Good days, gents and... other Gents, and ladies! This is Pieter/Alaistair here. I am applying for my 3rd and final character, until my muse for all these guys fades away into obscurity.
Name: Koldar Frost
Alias: Captain, Requies (Earthling name he's given himself that twists the word 'Requiem'), 'The Ice Breaker'
Species: Arcosian
Gender: Male
Age: 98
Appearance: (Each form will be explained, even if some forms are not obtained as of yet.)
Suppressed- Short in stature, at 4' 11", Koldar has a white breast-plate with a Green orb in the center of his chest, as well as on his shoulders. The skin not covered by the 'armor' his species has; rather than the red or purple color like other Arcosians, seems to have become a duller red in color with his age. His voice, even in this suppressed form, sounds deeper than others as well. The tip of his tail seems to be colored Green, matching the gem-like structure on his body. The horns on his head, too, seem worn down, but their deadliness still is to not be diswayed! Weighs in at 136 lbs.
Brute- His stature increases to 6'8", with his muscles and bones enlarged to match. His voice, in addition, deepens vastly. The form is his preferred level of might, as the voice conveys his commands as a military leader. The horns, in this form, become like that of a devil's and become sharper! Weighs in at a surprising 320 lbs.
Monster- This monstrous form is not as different as other Arcosians. His head elongates, with the horns matching the white 'armor' Koldar and his kin have. Koldar's height and stature slightly enlarge with this form, with full height (inlcuding his elongated head) becoming 9'1" (7'2" without the elongated head) and an increase in muscle mass to boot! When new Arcosians, in his personal boot camp, become stubborn, this form is used to 'break' it. Thus the name, "The Ice Breaker." Weighs in at a staggering 400 lbs.
True- Slightly taller than his Suppressed form, Koldar's lean and aerodynamic body stands at 5'3". Koldar's skin color becomes purple in color, with no 'armor' covering his lower torso and legs, to his knees. The 'gems' appear on his knee caps and wrists. Compared to other Arcosians, Koldar has surprisingly masculine features, even with the notable lips and eyes. Weighs in at 152 lbs.
Royal (Not obtained)- The highest form of the Arcosian! The enormity from the Monster and Brute forms returns, with the carapaces enlarging. The 'helmet' Koldar gains in this form covers his face in a Y-Shape, with red eyes peering through the gap. What is odd, comparitive with other Arcosians, is that the Helmet's design seems to gain spikey spines, the spines extended around the back of the head rather than the prominently known 'Starfish' design that the first Royal Legend had. Granted, the spines are all part of the carapace helm and the shoulders remain the same as the original model. Weighs in at 384 lbs.
History:
Some have often questioned the background of the man known as Koldar Frost. They had gotten responses from him saying that he was once part of a cult that he personally murdered, out of necessity to keep his brain cells, as they believed the brains held the spirit and if one tampered with the brain, they tamper with the spirit. Another response he gave was that he had a monster, who decapitated his enemies and kept their heads as trophies. The stories have each been farfetched, as they had been given whilst the Arcosian captain had been drinking heavily. Regardless, this is the legacy of the man who became known as 'THe Ice Breaker.'
Unlike most Arcosians, who vied for power over the Arcosian Empire for personal wealth, the Frost Family were most along the lines of 'the Middle Men,' in that they were a middle class family who boasted many generations of warriors of the Arcosian empire. Koldar, like his brothers, sisters, and father before him; was a soldier. Trained in his youth in the Tundras of the now deceased planet that was Arcose, Koldar was strong and, often times then not, a party animal, after getting into the young adult years. Though he trained in a secluded area, he would get permission to go to the cities and experience the life of the civilians. Many times, he would go out, to drink his weight in what Earthlings called whiskey, and during these times, found himself to be a bit of a bachelor.
He would flirt a lot with women, in a playful manner for the sake of it more often than with a sexual manner. This also yielded many fights with some of the locals, which is where the title of 'The Ice Breaker' would come in. Being a man raised in the frozen Tundras, he would often fight with his full strength and shatter the bones of many Arcosians. Usually, this happened when he was defending himself, but as he entered his 'college' years, the Arcosian had decided to enter the militant forces of the Arcosian Empire, choosing to be a front line fighter.
The reason he had chosen this had been because he would not choose to carry on the bloodline of the Frost Family, or so he says. In the interviews he's had with his commanders, he's shown displeasure in his family, particularly his father. Those whom seem to know it shy away from answering the question. This would spawn rumors that, perhaps, he had indeed murdered his family for something they did to him or perhaps someone he knew.
The next few decades, between the ages of 65 and his current age of 98, Koldar had joined the military and begun to rise through the ranks. Intelligent and powerful, many felt this soldier, who ascended to Captain within the first 2 years of his life in the military, would become ruler of the Arcosian Empire and become like that of the legendary conquerors of the past! However, due to his life as a 'party-boy,' he became known as a disappointing soldier who would not amount to anything... A comment that, Koldar and his friends have personally accounted for being accurate, but foolish.
During his services in the last 33 years, he had been a soldier who partook in the conquest of several worlds, expanding the resources of the AE handily, though he was not the direct conqueror himself that plastered his name over the conquests. In addition to this, Koldar had several encounters with Space Pirates that ravaged the Arcosian Territory. On many occassions, Koldar had come to battle with a specific group, known as Ghirash pirates. The group had been plundering several of the worlds, and Koldar was sent, to go intercept. These battles that Koldar and his unit had bounced between the two forces occassionally, sometimes they would be tried for ground heaily, and other times, they would go for ground against the pirates. However, sometime during the past year or so, the Ghirash Pirates had scattered. This left Koldar to stay on homeworld, to await further orders.
Coming closer to the present day, Koldar had been sent on a mission to defend the world of Brench from the Saiyans with the forces there, should they be making their way there. If they did not, they were to immediately return to Arcose, to assist in defense against the onslaught. However, the call was not given to return, and a lone transmission that they intercepted from the Solar Saiyan Empire, shook the unit to its core: Arcose had fallen.
Koldar, after having heard this, now currently spends his time trying to prepare himself to retake the planet, as well as a counter invasion, in response to the Solar Saiyan Empire's annihilation of his home world. A man now driven to necessary extents for his home world, where will this lead? We shall see...
