Full Moon, Makyo Star, and other trigger Events!

A long overdue system by this stage, while we wait up on the eventual programmatic solution we will need to rely on a manual one for now - That's right, I'm talking about the three triggered transformations.
'Full moon' for Saiyans Oozaru Transformation
'Makyo Star' for Demons Makyo Empowerment
and the 'Celestial event'* for Alien type C's Triggered Transformation
These events will last a full week, meaning any threads creating in this period could be considered to occur under their influence if the participants so choose, enabling the corresponding character to access their triggered form. They will be on a four-weekly schedule. So from right now, the events will be triggered as follows(lets not get too picky on timezone differences) -
> As of the 19th, the full moon will be present for the week.
> As of the 26th, the makyo star will draw close for the week.
> As of the 2nd, the celestial event will occur for the week.
> As of the 9th, no event for one week.
The cycle will then repeat.
So be prepared, stay frosty, and strap in tight, our event based friends can no longer be taken lightly

* I'm going with name 'celestial event', call it what you like and feel free to flavour it how you like based on your particular race, but basically as Alien C you get your form during that time, whatever your reason.
