After separating from Aspa and the others Deus kept wandering the wastelands of Planet Vegeta, just so she could see the variety of nature in diferent areas of the planet. It took her a long while of strolling through the wilderness to find the ruins, according to her data this was an ancient Tuffle City... Tuffle? Checking Data... Extinct? No. Wait... I thought they where... Known Survivors? Icarus. Icarus? Ancient Myth. Angel flew too close to the sun and burned his wings... No... pun? That's new... It... I want to meet this one.
As she kept exploring the ruins of the city, Deus found a few animals and plants growing around the rubble of the ancient place. It was surpricing how much could live and prosper in the rubble of an ancient civilization... But not only that... So things where still in a relative good state. She just started running around and checking every little detail of the fabled ruins.

Habana let out a sigh as she let her feet carry her a bit further into the ruined city of the Tuffles, the more she visited the more she learned about these ruins, she often found new and unique places hidden away kept relatively safe from the ravages of time by pure Tuffle ingenuity, if baffled her mind how advanced they were to accomplish such feats and yet how relatively easy it had been for the Saiyans to utterly annihilate them. Truthfully she considered it a rather significant loss for the universe for the Tuffles to be so completely eradicated, if only they had put that vast intelligence of theres to use in deciding to align with the Saiyans rather than trying to cast them out into the wastes, then perhaps the Saiyan empire of old might have even been strong enough to stand against the might of the Planet Trade Organization at it's peak, Saiyan ferocity and power blended with Tuffle ingenuity and technology, truly a deadly combination. Hell a lot of the basis of there current technology was from what they managed to reverse engineer from Tuffle technology though of course in the many years since a reasonable amount of saiyan innovation had also occurred, such as the Saibamen.
Habana had done a bit of training earlier, found a particularly tough vault door and whaled on it with everything she could bring to bare with her weights on and she was pleased to have seen that while it had weathered her attack it was far from unscathed, a few more visits and she could probably crack it clean open and take a peek inside. But now she was wandering, deeper and deeper into the ruins, quite a bit further than she usually traveled, she could even see the beginnings of the Destron Crags, a nasty place teeming with dangerous Destron Gas, a gas capable of sapping the strength from even the strongest warriors if exposed for too long.
And yet she could feel some feel was out there, far FAR too close to the Crags. Habana sighed and briefly contemplated leaving the fool to there fate, the Crags were a well known danger so clearly this person had to know what they were getting into... but then there was the issue of it being someone foreign to Vegeta, a visiting Hybrid, an alien, or any other sort of visitor. Etoru certainly had not learned of the Crags until she had mentioned them so there was a reasonable likelihood that there were others unacquainted with the dangers, But still it was not necessarily her who needed to babysit everyone, to make sure every fool who wandered a bit too far was properly informed of there foolishness.
But she simply could not bring herself to let someone have the very real possibility of losing everything to the gas and so with a sigh Habana began making her way to the signature, what she found as she grew close confirmed for her that this had been the right choice, before her was a child, from the looks of things if she was a saiyan it was likely she was a hybrid of some sort considering just how pale she was “Kid what do you think you're doing out here?” Habana said approaching slowly, crouching a bit to be more on level with the little girl “This place is no good for kids, hell its no good for adults. Shouldn't someone be watching over you or something? You look a bit young to be this far away from Cacumber”

Deus was crouching and studing some plants when he heard a female voice calling to her. After a few moments she stood up and looked back at the Saiyan woman. She was wearing some sort of weird outfit... And that hair... It isnt the hair of a pure blood Saiyan. I guess she is a hybrid.
"I am fine, Miss. I'm just enjoying the echosystem that is presented in these ruins. Is it not impresive how nature such as this can appear from a destroyed city such as this? It is amazing what a pair of million of years can do for nature if it remains mostly untouched." He said turning back around, while pointing and showing her the things she had discovered. "Oh, I am known as Deus, if you must know." She said before crouching once again and entering through a broken pipe into the insides of one of the buildings that was mostly intact.
She quickly stopped as she found some sort of net in her way. "Hmn..." He poked it. Nothing happened. She sent an electrical discharge into it. Something moved inside. "Do you know if there are some sort of mutant bugs around here?" She shouted as the net crumbled revealing a gigantic nest full of hundreds of huge bug creatures. "Because I think I've just made an incredible discovery!" She saw the start to buzz and charge her. "THEY MIGHT BE RATHER ANGRY!" She shouted as she crawled backwards as fast as she could out of the hole.
Soon enough she was outside besides the Saiyan woman, both of them surrounded by giant bug creatures. "Sorry..." She said before getting in an improvised battle position.

Habana listened with a look of slight disbelief as the kid talked, she was certainly a lot more eloquent than any kid she knew that much was certain but having a nice vocabulary did not actually make one particularly safe around the Destron Crags, she was by her own admission 'enjoying the ecosystem' which was all well and fine back further from the crags, there were a reasonable amount of creatures lurking around the ruins and not all of them were actually dangerous. The problem was that anything that COULD call the Destron Crags home was infinitely more dangerous than creatures that could not. The little girl crouched down and scurried down a pipe before Habana could grab hold of the back of her armor leaving Habana standing there mouth agape and utterly unsure what to do.
Destroying the pip to drag the kid out of there was a big no-no, she could feel roughly where the kid was inside of it but the problem was she had no clue exactly how stable this ruin was, there was just as good a chance damaging the pip would do nothing as there was that it would cause the whole damn building to crumble in on itself through a series of chain reactions.
“Kid get out of there, there might be gas in that building, hell pipes are a really likely place for gas to be!” Habana said with a groan as she poked her head into the pipe on the off chance her voice would not carry otherwise, silence followed for a few moments before she received a question completely irrelevant to what Habana was trying to do, the girl wanted to know about if there were 'mutant bugs' around here, technically there was a reasonable chance for that, bugs seemed to do the best when it came to surviving the gas so quite a lot of them had developed a tolerance and even the ability to feed off of the Destron Gast that plagued the area and through that and exposure to radiation from the old capital there were quite a number of strange insects around. “Yeeess?” Habana answered slightly worried about WHY the girl was asking about mutant buts.
The girl responded with the fact that she believed she had made a 'incredible discovery' and while the girl was certainly excitement Habana was far less so, she KNEW how that sort of tone worked in this sort of context and lo and behold within moments the kid was scrambling out of the hole shouting a warning that her 'incredible discovery' was not particularly happy about her invasion of there territory. Habana pulled away from the pipe as the kid made her beeline out of it providing assistance to her if she needed it, shortly thereafter the pipe began to quite literally swarm with activity as the kid was followed out by a myriad of insects all far FAR larger than normal, some even a bit bigger than the girl herself and ALL of them giving off the distinct impression that they would not be allowing them to escape.
Habana sighed as she sunk into a far more distinct and practiced stance “Its fine kid, before we take up a brief excursion into the joys of being an exterminator, my names Habana, stick close to me, try and keep your back to mine, I don't think either of us want any of these creepy crawlies on our backs.' Habana said with a grin “You know how to fight right?” she questioned, she certainly felt strong, a she was actually rather close to Habana's own weighted power, but power did not always equate to experience, in fact she had already seen that even those with massive power levels could be almost completely untrained, such as Etoru.

"There is no time for these creepy crawlies you are talking about! We have to deal with these things first!" Deus said quickly as started gathering energy in her hands. Seriously! Whatever those "Creepy Crawlies" are they will have to wait until we are done here! And she calls me kid!
Soon enough the swarm had surrounded the two of them and started spining around them like a tornado of giant bugs. It was then that she reacted to everything else she had said. "Pleasure to meet you, Miss Habana. And yes, I can fight... Somewhat... Aspa didn't have time to teach me much before I went back to exploring... But I can blast them properly." With that she raised her arms and shot her ki in form of electricity. "SPARK SHOT!" She shouted as about sixteen of the hundreds of bugs. "That did nowhere near as much as I wanted... But just about as much as I guessed." She said letting out a sigh. "Once again!" She said as she started shooting smaller electric shocks in rapid succesion. It might be taking down one at the time, but at least they only took one shot.
No! It wasnt fast enough! Soon after they started taking them down they started diving down, about ten at a time from all directions, then once dodged returning to the tornado... Just for another group to attack the same way. This only made shooting harder and dodging absolutely annoying. Specially considering the fact that Deus couldn't fly yet. But she kept rolling, jumping, side-stepping, ducking and dodging in general as she shot as many down as posible. "Miss Habana! How do we deal with so many of them?! I'm running out of energy!" She shouted while looking from one side to the other, looking for at least a way out of the storm... There was none...

Habana blinked blankly at Deus a few times as the term 'creepy crawlies' and how it related to the insects completely flew over the little girls head, part of Habana wanted to clarify but of course there were far more urgent matters to attend to, such as the swarm of awful destron mutated insects that continued to pile out of the pipe even as they prepared themselves for battle. The bugs continued pushing out further, before Habana could even really react they had cut off all means of immediate escape save for directly above and even that avenue was somewhat 'covered' buy the number of flying insects buzzing around above them, thankfully there were not nearly enough of them to completely encase Habana and Deus.
As Habana and Deus stood -relatively- back to back Deus explained that she did in fact have some amount of combat training, and much to Habana's surprise that training had apparently come form none other than Aspa. It made Habana somewhat curious what the connection between the strange child and Aspa was, was she perhaps family? She did not look exceptionally much like Aspa but then again Aspa had been adopted into his family so that would account for differing appearances, perhaps if they survived this she would inquire a bit more about the girls relation to Aspa.
Deus surprised Habana by producing a blast of energy that took the form of a bolt of electricity that arced around the battlefield frying a few bugs but ultimately doing little to make a major difference in the total swarm, the pure amount of them made it particularly difficult for Habana to get an accurate read on how many they were and how powerful any individual insect was as the insects constantly crawled over one another causing constant overlaps in power readings, thankfully from what she COULD read the insects were not excessively powerful but rather simply were absurdly numerous, Deus' further attempts to cull the swarm picked off a few more but once the swarm started making its attacks, groups of them breaking off from the greater swarm to zip in and take a shot at them, it became far more difficult for the kid to land effective attacks.
Shifting herself out of the way of the insects Habana kept a keen eye on there movements, they had great numbers but even with the mutations to there bodies the insects still seemed to have relatively simple intellects as there attack patterns seemed to remain fairly consistent and pattern oriented “Don't waste your energy with weaker shots, build your power up and wait for a good moment to fire your attack, if you watch them long enough you can see how they attack, bugs are not particularly smart so they keep to a pretty standard pattern for attacking. Focus on keeping yourself safe, once you think you see a good opening to fry a bunch of them let loose a strong attack.” Habana said briefly slipping into a sort of 'instructor' mode as her arm began to glow with violet energy
She watched careful as the next group broke off from the swarm coming in for an attack, on Habana and Deus' left side, cocking back her fist Habana swung at the center of the swarm's mass her fist colliding with one of the insects and the energy bursting outward to consume the ones surrounding it, a few of the insects in the attack broke off before Habana's attack could reach them zipping off in wild directions back in the direction of the greater swarm “Your attacks will probably be a bit better at taking a group of them down then mind, I'm usually more of a one on one fighter” Habana explained, perhaps now would be a good time to try producing a more effective ranged technique, she possessed the capacity to use normal basic energy blasts but those usually paled in comparison to a real technique.

[PL 622,794] Samples were needed in great number and Icarus had been salvaging quite a bit of late even within the most poisonous and noxious of the gas pockets in the sickened parts of the remaining ruins. But annoyingly enough apparently he wasn't alone this time. His return had been not long ago and he was freshly boots back to the ground. His word being taken to heart to need his body brought up to a higher caliber of efficiency with arcosian designs. But be damned if others weren't poking around... This place wasn't a play ground nor a place to go messing around. The ruins were one thing but so close to the crags? It was unlikely if saiyan nor anything else got within such a place and trapped within the gas pockets they'd likely live long. Other threats as well loomed within Icarus keeping these files to himself though. He liked his old home areas being defended by myths. Saiyans did not fear science but they feared ghost stories at times.
His body could not be senses but no effort to hide his power from scouters as he'd zip through the skies quickly and to the point attaining a area of flight above these creatures. Especially given one he hadn't known yet was giving off a responce to his scanners a SSE listed member. Or wait were they both? their paperwork may have been knew given recent wars and battles he imagined some soldiers might have been rushing to join up in times of glory while glory was ripe for the taking. They'd have their files updated in a day or two. For now he'd quickly gather near them scanning quickly and precisely. It'd only take a matter of moments get detailed scans of their figures. Normal bodies without blocking problems. As well as their innards for study later or possible bone structure or disease. Always good to keep medical and other scans for study given there were odd cases occasionally. He'd remain high up though for a time merely looking down. His eyes were black as coal like that of a tuffle but his body that of a short saiyan only four feet in height. IF any of them new much about the capital its possible given his recording of the recent wars and battles from Vennel to arcose and even Kanassa they'd recognize the top scientist in this empire. Lowering himself to become more visible to eyes a swell as scanners.
Icarus would rain down blasts as well momentarily upon the strange little bugs they'd seemed to have trouble with... Fighting such pesky creatures. This was not a pleasing find this day. Icarus would likely continue this until he'd either fried most of them or would gladly vight and finish off any others that chose to come at his robotic synthetic body. Frying a few buts at such powers would be like cake for him. Almost as on Kanassa when he'd delivered the beams of death to the soldiers that tried to dog pile him foolishly.
"You shouldn't be here... There's a reason warnings are put on the logs and public archives for a reason. I've half a mind to put a note on your files and have you reprimanded. A war recent with our army and you choose to play among the dangerous areas of the Tuffles?" Sounding highly displeased. His arms folded behind his back and his lab coat and apart all besides the armor chest plate seen at the opening of his coat gave the look of a sophisticated doctor or scientist. Floating down slowly before heels would clack onto the ground eyes drifting from one to the other. Not desiring anyone to fumble around and possibly destroy valuable resources. "There are better training facilities in the capital if you really need to find more power. This place is merely a old graveyard with warnings we put up for a reason. State your names please? I am Icarus if you don't know. Your head of research and development here on Vegeta." He'd say modestly. An just to make sure they didn't try anything foolish to scan him or try calling out until they'd answered him he'd try to assume a little polite dominance. He'd let a feeling of wamring ki within his palms be heard even if no blast was yet seen.
He normally wasn't so... formal to a T as he was at the moment. But they were in many ways standing on the last major grave of his people. This was no play ground to him. "I am weary after my return so forgive my attitude. IF you speak now and explain there will be no need for formal repercussions." He'd say politely. Drawing in a hefty breath. One of the insects buzzing about in the distance again as a finger would extend to coldly vaporize it without even looking its way. "I would also suggest moving this to a more safe location..." Eyes drifting over them both... Pausing on the small odd creature as well... It appeared recruits came in all kinds. Assuming they were recruits that was. Icarus somber expression although formal still carrying that rather low somber look of a doctor. As if he really didn't desire to deal with any shenanigans or resistance in this.

Deus was listening closely to what the older Saiyan was telling her studing the patters, preparing a bigger attack, not wasting energy and counter attacking when an opening appeared. So that she did while dodging as efficiently as she could. She spend almost a minute analizing their patters. Ten new atackers ever one point three four five eight two seven seconds. Diving in a thirty seven degree angle and going back up at a seventy four degree angle. Always moving at the incredible speed of 88 kilometers per hour, not impresive for a Saiyan, but for an oversized bug? That is another story. "Alright! Got it! Send a Ki blast at six, eleven, four, two and eight O'clock in two second intervals in that order! All of them at a twenty six degree angle when I give you the signal! I'll take care of the others When they-"
She then was rudely interrupted by a figure that killed all the bugs in one fail swoop. "I guess overpoweing them works too." She said scoffing as all her effort had gone to waste. She listened to the man talk for a while, not having much interest in his words until he identified himself as Icarus. The last remaining Tuffle. And a person she was greatly interested in meeting. "I am known as Deus, Mister Icarus." She said surpricingly cheerily. "I was exploring this echosystem and studing the way that so many diferent beings had survived, repopulated and become much stronger since the destruction of this city. It is a fenomenon I am greatly interested in. And... I guess I was so distracted on my task that I did not notice the signs around here..." She said this last part more sheepishly. "But then, Miss Habana here appeared, trying to get me out of here. I did not listen and got inside a pipe, where I discovered the nest of those mutated bugs you killed... Miss Habana also mentioned some "Creepy Crawlies" I think she called them, no idea what they are, but I havent seen any. It would be a good idea to keep an eye out." She made her explanation in a somewhat formal tone, but she at no point saluted or did any formal gesture of the sort, she just stood there.
After finishing she looked around, deciding it wasnt the best idea to stay in that place much longer. "Uh... Mister Icarus. I will not dissagree with the fact that we should relocate, but I can not fly as of yet... A little help would be appreciated." She said blushing a little. She wanted to ask him so many things about the Tuffles, but she knew it would have to wait for now.

Habana's head tiled slightly in confusion as Deus started announcing what she needed Habana to do in order to provide her with the ability to make a proper opening for them as the more Deus spoke the more complicated and absurdly specific the plan was requiring a specific amount of blasts at a specific timed interval at a specific ANGLE all upon the girls signal, Habana barely had any idea where to start with trying to figure out where exactly the kid wanted the blasts targeted, when she started charging up a blast with the intention of mostly just blasting at what she believed might be the right angle there was a rather abrupt storm of energy rained down upon the insects completely obliterating everything in its path, some of the bugs managed to flee in time but from what Habana could see and feel the overwhelming majority were obliterated.
Habana briefly searched around for the one who had preformed the attack and received her answer just a few moments after as a figure floated down from the sky, evidently Habana had not been the only one to sense something was amiss and decided to rectify the situation. This man however appeared to either be unhindered by training weights... or was FAR more powerful than Habana was, she could not tell eitehr way because the man radiated no power whatsoever like some sort of machine.
The man then identified himself as Icarus and Habana had to hold back a groan of frustration, evidently he was actually someone pretty important 'head of research and development' ON THE PLANET. Thankfully he was not some sort of security person “I'm Habana, like the kid said she decided to wander here and explore. I was doing some training over in the ruins decided to go for a walk, and felt a signature out a bit too close to the Crags. Made my way over here and well the kid pretty much handled the rest of the explanation. She also does not seem to get the concept of nicknames” Habana said with a shrug, truthfully she did not much mind having to leave in fact she preferred it.
“Yeah if you want us to get out of here I'm fine with that” Habana said with a shrug, Deus suggested that she might need some help in order to easily get away from the crags since she lacked the ability to fly, Habana was half ready to suggest that she could carry the kid considering she could use her platform technique but first she would see if Icarus would offer to do so.

The little one was a curious one. Her scans weren't picking much conclusive so that already made her a little bit of a mystery and a curiosity. But that would be taken into consideration later as now just wasn't the time. This was hostile territory that held more dangers then they knew deep within. It wasn't a place to play and poke around as the 'bugs' were the least of their worries if one got to far into the noxious clouds of gas within the crags. "Nicknames? I... Never mind. You've nothing to worry about as far as punishment goes I'm not the brutish type like some of my colleagues just know these ruins and old remnants are important to me. Its important thing to keep them preserved for future excavation as well possible restoration one day. But I shan't bore you with such minor details I'm sure you don't care to hear about anyway." He'd look at the girl asking for a little help.
Icarus blinking a couple times expecting well expecting she knew how to fly already. Most who didn't usually learned fast within this army. It was oddity to consider special. She must have been clever to survive on this planet without such a skill. Did Habana know how to fly? Surely she did... This didn't seem like your average pair of sse soldiers anyway so it would come to reason he had once again stumbled along some of the more colorful soldiers. "Ah... well. I suppose... If you'd like I can carry you? Deus... I would not desire you to come to harm by making you walk. It is as I said not the safest place here. Its why we have actual training facilities..." He had expected more attitude and already felt a little remorse before from being so blunt and abrupt towards them.
He'd let out a sight and turn to her and kneel to one knee holding his hands behind him as if to offer to allow her to mount his back. He would carry upon his back like many did to the small children of this and other worlds. He didn't' really mind all that much if she accepted. It would be quicker and perhaps a little more of a fun ride then walking through a long walk of decaying ruins that may have held diseases and lord knows what else that cold harm organics far more easily then his mechanical frame. "I promise its safe... Habana if you'd be so kind as to follow us. I am curious when we get clear to hear if you've found anything of note here... You spoke of the other ruins? I am curious if you've been poking around here on more then just the one occasion...." A smirk on his lips and a look that didn't let on if she'd be in trouble if she did or if he just wanted information. For the moment playing it coy.
If she had attached to his back he'd have taken off quickly but carefully keeping a modest speed. His boots igniting into rockets rather then force out his full ki reactors in form of flight. Jetting them through the air quickly towards a location not far off. They just had to get clear about the half way point between the ruins and the capital. If after the conversation he'd give the child the full ride home as well if she wanted. He would try to ensure this all ended on friendly ground after all. Also looking back curiously. Expecting to see Habana flying behind him not far off.
