pulsed before it returned to it’s dark red. Curious, she took another step and like before it seemed to pulse once while devolving into a shade of very bright blue. As it faded, Zerori wondered where she was. “This… can’t be from the book, can it?”
A heat suddenly rushed behind her, searing her back and she let out a cry of pain before whirling around to face the threat. Fangs bared in readiness for battle Zerori came face to… fire with an entity she’d never seen before. Caught of guard, her face melted into one of surprise and confusion before she moved slowly to the side.
Circling the strange arrival – or was it here the whole time? – she tried to pick out physical characteristics that she recognized. It was humanoid but larger than anything she’d ever seen before. The figure, or what she could see of it, was feminine but… she was ephemeral. Not human or saiyan, even brenchian or otherwise, seemed so overly curvaceous and full-bodied. It was like staring at an Amazonian that had self-immolated themselves alive… and still lived.
Coming back to face her, Zerori’s mouth opened hesitantly before she questioned her, “Who - No, what are you?” Her voice felt so far away.
For a moment, there was no response. She wanted to ask again, perhaps in a different language, when she could swear the figure smiled at her. Beyond the flames, she knew she saw something else move!
Daughter…
Zerori’s eyes widened, her suddenly an oasis of dryness. She opened her mouth to speak again, “Wait, wha-?” Before she could get the words out, her cry to understand what she meant about ‘daughter’ - she had no children! – the world shook violently. She fought for her balance, all around her the ground flashing a bright blue like bubbles rising from the rock and dirt. Looking around at the world, the saiyaness felt her blood run cold at what all was happening around her.
From the farthest distance that she could see, all the way to the horizon, the world was just… crumbling. Like it was made of plasma and now it was being eaten away by an unknown force. And it was closing in on her. “NO” She was fall, to where and how far, she didn’t know and it terrified her. Could she use her ability of wind manipulation in a world where she didn’t commune with the elements? Did they exist in a dream world!? Trying to back away from the oncoming end, Zerori felt herself almost fall to her backside until she felt arms around her shoulders. What? The figure from before held her from behind with the flames from her body touching her own and burning her sharply. Zerori hissed, the skin bubbling from the searing heat but as she looked out at the world as it violently dissolved to nothingness, the figure soothingly spoke to her in her ear. The phoenix will always rise… from the ashes of death. What… does that-?~-~-~-~ With a ragged gasp, Zerori’s eyes snapped shut before she opened them again and her blue eyes searched without seeing for a few moments. As she blinked to try and return her vision to normal, the pages below her calmed until they rest on a singular page. Wind dying down, she recognized the room of the library and turned to the god of Earth with a shaken expression. What did she see and how could she put that into words? What happened while she was under the effects of the book, shown a world she’d never seen and… ‘protected’ by a woman that she didn’t quite know.

Bing's eyes were fixated solely on Zerori as she began to read from the ancient tome once more. Like a few moments prior, It seemed that Zerori was essentially entranced by the words she read. A light wind somehow blew through the library, giving Bing an ominous feeling. What exactly was about to occur? Zerori spoke in foreign tongues once more, befuddling the young Guardian as he tried to discern what she was saying. Though he knew a small handful of languages due to his love for reading, this was one he'd never heard before. It sounded... Evil.
Suddenly, the Demon-Saiyan was coated in a bright aura. Her energy grew immensely as her hair spiked upwards, signaling she had activated her Super Demon transformation. The wind from before suddenly boosted into a powerful gust, knocking many books off their shelves. It soon became like a tornado inside the library, but Bing stayed still in his seat.
Whatever Zerori was going through showed no malicious intent just yet. Be it some strange summoning ritual, or simply a vision-giving incantation, he could not interfere just yet. He had to allow her to break through the veil of mystery that this book shrouded itself with, or this meeting would be entirely pointless.
After what felt like hours, the wind suddenly died down, and Zerori's power dropped. The wind slowed down, and the Demon Hybrid opened her eyes with a ragged gasp.
It was clear that she had seen something, though he was not clear what it was. Did an influential demon take her mind to another dimension for that moment? Or perhaps she was given temporary future sight? Whatever it was, he had to know.
He leaned forwards, a sincere expression on his face as he spoke. "Zerori... Are you okay? What happened to you? Can you remember anything that just occurred?"

As the strange energy inside of her seemed to ease down, allowing her to finally speak in the wake of the fantastical vision she would look to Bing with a nod, “Y-Yes,” Clearing her throat, she spoke more firmly to him, “I’m fine, just a little shaken. I didn’t really expect anything like what I just did.” Shaking her head to try and recollect herself, she stood from the table and walked towards a shelf. Stepping on a book, she paused and looked down for a moment before it hit her that the room looked as if a literal tornado had pillaged the place. Leaning down to pick up the book, she turned back to Bing as she rose, “What the hell happened HERE?! Was this… because of me?” She almost didn’t want to know, but it was too plainly obvious… Scratching the back of her head, she decided it may have been best to just explain. Walking back to the table, she place the book down and began, “Look, I can’t explain it so well so you better listen!” She huffed, a tinge of red on her cheeks. “There was… a very strange world in this- Okay, see I had a vision, first off!” She already started off terribly. With a sigh, she tried again. “That book there took me to a place I’d never been to, with a very red sky and the ground was almost a blood red, too…” She scratched her head again, “-But when I stepped on it, the ground would flash a really bright blue for a second before fading away. I don’t really understand it. Maybe it was a world that this book from!” Starting to get frustrated, she finally sat down in the chair and finished describing the rest of what she saw. From the strange destruction of the planet to the giant woman on fire that could debatably considered to have ‘rescued’ her. “What I don’t understand, though – not saying I really understand that whole drug trip – was what this means?” She raised her hands up in ‘air quotations’. “’The phoenix will always rise,” She added extra drama, a grin on her face. “’-from the ashes of death.’ It’s extremely over dramatically and really doesn’t have anything to do with me…” Letting the moment sort itself out, she finally offered Bing one last bit of information. “My mother was a cruel and manipulative person and, if it’s not obvious, the demon responsible for my birth. If there’s anyone that can sort out this,” She made a gesture in the air, “-THING out – it’s her. And I’ll find her, eventually.” She glanced down at the book, her mind running a million different directions with what this tome could represent. Finally, she looked to him after he might have made his own commentary, “Can I keep this?” She asked, pointing at the book.

"I guess you could say you caused this... I'd say it was more the tome that did it, but there's no way to actually be sure."
The Guardian brought a curious hand up to his chin, scratching it as he tried to discern what in the world he just witnessed. It wasn't the average power boost, that was for sure; if he had to guess, the book was trying to unlock something within Zerori. Bing glanced to the right, watching as a trio of books fell pitifully to the ground from their tall bookshelf. A few more books followed suit, leaving the tall shelf mostly empty.
His attention returned to Zerori as she tried her best to explain what she went through. Apparently today was an off day for the girl; she was weak and flustered, two things he'd never thought he'd see the Demon Hybrid be.
She began her explanation, detailing this strange world that she'd come across, where horrid visions befell her. The Guardian let out a curious "hmm", before responding. "Blood red you say?... The only possible location I can think of is the Demon Realm. It's the only place I can think of that sounds like what you're describing. Perhaps the visions true purpose lies hidden there?"
Bing continued to listen to every detail, nodding on occasion to make sure Zerori knew he was actually listening. The whole thing sounded like a nightmare to Bing, but what intrigued him the most was the end to the Demon's story.
"Perhaps it has more to do with you than you think... Pheonixes are well known for their connection with the element of fire. You yourself seem to have a connection to that element as well. How exactly you relate to the Pheonix besides your preferred weaponry is yet to be seen, but I'm sure the answer will reveal itself sooner rather than later."
Zerori went on to speak about her mother briefly, which caused the Guardian to raise his brow. A single possibility crossed his mind before he spoke. "I'm curious... Did your mother also have the ability to use fire as a weapon like you do? If so, perhaps you have a closer connection to the Pheonix than I presumed." Though he wasn't going to say it aloud, he was beginning to consider the assumption that Zerori might be her mothers reincarnation, rather than just her child. There was no way to prove it, and saying it out loud would just be silly, but he couldn't dismiss the idea entirely.
His eyes returned to the dark tome, giving it a curious look as Zerori requested to keep it for herself. "... I suppose you can do more work with it than I can. You can take it, just be cautious about how often you look into its pages... I don't know exactly what's going on with it, but my gut tells me it's nothing good."
The Guardian stood up quickly, moving towards one of the larger piles of books that had fallen down. "Well, I suppose you should get going now, unless you want to stick around and help me clean up." As he finished speaking, another set of books fell from their perch. Bing sighed in despair. "This is gonna take a while..."

He’d heard of places she’d never been to, or rather to what she described, and thought very deeply on his suggestion. Demon Realm…? It would ‘fit’ I suppose. Another piece of the puzzle that my heritage was locked away, Zerori mused, a very brief thought that if there were others like her, Alaistair or Maeve perhaps – they could tell her about the realm she might have been borne from. And then his explanation about the Phoenix was another piece she had to log away. A bird that was made of fire – yeah, fire was her calling card. More than that, though… It was her affinity; the element that had, at the same time, harmed and helped her on many occasions. It was only through the training Pyrus, her pyrotechnic guardian, had literally burnt into her durable body that she even learned the basic control of the element. Terra and Iilaxia, Earth and Wind sprites respectively, had given her basic to moderate control over the secondary elements that she utilized to defensive or utility purposes. Only recently had she ever… though to put them to a more offensive use. Snapped out of her revere, Zerori looked to Bing once more and had to shake free of her constant mental struggle before answering, “My mother?... I’m not certain. She comes to me sometimes, to speak with me – condescendingly. I know she has some sort of plan for me, I can feel it but WHAT it could be and WHY honestly eludes me.” She crossed her arms, avoiding his gaze to glare murderously at the disheveled book cases, “However, you would likely be right. Saiyans don’t use fire when energy would normally be…” After asking for the book, Bing would respond tat she might actually make more headway on her than he would having it here in the library. As he spoke about caution with how she handled it, given her reaction to it so far, she would snatch the book with a nod and wave her hand over the circuit on her left arm. Holding the book up to the band, the eye would scan it and then flash green with a couple of beeps before the book would vanish. Safely stored away into her ‘Memory’… When he stood up, giving a look over the mess, he suggested that she might be on her way but if she wanted to assist him…? “Ugh, no,” She scoffed disgustedly, walking past him toward the door. “I’m going to politely pass on that. Thanks for all the help, Bing but this is good bye for a while.” Just as she reached the doorway, Zerori would paused and think intently for a moment. You might not be coming back… For a moment, she stayed there, contemplating something before she closed her mouth firmly. “Later, Bing.” I’m going to miss your dumb ass, She thought to herself, private thoughts remaining to herself. For the next half hour she would bite through the pain and drained power to climb the stairs as quick and precisely as she could. Namek awaited her and she wasn’t going to pass up this opportunity to bring back Ari. And she would… Her mind was made up and her intentions unwavering. I will… You’re coming back to me, Ari and I’ll make you safe and happy this time. No matter what.[Exit, zeni please~]
