"Ohhh boy, come on come on come on!" a man adorned in rust brown metallic suit gasped out of an insectoid v-shaped mask. His right arm featured two cylindrical tubes that covered his hand, and with his left hand he seemed to be stumbling with a small latch on the side of his powersuit.
It was a sunny afternoon on the outskirts of Satan City, and the mischievous mechanic had found himself in a real bind. The primary release to his powersuit would not budge, and the secondary release was located on the back of the suit. He couldn't reach it! Otto was at the edge of a small grove on a hilltop that overlooked much of the city. Despite the ideal temperature readings he was getting on his suits internal thermometer the city didn't seem to be very active. Most were still in school or working.
Now normally, Otto would just grab a can of penetrating oil and loosen up the small leveler of the primary release. It would take about twenty minutes for it to set in, and that would be that. The problem was...
Otto really had to pee.
Squirming about, the mercenary in vain tugged at the primary release level of his suit. He anxiously crossed his legs together, although it provides absolutely zero comfort to him as the two inch thick armor plating prevented him from holding his legs together tightly.
Never mind the contract he was carrying. Supposed to off some girl who was apparently some sort of demon. Or maybe it was kidnap. He hastily stuffed the two page document about the girl into a side compartment, and in his haste he left the papers flopping halfway out and snagged against the shutting device under the left chest of the armor.
Otto couldn't take it anymore. He would have to resort to getting help. Down the hillside, he made out a figure walking by.
"Help me! I'm stuck in this... thing... and i've really got to.... help!" he yelled.

Alexandria took notice of the changing seasons in greater depth a normal person would ignore. Inhuman skin was warmed by gentle rays, but it was getting gradually colder. It seemed to be a pleasant enough day to some. Signs, however, were already showing progression into a new season. The slight coolness from a breeze irritated her human flesh and caused a shiver, but her other half seemed to enjoy the sensation of a coming winter. She breathed, and soon let her breath fall from parted lips. The air was sharper than the warmth brought to her lungs in summertime. How strange seasons were.
Blades of grass were soft. Feet were exposed, covered only by thin socks, and soon embraced the feeling of the tiny plant lives beneath her. Toes curled in dirt. It was a small freedom her feet enjoyed. Shoes, one of which was losing its sole, were held in the grasp of her left hand. Laces were just as badly tangled as the emotions she refused to let surface. Free hand rose to touch a papery patch resting over her eye. So used to the feeling of the covering, sometimes she forgot its presence over her. It reminded the girl that she had given up on being human. Such weaknesses would ruin her. The mirror never lied.
Her thoughts came to an abrupt end. Arm was drawn away from her face in that moment. Movement to her right caused her attention to shift. Her gaze was soon placed on the one who cried for help. Single red eye gave a confused blink. His advancement towards her was strange, but with his approach, the smell of rust caused a spade-shaped nose to wrinkle in distaste.
Silence prevailed. The air stiffened. Words seemed to fail her. "..." Fingers, tipped with sharp nails, reached towards the false android. A pause in the movement came. Arm fell to her side again awkwardly. It hung from her shoulder like a dead weight. A simple question was asked of Otto. "How?" It required energy to assist someone and knowledge of the situation. Without a return, as she was once told, it would just be pointless. Words akin to her father's fell off her tongue. "Furthermore, why should I waste my ATP?" Head titled and waited for an answer. Half-heartedly, she meant it as a joke, in her own way. Though the dull tone of her voice made it seem all to serious.
Still, help was an odd thing to Alexandria. She had so rarely received it herself. Even in such out of place moments, it had not come without a price. Something worthwhile would need to emerge. His desperation, like her father once said, would need to be used to her advantage. It's how the world worked and how she was taught to respond.

The man adorned in the rusty robotic armor squirmed uncharacteristically, for as intimidating as he might have been his composure was reduced to that of a young boy. He had to go so bad that his stomach was sick. He looked upon the girl, his would be savior. Something about her was vaguely familiar to him, but he couldn't concentrate enough to think about why that was. His breath had picked up to near panting. His uncovered hand was clinched into a tight fist.
She had asked him how she might go about fixing his predicament, and why she should bother using her... ATP? ATP, ATP, what was ATP? His mind quickly raced as he tried to put together what it meant. Having spent the entirety of his life on a space ship as the only human, things like biology were not a strong suit for him. Need an engine core fixed or even a tire alignment? Otto had your back. Anything else and you were better off asking an Arcosian to borrow a cup of sugar. But Otto's mind was inquisitive, and it clung to trying to discern the meaning of the abbreviation. ATP... Automatic Transmitter Part, Algorithm... Trifold... Protractor? Otto could have gone on and on with this distraction, if his personality hadn't been interrupted by his overwhelming need to pee.
"I um. Well you just twist the little knob behind the shoulder actuator unit at a 102 degree angle, and then press the nearby button four times in two second intervals..." He paused for a moment, realizing that he had probably made the safety release a bit over-complicated. If you help me out, I will gladly pay you back the ATP. I'll throw in some extra!" Otto replied, clearly ignorant to the concept.
Otto got down on his knees desperately, raising his left hand and the weapon that covered his right hand up as if to cusp his hands together. His face emoted like a puppy pouting for a treat, but it was concealed by the armored mask on his face.
"Please, you've just gotta!" He pleaded.

Suit was more closely examined. The man himself, hiding away in the husk of rusted metal, only received questionable looks from the girl with his continuous squirming. She hadn't recognized it as the potty dance. An urge to question his odd behavior was reduced to a simple and blunt statement. "You are strange." Eye narrowed at the sight of a curled fist. It didn't seem like he was in a pose to fight and his panting concluded as a lack of endurance. The latter wasn't exactly right.
An owl-like blink was given to the kneeled other. The promise of returning lost energy was curious to the demon. Thinking upon it briefly, she titled her head. Did Otto mean he treat her to a meal? "I don't go on dates." Flatly said, it was still a possibly he knew something she didn't. How he would restore it in twofold was left to question later.
Fingers reached forward to the task at hand. Sharp tips scraped metal like nails across a chalkboard. Alexandria continued nonetheless, trying to follow the overly complicated directions she was given. The final plead of the man was heard. Click! "You also smell like oil." Attention was soon drawn upon a wrinkled paper within a metal pocket. Half-revealed letters of a moniker would cause a hand to move and retrieve it without consent from the other. The arrangement was familiar. Red eye skimmed across words. A description of herself. Above it, name was read in bold. "Hmm." How much of a threat was he outside of his little power suit?
What a devious thing fate was.

Otto shrugged as she called him strange, and then a blush came over his face when she insinuated that she thought he was trying to get a date out of her. His eyes widened as he stumbled for the words he was trying to speak.
"Ohh... haha... nothing like that!" Otto replied hastily. The girl was much too young for him, and he wasn't exactly very forward with ladies he was interested in. As Otto heard the click at the back of his uniform he let out a sigh of relief as the torso lifted upwards into the air and he dug his feet and arms out of the armor.
"I'll pay you back somehow!" Otto said as he rushed away, eyes averted from the girl who hadn't noticed had snatched his assassination contract from the suit. Otto was wearing simple clothes, a black tshirt and some jeans covered in oil stains. His silver hair was messy and out of place in every which way.
Within the next few moments Otto had ran into the nearby group of trees for some much needed relief. Leaving the girl next to his powersuit which stood upright on its own without the presence of its user. Out of humility Otto retreated out of her line of sight.
