(Vi has been interrupted exiting by Nova )
Vi-Poi snarled as the caped cretin caught him in his leisurely flight and snared him under his arms. It was an awkward grip, one that he could probably overcome if he used the full breadth of his ki, but it was the presumptuousness that enraged him the most. “Why you! Filthy amoeba.” He growled, pushing Captain Nova back and forth in the air but not yet managing to throw his grappler. “That’s quite a warm goodbye hug. Why don’t you go watch reruns of Bao fights, you wannabee wuss?”
Captain Nova’s voice rang out, calling for the others to attack, and Vi-Poi’s expression grew tight with a cold machine rage. “Did my warning not compute? I can lay waste to stars, what do you think I’ll do with insignificant matter such as yourself?”
An ear popping diminuendo began to fill the air, as if the entire world’s energy was deflating. The sky above darkened with shadow, crackling with fierce and jagged red bolts of lightning. The city began to shake as the ground beneath it trembled. The wild winds seemed to be focused on Vi-Poi now, all swirling towards the android, the foci of the channeling ki.
“You’ll be smashed into quarks! You’ll all be atomic goo! Hehehehuehuehue!” A great spear of crimson lightning hit a nearby building, bathing the darkened skyscrapers in a flash of red. The air seemed to be pulled inside of him, and a pulsing red glow emanated from a hazy aura that now surrounded him. Captain Nova would feel Vi-Poi’s synthetic flesh heating up to painful levels. “Feel that? I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve got to let off some steam.” Vi-Poi told his would-be captor. He’d flipped off his heat channels and let his Megacore populate his internals with an incredible amount of energy. It would be enough to hard-boil the entire city. (Vi-Poi is charging Superhot Steam Clean [MP3] 10,857,308 PL next full round. Fissile steam will erupt in a spherical cloud from his body, hotter than stars, and will nuke the entire city.)

His attack had succeeded! Mostly anyways. Bing's feint was dodged as expected, but the elbow hit its mark cleanly on the androids back. The human tried following it up with a roundhouse kick, but it missed spectacularly. Vipoi turned, and threw out a flurry of jabs, but Ping wouldn't be defeated so easily. Ping matched Vipoi's jabs blow for blow with his own fists. Though it was incredibly painful for skin to meet metal, it had to be better than letting the punches hit his face or chest. The android then arched back and aimed a kick for Ping's chin. The human had barely any time to defend himself from the attack, bringing his arms up in a defensive pose to block the kick. Though he blocked it, the sheer intensity of it forced Ping backwards a bit. "Damn, that hurt like hell! I don't think our 30 phase plan is going well..." Ping complained internally while rubbing his left forearm. "There has to be someway to beat him! A weak spot of some kind, or some faulty programming..." Bing said, clearly lost in thought as the battle raged. Ping eyed his opponent with furious rage as he slowly floated back into position. He needed to come up with some kind of attack plan here, because simply attacking wildly wasn't going to get them anywhere. His thoughts were interrupted by the pink majin girl known as Zexama. She said what sounded like an insult, but to be honest neither Ping or Bing had the time to respond to her, right now it was time for a new plan. It seemed, however, that Vipoi suddenly had other plans. His metal form began floating away as he spoke. He said that in 7 days he would fight the strongest fighter, but he was apparently leaving for now. Bing couldn't believe his ears. Did this guy really think he could just leave? It seemed that a few others felt the same way. The Demon Saiyan from before had become so enraged that she had transformed into a Super Saiyan-esque form. The most prominent change was that her hair was white, similar to Bing. With her added strength, maybe victory wasn't so far. "Alright! Nows our time to strike! He's distracted with his grand speech so maybe he won't notice us coming in for an attack!" Bing's determined demands were spoken in an excited tone. "I don't think so Bing...he's giving us a chance to get stronger so we can beat him, don't you want to be stronger? We wouldn't have to rely on these fools, we could beat him on our own!""No way! We can't let him leave now, there's no way I'll let him! Last time he got away he destroyed an entire planet, I won't let him do whatever he wants!" Bing's voice was filled with passionate rage. On the surface level, Bing's aura was slowly changing from that malicious purple to its normal ghostly white. "What if we can get strong enough to win?! Are you gonna throw away our only chance at revenge just because you don't want him to leave?!""Stop!" Bing's voice boomed outwards as his aura finally changed back to ghostly white, signifying Ping was no longer in control.
"You think you can just do whatever you want?! I won't stand for it anymore! No matter the consequences, I'm ending this here and now!"
Bing was about to dash forwards, but a peculiar sight caught his eye. A young man clad in a strange outfit had grappled Vipoi from behind! He had an amazingly tight grip, and it seemed Vipoi would be stuck for at least a little while.
Captain Nova yelled for everyone to focus fire, so Bing, with no other options, followed instructions.
"Boa Bomber!"
He flung his attack towards the android, but it seemed it would do no good. Vipoi was charging a massive amount of energy. It shook the very core of the earth, as if the android was forcing his will upon the planet, and it was forced to oblige. This massive amount of energy would probably end the lives of everyone here.
With hope fading, Bing just watched as his blast careened towards the android, and hoped it would do something to stop him. He thought for a moment that it might be a good idea to send a mental message to urge people to leave, but it would probably cause more panic than it's worth.

As Benetto crested the top of the building, he saw Bing and Realigner Red pitched in heated combat, that is, until Red suddenly stopped and began to leave with a proclamation that he would return in one week to fight our world's strongest fighter. This statement seemed eerily familiar to Benetto, but his worries were focused on a different sort. (No, bad, bad, bad! I had a plan! If he leaves...then we're back to square one! But if we try to stop him, all of these civilians die...Darn it!) As Benetto struggled with the issues inherent to Realigner Red's challenge, a familiar caped crusader ran in and made the decision for him. (No, worse, even worse! What the HFIL is he thinking? In trying to be a hero, this idiot's just doomed both the world's strongest defenders and hundreds of thousands of innocents! Grr...right, right, calm down and think. I have to think, otherwise, we're all going to be deep fried here.)
As Bing began to launch his attack, Benetto finally had his plan. "Everybody, hear me out here! Pink guy with the pen, your so-called 'master' has ignored and betrayed you, left you here to die amongst us! Show him why you should never be double-crossed! Gleciar! I don't care what this pink guy has done to you, you need to focus on what's important here, the android about to kill us all! Leave disputes for another day! Firey Saiyan lady! This man has toyed with all of us, made a mockery of combat! Show him what no mercy is right here and now! Lady with the rainbow hair! Think of all the lives this man has ended, and all the ones you could save by stopping this now! Join with us! Majin lady! Whatever you're hiding, now's the time to use it, I don't think we're going to get any longer here. Everybody, join attacks with the grey haired warrior, for any sense of what's right in the world, for peace and justice, for the protection and salvation of Earth! This has to end here!"
After yelling his speech loud enough for everybody to hear, Benetto then moved over to Articho. "Hey, this sounds completely insane and it probably is, but hear me out. That beam of yours, can you use it to push things? If so, I need you to launch me at that crazy robot. I'll combine it with my best attack, and we'll see if that could maybe make a difference. Hey, and if I don't make it through this and you wind up hitting on my sister? I'll find some way to punch you straight from the afterlife. Let's do this!"
[Charging and using Uptempo Crash at 66%, PL 15,242] [If Articho decides to fire me at Vi, consider the attack to be combined with Articho's. Otherwise, I will be launching the attack at that time regardless. Also, consider anybody who follows my plan to be combining their ki attacks with Bing's, including my attack.]

(Since I'm leaving on a mission trip tomorrow, if you all don't mind I'm going to go ahead and post. I'm supposed to go next anyway...)
Sasha was helping a woman from underneath a fallen building when she heard Vi-Poi announce that he was leaving. She sighed in relief and turned towards the building everyone had been gathered on top of, looking for the familiar tangle of bright pink hair that denoted the presence of her brother. She spotted him making his way toward another of the fighters- one of the strongest there, if not the strongest, that Sasha could sense, so she began to make her way toward him. Then she saw a red-caped figure leap onto Vi-Poi, stopping him from leaving. She sped up, knowing that there was most likely no safe place nearby now, and hoping her brother had a plan. As she hopped up onto the top of the building, she heard her brother imploring various people to attack the viral android. She came up to the small group of people and began charging her one attack, glad that it was a ranged one so she wouldn't have to get up close to the android. Not that that was possible anyway, since she couldn't fly.

Bad news, Zexama had finally come to admit that no matter what verbal things Zexama did to Vi-poi, he wouldn’t come out. So, if she couldn’t use verbal actions, she would have to help the others by attacking Vi-poi. Perhaps she would absorb Aksor after using this barrier so that she could do some extra damage on Vi. As she saw an Arcosian fly up towards Komoto, she saw him scream at Komoto before beginning to charge an attack. She listened to Captain Nova’s plan and agree with it. Then, a few seconds later some other guy shouted out the same plan.
She had only just realised that Vi was trying to escape, he was trying to escape, after all this? Zexama most likely had the same thoughts as everyone else: Vi-poi would not escape. Zexama watched as Vi-poi had been stopped by Nova, except, Vi-poi stood up to his word, and started charging a devastating attack. Zexama kept her cool, she could still do this, she had to. Zexama had come up with her own idea. She would take the entire attack from Vi-poi. Zexama was about to shout her plan before she saw Bing throw an attack. It was moving at a slow velocity, yet fast enough, which was good because it would make Vi-poi get hit by it unless he fired his attack right away.
Zexama then thought now was a good time to shout her plan. ”BING, ZERORI, CAPTAIN NOVA, KAYLE, RAINBOW PERSON, PERSON WITH A SWORD AND EVERYONE ELSE! FOLLOW CAPTAIN NOVA’S PLAN TO FIRE ALL YOUR ATTACKS TO VI! Then after you do that get behind me, I will take the blast from Vi-poi and protect all of you. Grab Komoto as well, we wouldn’t want him to get off to easy now would we?” Zexama charged more and more energy into the massive pink ball in her hand.
She moved her hands in front of her and made a defensive position. ”Zerori you grab Komoto! Then while everyone is behind me charge your attacks, when I… umm, get out of the way, fire all of your attacks at Vi-poi! I know we can break him when he is vulnerable! He won’t be able to use a Barrier and an attack at the same time.” Zexama smiled as she could see this plan coming to life. If everyone just followed what she said they could win this.
”I know what you want to do Zexama, you will die. I am positive of it.”[/b] The scouter said with a low toned voice. The image of the scouter’s face in the corner of the screen had a sad face across it. Zexama could see her shield, even being how strong it is now, was not strong enough. She saw what the current Power coming from Vi’s attack was subtracted by Bing’s, it was still a close call, but it could be done. Zexama hoped that no one would try and feel sorry for her, she had to do this, and there was no time for sympathy.
Zexama’s only hope was to make the barrier stronger, so that’s what she did. She pumped more and more energy into the Barrier, she had to wonder whether anymore could even fit in. She turned her attention to Vi-poi and shouted in his face. ”You do realised the real Vi-poi knows where the Dragon ball are right? I told him myself you idiot!” This was the last thing Zexama could think of, she still hoped that her big blue friend would be brought out, but it was unlikely. She needed people to follow the plan. Zexama thought it was pointless now to be supressing her Ki, so she let the energy around her run free, her power being up to her full power. [Ki suppression off, Ki barrier next turn will be = 7,338,870.]

Post by Articho Reville on Jul 26, 2015 22:54:57 GMT
Articho cringed as Vi-poi was stopped by the brash man jumping on to him. The hybrid could feel the heat radiating off of the android as he started charging his attack. He had to hand it to Captain Nova. The human was quite brave to just throw himself at the all powerful android, even though it would most certainly end in his death. Captain Nova had a hold on Vi-Poi and, while it didn't make him completely vulnerable, it did make him a easy to hit target.
Articho had to role his eyes at Benetto. He was certain that a second speech, and even the third call by Zexama were all pretty unnecessary given the gravity of the situation. It was going to take all they had to beat Vi-Poi and everyone knew it. What his teammate said next was crazy. "You want me to launch you?" the young hybrid asked, dumbfounded. "Do you realize how fucking insane that is?" Articho paused, the power in his move still growing. He wasn't sure if it would work, but then again, how did he know if his attack would work. "Fine," he eventually said. "just try to kick his head off. Maybe that will put him down."
He had to grin at Benetto's threat. "What you don't know won't hurt you," Articho replied with a cheeky grin before grabbing the man by the neck of his shirt. Articho pulled Benetto in front of him and lowered his other hand to right behind his teammate's back. "This shouldn't instantly vaporize you and your move should get stronger because of it," the hybrid explained uncertainly. He grinned at Benetto again before saying what could very be the last words he'd say to the human. "Try not to die. Your sister might take it pretty badly and you would kill any chance at a relationship for me." With that, Articho tugged Benetto into the air with one hand and faced him up towards Vi-Poi. With a mighty shout, he fired his Heaven Piercer, making sure to let go of the man's shirt as well as not kill him. The green ki beam lit up the area around them as Articho lost sight of his teammate and Vi-Poi. After the Heaven Liercer left his hand, the hybrid dashed behind Zexama and her barrier. If he was going to die, it wouldn't be to a bit of heat.

The other monster in the city destroyed yet another life. She didn’t know what that thing was, but it was sure to be dangerous if left unchecked. Unfortunate, but Ruby couldn’t focus on that. The real threat was the one who threw the massive Z in her direction: the planet-buster, Realigner Red. That malevolent android needed to be stopped quickly, but there was no way in hell that anyone here could do it. No matter how much power they brought against the so-called King of the Universe, nothing could stop him from doing as he wished, wantonly murdering people in the most infuriatingly immature manner possible. They would need time… time to think up a strategy, to strike at his natural weaknesses and take him apart. They needed a way to defeat him that could be accomplished by anyone, no matter how large the difference in power. Everything had a weakness. Everything. But they needed time. Please… just a little more time.
A small, bitter sigh of relief escaped Ruby’s throat, her heartbeat beginning to go steady in her chest. Realigner Red was leaving. He was leaving and giving them all a week to come up with something, some way to defeat him. That was good, the android may be powerful, but striking him head on was an exercise in futility — today proved that beyond all doubt. If they wanted to win, they would have to do so intelligently. Additionally, he decided to move the fight to a much safer, civilian-free environment. The others taunted him, called him a coward, made threats, but this was definitely a best-case scenario. Next time, Ruby could actually join the fight, at little help as she may be, and wipe out Realigner Red. She’d fly back to Site A, meet with Cipher, and discuss how best to deal with the threat. Blue Banner Army Site A was specially built for android research; if anyone could shut this creature down, it would be them — the people who reconstructed her body.
“Civilian?” Whatever, she wasn’t exactly in her KAOS uniform at the moment, so it really didn’t matter to her. “Hero?” That fit a bit better, though she grimaced at her own conceit. She didn’t know much about Captain Nova (anything at all, really) but she noticed him helping civilians evacuate the same as her. To her, he seemed every bit as heroic as the costume and cape implied. But then he began speaking to her again. Leaving them in her hands? The type of person the world needs? Was he thinking about attacking Realigner Red right when they were about to be given a ten-day’s reprieve to plan their next move? No, there was no way anyone could be that thoughtless. He had to know that attacking the murderous android would do little more than rob the Earth of one — possibly several — of its defenders as well as cause immense property damage when he inevitably launched a retaliatory strike.
But he did it, he grappled an android who, with a single motion, could probably tear through his feeble arms. This was maddening, infuriating, insane, there was no way he could possibly do anything of value to this man. Why the hell is he doing this? “WE CAN’T LET HIM GET AWAY! EVERYONE! HIT HIM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE NOW!” Ruby’s blood ran cold and her human heart skipped a beat. She gritted her teeth and jumped from the ground before the massive Z, flying into the air and taking a deep breath. Her eyes focused on Realigner Red and Captain Nova and she let out an equally loud cry that caused her vocal modulator to give off a slightly mechanical tone, “YOU IDIOT!”
Ruby’s body didn’t register pain as a sensation anymore. Instead, her body sent signals to her brain that something was amiss and calculated its severity. It was a quick, simple solution that prevented her from becoming incapacitated if, say, a piece of her prosthetic body such as a limb or an artificial organ system were removed. So long as her core and brain were unharmed, she, could remain alive. Impaired, but alive. At the moment, her Scanner Drive exceeded its natural limitations as she saw the malevolent android charge a massive ball of steam above his head. Whatever he was doing easily had a power over 10 million. The air became hot, and she looked to the hazy air around her as her pain receptors rapidly sent information to her mind. Whatever he was doing made everything around her hurt. It was as though he were boiling the entire area.
This wasn’t the same as her lapse in judgement earlier. Attacking Realigner Red with her feeble attack would likely provoke him into murdering her on the spot, but likely wouldn’t have gotten the entire city wiped out. What Captain Nova was doing? She couldn’t think of it as anything but selfish. This was a senseless sacrifice, one that proved more dangerous than doing nothing. But it was too late to discuss it and too late to bemoan him for it. The others moved as well, and she’d be damned if she’d just up and leave now. Already, she was right in his line of sight, floating right in front of him. “You and I both know how this will end,” she said, but whether it was directed to Realigner Red or Captain Nova wasn’t clear.
Sudden realization flickered across her face as the little Majin spoke below. Vi-poi. Virtual Poi. She really hated being the last to get something. Now she really regretted not wearing her uniform today. She kept listening; the little Majin girl had a shield? Fine, let’s do it. She held her left index finger to her face and charged a red sphere at its tip, a small smirk appearing on her red lips, “Administrator Azure, this is an unexpected meeting.” She didn’t have time to charge it up the way she wanted to earlier, but she didn’t regret using that energy. Holding her left arm out, right hand clutched around her forearm, she activated the combat technique. Allocating 1000 joules of energy into the tip of her finger, she pulled her internal trigger at Realigner Red. “Ruby, new member of the Ki Assault Operations Squad, Blue Banner Army. Pleased to meet you.”
“Particle Beam!” she shouted, aiming for the evil android’s eyes. The moment it left her finger, she’d smile and look to Zexama. She calculated the distance and determined that she simply wouldn’t be fast enough to get from so close to Virtual-Poi to behind the shield by the time he drops his heat ball on the city. Oh well… She looked back to the two, the android and the boiling superhero on his back. A hero? That’s what you called me, right? She flipped her hair from her face with her left hand, and smiled wider at him, grinning at the so-called superhero who, by her reckoning, had thoroughly doomed North Capitol. No, I guess we’re both idiots, then.

As Gleciar charged energy to turn Komoto into dust he saw out of the corner of his eye soemthign that terrified him. That other super hero guy was trying to stop Vi-Poi... DAMN IT! We could have had a better chance outside the city! Less casualties! He listened to everyone planning to attack Vi-Poi with all they had.
He knew what he had to do, he had been directly told by Benetto what to do... But he didnt want to. He wanted to kill Komoto then and there... But he knew he was wrong. He wasnt thinking straight. Thats what this transformation always did! An incredible thirst for blood which he could varely contain! But he had to. For Namek. For his friends. For this planet. And for himself.
"GOD DAMN IT!" He turned to look at Komoto. I dont want to do this... But... He sighed. "I hate saying this... But... Come on. Help us finish this!" He offered the hand that had less energy in it. "Lets go, asshole. Im pretty sure you wouldnt survive that either. If we make it... I look forward to a proper rematch... If we dont... Ill go looking for you in hell." He waited for him to shake it or not before blasting off towards Vi-Poi. His attack was short ranged so he moved behind him and prepared to blast it.
He then noticed Benetto being launched towards Vi-Poi by Articho at speeds that shouldnt be posible for him. Damn it! I cant shoot if there is a chance he would get hit! Well... I can hold this a little longer and charge it until he hits Vi-Poi, then shoot my own attack and catch him before he turns into guts sauce on the ground.

She paid no attention to retort she received from the android menace, and focused wholly on her assault on the being before her – annoyed that he tried to speak even as she attack him with relentless vigor. A sardonic grin marked her approval when her punch hit dead on to his face, knocking him back and destroying the pen he’d mocked her with. However, did he get angry with her or retaliate as expected? No… No, he made a gesture to ‘call him’… at this time of the fight? I can’t tell if he wants me to kill him or lay him out in a different manner! Her mind raged in confused frustration, watching as he scurried toward the android to speak with him about these ‘dragon balls’ that were talked about so much.
At the mention of the eradication of her and another she didn’t catch, the hair on the back of her neck stood on end and her tail bristled as she fumed, “’Silence me’, eh? I think your little android friend made himself clear that he’s too much of a coward to bother fighting any of this!” Gesturing to herself with a thumb pointed at her chest, her eyes narrowed in challenge.
It wasn’t until the android attempted departure that she noticed someone suddenly latching on to his back and giving a desperate order to them all; He was dressed oddly but she recognized him as someone that was helping any stragglers that weren’t able to physically leave their city behind. For a brief moment, she hesitated to attack the machine, worried that her interference would spell the defeat for all of them. However, the damage was already done… She gnashed her teeth together as the android made his decision to destroy everything within the city radius – and that included herself and possibly the creature she’d been fighting!
As she stood there, taking in what was happening – it felt as though time had stopped when she realized that the power emanating from this new attack was more than double the power she’d balked at. Her eyes widened in fear, feeling tendrils of trembling start to pervade her limbs. I need to move… Her mind told her, realizing that this was her only chance to escape with her life. Years of training herself after leaving the saiyan home world were trying to throw her body into motion and make the hasty retreat she SHOULD make.
These fighters knew what they were getting into.
These fighters probably lived her and had a more noble reason than she could ever have to be here!
It’s not my problem… You have to live to enjoy the reward of victory! What use is a success or money if you die before you can even bask in the glory?! As the thoughts reached deeper and deeper into her psyche, her breathing would appear to escalate before she gasped softly. A face popped up in her mind of a young girl with a pudgy face and slightly pointed ears, crying to her. I promised I’d come back… Her thought felt remarkably peaceful, disturbing and intriguing her. She needed to leave; there was no hope for them.
The silver haired man seemed to change, then, and he spoke in a different voice. Declaring that he couldn’t allow Vi-Poi to escape, he launched another attack at their enemy. The fighters that were left seemed to try and band together, some even calling out to her directly to throw her power into the mix! …How can I let my shame being the death of them… if we have a chance… Like a flip had been switched on and she felt the explosion of an epiphany, she knew what she had to do. Sorry Ari… I hope you don’t hate me after this, Zerori thought with a scoff before acting on the impromptu plan they’d come up with.
At the mention of grabbing the insipid monster, she grimaced and looked over at the pink girl with a blatant look of disgust. You little bitch, She thought back, hoping she could hear her before looking back and catching sight of her previous opponent. She didn’t know what he intended to do; stick around to see if his master would kill him or not, escape while he could or not or lash out in betrayal of his master’s indiscriminant power. Spotting the Arcosian in his transformed state speaking to the pink demon before something clicked in her head.
Komoto. Komoto. Where had she heard that name before? The words of Alaistair came to mind, "…The reason I bring up these articles is because the Majin, known as Komoto, is not like the other Majin on this planet and in the stars, on other planets. Majin descend from a monster from Kaioshin legend, while this 'Komoto,' bares no direct lineage from the monster. He seems charismatic and blood thirsty, characteristics that when you blend them together, is a force that becomes venom to life…” Her eyes focused on the creature for a completely different reason now, realizing that the Arcosian speaking to the being with just familiarity… was Gleciar.
She couldn’t help with twitch that throbbed under her eye before she clicked her tongue in distaste, Figures I’d run into him without knowing what he looked like… and leaned into a step before disappearing and reappearing behind the Majin. She didn’t hesitate to snarl at him, “Make your choice, Komoto. Die here to your ‘Master’ or to me later,” and stepped forward to towards him and hissed, “-but let me mention that I’m more open to negotiation than HE his!” Before she raised a fist to him and attempted to slam it into his cheek, not hard enough to kill him or cause permanent damage but with the intent to throw him in the direction of the barrier as a ‘suggestion’.
She’d apologize to Zexama later for not actually grabbing him… if there was a next time. Now, however, she only had one option left open to her. Do or die, she had to make her intentions absolutely clear. Blood red energy warped around her, fire mixing oddly and she pumped magic through her arms and into the hands that would relay her ‘message’. With a war cry that started low, she pushed off of the air in a mad dash toward Vi-Poi in a final attack to either throw him off, make him lose focus or simply knock the shit out of him before he could destroy them all.
If it did anything, she’d quickly try to make a mad dash away from him toward the girl as planned. If it didn’t… well… It’s been a really shitty day.

Tako has been accused of being many things before – but nobody has ever had trouble telling that she is, in fact, a girl. If Komoto hadn’t called her a transvestite, the majin might have been able to catch her off guard – but as he does, her barrier is still intact when the ki blast hits it, and the technique flashes brightly as it nullifies the opposing energy.
“Guh!”
That, was weird.
The overall result is that Tako doesn’t go and put out fire; she just shakes her head to clear it after the ki blast bounced off her shield instead.
“Well that sucked.” She mutters to herself.
Honestly, it is getting a little difficult to hear everyone over each other as they shout and plot and plan. There is a constant thread in the urging; that she should combine her power with everyone else’s and hope it is enough to overcome the crazed robot.
Unfortunately, it still went against everything she believed in. She’s not a hero; she’s a martial artist, and whilst she was happy to help out in getting people away from the blast radius, she still can’t bring herself to compromise her ethics. Everyone ganging up on Vi-Poi was the only chance they had of beating him; it was also a decidedly dishonourable tactic. Captain Nova’s plan made sense… but killing someone because they were restrained and distracted? (Helpless seemed like a bit of a stretch even in this situation). Killing someone at all, come to that?! She’s not a murderer. She couldn’t do it, and she wouldn’t be a part of it.
The pressure from the fighters is overwhelming. Not just the multitude of attacks now bearing down on Vi-Poi, but the power she felt being generated from within the robot himself was also staggering. He kept saying he could destroy stars; with the staggering amount of force she could feel being generated from within the robot in this moment, she could believe it. It was a physically tangible force, strong enough that as she flies to get into what she’s hopefully thinking of as ‘yelling distance’, it is actually bending her aura away from her body. It is like she’s trying to fly through liquid cement, the experience deeply uncomfortable and awful. But, she privately doubts she could outrun whatever explosion Vi-Poi is going to release; heck, she wouldn’t be surprised if he accidentally punched a hole right through the planet at this rate! And she’s not going to cower behind Zexama like a little kid, either. She’s still hoping she can save the city… she’s just pretty sure she won’t be able to do it with her fists. She can only hope she can make herself heard whilst everyone else goes wild on Vi-Poi.
“Wait!” The rainbow-haired human girl – despite what Komoto would weirdly have you believe – shouts. “Kill us all if you gotta!” So she’s definitely off to a good start. “But don’t blow up the city! What if these dragon things you want are here, huh?! What good is THAT gonna do?!”
She really hasn’t got a clue what these things Vi-Poi is looking for actually are, but she’s willing to bet they won’t stand up to planet-cracking power… because what the heck could? She at least understands that this guy is absolutely dead-set on finding SOMETHING, she just hopes that the desire to find them is stronger than the desire to murder every living thing in a hundred mile radius.
Unfortunately, given how things have gone so far, she’s not absolutely positive that she’s going to be proven correct in that hope.

Komoto didn't care that the crazy red machine had ignored him, nor did he care about the human that wsd having his body burned by the red machine. He did care however, that Vi was enraged, and was going to blow up the city. The Majin knew he had to leave the blast radius, for being behind vi wpuld definately not be enough.
The Majin did not want to flee the ckty, but rather, he wanted to observe what would happen, or at the very least, sense. Speaking of sensing, Komoto realized some interesting things in the battlefield, such as the fact people actually wanted the Majin to STOP chaos. Before the Majin knew it, the attractive demon charged at Komoto once more, and since everyone kept trying to punch the Majin in the face, komoto set up a punch grab to grab the fist, twist around his body til his feet was on her arms, then jumped up, and started flying straight up.
The Majin figured since the heat blast was aimed downwards, it would be best to get as close towards the coldness of space, where at least then the Majin could have a chance of survival. When the Majin reached past the clouds, he decided now was time to make sure that somebody died from the red machine's power, and it would be a death for the most ironic of reasons.
Komoto gathered a ball of ki, and for a second, activated his ki sense to make sure that this would lock onto his target. The Majin then turned around and threw the ball of ki into the air, and as it flew, split into six different balls of ki, all flying into different directions, then hailing down.
Five of the blasts seemed to head to edges of the city, one in particular among the five traveling faster than the rest. The fastest one would be the one traveling the fastest, and would start spinning as hit the ground, tunneling and turning it's way through the ground to the target. The other four didn't hit the ground, and instead turned when close to the ground, going through what few buildings remained to the target. The sixth blast that didn't travel with the others slowly descended before picking up momemtum as it fell towards the target.
The whole point of the six blasts was simple.... they were all headed to the Majin Zexama. The Majin was clearly charging up a shield, and since the cocky majin kept during random things such as telekinesis and transmutation, not to mention someone had to kill himself for her, the girl probably wasn't keeping good mental control over her shield, and if she sustains damage, would lose the shield.
It was true though that most of the people could survive this blast, but no shield could control what attacks can go through it, so it left with the best game of all.
"Whose gonna try to stay out of the shield to protect the rest", the Majin said with a giggle. With everyone just firing strong blasts at the red machine, not to mention that each blast was coming from completely different directions in a surrounding tactic, people would have to make sure the blasts didn't get close to the majin.
Komoto watched with anticipation as he continued heading higher into the sky.
(Super Extinction Attack fired 66%, six blasts heading to zexama, one going to her right side one to her left side, one to her chest, one to her back, one from below to her feet straight up, and one to her head straight down. Each blast will deal: 38,801.33333333)

He did it? He couldn't believe it! He managed to get a hold of Realigner Red! Maybe...Maybe this half baked plan of his could truly work! He could only hope, he desperately wished that he could make this work, that he could do something right...That he could help save the world! It was a silly thought, he realized, but Nicolas needed something he could hold on to, something more than 'this idiotic plan is gonna get me killed.' He shut his eyes tight and held on fighting back the urge to tremble in fear.
He only forced his grip around Vi Poi tighter and tighter as the smaller android thrashed about in his clumsy grapple. While it was true that he was a 'wannabe' when it came to fighting he knew he couldn't... He couldn't let go. He wasn't going to, even if it meant his death. He gnashed his teeth as Realigner Red threatened and insulted him. He didn't want to hear it frankly, so he shut him out and just focused on trying to keep him still (while also trying not to get thrown off and obliterated by any sort of counter measure the psychotic android likely had been dreaming up.) He didn't realize that he was getting ready to charge a single attack capable of rendering the city to ash.
His eyes shot open at the rumbling of the very city itself. What was happening? An Earthquake?! Was the Earth trembling at his power?! He flinched as a few arcs of lightning exploded from his form and crashed into the nearby buildings sending glass and concrete to the street in a violent scarlet explosion. He clung to Vi Poi as he felt the intense winds blow over him. He cried out in a mixture of the strain of holding on and the terror that clutched his heart. As the winds raged past him he could only hold steady as both his golden visor was torn away from him and sent hurtling far away. With his face revealed the young man couldn't hide anymore, he was literally face to face with death. He felt naked, and scared.
As the android began to heat himself up while gathering his vicious ki Nicolas nearly let go from the unbearable pain of being slow cooked by the android's synth flesh. He cried out in agony as pained tears began to burn in his eyes as he struggled to keep his hold. The stomach churning smell of molten spandex and his roasting flesh filled his nose nearly making him hurl but he kept his grip. The adrenaline boost he had earlier had long since faded leaving him only with a ravaged, tired body and the sensation of being broiled all over.
The words of Ruby hit first, the rather obvious observation of his stupidity stung nearly more than the burns but he merely shook it off. After all, she had a point. He had no idea what he was doing... He could have let Vi Poi fly off and let some other heroes step in...But he had to throw himself at him and set off the inferno that was his unstoppable rage... God, he was dumb... He trembled a bit as he fought back his emotions though he looked upon the world through his blurred eyes. He really hoped everyone listened to him. He really hoped they had rallied...That they did something! He didn't want to die...Not like this...But, he couldn't let go, he couldn't run away.
...Then, he realized... Everyone did.
The heroes, all of them rallied. A plan was formed and everyone...Everyone was working together. The faintest hint of a smile stretched over Nicolas' lips as he watched some prepare, and others launch ahead for an attack. The Majin accomplice was even retreating it seemed! Seeing all the people working in tandem filled his heart with a bit of hope. Though hope was frail, it seemed even the one who could destroy stars couldn't kill hope. Not completely. He clenched his arms over Vi Poi, his eyebrows dipping in determination as he vowed to himself that he wouldn't let go, as long as he was alive he wouldn't let the bastard flee or dodge. At least he would try not to...
As the blonde android appeared before the hero she deemed as selfish and senseless and the maniacal machine his determination faded. Why...Why was she still here? Why didn't she leave? She needed to live! Those people...They were safe right? He doubted she would have left them to Vi Poi's slaughter but he also doubted he would directly challenge the android. His thoughts stopped completely as she spoke what he was thinking.
Nicolas would look upon her with his own eyes. He didn't have his reflective visor so his gaze revealed everything to her. His listless expression telegraphed his feelings of regret, the sorrow brought on by death, but above all: the absolute terror he couldn't shake. He didn't realize it but, he had been silently weeping. The agonizing pain, the horrors he had seen... He had no business being there but...For some reason he held on. Even though he wished Ruby wasn't there he wished even more that her shot would ring true.
As Tako made her plea he would shake his head. There was no stopping this. No reasoning. This man toppled buildings for fun, to him the world and everything in it was his to claim. He felt that he had the power to take what he wanted.
"You're...Just like them..." He choked out as he began gathering the remainder of his energy. "When I was a boy these bastards... They attacked my home...Just because they could." He growled golden energy flashing around him. Though it was only a flicker compared to the scarlet light that flooded the Realigner Red's form. "I vowed...I would stop people like them! People like you!" He glanced seeing the emerald flash of Bing's attack, the fiery super demon, the scrappy hero as well as a string of lights of various techniques heading towards them.
"So even if it means I have to drag you there...I'm taking you to the After Life!" He called out, dropping the heroics as he looked at the incoming barrage.
He braced himself with one final yell
"REAAAAALLLLLIGNER!!!!"

Vi-Poi was maddened with cybernetic rage. Every bit of circuitry inside him was seething with unbridled hatred. He’d turn this entire planet into irreconcilable mush, Dragon Balls be damned! The gall of these simpletons, to think to trap him so handily. He’d show them, just like he showed those green idiots on Namek!
The dark aura flared, steam wafting from the hairline openings of his venting system.
“01100010011101010110100101101100011101000010000001110011011101000111001001101111011011100110011101100101011100100010000001110100011010000110000101101110001000000111010001101000011001010010000001110100011001010110010101110100011010000010000001100001011011100110010000100000011000110110110001100001011101110111001100100000011011110110011000100000011110010110111101110101011100100010000001101110011010010110011101101000011101000110110101100001011100100110010101110011” Realigner Red said in a rapid stream of near-incomprehensible binary. His synthetic muscles clenched and pulled his limbs in odd, unnatural ways, as if two puppeteers were fighting over a single marionette. The attacks from the nearby warriors flew towards him with dangerous speed. The crimson lines along his pale body flared angrily, then dimmed to a faint pink.
A flare of bright blue ki suddenly washed out the crimson, and Vi-Poi’s neon red hair greyed into a dull azure. His eyes toggled back and forth from mismatched red and violet to blue, like the struggling glow in an old police lamp. “Sector Zero Core: Not Ready.” The android spoke in a steady, calm voice, as if from a great distance away. “Sector One Operating System: Failure. Repair required. System restore: Non-operational. Red Ribbon Realigner Virus Threat Level: Critical. Damage Level: Severe. Entity description: Standalone self-replicator, highly adaptive. Memory buffer overflow…”
Just before the ki attacks met his body, the faded Vi-Poi turned flickered back into a florescent red. “Why… won’t… you… die!” The maddened voice of Realigner Red demanded. He managed to push the nagging ice burr of the old blue boy back into its corner, throwing his arms and legs out wildly, seams in his flesh opening as white-hot steam exploded from him in all directions. He heeded the Bao-Mart dye job’s advice and only lit up several dozen blocks of the downtown core, Captain Nova inundated with the blast, the Z-TV building immediately turning into a vaporizing torch, the expanding pyrophoric flow from his merged Tuffle Reactor heating atoms to levels they hadn’t experienced in billions of years, breaking them into their constituent parts. The attack would sweep the incoming ki away and press into Zexama and her shield, hurtling at nearby Tako and Bing both. The incoming Benetto Giri, the attacking Articho Reville, the Arcosian Gleciar, and the half-deomn Zerori, and the fleeing Komoto would also be within the blast radius unless they took immediate action. The wall is expanding at the terrifying speed of Vi-Poi's great ki-energy however, probably too quickly for most to overcome. (Just an fyi, no attacking and attempting to get far away in the same round, the time restraints of simultaneity for each post-round are supposed to cover those sorts of actions. You can be heading that direction, but not getting super far since you attacked. Sorry, Komoto Also Benetto, you cannot charge and use in a single round. The charge means you won't be using it that round, so your attack will be your 66% (5030) of your PL)(Vi-Poi has detonated his Superhot Steam Clean for 10,857,308 PL. Colliding with incoming attacks from Bing Gan, Benetto Giri (Fluentinnerd), Sasha Giri, Articho Reville, @ruby, and @zerori worth a collective 4,544,527. 10857308-4544527 = 6312781 in bleed-through damage headed outward.)
