Cipher quietly looked over his two teammates. The peculiar majin Komoto, and the powerful man known as Peiter Wolfbane. Both could prove very skilled in this coming game. "Greetings," he addressed the two of them, giving them a formal bow, "I am Cipher 24, a pleasure to meet you."
He waited calmly for them to make their own introductions before continuing. With the game coming up, it was time to talk strategy.
"For this first game, I would advise Peiter being our climber. He's the strongest of us, and I'm confident he would give us a good lead. That would leave Komoto and myself as the gunners."
He turned to Komoto. "I don't doubt your accuracy, but here's some advice. Aim for their hands and feet. Anything they use to hold onto the tower. If we can dislodge them quickly, that would be ideal.
So, what do you think gentlemen?"

The two introduced each other rather quickly... A bit lack-luster in that area, if Pieter had to say so himself. Both spirits coming from them felt off, but given the people they were around, it wasn't exactly out of place. The hunter floated onto the ground and nodded in agreement with the two, based on what he could feel from them. "Aye, this is true. I've trained much more physically than in the nature of spirit energy, so this shouldn't be a problem... But, I would like to point something out now, for you two to understand," Pieter explained, "I was originally not intending to be in this tournament, given my past history with the last Centurial Conference, and try to be helping with the guards, as a sign of penance for what happened... It's a bit of a long story, but I'm sure if you asked anyone in the crowd, they'd recall."Pieter took in a deep breath, before releasing it and stating, "But enough about myself. Lets go win this thing... HEY!"[/color] The hunter shouted this, as the guy in the mask, Komoto, flew off! Pieter had strapped on the wristband, risking his abilities before he realized the guy was leaving! He wasn't able to make chase after the guy, which also caused the crowd to boo Pieter and his team mate that stayed! "Great... What do we do now? Try and get another team mate? They're already climbing up," Pieter exclaimed! He looked to the other guy, Cipher 24, to see if he had an idea. However, before he could say anything, Pieter started to climb the tower and ordered, "Look for another person while you try and slow down the others! I'm gonna race my way up there, so we don't get disqualified for his!"( Reikiko I'm thinking that, in case we don't get a third, I'm thinking Cipher 24, and I give this a shot as a 2 man team, instead.)

Cipher let out a small curse as Komoto seemed to completely vanish on them. Just great. Right before the game begins and their third teammate decides to pull out on them. Cipher make a mental note to smack the majin when he next saw him. But he would have to wait until later. Right now, Peiter was making his way up the tower, and so were the other contestants it seemed. Cipher had to get into the action, AND find a third teammate to back them up at the same time.
Grabbing the basket of water balloons provided, Cipher shot up into the sky, looking out for the other climbers. They weren't hard to spot, and the other gunners were out and flying as well, getting right into their roles and throwing balloons. Cipher, however, wasn't just going to throw his balloons willy nilly. He knew he had to time this right, for maximum impact, and to deal the most damage (figuratively speaking) to the other teams.
Keeping critical eyes on the other climbs, he let loose the balloons, aiming for their hands and feet, preferably right when they were reaching up to pull themselves up. If he could knock them off, especially when they've made some distance, it would be a harsh blow to them, as the bigger drop and the shock of cold water would put them behind even further. Yet as he did this, his eyes scanned the crowd below for anyone that could help. This was not going to be easy.
Meanwhile, on the ground, Porsalynne worked out very quickly what was happening, seeing as Cipher and Peiter were working on their own. "Is anyone able to help them? Anyone? They need a third man!" Porsalynne called out, making her way through the crowds, hoping to find anyone who was willing to join in the fun.

(Ok, time to play major catch up. Cipher 24, want to cover the 2nd gunner while I focus on climbing or follow what Reikiko commands?) Pieter found the building to be feasibly climbable so far. Most of these teams seems intent on keeping focused on just climbing and not shooting at anyone. The climber in Team 5, though, seemed to have thought that his power would've been safe to use, as he become something like a reptilian-Oozaru, yet the form was rejected by the bands... Actually making him into a mere child. To the crowd, it had been a hilarious moment! However, to one who was superstitious like Pieter, the transformation was a spectacular showing that a descendent of the Great Beast, Iron Dragon, was in this... Though, the climber didn't have the iron scales like the beast of Karinga legend. Regardless, he felt invigorated by this! To challenge a child of the Great Beasts was a moment for him to find his answers! He clawed at the wall, using his tail as a counterbalance as he practically jumped up from spot to spot. Currently, he was level with 3 of the climbers, but Nai-Ran's team climber, the 'Lady Death' saiyaness Zucceta, had been far ahead... This was something the hunter had to rectify, immediately at that! Pieter called out to his partner, telling him, "Shoot at where the saiyaness grabs, Cipher! It'll help me catch up to her, and mind her tail also!"The saiyan hunter shifted upwards diagonally to the right, finding himself a decent size up. However, he took a moment to pause, to see if anyone had been shooting his way. Indeed, there had been! The fifth team's gunners had been spraying-and-praying all over the base! Barrage of water balloons had been coming at him! However, they were vastly slower compared to his older brother's claws and father's fists. With one hand on a J-shaped rock, he begun to bat the balloons flying at him away with foot, hand, and tail as fast as he physically could. Several water balloons splashed around Pieter's climbing space, but not where the half-breed was hanging. However, the tail, hand, and foot he had been using, as well as his weighted hide clothes, all were soaked quite a bit from the assault. This wasn't a good thing as he'd end up slipping if grabbed wrong. However, this was one of Hellish training sessions his brother and father were put through, and just like them, he too had been! Cautiousness was to be had at this point.

Cipher nodded. He needed to pick up the pace, especially when it was just the two of them.
"Cipher!"
Cipher spun around, surprised to see Porsalynne flying up beside her, wearing a jetpack. The female android gave him a warm smile. "They gave me this jetpack and put me on your team." Cipher could only nod and give a small smile. Trust dear Porsalynne to pull through for him.
"Excellent. I want you to try and slow down the others as much as you can. I'll focus on Zucetta. We need to slow her down." Porsalynne nodded and immediately shot off, flying to and from the other climbs, raining a watery barrage of icey cold vengance upon them (vengance for what, that was the good question. And it doesn't matter when you're being pelted by water balloons). She wasn't as good a shot, hitting her targets all over rather than key spots, but she was at least keeping the pressure on them.
Cipher meanwhile shot up until he was equal with Zucetta. He had heard of the Saiyaness, her fearsome reputation as Lady Death. Now here she was, unable to fly or retaliate for what Cipher was about to do. The android felt a small mischievous streak go through him.
And then he let the water balloons fly. He took care to aim for her hands and feet, especially when she was trying to reach up for a hold. But when she wasn't, he aimed for her head, getting her nice and soaking wet. With the window blowing up here, all that could water would no doubt be wearing on her. And he was going to keep the pressure on big time.
