Splinters flew and a foot went through the remains of a trunk of a tree. Splinters flew in all directions and he stood with a satisfied smile. He did a spinning kick and shattered another. From one tree a blade of energy sprouted and burnt it to a crisp. He began to float up hovering slowly. Swear poured and his face strained as he attempted to raise himself. While his power level has increased to an impressive 3,513, he still wasn't used to flying. With a gasp he crashed to the ground unable to go higher. He sat down and pulled out a sandwich, checking his scouter. He decided to suppress his power level go 1k for now. He relaxed leaning against the splintered remains of a tree.

He frowned, watching the boy kick tree after tree for his training. The young boy, while young, seemed to be mature for his age. He sensed that the figure was troubled, and had, had a terrible upbringing, it was sad really. Despite that, the boy had managed to learn how to use the powers of ki, better than him surprisingly. He supposed it was his childhood that made him stronger, the troubled past that drived him, but, he wasn’t really sure.
The boy, a self-proclaimed assassin, a name that had been given to Austin’s own self from the few that knew of his existence. He had watched the boy for the past few days, knowing he was a criminal and needed to be brought to justice. He had learned from his observations that the boy’s name was Drake, and he had recently completed a contract.
The boy wore a scouter, a device used for analyzing the power level of people. The only reason why it hadn’t sensed himself yet was because he was suppressing his power level to one. The scouter probably surmised that he was wildlife, and thus, had not bothered to alert the owner of his presence.
Inwardly sighing, he stepped forward from the tree line, his mottled green cloak shimmering. It was one of the things that kept him hidden earlier, the cloak served as camouflage, and it made it difficult for even the most keen-eyed person to locate and identify the wearer.
In full view of Drake, he drew his bastard sword with his right hand, and twirled. He gave the boy a piercing blue stare, one that struck fear into the hearts of even the toughest criminals, and called out, his voice deep, “Justice is being served today boy. Your assassination of others has not gone unnoticed. Today, is your day of reckoning.” as he spoke the last word, he pointed his sword at Drake, ready to end his life if need be.

He sat up and stood up, stretching. Suddenly he heard a voice. "Justice is being served today boy. Your assassination of others has not gone unnoticed. Today, is your day of reckoning," the newcomer said. He turned to find a man in a camouflage making it hard to focus on him. A blue eye glared at him, sending a shiver down his back. But he was stronger now. Another Erak wasn't going to happen. This person pulled out a massive sword. "So you are here to kill me. I have nothing against you for this. We all have our jobs, what we're born to do. I became an assasin. Was it my choice? No. I don't enjoy killing others, I only do it for pay. And our life led to you being here. Now you will realize your mistake. It is time for you to die," jumping into the air and letting flight take over. He now hovered around 10 feet in the air. Instead of taking a reckless first move, he would wait it out. Letting his power level unsuppress, he prepared. If it was a Ki shot or a projectile, he would swiftly roll to the side in the air. Any attempted to use melee against him would lead to his body falling straight to the ground, before he kicked off and jumped back up hitting the enemy from below.

He continued to point his sword at the boy as he spoke, claiming The Assassin had made a mistake, and that they boy was going to kill him. The boy was wrong, he hadn’t made a mistake, the last time he had made a mistake was seventeen years ago. And, he sure as hell wasn’t going to die from some inexperienced boy. Sure, Drake was stronger than him, but the difference was so little, it might as well not of even been there. And besides, The Assassin had much more experience than the boy.
He watched as the boy jumped into the air about ten feet and hovered. The Assassin noted with interest the that boy made no move to attack, instead waiting for him to make the first move. An interesting choice, one that would lead to his defeat.
“Ah, I have made no mistake boy. Whether or not you you don’t enjoy killing others you still do it for your own greed. That can not go on boy, and I must put a stop to it. Today is your judgement day, and I am the judge,” he spoke, his voice authoritative and crystal clear. He would kill the boy, that he knew.
He ascended up into the air too, his sword in hand. His piercing blue eyes continued to stare into Drake’s own. Then suddenly, he rushed forward, intending to thrust his sword straight into Drake’s heart. He wanted to end this battle quickly, as he had more important things to do.
The boy, seeing the attack coming. Descended, narrowly dodging the attack. The human touched the ground, then kicked off, fist extended in an attempt to strike The Assassin. He side-stepped to the left, and as the enemy flew by him, slashed out with his sword, attempting to strike Drake across the chest. If the attack hit, it would likely just be a flesh wound, nothing to serious. After the attack, he would follow up with a quick ki infused throwing knife aimed for the enemies tender shoulder.

At first the man did nothing, keeping a firm grip on the sword and staring at him. “Ah, I have made no mistake boy. Whether or not you you don’t enjoy killing others you still do it for your own greed. That can not go on boy, and I must put a stop to it. Today is your judgement day, and I am the judge." He heard the iron resolve in his voice and with a chill knew he was experienced and had done this before. But he could do this, he would survive and even kill the man. Asides from Erak no one had bested him thus far, and the lone man who did had felt his blade by the end. He would not allow another Erak.
Drake smiled as he easily dodged the incoming 'justice bringer,' and went into the next step. Here came his surprise however. The man easily moved and caused him to miss then brought the sword out. He bent backwards slightly, causing it to barely scratch him however the damage was done. Not allowing this to stop him, not even a second after the scratch as he passed him he kicked out hard at this man's head with all his strength intending to even the damage and hopefully stun him. If it succeeded, he would back up and throw a knife. If it failed, he would get distance between them and deflect the knife with one of his.

Lashing out with his sword, he struck the boy, but it twas only a scratch of a wound. The boy had managed to bend himself backwards, allowing him to almost dodge the large blade. Despite that, his blood still came away with blood on its tip, and he knew the boy must be feeling a sharp sting of pain in his side now.
As Drake rose past him, the boy lashed out with his foot, attempting to kick him in the head. Grunting, he raised his free arm above his head, and allowed the attack to bounce off of it. The hit jarred him, and stung a little, but he paid it no heed. He couldn’t let little things like pain get in the way of his current objective.
A calm expression on his face, he causally infused his knife with ki, and flicked it at the man. Surprisingly, the boy managed to pull out his own throwing knife, and managed to throw it at the one heading straight for them. They meant with a sharp clang, and they both fell towards the Earth as gravity took hold of them.
As the boy sailed past him, he himself ascended, staying right below the boy. With an unearthly silence, he stabbed his sword upwards, using both his hands in an attempt to stab Drake’s knee. The attack would be difficult to dodge due to the close range, and the length of the blade. Afterwards, he’d attempt to slash at the boy’s chest, fully intent on not a killing blow, but causing at the very least, a flesh wound.

His kick was blocked too easily- this was not going well. Suddenly a massive pain went through his knee. He gasped loudly and tried flying away. He fired Ki shots hoping to slow pursuit. When he put a tiny distance, he knew something had to change. While in the air, pulled his hand to his belt like he was grabbing a throwing knife. Energy began to form and he took off. He sped in and out of tress desperate to keep it going while his knee throbbed and blood oozed from it.

His sword passed cleanly through the knee, splattering blood onto the wound. The blade tore many muscle tendons, and likely hit the bone. Pulling the sword out, he attempted to slash it at Drake’s chest, but the boy managed to fly away beforehand. Despite that, he was severely wounded, and would not be going anywhere anytime soon.
He took pursuit, deflecting the incoming ki blasts that came flying towards him. Suddenly, his ki senses went off, detecting an energy build up from the boy. He narrowed his eyes and halted, ready to dodge any attack that might come his way at a moments notice.

He successfully got away, flying as hard as he could. He fired a few Ki shots which were easiy deflected by the now pursuing opponent. He held his hand near the belt and put a fist out. He concentrated, remembering how he had trained that day. With an explosion of splinters, he went straight through a tree creating a cloud of dust and wood shards, which flew back dangerously at the incoming enemy. He noticed with pain many were stained red from his blood and his shirt was now stickin with blood to his chest. He grimaced as his vision peaked from exhaustion. Most of his energy went towards the charging shot, causing him to fly even lower. He would survive this. No one killed him. He killed. It was his destiny, fate to kill. Other's said a killer was evil- most were. But this was his only choice. He would prevail! With a faint smile he noted the continual energy at his hand.

Casually he grabbed another one of his throwing knives and infused it with ki. He aimed for the head of the moving target, ready to put an end to the self-proclaimed assassin. The boy was a criminal after all, and criminals needed to be dealt with, harshly. And typically, harshly meant death, as that was the only way to deter criminals.
He was about to flick the knife forward, when he detected a massive power build up to the east. While not quite as strong as the man in front of him, the power was near a small town, and he could feel ki signatures fading away like crazy. Frowning, he sheathed the throwing knife, and took off, flying away from the so called assassin. The man would be dealt with later, and besides, it was likely he would die from blood loss. The wound he had put in the man’s leg was serious, and the leg would likely be damaged beyond repair. If the man survived the wound, he would just be that much easier for him to kill.
His dark blue aura flared into place, and he put on an extra burst of speed, intent on reaching the town before anyone else was killed.

He lay on the ground, blood pouring out. Between flashes of black he saw himself alone on the screen of his scooter. He hadn't lost, he thought to himself giddily. He wouldn't call it a lost. Both had technically ran away. He giggled out loud, not quite thinking right because of blood loss. Everything went black.
His body shook and turned as he was wracked with pain. It had been 9 hours since his collapse. Innocent faces spun around him, and he had no weapons. No Ki. Even his fighting skills were gone. All the dead grew bodies, and his victims came to him. He screamed as they tore the flesh from his body. Yet he did not die. Blood seeped and muscle was torn from bone. His Ki came into shape around him, and they grabbed that too. As it tore it felt as if his mind and spirit were ripped from his body. Screams lead into hopeless moans as the dream faded.
He woke up only able to feel pain. He moaned and lay there. Finally something else came. His eyes slowly opened and random blurs flashed in vision. Slowly feeling went to his limbs and he tried to get up. Something was wrong. He fell back down easily. As he moved again a flash of fear rose through him. He couldn't feel his leg. Well- part of his knee. Around his knee and below there. He remembered what had happened. His leg was blown, atleast for a while. He grunted and pushed himself up, using flight as a crutch. Slowly he shambled off.
Thread over. PL please
