<--- Previously on World of Dragonball: SoulsTroubled Times Marred by poor organisation by the hosts, the tournament begins to unravel. A number of delegates widthdraw or threaten to do so after a few eyebrow raising matches, some strongly objecting to the use of weapons during the fights, and others feeling the general management is sorely lacking. To make matters worse several of the tournament participants take matches into their own hands.
As the wild-man saiyan hybrid, Pieter, decides to duel with Reiko, A female Android who was not part of the tournament registration brackets, the trouble at least reaches boiling point. The spear-wielding demon Oguma, whose matches were always interrupted in one way or another to deny him satisfaction, leaps into the fray and demands every able bodied warrior to challenge him.
To make his point clear, he turns on the spectators, and it is clear this is no longer the friendly tournament it once was.

Spears are thrown, blasts are witnessed, and the audience begins to panic. The President abandons the attempts at damage control among the Ambassadors and turns his attention (and fists) to the unfolding action, leaving the dignitaries hanging.
Having taken advantage of the chaos, a second demon, Tsumuri, calls upon his hidden cult and further unravels all attempts at containment and organisation. An assassin makes their attempt on the president before retreating unsuccessfully(and unknown) into the shadows while the monk Azurai steps forward to face Oguma head-on.
Pieter meanwhile takes his battle to Tsumuri, and Reiko finds herself on the wrong end of a stoic Arcosian's resentment, the body guard Phrozen having been draw out by the ruckus. Three duels have been set as the sun retreats below the horizon.
Little do any of them know that behind the inky clouds a full moon rises...
