HISTORY |
Several decades ago, the Brenchian Gemini was beset upon by an enigmatic group of demons and gaggles brainwashed ne'er-do-wells. At the time, the Arcosian Empire was going through some political upheaval, due to acts of various rebellion groups on many of their recently acquired planets, and could barely spare any auxiliary forces to assist the civilians inhabiting the Brenchian Gemini in fending off these demonic forces.
The population of the Brenchian Gemini could certainly hold out against the enemy, but what they lacked was an edge to net them a clear cut victory. What they needed was a champion to defend themselves with in such a situation... One they would normally have if the majority of the governing military was not out securing the expansion of the Arcosian Empire.
What they did have however, was quite a unique Brenchian. One that had just as much of a strong mind as they had a strong body; her name was Zizoum. She was the kind of genius that only comes once in a lifetime, having practically single-handedly brokered an alliance between the Arcosian Empire and the Ankoku Stygian Prophets that had arrived some months prior to the demons. Among these prophets was another bright mind; An Ankoku by the name of Daisee, who was the groups head of R&D. Zizoum and Daisee would soon learn that they were of strangely similar mind. Upon meeting a few times with various local scientists, something of a 'eureka' moment was had.
They didn't have to find a champion.
They could make one.
With the technology provided by being part of the vast Arcosian Empire, and the different perspective offered by the Stygian Prophets, the allied forces pooled together their resources to see how far they would go. At first, the idea was to make androids out of various materials, but the costs of mass production, and subsequently the loss of resources would put them at a disadvantage against the demons. Zizoum and Daisee put forward the idea of making a living being, a bio-android... The idea was to combine the genes of Brenchians and Ankoku. Knowing full well that regular hybridization was impossible, it was only logical to put as much research as possible into properly melding traits to prevent failure in the development process. The science team put in fantastic work, and no resources were wasted. However, there was one problem that arose. Even though they had extracted the most compatible genes across both Brenchians and Ankoku, a sequence of 'bridging' genes were not available, and no species present was able to provide them...
Fortunately enough, an agent of the Arcosian Empire that was stationed on Earth had returned before the science team was ready to give up. With them, they carried rumors of two scientific prodigies, a pair of humans with the shared name of 'Aris'. Even if acting on a rumor is considered foolish in the field of science, Zizoum could not stand the thought of losing her home, and Daisee would not let such tragedy strike a comrade of the mind. As heads of the project, Zizoum and Daisee were given an upgraded stealth ship, camouflaged and outfitted with everything they would need to finish the project on the go or on Earth.
With time being of the essence, Zizoum and Daisee took off as soon as they gathered everything together. Even with a stealth ship, they opted to take extra caution to leave the system while the warring factions were fully distracted with each other. Getting caught at such a crucial moment would surely spell doom for their community!
In less than 24 hours, the duo arrived on Earth, and promptly began searching for those that shared the name 'Aris'. Much to their relief, their search did not take long, for as soon as they entered West Capitol they happened upon a science fair sponsored by Capsule Corp! Within minutes, they had found the ones they were seeking, who were acting as judges for the junior science competition; Breech & Soufa Aris!
With the best interests of being polite, Zizoum and Daisee waited patiently until Breech & Soufa were no longer busy. Asking the two humans to join them for coffee (at least in Zizoum's case, Daisee simply photosynthesized), the two aliens explained the situation the Brenchian Gemini was in, as well as the details of their project... At first, Breech was wary of assisting the Arcosian Empire considering their general actions, but Soufa quickly set him straight by pointing out it wasn't so much a empire coming to ask for resources, but fellow scientists in need of their help.
For the next few days, in the mobile laboratory ship, the team of excellent scientists pooled their knowledge together to figure out what was needed. Soufa was the one to make the biggest breakthrough the project would ever see; that Human DNA could act as the bridge between Brenchian and Ankoku DNA with a 99.43% chance of success! Trusting nobody else with the knowledge that this project exists, Soufa offered a sample of her blood to be used for this purpose. Breech would offer some of his as well as a sign of commitment to the project. Zizoum and Daisee gladly accepted their offer, and soon their creation began to grow...
However, not all would go as planned.
The a rmy assaulting the Brenchian Gemini caught and interrogated one of Zizoum's colleagues... The demonic legions were unable to obtain specific knowledge as to why the scientists escaped, but thy still didn't see that anything good would come from it. There were to be no loose ends in war. The demonic army swiftly sent one of their greatest generals to pursue Zizoum and Daisee, to exterminate them without a second thought.
The general arrived in the dead of night, making a sneaky sweep of the major cities, finding the scientific stealth ship in West Capitol, the general assumed the job would be easy. Unfortunately for him, Daisee was an Ankoku a fearsome monster of the deepest abyss! The night was her element, and as such, she was more active, and had the upper hand... For a little while. The demon general was far too strong for Daisee alone, and she was defeated within minutes. Hearing the commotion, Zizoum had awoken, sensing something was wrong. She too would have likely been killed had Daisee not sent her last dying words through their comm-link.
With a heavy heart, Zizoum primed the ship and launched, hastily sending a message to Breech and Soufa- telling them not to worry and thanking them for all their help. Her quick thinking caught the demon off guard, allowing Zizoum to escape unharmed.
The demon general rushed to their ship and attempted to follow, only to be cut off by a recon team from the Galactic Patrol, much to their- and Zizoum's- surprise. Giving a quick thank you to the Patrol, Zizoum made her way back to the Brenchian Gemini... Only to find that her people had gained the upper hand and eventually won due to the demons losing one of their generals.
While this was indeed good news, Zizoum fell to guilt. Had she acted quicker, her friend, and countless innocents could still be alive... Losing her drive for science, she refitted the ship and stowed all of her projects away within.
Unbeknownst to Zizoum, her project had a greater destiny. Two decades later acting out of curiosity, wondering what could have been, Zizoum awakened her old project...

TECHNIQUES |
[li][N1] Shadow Step - Vale takes an agile stance and channels ki towards various limbs (typically her legs), with a short dance towards her opponent (if able, for showy purposes), she then strikes hard. [Charges at 33%]
[/li][li][UP2] Abyssal Dance - Much like Shadow step, ki is channeled towards various limbs (typically her legs), as this technique uses more ki, the dance involved is far more deadly... [Charges at 66%]
[/li]
Support
[li][SU] Cellular Revision - The user clones themselves in their entirety (clothes included) using their ki. This splits their PL evenly between the two as long as it is active.
[/li][li][SU] Solar Eclipse - The terrifying version of Solar Flare, where instead of a brilliant flash of light being emitted to stall anyone foolish enough, the user siphons light from the area for a moment, providing an opening.
