[Continuation from this thread]
[Battle Power Record: 5'899] Venel tore through the open Vegetan sky, her destination was a power level that was heading dangerously close to the cave she was staying with her slave. And while it seemed he was dead set on sleeping through most of the day, someone had to shake their would-be aggressor. Well, perhaps shake was an imappropraite term to use for this situation. Given the relative closeness of their battle powers, it was safer to try to eliminate them altogether. Wouldn't be the first time she had to take someone's life for such a reason, and it wouldn't be the last. Their corse didn't seem to alter much, but perhaps they weren't actively searching for high power levels? Or maybe they were just heading to the city and were relying on their senses? Either way, her interception trajectory seemed to still be on point, and she wasn't about to back down. Definitely not now. But she was curious just what it was she was going to be getting into. A power level like this was a bit higher than most that came to arrest her, and it was coming alone, so it had to be at least confident in it's ability to fight. While her eyes idley tracked her trajectory on her scouter's HUD, she looked at the desolate wasteland that surrounded her. It was hard to believe that apparently their entire planet had been like this at one time, before the agricultural boom that started to teraform the planet into something more suitable for sustaining itself. It certainly explaiend why most Saiyans lived in the capital, after all, why live elsewhere when elsewhere is nothing but dirt and rocks as far as the eye can see. Her thoughts steadily drifted toward Usagi, as he rested in the cave. She wondered if the lazy rbat would ever wake up, or if he'd just sleep there all day, and get eaten by one of the larger predators on Vegeta, maybe a Sand Thresher would find him. Now that would be interesting to watch. Vennel quickly made a mental note to pit the poor sap against one of those behemoths, and see how he faired. He'd probably live, but at least it'd break the monotany of living out here with nothing but an alien for company. Not even any strong fighters worth training with for crying out loud. Well, she had to retract that last thought, after all she sometimes had the odd visitor. It seemed that most of the Elites were too busy living the high and mighty life in the capital to bother tracking little ol' her down in the wastes. But eventually that would change, and she'd have to prepare for that eventuality. After all, if her power ever grew too high for them, they'd likely send someone after her to try and take her out. The last thing the ministry would want was a 'rebel' who could actually pose a legitimate threat. And maybe that's why they seldom sent people out after her, because if she survived she'd only get closer to that point. "Well, maybe someday they'll learn their lesson. You don't keep me from going off world, and live for much longer."It was a bit of a trip to think about just how this all started. Just because Silan wanted to eat her food, and the rest of their squad had already ended up getting killed on Fruti. It was their own fault anyways. They couldn't handle that sort of planet, but wanted to go just because she was strong enough to do so. Now look at them, dead like everything else on that backwater planet. And the ministers, rather than understand they had gone to their own graves, decided it would benefit all those involved if she had her rights to make use of the Imperial supplies for her space pod rescinded? She'd show them just what happens to people that cross her. But that was all a pipe dream, for now Vennel had a wholly different set of priorities. Right now, someone was on their way toward her, and she was going to make sure they didn't stop past this point. She came to a halt in the air, and merely waited. According to her scouter, they'd be arriving before too long not far from her, and when they did, they'd find who she presumed they were looking for. One outlawed Saiyan warrior, ready for a fight, and a fresh kill. She continued to watch her scouter for any change in her "friend's" traveling direction, but Vennel was confident they wouldn't. Her tail was wrapped firmly around her waist, after all, she wasn't about to give her opponent a vulnerability to attack so easily. The wind up in the air where she hovered, swept around her, as tiny twisters in the sand passed by underneath her, her cloak billowing in the wind. It certainly was a windy day today, and perhaps if she weren't having to fight she might take a break to enjoy it, she seldom saw much in the way of weather in the wastes, it was surprisingly dead and dry out here. But all the same, now was no time to think on such things. After all, her guest would be arriving any minute now...

Icarus had shortly moments ago happened upon seeing a creature not far off the four foot five man in his black pants shirt and blue gloves and boots clutching a Tuffle assault rifle with ki reactor in it. Unknowing it fed off his own systems working through it as well. His cloak of grey covered most his body and a hood helped keep his face hidden as he saw the creature. Tall female in figure the tail quickly evident as they'd learned to spot for them before. He'd quickly duck behind a rock unsure if she had any way of telling if he was there. Not catching if she had a scouter or not at the moment. His worry triggering his body yo react but as undeveloped as it was best it could do was give light interference to the scouter she wore. She'd still locate him in a few moments. His body aiding him in this way with delta waves in the air unaware any of it was happening himself.
The rifle would tremble in his hands as he'd think through what was gonna happen. He didn't like the idea of killing a woman. Saiyan or not he wasn't much for murder but this was war. Being a doctor and a scientist this type of battle wasn't much attune to his skills and she wasn't exactly... ugly like he'd heard most were. She wasn't a large ape or some giant male that stood twice as tall and grimacing. But she was tall and... he'd blush and shake his head. Knowing she was the enemy. As sad as it was that these people couldn't live in peace it was the truth since the war began. They were destroying things and his people. But maybe it didn't have to be that way. Capturing? Questioning? Maybe they could detain some... Get a age and learn how to defeat the saiyans in a smart way not just answering back on their brutality of a level. Although that was unlikely as well since they were already losing so much. Thinking back to his home city now just a rust rubble of ruins.
He'd feel a little shaken still his eyes soft before drawing in a deep breath. "Can't be helped... Just hope she cooperates... Maybe this won't have to go bad.." He'd turn out from behind the rock hoping she was still standing there firing a few shots at her feet. His body aiding in his battle style. Making him feel a little impressed with his own aim. He'd aim the rifle at her falling to one knee. But she'd not see his dark eyes or upset looking face. "Please hold it... Hands up. You are in enemy territory alien. Tuffle law will question you and discover your peoples plans. Please come with me peacefully. I don't want to have to hurt a pretty woman like you. Will you comply?" The end of the gun would lightly tremble. The boyish Tuffle a little skittish. This wasn't exactly the thing he was used too or good at. He'd try to take in the view of her armor as well watchful for its make her tech and weapons as well if any. Trying to fully assess the situation hoping for her to comply.

Vennel grinned as her opponent seemed to come into visual range, but her scouter and her eyes watched as the, what appeared to be a boy, ducked behind some cover. She could have sworn she saw blue skin, mayhap? Which was odd, she excpected that the government would at least have the courtesy to send a Saiyan after her. But now it was sending aliens? What a disgrace.
But just as the boy took his cover, her scouter stopped picking up any trace of him.
"What the-"
Was her scouter finally acting up? That was just great, if it had broken out here, she was too far away to get it repaired or buy a new one, not to mention sneaking into Cacumber city would be nigh impossible. But still, she at least knew where this boy was hiding now, and maybe after she killed him, she could take his scouter.
But just before she moved to go pay him a visit, a few shots came her way. But they were all targeted towards her feet? And even then, he still missed. But the resulting blasts kicked up. Growling the proud Saiyan woman walked through the dust with a purposeful gait, toward the location of the shots.
Hearing the boy call out to her, he sounded more like an adult than anything. Which confused her more. But he seemed to be asking for her surrender, and something about enemy territory. And what was 'Tuffle Law?' She'd never heard of anything of the sort, had the heat of the desert cooked the little one's mind, she wondered?
"I see the ministry hasn't learned it's lesson yet. Flattery doesn't suit you, alien. Your mind is adled by the heat of the desert, you're talking nonsense."
Her form seemed to remain in place, but before long her body seemed to fade away, as she moved at faster-than-the-eye speeds, appearing in the air above where the alien was taking cover.
([SU] Zanzoken used.)
"Now do your part and die, like everyone else that comes after the great Vennel!"
Placing her palms before her, she let loose a barrage of ki blasts down at the alien, at the very least hoping to flush him out of his cover. His battle power was just barely lower than hers, last her scouter reported, so the fight would surely be a challenge, but that was just what spurred her on. She wanted so desperately for a real challenge, something she had been so short on these past few months.
Now all that remained was what he was going to do next.

He'd bling a bit at the first words unsure of what to say. He had her in his sights but she certainty didn't lack in bravery... or stupidity. He'd heard they were like that. Pridefully fighter types that enjoyed this war. The ministry? He wondered if she referred to the government. He was under the impression most the higher controls had been killed days ago. The front was moving constantly and most who lead the main efforts sadly fell quickly. Thats why projects such as his had been popping all over. The ending efforts trying to find the ace in the hole they so desperately needed. But the body was gone and who knew where it was. It could be right under his nose for all he knew.
"Just cause you are winning the war...doesn't mean you need be so rude. I don't want to shoot... and you are the alien here woman. You invaded us not the other way! Just give up I don't want to hurt you!" Trying to shout out the blaster rifle aimed and ready. The end pointed directly at her. His finger twitching as he hoped dearly she'd find some sense. But to his surprise nothing. She just stood their defiant. Well no... she vanished. Slowly fading out from nothing. Was it a ghost? Maybe the desert really did fry him a bit and he was going a little bonkers from the heat.
But something flashed in his head a sensation as his inner workings felt a power looking up towards the sky and hearing her voice. Vennel was her name and she certainly wasn't gonna be friendly that was for sure now. He'd frantically move as blasts came down he'd click his heels and his rocket boots worked with his system as he took flight a few blasts scratching at his pant leg and lower torso only light torching his clothes leaving burnt patches and a nearly crashing his take off only barely able to get into the sky. Turning on his flight firing a few carefully aimed blasts at her. Aiming for her shoulder and her thigh. Going for injuries but not kills. His energy moving through the gun as his system worked with the tech. The blasts would be stronger then just a plain blaster in anyone elses hands. "I won't die like that... I don't see why you and your people keep doing this! Are you unable to see reason or anything beyond blood shed?" His tone was lightly irritated. He was a doctor and a scientist. Not a soldier. This was foreign to him the idea of kill or be killed. He developed tech during the war and only took training as it was required. Which explained some of his skill if any. "You can still come with me. You'd be given quarter on my word!" He'd say yelling out more for his hope then anything to end this quickly. Gulping a bit as his leg and side burned a bit making the flight not exactly comfortable.

The alien's words were strange, to her. He claimed to not want to shoot? And yet he already had. But it seemed he was perhaps going for a capture, which meant he wouldn't be trying to kill her, as some Saiyans had wisely chosen to do. But that meant she had the advantage, he was going to be holding back, and she had no such handicap. Yet, what truly puzzled her was that he was talking about some war, calling her an alien, and saying they invaded them? Was he perhaps an alien that had a grudge after one of her older missions? Or perhaps an alien left on some other planet that had been purged. Either way, he'd die like the rest of his pitiful race, then.
After watching the boy escape from her blasts, using some sort of technology in his boots, propelling him forward. She grinned. So he had such a high power level but couldn't command ki? That was a new one to her. Still, it was good, if he weren't able to keep up at least in some regard, she'd have been severely disappointed.
Upon seeing the blue boy fire more shots at her, she tensed her arm and leg that they were being sent for, kicking the shot that would have collided with her thigh away, and then punching the other toward her arm down into the ground beneath her. The resulting impact causing a small explosion that sent up a large plume of dirt launched upwards, stopping just a few feet from her, well, feet.
And still, it seemed after entering into the fray of combat, he was content to speak to her? What a truly strange Alien. He must not have understood Saiyans in the least, he tried to sue for peace when the time was long gone, since the moment he stepped foot out of Cacumber city and came for her.
"A pity. If you at least let yourself die now it'd save you a great deal of effort. And you talk of blood shed as if it is wrong? No matter what species, we are animals at our core. But all manner of beast falls into a prey and predator category. It is hardly our fault as a superior race that we are the universal predators. So stop playing like you're better than us, and just accept your fate."
It was always the same with these "smart" alien types, they let themselves get so bogged down in their social advancements, and their technology, that they lost sight of what they truly were. Just another creature living on a rock hurtling through the cosmos as an astronomically terrifying pace. They should be thanking the Saiyans, really. At least the Saiyans were a threat they could fight. Otherwise they'd have to worry about the terrors of the cosmos being their true enemy.
Her hand began to tense up again, as this time she pooled her ki into her arm, an erratic magenta energy sparking around her hand. She pulled back, like a pitcher winding up for a fast ball. And then after she felt she had gained as much force as she could, she hurled the ki off of her hand, as it crackled through the air, headed straight for the blue alien.
([N1] "Attack names are dumb" used. 1'947 PL [33% Power])
And following in the wake of the blast, she intended to follow up the attack with a physical strike, ideally a round-house kick, and took into account to follow and change her direction of the alien, should he try to side step the energy attack.

He'd gulp a bit trying to hover in the air after some distance his boot shooting out fire and propulsion to keep him air born. His smaller body needing much less force to keep it up. The boots feeding off his systems power though until he was ready to use internal ki engines for flight. But his system was programmed to keep things hidden until he discovered them or slowly became mentally steady to accept what he had become. Without the proper training team for a host that could be a long time if ever to happen. She kicked and punched away the guns blast like it was nothing. It made sense why the front had been so bad from what he heard. Even when in their normal forms these things... these people were deadly.
He'd be a little pale in the face, OR lighter blue I suppose. His dark eyes hesitantly shaking. "I do not seek to die nor kill... Your kind brought war to us. You don't always need to bring the sword when a olive branch will do." Not sure if she'd understand what he meant. "I'm not going after whose better merely that I won't be bullied by your people. I do have a duty to find those who remain before saiyan forces take hold. You'd do the same if you were me. We didn't ask you to land on Plant.... Nor did we pick at you to trigger hostilities." He spoke loud and direct with only his shaken voice giving emotion. It was something he'd heard in training about opening a dialogue. Trying to communicate and how it may lower aggression in foes. He was a peaceful sort most times. So this type of life he'd had to adjust to put him out of his element.
She fired a blast though before he could get very far in the idea. The soldier faced boyish lad shot wide eyes the cloak had revealed his full face and dark hair. His boyish features as young and handsome as a young lad. He wasn't exactly manly but matured at least. He'd fumble with the rifle aiming it forward clicking the clip trying to get it to fire. In his rush his body would focus up some of its own ki from its generators and reactors. Using the rifle once again as a catalyst for a stronger round of firing. Firing it right at the incoming blast trying to set it off. Or perhaps disperse the energy.
[ Digit Blast: 33% 1900 vs. 1900 of Attack names are dumb struggle = draw]
The blast hit but a explosion was set off and he felt some burning push off from the blasts force send him back a bit flipping in the air as he held a arm over his head to hold off some of the light and painful lash of wind blasting at him with heat. He'd come to a stop shortly after rubbing his eyes viciously the bright light had gotten his eyes lightly unfocused and he hadn't seen what of the woman behind the blast. But just as he finally got them open. Feeling a roundhouse kick that collided with the side of his body and arm. The sensation hurting and stinging like a surprised shock of power through his body as he shot like a volley ball to the side shooting through the air flipping once more several times before finally coming to a halt thanks to his rocket boots kicking in various directions to him settled and standing straight. The flames shooting out of his boots working doubly hard as dazed as he was. Tuffle tech always good in a pinch. But his eyes were wide and a little trouble with focusing was evident. He only gripped the rifle with one hand. While the other he placed on his forehead as if helping for his headache from the spin or his dizzying eyes as unfocused as they were. Slowly fixing and adjusting a little quicker then pure organics would have. The pain also a feature to keep him from being too machine. His arm and side where the arm hit his body from the kick and the absorption of the blow felt like they were already bruising.
"Are you this unfriendly with everyone! I will never understand species fascination with death and killing... I wonder if it'd possible with proper study or medication to help find a solution to calming you ape types down.... I suppose this means you coming with me easily is out of the question now?" The last part a bit of a jest although it'd have been nice to be so lucky. He'd gulp gripping the rifle both hands after a few moments a little unsure what to do. Considering firing again but he wasn't sure if it'd do much good just yet. Although he still took aim hoping the worry would at least do something to keep her steady a little worried about her fading off again though with that vanishing act she pulled moments ago.

Following after her blast, she saw the boy quickly bring his weapon to bare, and fire off a blast from it, however she could never have expected what happened next. Instead of her blast easily devouring what she assumed would be the weaker one, the two blasts caused a bright explosion. Her eyes instinctively shut, as she continued to push through, her kick however, was able to make a clean hit, as she traced his small body as it went tumbling through the air.
The little body quickly began to steady himself. He had spoken earlier, talking about her 'kind' and how they 'brought war' to his people? She was still as confused as ever, though her face did it's best to show she didn't care, though a part of her was curious. Just what was this Plant he was talking about? Was it a world she'd been to? Maybe it was a world one of her peers had purged some time ago.
Instead of asking anything, she merely touched down on the desert floor, and began to pace toward the alien. Her right arm once again gathering ki, though it was a much more steady flow, as she tried to slowly build it up as she walked. She'd knocked him away a good distance, so the gait of her step was more for dramatic effect.
( [N1] "Attack names are dumb" charging, 33% [1'947 PL currently])
"And here comes the complaints. But look, prey never invites the predator- that's what makes the dynamic relationship in the first place. I'm glad you're putting up a fight, wouldn't be the same either way. But the ministry sure picked a loser of a candidate this time. They must really be scraping the bottom of the barrel now, huh?"
Her pace continued, her energy building steadily as she approached. Her tail was now swaying behind her, her arrogance was on full blast that she would openly display her weak point like that. Clearly she thought little of the alien, or at least wanted him to know that she did. But then again, perhaps he didn't know about the tail being a Saiyan's weakness, most aliens who were subject to their random attacks didn't know, after all.
And then the alien spoke again. What was his deal?! Did he just talk all the time instead of fight? Maybe that's why his race got wiped out, didn't try hard enough to survive; too busy talking to eachother, or their enemies. But then he said something interesting. He mistook their actions for a fascination with death and killing.
"You misunderstand. We simply look for the next big fight, always something bigger on the horizon, something new to push us as a species, to make us stronger. We seek what can harm us, so that we might survive and become stronger for it. Any race who falls to a Saiyan has only themselves to blame, for being forever complacent in their state of peace. It's war that we seek, and personal and societal growth through it. But I suppose a people as weak as yours wouldn't have understand. That's why you're so bent, right? A few of my kind visited your world, 'Plant,' was it? And they wiped most of you out? Seems like they missed one. And thanks to the ministry, I'll get the chance to fix that mistake."
Her face twisted into a toothed grin as she grew ever closer to her target. She showed no signs of stopping her advance, although she was preparing for if the boy decided to do anything, and to try and react to it if she could. She knew he had at least the power to contend with her most powerful attack, but could he stop it indefinitely? That was a good question, and she was relentless, if nothing else, as he'd soon see.

He'd tense a bit taking his rifle and aiming it forward backing a way a bit as she walked calm and cool as ever. Deadly and a little attractive in its own way. He'd see the tail although they'd not got enough time to ever discover its weakness or relevance. If they had the Oozaru having a weak target may have been different outcomes. At least for a short time perhaps. "I do not know of what ministry you speak. Most of the government fell long ago. But that doesn't mean we'll give up... I just need to locate the new headquarters or battle ground...." Thats when something caught his eye. He'd not been looking to close at her body or at least when he did well... not all important details caught his eye. Until he noticed something. "Where did you get that armor? Those clothes? I heard your kind were just using furs and your ape forms most times. Who supplied you with armor? These techniques you have are also a little more aggressive then reported. Are you one of the leaders? Do you served under the Saiyan leader?" Now he was a little worried.
Was this someone higher up was that why she was so nicely uniformed. She even had scouter technology now that he saw. It was like a advanced being among the cavemen. Maybe she was from wherever they came from. He did here the word elite now and again in banter records from the spies they'd tried to send in. Or at least what few reports he could find most ops like that didn't end well. He'd look to the horizon considering fleeing but heard they were fast. Not knowing he had power and speed now too with his body.
"Power of strength is the only thing that molds a race Vennel..." speaking with a frown recalling when she called her name earlier before her attack. He'd lower his rifle going to the ground slowly as his jets cooled landing wondering if perhaps since she hadn't fired yet if he'd have some chance. Or maybe he could swindle some answers out curious of her position and that armor. Looking at it as well as if trying to memorize its make or guess materials. Perhaps he could reproduce a model of equal or better make if he had a chance. "This intimidation act isn't pleasing... We can't be wiped out either there has to be more somewhere around here! I'm sure the front just moved... If you continue this more may come it'd be safer just to come with.... If you do then perhaps I can get them to go easy on you if you just give us answers." He'd raise his rifle if the gap closed to short. The tall women was frightening and he didn't really know what to do. He didn't have faith he could escape so confrontation or communication were his only vices. His body generated kid flowing through the rifle. Charging its own power as he aimed down its sights.
These people weren't at all like his own. He tried to think carefully how to deal with her. If communication kept failing he wasn't sure if he could subdue her with this rifle. He didn't want to die after surviving that Oozaru assault from what he thought was the night before or at most a few nights ago. [Charging Digit Blast: 33% 1900]

Watching the alien's pathetic attempts to put distance between them was amusing for her. His rifle, while capable of significant power, apparently, was just a weapon- a tool that would no doubt prove ineffectual against her raw power. Not only was he almost cute the way he clung to his toy, as if it could save him, but he also continued with his dialogue. Confused as ever about what she was talking about, as was she to him. It was like the two were a pair of passing boats in a ship yard, in the dead of night, no idea where the other was going or if it was even there at all.
"Then you're either very misinformed, or you take me for a fool. Or both. Clearly you're not going to give up your charade, so allow me to humor you. I got these clothes, this armor, from my service to our people, on my missions purging other planets of their life forms. And I am far from one of the ministers. Those fools have me on the lamb, that's why they sent a rookie bounty hunter like yourself after me."
She paused her saunter, instead, shifting her weight to her right side, allowing her left hand to rest on her hip while she her right arm dangled at her side, still coursing with the energy of her ki which was building still. She was having a bit of fun with this alien, his desperate attempts to postpone the inevitable were quaint. Even his misguided attempts to anger her, saying they wore 'furs' or were simply nude? It was borderline insulting, and she'd probably feel as such if not for the fact that she saw through his ruse, and the fact that they were so off base.
Watching the little blue man lower his rifle to the ground, then caused her to question what it was he was doing. Had he given up? He'd muttered something, and she could make out him using her name, but he hadn't caught the whole statement.
"Well, if it's at all encouraging to you, maybe your race isn't all gone? Perhaps they've been made slaves and you're one of the few that escaped enslavement. Don't worry, I can fix that for you if you'd like."
A fiendish grin spread on her features, as she then began rushing at the alien at her top speed, closing what remained of the distance between them. She tried to get as close as she could to hm before letting go the energy she had been saving. Her plan was to either grap him with her charged hand and disperse it directly into him, or to hurl it at him as he tried to flee. Either plan would work, though her eye was trained on that rifle, hoping she could beat him to the punch so that he couldn't line up a proper shot with the combination of her speed and the ever diminishing distance between them.

He'd blink lightly not sure what to think of her words. There was no way they were purging planets they barely were capable of much other then fighting with blades and fur clothes last he remembered. No way they advanced so fast in such a short of time it wasn't possible for a race to advance so quickly even if they'd been using tech they'd captured. None of these made any sense and it scratched in his head like a splitting ache of mystery. No idea what to think or sense to make out of it. His eyes seeming confused or lost in thought easily. Gripping his rifle directly in a aiming stance like one a rookie soldier knew after training. He didn't have much other then a bit of formal training for emergencies when the city may have needed all able bodies not just soldiers.
"That sounds unlikely... I doubt your race could be doing so much.... You live in caves not far off last I heard. Near some crash site? But either way I'm not a bounty hunter... Please stop referring to me in such crude terms. My name is Icarus, Doctor, Scientists, Scholar if you would.... Halt there please." The realization of distance not to his liking.
She spoke of slaves and what they did to some races. It wasn't a thought he wanted to entertain. Slavery was something his people didn't much think of besides on theories back in his time or considering barbaric pasts of other races and cultures. They were thinkers not fighters. "I'm no slave... Nor do I have a desire to be. Freedom shouldn't be something sold and bartered so easily. Please my pretty alien friend. I really don't want to...." Hurt her he might have said. But she moved so fast. It was like blinking and she closed unimaginable gaps. He wasn't used to seeing things like that outside of people using speeders or hover vehicles of the top tier make. The kind you saw in the paper before the war he'd heard of. He felt himself lifted and grabbed and a blast dispersed at him at point blank range. He'd scream out yelling frantically the belly of his shirt burned away leaving singed smelling smoky cloth behind and a blue tummy exposed with light burn marks on his synthetic organic mimicking flesh. A little blood spitting out as well of purple color. His only clothes nearly ruined now was bad enough the searing pain even worse. He'd hit the ground his back thudding and eyes spinning as he didn't click the trigger but the energy in his body using the rifle catalyst would fire. He was to dazed to realize what he did. Vennel may or may not have noticed as well. But the rifle in his hand would fire its charge. The blast stronger as well. The end of the gun however this time shattering leaving him holding nothing more then a handle and the rest to place against the shoulder as he lay on his back for a moment rubbing his burning belly patting at it the singed scuffed flesh with purple bruises and scrapped blood.
"This isn't happening this isn't happening!" He'd say a hand placing to his belly as he abandoned the half a rifle and tried crawling on all fours away a few feet. The gun was to weak in materials it couldn't take so much power before giving in. A catalyst was only so good as long as the materials could handle the energy running through it. Wanting distance clearly a little desperate all the sudden only looking back a moment to see what had happened to the blast. Worried he'd see that toothy grin in his face ready to attack or insult.. or do lord knows what to him. On a side note at least he could add for certain he knew now it wasn't just testosterone elevation perhaps that made them rage like a theory he had. Given he was no being beaten by a woman that should have had lower levels if her anatomy was as he predicted. He didn't want to be hit again. His stomach felt twisted and any more direct pain would make him heave out his stomach contents. For now he'd just look back with shaken dark eyes his silvery hair lightly a mess. Blue skin scuffed with purple blood his hand clutching his aching wound.

So his name was Ikalus or something? Weird alien names were always a difficulty with her, she could never get them right, what with the way they had such bizzare names. She never tended to care much anyways, because her enemies didn't tend to live long after meeting her. And whats more, like most other 'free' aliens, they had some stupid notion of what slavery was. As if it was freedom that was traded, bought, or sold. When in reality, it was a service. It was always so tiresome to hear aliens think they had any 'right' to live. It was as if they believed that the galaxy revolved around them and that just because their own society had some stupid notion about them having 'rights' that all others should respect that. If anything, they should be thanking the Saiyans for putting things in perspective, there'd always be someone bigger in the proverbial sandbox, and you had to be able to stand up for yourself, or else you'd just be pushed around.
But as the distance closed and she struck him with her attack, she noticed as the alien brought his rifle to bare and was about to shoot once more. Her grin flashed once more as she prepared to bat the blast away, only to find out as her hand raised to stop it, that she had underestimated the attack. The rifle shot hit her hand, and pushed her back considerably as she tried to repel it, but before she could manage to deflect it, the blast exploded on her, causing her body to fly back even further.
What the hell was with that rifle anyways? How could a mere weapon be doing this much damage to her, had some race found technology that could actively keep up with a Saiyan warrior? That was the only explanation, because no mere tool should have been able to harm her like this. Her thoughts came to a crashing halt, as too did her body, as she colided with a large rock formation. Her body leaving a large dent in it, as it began to crumble around her. Rock debris covered her body as she fumed over what had just transpired, rather than actively trying to escape right away.
This sudden development both infuriated her, and excited her. On the one hand, this was going to be an interesting fight, and on the other this was irreconcilably stupid. As the last of the debris toppled down, and her body was fully covered, she shot upward, blowing the remaining debris away in a fit of rage. Letting out a blood curdling battle cry as she did so. As she finished screaming, she breathed heavily, looking at her foe, who seemed to now have no rifle to speak of? Perhaps a shot of that power was too much for the weapon to abre and it was destroyed as a result? A pitty, because now he had no means to defend himself.
"Okay little man, l don't care what you call yourself, but I'm going to tear you a part and devour your corpse! Pray to any gods you may have, because you're going to need divine intervention to finish this fight in one piece!"
Her armor was srached, and the thigh protection on her right side had been broken and destroyed, her right arm's fabric arm covering was torn and nearly ruined, as well as her arm being blackened from taking the brunt of the attack. She had to finish this fight, or else she'd end up looking like a fool. And without his little toy, she doubted he could manage to keep the fight up for much longer. Vennel spread her legs shoulder-width apart and, with both hands, let loose a torrent of ki blasts at her quarry. Her blasts were not so much meant to be accurate as they were to be all consuming. Firing a heavy spray that would make escape hard to manage.
"I don't know if you've truly lost your mind or really think I must be that dumb to think that what you're saying is true. Planet Vegeta is ruled by the Saiyans, and no amount of insistence will convince me of otherwise, you petulant weakling!"
After her assault was over, she stood where she was, waiting to see what the alien would do next.

It was a odd thing to hear and see as she only seemed to take wounds to her armor more then anything. A direct shot and she still didn't seem phased. If this was really what the battles were like it must have been horrible to see. If the weapons were really having so little effect even in such direct use. AS well as she was able to peel herself out of being encased in stone and rock. Like even the very land was destroyed for defying this ape like warriors. They were power and brawn if little else most times but it was terrifying.
His mouth was lightly a gape and he was shaking not sure what to say to her words or as her attack came. He was going to be killed by her?... she would eat him if he died. It made him shake unable to do much in such a state wobbling to his feet. Not injured so much as just shaken from the head rush. This whole thing was too much he was no soldier. He didn't favor murder and war over peace and companionship. It almost would have brought tears to his eyes if not for needing to instinctively react to the blasts coming at hand.
He'd cross his arms in front of him but like a strong gust of wind the blasts would carry him lifting and shoving like a hurricane wind. His clothes burning away and bruises forming from each mini explosion of energy formed and housed in spherical blasts. Only really his pants lightly surviving and boots. His gloves burned away most his shirt only some remaining as his crossed arms at least defended his head and his chest for vitals. The carrying blast pushing him over a small embankment.
Not him knowing but likely to her surprise as he stepped back over still moving but bruised and scuffed in various places of his lightly now showing body. He'd wave his hands frantically in front of him. As if trying to stop a oncoming vehicle which presently she felt like something like that. A roaring train or hover car coming for him. "Please! Stop this why do you favor murder so much you've only been on this planet for eight years... Its been [referencing galactic date and the and start of the war]. Its plant not Vegeta it why would the name change just from a war! I don't want to do this Vennel we don't need to be fighting like this I don't want to die!" It was a horrifying thought and one he'd like to keep from happening. Perhaps in his blood lost mind back in the lab years ago its why he wobbled to the lab half alive and did what he did. His hands frantically and in survival mode shaking would charge and fire a ki blast. The act itself more surprising him then anything. He'd even just look at his hands momentarily in disbelief rather then Vennel to see if it hit. His palms were scuffed and burnt and his gloves gone. He wasn't sure what to make of that... he hadn't been able to do that before like the.

Stepping out of the rubble, chunks of rock sliding off the mound it had created as she made her way slowly toward the alien. It seemed that he had survived her onslaught, and had managed to be still standing, though his clothing seemed to be worse for wear, which was strange, after her last attack, she didn't think that it'd have caused such damage. Was he perhaps wearing cheap materials? That's the only thing she could think of, that would make any sort of sense.
Still, she had to commend the little guy, after nearly being sent over the ridge and into the valley before, he kept himself together and came back, rejoining the fight. And yet still, the poor guy was insistent on talking with her. But despite knowing her profile and how long she'd been back among her people, he seemed perplexed why she favored murder? It was hardly murder, if anything it was self defense, what she did now.
"Look kid, if you're going to claim you know my profile, then drop this other 'war' act. I've never heard about any planet Plant, but this is planet Vegeta, has been for as long as I've been alive, and for a great deal now too. And if you don't want to die, you probably shouldn't have taken that mission to come after me- I kill those that do, because I rather much enjoy being alive, much to the ministry's chagrin. They lost their way as Saiyans, and I'm going to set them on the right course."
As she continued to march closer, the poor guy put his hands out. Cute, did he think she was going to attack again? Or maybe he was trying to attack her this time? She'd be more inclined to believe he actually could, if not for that stupid rifle he was toting about earlier. Honestly, just what was this kid on.
But suddenly, a ki blast shot forth from the alien's hands headed straight for her. Her eyes shot wide open and she tried to get out of the way. However she wasn't fast enough, as his sudden attack and use of ki took her by surprise. She managed to avoid the brunt of the attack, but as she moved aside her right side was clipped, the resulting force put on her right side threw her into a spin, just before she hit the ground, falling to one knee.
What the hell? So he could control his ki? Jeeze, maybe he wasn't such a push over after all. He had some tricks left up his sleeve. She liked that, she loved that. This fight just kept getting more interesting. Getting back up onto her feet, her armor, where she'd been hit, cracked and splintered, a piece of the armor chipping off and falling to the ground below.
Kicking off the ground, she zoomed toward the alien, her ki levitating her off the ground as dust and sand peeled off the ground in her wake. Her fists pulled to her sides as she closed the distance between the two. His right fist thrust forward in an attempt to strike the alien's gut, but should he fail her right hand would extend and launch a blast of brilliant yellow light.

He had tried to avoid her and took a step back a little taken back by what she said. So this ministry was her race of saiyan controlled. They had some form of government now and she didn't even know of a war. How long was asleep or was this some trick? It was all too much to calculate he knew these people weren't supposed to be as great minds as his people but surely they weren't this daft. She seemed smart to a extent. So what was she talking about... what was going on. He'd feel the blow however before the though could finish. His gut wrenching as he felt himself open his mouth as all air escaped his lungs. His little body lifted for a moment his hand reaching out and grabbing some of her armor in a rough grip around one of the crack parts near her chest. The blast that came after burned him even more and met him yell out for a moment. But his grip on her kept him form being thrown back. Merely fall back to the ground like a bag of bricks gripping the part of her suit and falling lightly against her belly and sliding down her leg leaning against her. Coughing a bit knocked out for a moment. His inner circuits racing to kick his senses back in gear. Of course he was only for a minute waking up and looking up at her and immediately trying to back up falling on his butt and on his back for a moment.
She looked so big up close like this. Even their women had guns for arms and muscles that looked like you could grind stone against them. He'd curl his arms over his head and knees to his chest as if expecting another blow right away. He'd feared this species for a long time. He had no idea how close they were matched. Merely that it stood above him. Deadly and the scent of a warrior nearby. "I swear I know nothing of this ministry council whatever! I just wanted to figure out what happened... I thought you'd have had answers. I didn't want to capture anyone or kill anything. I'm not fond of such thoughts..." He'd peer out lightly looking up at her. A little sad about the armor she had a pity he didn't get to examine it.

It seemed that her words had finally shut the little guy up. Maybe he really had fried his little brain and forgot what was going on, hunting through the desert for her for so long, and without a scouter the poor bastard would have been lost for sure. Or maybe it wasn't her words, so much as when her fist colided with his stomache, and then as she quickly followed up with a blast of ki at point blank range. The boy's body was battered and beaten, or so he seemed. But with a power level like he was giving off, he should have been able to go toe to toe with her much easier. There was something weird going on here. The poor guy fell against her and had seemed to pass out, only to snap back awake and scurry away. But rather than continue the fight, as Vennel readied herself, falling into a familiarly comfortable battle stance- the guy just seemed to cower before her. This actually confused her, because of all the times she'd killed someone out here, they never actually did what she told them to do. No one actually just gave up and let themselves die. But despite all this, he still kept to his story of feigning he knew nothing. "Well unfortunately for you, it's a bit late for that."A grin twisted onto her lips as she flattened her hand and, with one swift motion, struke at the boy's neck, aiming to incapacitate him for a time. Whatever it was he was, she'd find out soon. * * * The light of her fire cast an orange glow over her and the unconscious body of the alien nearby her. He wouldn't be out for much longer. The Saiyan warrior poked and prodded at the fire, causing embers to leap up into the air from time to time. Those same embers provided Vennel the only entertainment in the dead of night while she waited for her guest to wake up. She had questions for him, especially since she already tried to eat him, but found his skin didn't cook and when biting into him, it was like biting into the hull of a pod. Whatever he was, she had no idea.
