Alright so this is something I've been planning for awhile and I'm going to put it up for a discussion then a single vote. My plan is to have Kojima destroy Mount Paizo completely, erasing it off the map and making it a barren ocean where it once resided. I was told to discuss this then have it voted upon, this'll probably fall under the "Saga" listing and I'm fine with this as it's a major part of Kojima's storyline. This wouldn't just apply to the mountain, I'd like for this to apply to the entire site where anywhere could be blown up and destroyed until wished back or something of the like.

No. My plan is to have Kojima destroy Mount Paizo completely, erasing it off the map and making it a barren ocean where it once resided. You'd be constricting access. Role play would be leveled to having one less spot. There is a village that our member, Pieter uses, for his village of NPC. You'd be destructing someone else's story and characters, even if NPC.

I would say that with any sort of destruction like that it needs to follow the same DE rules as destroying a city, moon, or planet. You gotta give people a chance to stop you and you gotta be willing to put your life on it.

Mind if I ask why Koj is destroying the region? ((and yeah, this is specifically the sort of stuff saga threads are. Someone[or group] decides to try and do something big, conflict arises, and in the end the outcome falls in the victors favour)). 'Mount Paozu' becomes 'the Paozu Creator', a monument to the devastating event of that day, the villages of those there are destroyed with as many casualties as they see fit. This sort of stuff generates interesting character arcs and sets the forum buzzing. There are also follow up repercussions, do people begin trying to find out who did this? Does the world get swept into a frenzy? Does anyone else manipulate the situation to their advantage? Do people try to restore the damage? And is anyone's individual character specifically changed by the incident. I remember on a different RP that the villiages of my characters people were obliterated during a saga conflict between two major players, they weren't involved in the thread themself but it was an emergence of the scanario - 'this place is planned to be destroyed, up to you if you escape or get caught in the blast, feel free to try and stop them ofcourse' - it was great muse fuel for more development of the character - 'okay, Kari Raise escaped, but what has become of her and the few people with her? How has this experience changed who she is? What are her goals now?'. --- (20) [tracking for myself so I don't miss any threads]

If it is allowed, we obviously need a DE/Saga beforehand with ample chance for the heroes to stop Kojima. Even then, I fail to see the point behind destroying a landmark/area like the mountain, or on higher levels, planets. All you succeed at doing is reduce the amount of areas to roleplay in, which strikes me as inherently anti-fun.

Please read what Bao said, It doesn't get rid of the area, it changes it to a crater. While I will agree with you on your points, If it's allowed to happen it's kinda the other PC's faults for not trying to stop it.
Kojima would be destroying it as a.... repercussion? I guess might be the word, of his training. Currently in his arc the next trio of threads both explains how he changes (from the android mechanics to the half saiyan/human mechanics) as well as making him (hopefully) vastly stronger. Just as well, this'll also add in the second fight in his personal story arc where he encounters the second Saiyan who killed his mother and, in his rage, destroys both the mountain and the Saiyan. During the third thread (Which is where this part will take place) Kojima is going to fly into a frenzy due to both a part of the training method he's using combined with this Saiyan showing up. Because Ninjin isn't there to keep his anger under control, he loses it and this is when his Latent Power comes forth. Destroying the android parts he has and changing him into what he is to become. The reason I'm asking if we should allow this kind of destruction is because it'd make absolutely no sense for someone of 80,000 PL who loses control of his powers to NOT destroy the landscape around him in his anger as he lets loose massively powerful attacks. As we've seen at the start of the series when someone doesn't have complete control over their powers they can severely affect the world around them, Vegeta, when he powered up for the first time vs Goku, shook the entire earth and that was only when he was going to around 20,000 PL. When Goku went SSJ3 for the first time vs Buu he shook the entire earth and caused massive damage to the entire earth just by transforming. I see no reason why someone who's at 80,000 PL who's lost control over his powers because of his rage to NOT cause massive damage to, at the very minimum, the immediate area around him.

In honesty, here's what should be happening right now, ICly:
Ginger Town+Northern Capital+Tournament Grounds= In the midst of fully repairing the damage from Oguma and Tsumuri going at it.
Eastern Capital= Undergoing repairs from the battle Nai-Ran had with Oni/Oguma.
