Radasha resisted the urge to snatch her hand away. Normally she didn't like people she didn't know all that well, Saiyan or otherwise, touching her. But since he was giving some food, she could overlook that. She lifted the box of rice and meat up to sniff a bit. After seeming satisfied with the scent, she took the utensil that was with the box and used it to grab a bit of meat, popping it into her mouth.
A content look spread over her face as she chewed. "This is pretty good." she said, complimenting the food after she swallowed. She nodded when he informed her of his name. "Okay. Icarus.....Did you make this?" she asked as she popped another piece of meat into her mouth. She may recognize strength...but she also recognized good culinary skills. She herself was not that great of a cook, usually just putting something over a fire until it wasn't raw. She only got to taste REAL food when a servant cooked it really. She thought that should be a skill more Saiyans could stand to learn. She had tried but she just didn't really...get it. She usually let Acadova handle the cooking in her household.
"If so, quite a skill you have there." she said, as she watched the two saiyan combatants.

He'd keep a close eye on the battle drawing in a deep breath a little worried. It was truly a strange thing to be rooting for a saiyan under any circumstances. His eyes momentarily drifted to the device hovering in the air. Not purely pleased with its choice of angle but it would do. Not that he could really do much to change it now. The effort would be too dangerous for such a little difference when one weighted the risks. "Hmm... Yes I did make it. Something I picked up a long time ago." Referring to the skill of cooking. He had picked up several hobbies in his early youth. He was never really a grade A soldier and always appealed to the scholar and studying side of his species. They weren't war like anyway... which was perhaps why this confusing time was as it was. Still not exactly sure how much time had passed. But from Vennel it was at least a some of years. Even if that made little to no actual sense. Even with a friend... was she even that though. It was a strange feeling feeling alone. Like you had no race only a will to find a place to stay. To try to live until things hopefully started making sense.
He'd give a look off to the side no expecting a compliment. Not expecting utensil use either used to the idea they always ate with their hands and sloppily. It was... surprising. Rubbing his chin lightly as a bit curiosity tickled its way through his head. Thinking a bit more as he advanced looking over this saiyan closely trying to get a better idea of her perhaps. "Thank you... I've tried to do what I could with what was available. You'd be surprised with the right tricks what one can do with little Ingredients. Its all in what you can do with what you have I suppose." His hands folding behind his back as he gave a calm collected look. His cloak lightly now covering most of his body and the bag with his gear. Concealing it for the moment thinking it best.

Kayle watched as the woman flew backward, and was pleased at the look of her surprise. The Gravity Pulse was developed for just such a reason. To cause surprise. Kayle knew that strength alone was not what it took to win a fight. Sometimes ingenuity, speed, and determination prevailed over any lack of strength or power. Kayle developed certain techniques with this in mind. The attack was far from perfected however. To be truly powerful in its deceptiveness, it would have to be completely invisible. The ripples gave it away, even if small. Kayle watched and saw the woman come to a stop, still on her feet. He was impressed but also perplexed. An attack like that was almost the level of her readable power level. If she truly was that weak, then the blast should have pushed her through the wall easily. Just another tell tale sign that she was hiding her true power somehow. Kayle was bound and determined to know how. How is she so weak but can blow off my attacks like nothing? She isn't that's how. She will show me, even if I have to force her. As he was contemplating this, Kayle saw the numbers on his scouter. The immediately dropped to zero, even though the woman was obviously standing there. The more and more time went on, the more and more he was surprised by this woman. First she could mask her power, then it was shown just not that she could completely negate it?! *BEEP... BEEP...BEEP* His scouter started to give an alarm. It pointed straight up. Kayle looked up, and barely saw the woman coming down before she hit. Kayle tried to move out of the way, but only partially succeeded. Vennel would crashed down onto his shoulder instead of his head. Kayle, almost instantaneously, brought his hand up as she was crashing down, to give an image of an uppercut. His hand was towards her chest just as she hit is shoulder, and even though he took the full blow, he was able to fire off another Gravity Pulse at point blank range. "Interesting technique. I may have to learn that one if I manage to win." Kayle said breathing hard. "I bet you have killed many a people with that one. I would, however, note that while you seem to have a problem with my 'alien-blood', I am the only one that had the courage enough to fight you thus far. If I were you, I would worry more about the pride of your 'pure' bothers that and sisters out there and less about mine, my Queen. They seem to be spineless bastards and lake anything that a true saiyan would have." ((don't worry, you're good dood.)) She played off that last attack pretty well, she thought, it smarted like hell, but it wouldn't be enough to put her down, not for good. The weights she wore really hindered her, she felt so sluggish. And it showed too, because as she went to strike her opponent, she didn't even get a clean hit, only managing to hit his shoulder. But he seemed quick enough to respond, much quicker than she would have hoped. He rose his hand up, and her instincts kicked in, making her lean out of the way to try and evade the attack, but her weights got in the way again. She was able to avoid a direct hit like last time, but that same nearly invisible force of ki that he employed struck her partially. The partial strike caused her body to fly back, putting a spin on her body as she tumbled away. Hitting the ground with a "thud," the proud Saiyan woman slowly tried to pick herself up. She was getting beaten around by this, this half-breed too easily. And it was getting outrageous for her. She knew the weights had to be the reason why she was losing, but yet, her pride wouldn't let her use her full power on a half-breed, not yet. Pulling herself to her feet, she glared at the man. "Tch, you may have gotten me with that skill once, but don't expect me to fall for it so easily again."Tilting her head to the side, a "crack" could be heard, as she popped it to relieve some of the tension that had built up. She looked worse for ware at this point, taking that attack twice now, and only narrowly escaping the last one. But she wasn't going down without a fight. Even slowed and weakened as she was, she was far from being counted out. Charging at him, her feet burst into a run at first only to then lift up from the ground as she closed in. She was attacking dead on, it seemed, as she pulled a fist back presumably to strike with it. However, it suddenly surged with ki, and as she got closer to him, she brought her arm to bare and unleashed a ki wave, thrusting it towards him. It was far from her full power, but her goal was to force a reaction out of him. At this point, the would-be Queen was just trying to test the waters, and perhaps give him a false impression of her strength to maybe surprise him for once, seeing as he had some rather peculiar techniques of his own. Of course Radasha ate with utensils. She wasn't some low class... She had manners. Lord Okarot did not allow his daughters to eat like primitive monkeys. Sure, as a Saiyan, she could put away amounts of food that would make lesser races barf their guts out, but she did so without dirtying herself. She WAS picking up the pace a bit but she did so neatly. She was working on the rice now as she watch the fight now pick up.
She huffed a bit as she watched Vennel. "She's gonna get her ass kicked if she doesn't take off the kid gloves. Take out the ministry then get trounced by a half-blood. That's sure to set a good example on the first day of queenhood." Radasha said, sarcasm dripping from the last sentence. Personally Radasha didn't see a reason to fight at limited power when one was trying to defend their place at the top. Holding back got people killed quite a bit. Underestimate your opponent then BAM.....they blast off your squadmate's head. Unless she had a good reason to hold back, Radasha just saw arrogance.
Taking a few more bites of food, she turned her attention to Icarus. "So...What exactly are you? I haven't seen any other people of your species around."

Icarus watched but even playing out as it was he had little worry in his eyes. Usually calm actually as his dark eyes kept on the seen watching in a solemn peace of sorts. Studying a few things just as his camera recorded as it flew on its own up high. The cloak was lightly agitating as he'd grip at the neck of it. This heavy thing was beginning to wear on him and he was wondering why anyway these things were needed. Heavy clothing but he didn't question it out loud. It was a small price to pay to avoid a argument with the one he let stand above him. "Give it time... Just keep observing. One must wait to see all the cards to see what kind of a play is really being made." His fingers twitching lightly. If it got to dangerous though. He did look up at the hole he patched earlier. If there was... a need. Perhaps that form could be well used. As a last drastic measure if he felt the call was needed. For now it was merely a though in the back of his head and a twitch in his fingers.
He'd bling a few times glancing over at Radasha. Still not sure what to truly think of her. As he did not in the least like this feeling many of them had for him being not a saiyan himself. But it was going better then before at least. For now he'd give it a chance. He'd put plans about that one as well stored away in his head. "From what I've gather in recent days... You wouldn't know of the race. Nor would the explanation make any sense to you. Perhaps if you ask me again in the future I will have better answers to give." It wasn't really a subject he wished to dive into again. It was a mystery that he and Vennel found difficult at their first discussion. A repeat of that confusing trading of facts that merely clash with one another wasn't the most exciting topic to revisit. "I don't expect you'll be seeing others like me either..." Looking down for a moment clearly a little saddened by that thought. Thinking he wasn't going to find anything in terms of relation beyond this feeling of being a slave or lesser creature in most eyes. Even if he keeps his favor with Vennel if she attains full monarch. He felt he'd still be seen as something smaller to be pushed aside. It was after all not easy trying to be friendly with a race that caused so much pain to his own in the past. Those memories some still crisp in his head.

Kayle looked on as the woman tumbled through the air. He saw as she landed, ungracefully he might add, on the ground. He even noticed that she was worse for wear. How was this possible? Was he really winning? Was she really this weak? It was impossible. She was only toying with him. There is no way she was this weak, unless... unless that blue thing above. Maybe he had given her some sort of device to kill the ministers? Maybe he had helped her in some way to appear stronger than she really was. At this point it didn't matter. One way or another he would find out the secrets she was hiding. At this point he didn't even remember why he cared. He just knew he did.
"Tch, you may have gotten me with that skill once, but don't expect me to fall for it so easily again."
He heard the woman talk. No way. There was no way she could have been helped. She survived 2 attacks that would have put someone that weak on their asses now. There was a secret here. A secret he must learn if he were to be successful in the future. He watched as the woman began to run toward him. First a trot, then a jog, to a run, and then full out sprint. Before he knew it she was flying at him, fist back ready to punch. As the fist flew forward, and the energy blast blew outward he was, admittedly, caught a little off guard. This would not stop him however. Kayle had been gathering his energy this entire time as well. He was preparing the energy in such a way so as to mimic his Gravity Pulse technique, but it would be one that she hadn't seen before. He was trying to trick her into thinking that was his only move. All he needed was her to get a bit closer. "Closer 'my queen', closer. The closer you get the more damage you will take." He thought to himself. "When will you learn that a full on frontal assault will not work on me! Especially with someone at that level of power. Unleash your true power, it's the only way a frontal assault will work! I'm accustomed to people with higher power coming at me like this. You'll never win unless you reveal your secrets, or use more ingenuity in your attack method!" Kayle screamed at Vennel. As the energy blast and she came closer he crossed his arms across his chest and the threw them wide. With this came a form of energy. An energy that exploded the area around him with with blue power and even a weak form of electromagnetic current. This attack was normally saved as an escape maneuver, meant to blast away even people that were a few times more powerful than here. If she was really as weak as she has shown, this might even be the end of her. Kayle would just have to wait and see what the outcome was. Was she hit? Would she show? Did she really have the power he thought she did, or was she really just someone who got lucky?

Watched for anything that looked like it would be a tell for if her opponent would react. However, he seemed composed, ready, and even wishing her to come closer. So, perhaps he had already grown confident enough? He was perhaps believing himself to be the victor. And as she charged forward, her blast of ki rocketing just ahead of her, she wondered if he would just take the attack dead on? But suddenly, something was different. He started to talk about how she'd have to be smarter to beat him, or just stronger, if she wished to continue this approach. And as he finished speaking, a large sphere of energy burst out from his body, immediately stopping her ki technique. "This was new," she thought to herself, as her momentum carried her right into the attack. Instantly she felt a rush of eat as her body was pressed flat against it, as if she were trying to fight the attack, to break through it. "What the hell is this?!"But despite her best efforts, despite how hard she tried, her armor gracked, the hip plates shattered, even the right strap of her armor started to crumble away, as the blast pushed her further outward, before finally dissipating. The blast had been what kept her up, as it ravaged her body. She slumped to the ground, on her knees, her clothing and armor torn and damaged. She seethed with anger, before she collapsed to the ground on her face. So, this was his power? This is what he had to offer? With her weights keeping her weakened, she was no match for him. Her body was badly injured from pushing herself harder against the attack, only worsening the wounds she suffered. If she didn't get help now, or get rid of her kiddie-gloves, she'd surely die here and now. She'd perhaps taken too great a risk in keeping herself like this for too long. Blood trickled down from a cut in her right brow, mixing with the rubble and dust from the destruction not too long ago. The solution of vitae and dirt causing her to squint her eye as she fumbled for something. It was a glass phial, kept inside her armor, thankfully she hadn't taken too much damage that it risked destroying the phial. Popping it open, she lifted it to her lips, weakly, feeling her strength starting to fade. Drinking it, she felt it slide down her throat, and not long after it did, her body felt refreshed, rejuvinated, ready to fight again. In fact, she felt like she was at her full capacity. Tossing the phial away, it hit the ground, rolling away after bouncing once. She pushed against the ground, and slowly lifted her body up again. "I've got to admit, you're stronger than I gave you credit for. But then again, I was also holding back quite a bit. It was a bit risky, and perhaps I was wrong to have taken it so easily on you."Reaching to her arms, she slid off the weights that had kept her upper body more restrained, reaching down into her boots, and removing the lower body weights she was wearing, being careful to make sure that each was dropped to the ground with a mighty "CRASH!" as they colided with the once elegant tiled floor. "So what say we start round two, and this time, I'll show you the power that slew the ministers."Clenching her fists, she lowered herself into a battle stance once more, before darting toward her quarry with renewed speed, several times faster than she was before, feeling almost light as air without the weight slowering her down. As she'd get closer to him, not more than five feet away, she'd suddenly launch a blast of ki from her arm, as she jumped back into the air, suspending herself there to watch for his reaction. She was curious now, how he'd react to the change in her power, or if he'd even notice it before it was too late. BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPB-! Radasha's scouter sounded out into the room as Vennel removed the weights. "So that's how she did it...." Radasha murmured as she took another bite of rice. With a final sound, her scouter stopped scanning, displaying the final number as it finished calculating Vennel's true power. "Little over 23 thousand....nearly double that one woman's" she said, glancing over to where the ministers laid. She wondered if the woman was still alive. She wondered if so, for how long? She simply chuckled. "Now our queen to be has the advantage....Let's see how the half-blood reacts..."
She was mostly just talking to herself...maybe to Icarus as well. She popped a bit more rice into her mouth. She was just about done with the box.

Icarus put his hand over his face and shook his head slowly it was a fine display of warrior spirit true. But the way she kept her wights on this long only to have that armor destroyed so utterly. He was hoping to make adjustments with what he'd examine from the remains of the high class materials the kingdom had... Not have to fully REPLACE another suit again. He'd look to the sky rubbing at his face covering his eyes. "Oh sure wait till after resources are destroyed to make a full display. Its not like that's hard to make or anything." Crossing his arms in a bit of a pout as well. IT was nice to see ones handy work in use. Not so much to see it destroyed. But at least he though at this point he'd get to enjoy seeing the destroyer get a comeuppance.
Radasha seemed interested in the battle munching away as if watching a show. This one was interesting and he couldn't help but agree with her. It was in fact going to be interesting to see how the other half breed would do. "I imagine it won't be exciting though. Thats a rather large power jump. I'm hoping for a more quick settlement before anything more gets unnecessarily destroyed. Too much destruction could really hinder growth and adjustment at first after power is fully seized." Something was also aching in his head as he rubbed at his forehead acting as if he was suddenly in a light degree of pain. The scouter in his head was being set off by high power levels. But it wasn't activating yet as his mental state wasn't ready to accept or know what he was. But as the device flickered a bit he kicked off as well resulting in what felt like a massive headache drilling into his brain. "Bah... dammit its doing it again." It was a painful aching as he'd rub at his forehead clearly starting to feel some pain.

Kayle could barely see Vennel through the burst of blue and electromagnetic sparks. He did see however, that Vennel's blast was blown away harmlessly. Vennel was just a shadow against the vast energy sphere around. Kayle saw as Vennel collapsed to her knees after the energy dissipated. She was horribly beaten. There was no way she could continue like this. He watch on as she pulled her self to her feet, and saw as she quaffed down a small vial of some sort of liquid. Kayle wondered what in the world that liquid could have been. No way a little drink of water could have helped. Then, to his surprise, he saw her power returning. She was just like she was at the beginning of the fight! As if he had done nothing! This must be her secret! He would have to get a sample of it. With that, even the most powerful of enemies would be worthless to beat him if he wore them down and then returned to peak fighting condition. Just then he heard her say something that brought him out of his contemplation of this vial of liquid.
"I've got to admit, you're stronger than I gave you credit for. But then again, I was also holding back quite a bit. It was a bit risky, and perhaps I was wrong to have taken it so easily on you."
She slid weights off her form. Top and bottom. He noticed that he power level was sky rocketing! Six, seven, eight, nine! It kept going up and up... Eighteen. Nineteen! TWENTY! It eventually stopped just higher than Twenty-three thousand! How could some weights hide that much power?! Was it possible? Is that all he needed, or was it that liquid. Kayle was confused again. He knew not what to believe. Just then, like out of no where, Vennel was on top of him again, a blast of energy flying toward him. One that he knew was to fast to dodge at this point. Next thing he knew, the blast hit its mark and he was flying backwards, fast. Then *BANG* he slammed into a pile of rubble, it falling over him.
"How the hell did she do that?" He thought to himself. "That is damned impressive. With abilities like that it's no wonder those ministers met their end."
He took to the time to catch his breath. "Strong or not, I will not give up."
Kayle emerged from the rubble and started laughing, looking worse for were. He was bloodied from the fight, and breathing heavily.
"That was good Vennel. I don't know if that is your true power or not, but even if it's not. I will not give up. I won't give up until I cannot move or I am dead. To do anything less is to be like those that stand outside, to scared to move. I am better than that. I now know that this is a losing battle, but at least I can go out with my pride as a warrior!"
Kayle started running toward Vennel, then broke out into straight up flight. He used his gravity pulse technique, but pointed it away, behind him. He was using it to get and even faster boost of speed. He flew at Vennel with blinding speed, attempting to ram into her with his shoulder, and have her continue along with him into the opposing wall.

Well it was good to see at least her Quarry did not give up so easily. Her attack connected, and no doubt was strong enough to have done some serious strength. Even when using her full power, she was pulling her punches, being careful not to kill him if she used her full power attack. When the half breed finally pulled himself up, and proclaimed that no matter what he was not giving up, she smiled. It seemed that this was an alien-blooded Saiyan that at least had a heart that beat to the rhythm of a Saiyan's. She was looking forward to what he'd do next. And before she had a chance to truly ponder on it, he came rushing at her, taking off into the air, and her scouter beeped to alert her that he was coming straight at her, using his ki wave attack, and she was ready, but instead of firing it at her, he used it to propel himself forward at her, so he could body check her with his shoulder. Getting struck by the attack, she was a bit taken by surprise. The two of them flew back, as Kayle drove her towards one of the less destroyed walls, sending her through it, the wall tumbling over. She fell to the ground with the rubble, but it wasn't because she had sustained too much damage, and couldnt keep herself afloat. It was more like she just didn't care to resist the crumbling wall's debris. "Nice move,"Standing up again, the debris sliding off her lithe, toned form, Vennel glared at the half breed. But it was a glare that acknowledged him as a fighter, a warrior who at least proved to be worthy of the monocre "Saiyan." "Although, you're going to need to try harder than that. If that's all you've got, then you're not going to last long."Charging forward at the Saiyan, taking off into the air, she'd attempt to get close enough to send her knee into the Saiyan's gut. But if the young Saiyan managed to get away, or was struck by her, her arm would surge with her ki, before bringing her arm to bear and unleashing the built up energy at him with renewed force. Radasha cursed as rubble and dust obscured the fight. With a burst of purple, she flew up into the air, stopping to hover above the throne room...well it was less a room now than an 'area'. She continued to watch the fight from her new vantage point, still munching away on the rice. She chuckled a bit. He may not be in her league at the moment, but he was sure putting up a fight. He may be half blooded but it seemed he had the soul of a saiyan. He was clever too. Not many would think to use their attacks as anything but offensive techniques. Using his to boost the momentum of his ramming attack was pretty smart.
"That's it! Claw and bite til your muscles give in on ya!" she cheered, laughing. She was enjoying the fight, even though it was bound to end soon.

Much to his surprise Kayle actually connected, send Vennel through the wall. He knew that this could not be be coincidence. Vennel either had a problem with speed, or was still taking it easy on him. The last thought brought on more rage. She might be stronger, but if she were really that much stronger, how dare she insult him by not even trying! He might be weaker, he might be less 'pure', he might not even be 'worth her time', but he was by no means less than her.
Kayle had always trained more on speed, deception, and ingenuity than he had strength. Perhaps, if he survived this, he would have to throw strength into the mix. He watched as the woman came up out of the rubble of the wall.
"Nice move," "Although, you're going to need to try harder than that. If that's all you've got, then you're not going to last long."
She taunted him. She began to charge forward, and her arm was charging a large ball of ki. If Kayle was hit by that, he knew he was done. Kayle used his burst of speed, in hopes that it was enough, to disappear from Vennel. He had hoped that it was at just the right time, and that she would fire that blast to no effect. He reappeared behind her, and attempted to kick her in the side, hoping to knock her out of the air. But was she still holding the ki blast? Had it fired? At this point he couldn't tell. No, he would no give up and give her the satisfaction of graveling at her feet, but nor was he in a hurry to die. Only time would tell which would be true. He had no idea of this woman's intent. Even though all this was going through his mind, he still did not regret attacking. He would rather be killed as a true saiyan than live on as a spinless coward like the rest. He had no respect for those that just rolled over.

It seemed he was getting more and more angry. And if there was thing a true saiyan had, it was pride. And it seemed he was acting more or less according to plan. The more she got hit with his attacks, the more she seemed to be taking it easy on him, the more furious he grew. He used a burst of speed that was admirable, it was still far slower than her zanzoken technique, but he had managed to avoid the brunt of her assault, instead coming over to her side and threw a kick into her side. Once more she let herself get hit with it. But this time there was more to it than just getting struck.
Her body remained unmoved, and immediately, since he was so close, she reached to grab his leg. If she managed to grab ahold of him, using the moment he tried to attack with to turn his attack against him. She'd rush towards the ground with his leg firmly in her grasp, before throwing him at the ground as she flew at top speed toward it.
However, if he had managed to get away from her, she had a back-up plan. She'd put both hands out in front of her, targeted towards him, and would rapid fire a hail of ki blasts, pelting the ground around him with an almost shotgun-like spray of fire. Granted, she couldn't release the spray all at once, so with enough timing and precision of movement, he could easily avoid her attacks one at a time.
She was enjoying herself with this fight, though. She could have ended it, but it wouldn't have been nearly as fun. And it felt good to have a longer, more drawn out fight than the quicker paced ones before that were meant to sync up properly with the timing of unleashing her oozaru form at just the right moment.
"Say, what's your name. You fight pretty well for a half-breed. I'm actually enjoying myself."
She spoke after her assault, hoping he was still conscious, had he been hit, or if he'd respond even if he managed to avoid. Her tone was gruff, but betrayed a hint of respect that she had for him.
