Kayle begins to drag himself back to his little hovel the best that he can. He couldn't believe what had happened within the last week or so. He had personally seen two super saiyans, and even something he had never heard of, a super human. Kayle previously had had no idea that humans even had that kind of strength in them at all. Where were they hiding it all? Kayle had always followed his saiyan heritage thinking that it was the stronger side of him, but perhaps in the end, the human side wasn't so weak. Kayle pondered to himself. If there is a such as a super saiyan, and now apparently a super human, then what would a hybrid of those two races be if he could unlock this power? The only way to find out would be to do it. He would have to unlock access to these things. To do so he had to learn more about his human side. He had to go to earth.
Unfortunately for Kayle, he did not have the fondness memories of earth. On Vegeta, if someone mocked you or made fun of you, all you had to do was beat them up to teach them a lesson. Fighting was common place there. It was not only accepted, but it was actually encouraged in some respects. Saiyans were a warrior race. They thrived on strength and power. If you were weak, you were pushed around. If you weren't you weren't. Again, unfortunately for Kayle, there was apperantly one thing that saiyans hated more than weak saiyans, and that was saiyan hybrids. Most pure bloods looked down on the hybrids for merely existing, regardless of their birth. Although an elite hybrid was rare, it was unheard of. Most hybrids were low class saiyans. Mostly because low class saiyans have a hard time finding saiyan mates more than likely. Pure breeds, even other low class, looked down on a hybrid. They viewed them as a pollution of the saiyan blood. A way of weakening one of the most power races in existence. Or at least Kayle thought. On Vegeta, Kayle was pushed around, ignored, and even refused jobs that he was over qualified for based merely on the fact that he was a half breed. Something that was completely out of his control. It seemed that everyone blamed him for it. He was just something to be used here, a tool to get a job done and this discarded at best. If he were to be accepted, he would have to prove him self not a pollution of the saiyan blood.
On earth, the humans had similar views, but not so much based on blood lines. Kayle had not been to Earth since he was a child, but from what he remembered, they looked down on him just for being different. They didn't care that he was only half human, they just thought that he was funny looking cause he had a tail. They other children laughed and called him names. There, unlike Vegeta, however, you were not allowed to just beat respect out of people. No, there you had to 'earn' it. The one day he had decided to force respect, was they day that his family had to leave Earth. A kid had made fun of his tail, and then grabbed it and yanked. Kayle felt all the power leave his body. For the first time in his life he had felt powerless. Kayle remembered the time well.
"Let go of my tail!" He spoke, barely above a whisper. "And what are ya gonna do if I don't?" said the kid back. "You had better hold on to it forever kid. If you let go, you're dead." He said again, barely above a whisper. "Oh I'm so scared! Little monkey boy thinks he's all big and bad. Haha, I'm going to let go now! Let's see what you really do!" the kid said, letting go of Kayle's tail. Kayle felt his power rush back into his body and let his rage consume him. He immediately flipped around and started to whale on the kid. "What am I going to do?! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?! I'M GOING TO MAKE YOU PAY! NO ONE HUMILIATES KAYLE!" Kayle screamed in rage. He beat the child relentlessly. His face was a bloody mess. The kid was crying, loudly, and his mother came from around the corner. He saw her son on the ground and went and called the police. Kayle ran home. His mother had had enough. She told his father they were going back to Vegeta, where Kayle defending himself was not only, okay, it was encouraged. That was the day he had left Earth.
Kayle hadn't been back sense. He had always thought of humans as useless little weaklings and that's why they were never able to fight back. Today he had found out wrong. Some humans were able to fight back, some were even stronger than super saiyans, and Kayle would learn the secret to this strength if it ended his life. Kayle was pushed around like he was nothing here on Vegeta, no matter how strong he got. It was time that he learned a little more of his human ancestry.
Kayle continued his way home, hearing the jeers of the people on the streets. Big bad Kayle had been beaten by a human. A human of all things! He had made a name for himself in the Radittsu District, and now they all made fun of him. At this point he didn't care. They didn't know the power of that human. They didn't know what he was capable of. Kayle did. Kayle would rise to claim it. Super human, super saiyan, it didn't matter to him which one he claimed. He just needed to get some form of power, a way to prove that half breeds were not good for nothing.
Kayle had this old space pod. It was next to useless, but maybe he could get it going for one last run. Kayle walked up to the old pod. It sure was beat up. It had dents galore in it. It had definitely seen better days. He was unsure whether it would even able to make the trip. Kayle didn't care. If he didn't leave Vegeta, then he was doomed to a life of mediocrity. He had tried to leave time and time again. He had tried to leave twice on Commander Callion's squad. Once he was defeated easily, the second time he was standing toe to toe with Ocar, Callion's go to man for fighting Kayle. Callion himself put an end to that pretty fast. He had also tried to prove himself to the empire. He personally fought the first Queen of Vegeta, when no one else was willing to step up. Sure, he lost, but he had done some pretty good damage. Enough that she had to drink a magic liquid to become stronger to beat him. She had ignored him after that. He was there when the new Queen took over. She had tried to win him over in the beginning with honeyed words. It had almost worked, until after the fight, she to, had ignored him. No, Kayle would not stand for this any longer. Kayle was leaving Vegeta. He would go to Earth and learn more about this super human thing. He would come back eventually, and prove himself to be a true warrior and help take the empire to heights it hadn't seen in ages, but before that, he had lots to learn. Kayle climbed into the beat up pod and closed the hatch. He pressed a few buttons, and braced himself as the old beat up pod blasted off into space, course set for Earth.
