"So that's the lookout huh? That thing is taaaaaaall."
Cipher sighed as he held onto his daughter, the pair of them flying over the Fukurou Forest. "That isn't the lookout Charlene. It's the tower that the lookout sits atop of. Koran's tower."
"So, why aren't we going up there?" she asked, looking back up at her adoptive father. "Because," he explained, "We're about to go very high up, and I know the air's going to get a bit thin before we reach the top. I'd rather you get used to it and not collapse before we get there." Cipher didn't know why he had to bring Charlene along. He had intended to go to the lookout to see the Kami Scargot, to speak to him regarding the Z Fighters. Though he was on good terms with some of them, mainly Ninjin and Bing, there was still the issue of Daiki that worried him. He feared that the young Saiyan might just follow through on his threats against the BBA. He hoped that he could ease the tension between the two groups. They did have the same goal after all.
Unfortunately for Cipher, Porsalynne was very busy with the shop back in Avalon, and after a certain incident at Site A, neither parent was very keen on leaving their little pyromaniac of a daughter alone. So, this resulted in Cipher having to take her with him. Guess it wasn't all bad. Charlene knew when to behave, and he had hoped she would when they got up there. The last thing he needed with his hyper daughter to cause trouble for the Kami.
"You think this Kami guy would like this?" Charlene asked. Cipher looked down and his eyes bugged out when he saw that Charlene was holding what could only be a home made grenade. How the hell had she gotten hold of that!? Where did she get the stuff to make it!? "Charlene!" he yelled out, "Get rid of that thing right now!" Charlene shrugged. "You're the boss." She let go, letting the explosive drop down to the earth below. Cipher breathed a sigh of relief until he saw a thin, metal ring around one of his daughter's fingers.
"Charlene..." he said slowly, "Is that the pin?"
An explosion down below confirmed his suspicions. His daughter had pulled the pin before dropping it.
"You mean you didn't want the explosion?" Charlene asked, completely innocent. Cipher sighed. What was he going to do with her?

“Aaaaahhh… that was great....” Toma spoke out in exhaustion as he laid in his bed next to Ninjin. He rolled over onto his side, sliding his arm around her, and holding her close to him, kissing her cheek. “We should do that more often.” He teased, chuckling a bit. He then let out a yawn. Having ‘stamina training’ with her sure did make him really tired at the end of it, but he’d be damned if it wasn’t one of the best things he did. He then leaned over just a tad, planting one last kiss on Ninjin’s cheek, before his eyes slowly closed, and he drifted off into dreamland, smiling.
He loved Ninjin. He did, truly. She was the best thing to have ever happened to him. He had never dreamed since he had first met her about ever being with her in such a manner, but it appears these two lost souls had been drawn to each other and bonded. He would do anything for her, even give his life if that’s what it took. He was even thinking about asking her to marry him. But that’d have to come later, when the moment was right.
His pleasent sleep was interupted when he heard a loud explosion from outside a few hours later. He opened his eyes in a groggy manner, his smile turning into a scowl. “Oh for fucks sake…” He whispered to himself, as he stood up from his bed, before turning around and pulling the covers back over Ninjin. She always was a heavy sleeper. Quickly getting dressed in his Gi, he walked outside and casted out his senses. He felt a tiny power level heading up to the top of Korin’s Lookout, and he saw a smoke cloud about halfway down the tower pole.
In a flash of movement, Toma would cut off the two of the beings who were heading up to Kami’s lookout. He looked rather tired, still a tad sleepy from having been rudely woken up from his nap. He looked down at them. He didn’t recognize the girl, but he did recognize the android. “Oh, heyyy!” Toma spoke out, his eyes lighting up some as he recognized him. “You’re that guy from Mount Frappe when we stopped Bigby! You don’t recognize me, but I was the Oozaru.” He spoke, smiling. His tail waved back and forth happily. “Now the big question is, what’re ya’ll doing here? And what was that explosion I heard? I was having the best nap but it woke me up…” He spoke, looking around for what might have caused it.

"Man, that was one heck of a boom! My best work yet!"
"That was very irresponsible of you," Cipher scolded his daughter, "I'm just glad nobody got hurt from that." The android paused when he sensed a high power level approaching them. He stopped in mid air as a Saiyan with black hair flew up from below, stopping in front of them. Something about this man, or rather, his power signature, seemed familiar. Thankfully, his words quickly answered his question.
"Ah yes, I remember you," the android replied. It was really hard to forget an encounter with a friendly Oozaru, especially since all his other ones ended in destruction and violence. When he mentioned the explosion, Cipher looked a little sheepish. "That would have been my daughter here." He looked down at the little girl in his arms, who was looking very proud about her bomb, "She has a, well, passion for explosives."
"My best work yet," she nodded with a proud smile. Cipher rolled his eyes before turning his attention back to Toma.
"I believe I didn't introduce myself during our last encounter. I am Cipher 24, KAOS operative for the Blue Banner Army, and this is Charlene."
"Sup."
"We were on our way to speak with the Kami. There's a small matter I wish to discuss with him." Cipher paused when a thought occurred to him. "Wait, you're one of the Z-Fighters, are you not?" Though he hadn't paid much attention during their last encounter, he did remember that he seemed to know Ninjin. "Perhaps I can speak to you about this matter."

“Fucking kids.” Toma thought to himself, still rather grumpy that his rather pleasent dreamland time had been interupted by a mere child toying around with her bombs. What the hell kind of parent let a kid play with those things anyways?! Though, Toma supposed he wasn’t one to talk. By the time he was this childs age he was already throwing Ki blasts around.
The android introduced himself and his daughter to Toma, and Toma smiled. “My name is Toma. It’s a pleasure to meet the both of you. Though, Charlene, I’d recommend that next time, you might want to play with your toys somewhere a bit more… secluded.” He spoke, a hint of both playful and seriousness in his voice.
Toma raised an eyebrow when Cipher mentioned he wished to speak with a matter to the Kami.“The Kami isn’t available at the moment.” Toma spoke, before Cipher asked if Toma was a Z-Fighter. “Yes, I am. I’m the leader of the group, actually. I’m suprised Vi-poi didn’t tell you.” He spoke. Surely this Android must’ve known about Toma and Vipois friendship. It’s not like the BBA and the Z-Fighters were enemies, after all. “Yea, I’m free to talk. What is it?” Toma asked curiously, before descending a bit further, so now he was eye level with Cipher.

So, Toma was the leader of the group? He probably should have looked this up before coming here, or asked the Administrator. Still, speaking with the leader regarding this manner seemed more appropriate. Cipher gave a small nod. "I wish to talk with you regarding one of your own, the Saiyan known as Daiki." Cipher paused, not entirely sure how he was going to word this. "Now, I know that Daiki is a good person, but he worries me. He seems intent on believing that the Blue Banner Army is evil, and has, on numerous occasions, threatened to destroy the army, along with Vipoi." He even remembered how he had, subtly, threatened to destroy him if he fought on behalf of the army.
"I fear of what would happen if Daiki decided to follow through on his threats, especially with his power as a super saiyan. I've seen that he can be a bit hot blooded at times, and I'd rather prefer a war between our two factions." He remembered seeing the footage of him killing several Blue Banner soldiers during the battle of the west, only being reeled back by Ninjin. Thankfully, it seemed like a major battle was becoming less likely, as both Ninjin and Toma, the very leader of the group, seemed to be on good terms with them.
"I was hoping that, as the leader of the group, perhaps you can talk to him. I've tried making peace with him, but seems to completely ignore everything I saw. I swear, I don't know where he gets this view that we're bloodthirsty conquerors from."

Toma listened to the man’s request. Once again, it was about Daiki. Toma crossed his legs as if he were sitting down, but he continued to float in the air, bringing a hand up to his chin. “Yes, the situation with Daiki… I’m well aware. Vi-poi spoke to me about this issue as well.” He replied, opening his eyes and looking at Cipher. “I’m well aware of Daiki’s ill-will towards the Blue Banner. I suspect it might be because he’s from Namek, so he might not understand the subtlties and nessecities the BBA had to take to do what they did. He’s young, and naive. Incredibly powerful, but naive. I hope you can find it to forgive him.”
He then let out a sigh through his nose. “I’ll speak with him about this. While I personally don’t agree with the methods your group uses, I do not wish to start a war between us. As Vipoi put it, by-an-large, our end goals remain the same. Why bother trying to be enemies?”

Cipher tried not to sigh. So Vipoi had spoken to him about Daiki as well. Cipher was getting the impression that he had just wasted his, and Toma's time on this. But, at least somebody else saw the threat the super saiyan posed, and did something about it. And thank goodness the rest of the Z-Fighters were reasonable as well.
"I hold no grudges against Daiki. Like I said, he's a good person. All the Z-Fighters I've encountered are. I was just worried what he might do, since he believes he's in the right. It's good to know though that I'm not alone in thinking this."
As Toma spoke up on his views of the BBA, Cipher nodded. "While I do believe the occupation of the Western Capitol was a regrettable necessity, it did work in achieving our aims. The Blue Banner Army is now the Earth's official military, and we're in a better position to protect the planet. It's good to see though that we both share the same views. We both desire to protect the people of this world. We really have no reason to fight."
As he spoke, Charlene was watching the saiyan's tail, her eyes never leaving it like a cat staring at a piece of string. She had heard of Saiyans before, but this was her first time actually seeing one.

“Indeed.” He spoke in agreement, as he looked down to Charlene, whom he’d noticed had been watching his tail. His tail then proceeded to wrap around his waist, before Toma stretched his arms out over his head, yawning. “Anyways, either of you hungry? I’d be more than willing to make some food. I need to cook breakfast anyways. Just a fair warning, though, Ninjin’s still asleep, so try to keep it down, alright? You wouldn’t like her when she’s cranky, trust me.” He joked, chuckling some as he began to descend towards his home.
Assuming that Cipher followed him, he’d press a few buttons on a keypad next to his door that would cause the door to open. He could still feel Ninjin’s energy, ever so slightly. Due to her being asleep, her Ki was dormant so her power level was near zero. He only hoped that she wouldn’t wake up in a bad mood. Though, given their recent… activities, that might not be the case. Toma would then proceed to walk into the kitchen, to start gathering materials for his breakfast.

At the mention of food, Charlene's stomach gave a loud, almost comical growl. Though Cipher didn't need to eat as much as a regular human would, his daughter was a growing girl after all. It wouldn't hurt to get something to eat. Plus, it was a chance to get to know some of the Z-Fighters a bit better. "That would be great, thank you," Cipher nodded, giving a small smile. So, Ninjin was here as well. Surprising that Charlene's little explosion did wake her up as well. Probably for the best. Cipher didn't want an angry super saiyan coming after him.
Charlene gave a small cheer at the idea of food as the pair followed Toma down to his home. Not a bad place he had. Nice and quiet, rather secluded, though close to where the Kami was. Charlene took a seat while Cipher followed Toma into the kitchen. "Need some help?" he wasn't the best cook in the world, but he was passable, and it only seemed right to offer assistance.
