A single, black orb hovered in the atmosphere over the red planet. Its pilot sat in their seat, staring at the red planet. Clutched in one hand was a small phone, which displayed the recent events transpiring throughout the galaxy.
“The only safe place in this chaos is Earth...and that might change soon. I need to find her, and force her to go to Earth. That's where the rest of the family is, and where she'll hopefully be safe. Well, enough planning. Time to take the dive.”
Pressing two buttons on the glowing display, the clear screen the pilot looked through was dimmed then covered with a metal panel. Rocket boosters ignited to life, shooting the orb into the planet's gravitational pull. It started falling towards the red planet, rapidly gaining speed as it continued its downward hurtle.
A lone bluff with no signs of life overlooked the Cacumber Capitol, where it had sat untouched for countless centuries. A glowing pod shot through a cloud overhead, before slamming into the bluff. It shot through the ancient rock formation, bringing it down with a resounding boom. Dust and rocks sprayed into the air, leaving a cloud of brown hanging over the entire area. A single figure strolled out of the desolation, tucking a capsule into their pocket. The remaining rock formation collapsed in on itself, sending out a blast of wind and causing the figure's coat to rippled in the dust-laden air. Pulling their long hair back with one hand, the figure smiled softly and muttered. “It's a good day to kidnap a defenseless child. She'll be somewhere in the Capitol right about now. Hopefully I avoid the ongoing battles and don't run into anything bothersome. To that end...” Lifting both her arms, black armor began forming around her body, encapsulating her entirely. Leaving only her head uncovered, the woman held out a hand. A helmet of black formed in her grasp, as she finished tying off her ponytail with her free hand. Sliding the helmet over her head, the woman fastened it in place and spoke, her voice a deep bass that was a stark contrast from before. “Time to strike fear in the hearts of the unprepared.” The black knight began walking towards the capitol, before leaping into air. She flew up into the clouds, soaring towards the unsuspecting city, still ragged from the battles that had taken place there only a short time before.

Vegeta. This would be the fifth time he would come here. And this time, it would be permanent. After fiasco that occured here with Vipoi, Cipher had no doubt he was exiled from Earth. After all, he had banished Tekuma for killing someone while having a mental breakdown. He effectively barred the Galactic Patrol from conducting business there. Cipher had been branded a traitor of Earth. He knew he had to get his family out of there safely. And right now there was no safer place than Vegeta. After all, he had good standing with the queen, as well as high ranking officials. He also believed he could easily find work here. Who knows. He may even provide a positive influence for the empire's reformation. Thankfully Porsalynne agreed. And Charlene was ecstatic to tinker with some saiyan tech. Cipher truly felt blessed to have such a family. He knew as long as he had them, he would be ok.
For once, his ship's arrival wasn't greeted with a small escort of armed guards. Perhaps they remembered what he had done for them. Or perhaps they were simply used to him turning up. Either way, it was a good sign. He had his family remain with the ship as he headed for the royal palace. He knew he had beaten Habana and the others here, and figured he'd stand watch until they returned. Then they could work out living arrangements and his new place in the empire. Cipher couldn't help but chuckle at the thought. Habana's solution to every problem had been 'join the empire'. Now that was actually happening.
As he flew towards the palace, he caught sight of something nearby. A black shape in the distance, descending into the city. He tried to sense it, but it seemed to give off a very small power signature. "What is that?" He murmured, flying over to investigate.

Landing on an open street, the woman began strolling down the empty avenue. It was clear that the battle she had witnessed from space had wrecked havoc on the capitol. She paused when she noticed figures in the shadows. They were watching in silence, doubtless wary of the black knight in armor. Raising one hand towards the shadow, the woman motioned for them to leave the shadow of the building. When the two figures didn't move, she sighed and flicked her fingers outward. Seventeen blades of black appeared in the air above the building, slamming down into the structure. Clenching her gauntlet shut, the blades shot inwards, cleaving the top half of the building off. Before it could fall onto the figures, the blades created a shimmering display of sparks as they minced the falling structure into dust. Strolling forward through the now-open area, the woman stopped in front of the two revealed children. Kneeling in front of the younger boy, the woman thrust her hand out again. The boy reeled back in horror...before opening his eyes in shock as the woman stroked his hair gently. Pressing a latch on the side of her helm, she let the helmet slide open to reveal her face. “How's life, kid?” The kid tried to find words, as the woman grinned at him. Tulip doubted the child knew her face, or had heard the full details of the Blue Banner Army's threats to the Solar Saiyan Empire. Reaching her free hand into her pocket, she drew out a capsule labeled 'fun'. Popping it open, the woman caught the bag of candy before it hit the ground. Holding out a handful to the child, she offered some to the other Saiyan kid, a girl about the age her sister should be. “I'm looking for my sister; she should be somewhere in this city. Irys...Irys is her name.” The girl's eyes lit up at the candy, though she hesitated to take it. But when her brother was happily snacking on the proffered treat, the girl finally relented. Taking a few of the hard candies, the girl pointed further into the city. The woman's emerald gaze fell on the path, taking in the trash and dirt-laden path. “There's a training site further in. The soldiers are training there, along with trainees that volunteered after the last demon attack. I think Irys was there, if she's a Saiyan with eyes like yours, Miss.” Tulip grinned, before rising to her feet. The helmet was returned to its place, the ominous air returning as the woman began strolling down the street. She waved once to the innocent children, as the hovering blades dispersed into the air they had materialized from. They deserve better than this; the Solar Saiyan Empire shouldn't have pushed all of their strength to Namek so quickly, leaving their own home open to invasion. If I was evil... An image of both children, massacred, flashed through the woman's mind, but was quickly wiped away with a shake of her head. She continued walking down the street, now steeling her heart for what came next. A trainee among a Saiyan security detail wouldn't come easily or quietly; it would be a mess, one that would doubtless reach the entirety of the Solar Saiyan Empire stationed throughout the immediate space. She would need to work fast.
Irys finished the set of two hundred push-ups, sweat dripping down her lithe body. Hopping to her feet, the girl glanced around at her fellow trainees. The two guys were still hammering out their push-ups, both frustrated they had lost to the hybrid. She might've been a cross-breed, but her father and mother had instilled in her the same sense of pride every Saiyan had; after the demon attack, she had joined up with the nearest soldiering post and found her way to this site. Not far from the capitol, the place promised to be the hub for activities after the Queen and her entourage returned victorious from Namek. The girl turned towards the window, in time to see a shadow fall over the courtyard. She narrowed her eyes, trying to discern what had fallen over the area. The knight hovered thousands of meters over the small training site, a two-story building with a small courtyard next to it. That the SSE had created such a small training site was a crazy idea to the woman; but she soon decided that even the military-types had those members they didn't want to see, which were doubtless sent to this small site. With a simple motion to the sky, the woman let her ki setting drop. To everyone below, it was as if a monster had just spawned in the sky. Similar to the demons from just a few weeks prior, returned to wreck havoc on the planet. Letting her control of gravity slip, the woman fell like a meteorite, armor forced to fall faster by her control. The guards were already pouring out into the courtyard, gaze sailing upwards. She accelerated her fall even further, slamming into the center of the courtyard amid the guards. The ground shattered inwards as the guards' eyes turned inwards. Dust exploded from the cracks, as the knight shot through the group, knocking each soldier unconscious with a single jab. Twenty soldiers all fell at once, as the knight strolled into the building through the open doorway. Irys could see a figure in the dust, before realizing it had already killed every one of the soldiers. She sprinted past the stunned boys, aiming for a room that was on the second floor. She saw the figure in black armor, and forced herself to speed up. Sliding into an open room, the girl grabbed the scouter lying on the open desk where the commander had sat. Keying the open network, she began shouting into the comm link.
“Any soldiers...anyone on this net! Saiyan Security Post 3 is under attack! A figure in black, extremely strong! We'll hold as long as we can! Anyone, please send help!” Tulip paused when a small girl sprinted past. She saw the eyes, and felt a pang shoot through her heart. That was the girl she was looking for. She followed behind slowly, before stopping in the doorway. An energy blast struck her in the face, cracking the helmet she wore. The woman smiled despite herself, as she looked at a younger hybrid, almost identical to her when she was that age. But, where Tulip had been a fearful, shaking girl at that age, this girl held herself with a pride that spoke volumes to her upbringing. Reaching one hand out, the woman spoke. “I'm not here to negotiate, girl. I'm taking you somewhere far from here, whether you want to go or not."

Cipher kept his senses out for anything unusual. He was sure he had seen that black figure come down here somewhere. But he could find anything. At least anything that stood out amongst the saiyan power signatures that populated the city. Whatever it was, it was clear that it was hiding. And that disturbed Cipher. The city had already taken some damage due to a demon attack that occured while everyone was away. Could this be one of the stragglers from that attack?
Then he felt it. A great surge of power, coming from somewhere nearby. Cipher's eyes widened as he looked around, trying to pinpoint the source, but it seemed to be moving rapidly. Suddenly, there was a thundering crash, a dust cloud rising up from the ground. That was it! Cipher took off, shooting towards the source of the commotion.
It was a small military installation. Cipher figured the SSE spread out their training facilities so that they couldn't be hit all at once. He should have figured as such for a militaristic race as the saiyans. Though it was clear this one was hit pretty hard. As he approached, he saw a large impact crater had been formed in front of the building. A number of soldiers were scattered around on the ground. At first Cipher feared they were dead, but a second look allowed him to detect their energy. They were alive, just unconscious. He looked towards the door which was wide open. He could sense the power within the building. There was something familiar about it. Where had he sensed that energy before?
A surge of ki some level up caught his attention. Someone was opening fire. It at least gave some indication where the attacker was. Slowly, Cipher floated up until he was on level with the invader.
As the armoured woman said her piece to the saiyan soldier, the wall behind her was obliterated.
Thankfully none of the debris would hit the soldier or anyone else, blasted into tiny, harmless pieces. Cipher had always been one for controlling his energy. As the dust settled, Cipher floated there, crossing his four arms as his eyes took in the sight. A young woman, clearly a saiyan recruit, and a figure in black armour, the helmet cracked.
"Most people would think twice before attacking a saiyan military installation," he said, his voice flat and devoid of humour as he stared straight at the armoured figure, "Who are you?"

Tulip waited in silence, as the young girl in front of her processed what the best move would be next. The knight simply wanted the girl to give in quietly, expedite this whole issue. But that wasn't to be. A sudden, huge blast of energy destroyed the wall behind her, opening the small room to the courtyard outside. She glanced over her shoulder, before taking a second glance in shock. She knew the man floating outside; his face couldn't be forgotten, not after Vi-Poi's orders that had been issued on this very planet. The android Cipher 24, one of the most powerful members of the Blue Banner Army, hovered in the courtyard, arms crossed. Ex-members, that was. She slowly turned, facing the man fully. Crossing one, armored arm over her chest, the woman spoke somberly in response to the Android's as she bowed her body forward. “I'm no one important; just another wanderer searching for a means to an end. If you, Cipher 24, seek to stand in my way, I'll have to oppose you the same way your allies from Earth opposed you all those months ago.” Her voice remained the same, low bass it had been in disguise. But, with a simple tap on the chest of her armor, the helmet she wore cracked and shattered. It shifted into a mask that simply covered her face, leaving her dark brown hair in the open for all to see. Not enough to reveal her identity, since the length had changed yet again from the attack on Vegeta. With a slow breath, the woman's aura suddenly spiked. Her hair split the band holding it back, as the long hair formed spikes from her rising energy. The hair shifted colors to gold, as the woman rose back to a standing position. “Call me Dark Knight; I'll tell you my real identity after I've lost...assuming you can bring me to that point.” Hopping through the hole in the wall, the woman fell to the courtyard below. When her feet slammed into the earth, over forty blades slammed into the earth around her. All were of varying sizes, placed around the fallen Saiyan soldiers. The woman's gaze returned to the Android as she slid her feet apart. Thrusting one hand forward, the woman gestured for him to follow her to the ground. “Let's settle this like the monsters we are; in a battle to the finish, with peace as the prize for the winner.” Her golden hair glowed in the dust surrounding the courtyard, as the woman waited for the Android to make his move. A bead of sweat ran down the inside of her mask; she had her own worries, since she'd faced Liang and been royally destroyed in their match. How could she challenge an even stronger member, even an ex-member, and hope to win. Don't worry about the fight before it starts, Tulip. You just need to let the fight happen, and hope for the best at the end of the day.

Cipher watched quietly, listening to her words. Nobody important huh? Cipher was getting the feeling that wasn't the case. However, when she brought up the incident with Vipoi, Cipher rose an eyebrow. How did she know that? The familiar power signature nagged at him. She knew he was there, yet he hadn't sensed her at all during that time. A question for later as before his eyes, she transformed.
So, she wasn't a demon like he suspected, but a super saiyan. First Vennel, then Kizuki, now this one. Vegeta seemed to be having a problem with rampant super saiyans. He watched quietly as she jumped down into the courtyard, followed by numerous blades imbedding into the ground. She introduced herself as 'Black Knight', and challenged him to a fight. The name reminded him of that game Charlene played, Serpent Master. The game contained a version of himself, named White Knight.
"I'd hardly call us monsters,"Cipher said as he descended to the ground. He held his four fists up in a combat stance. "More like two knights. White and Black." His gaze hardened as he looked at his opponent. Even in her transformed state, Cipher was almost twice as strong as she was. He was confident that he could regulate any damage that this fight would cause.

The woman smiled as the android drifted to the ground. If he chose to battle on the ground, that would give her an advantage. Despite the differences in strength due to their past rankings, Tulip had confidence in one thing. That was her knowledge of fighting, dirty and cheap. When he spoke of knights, one black and the other white, the woman laughed. Her laughter didn't stop, even as the Android's gaze focused on her. She moved to wipe a tear from her eye, stopping when she noticed the mask. Letting her free hand drop, the woman sighed. “I'm going to enjoy this, even if it means failing my first objective.” With that statement, the woman shifted forward. Lifting the sword high, the woman grasped it in both of her hands. Angling the blade so it was just over her shoulder, the woman began her charge forward. A nearby claymore shot out of the earth, shooting into the sky. More blades began shooting upwards into the air, as the woman focused on increasing the speed of her movement. All of the blades shot inwards, as the armored knight continued their charge forward towards the android. All of the ki-infused weapons and armor were charged with the woman's energy, as a figure dove backwards and rolled across the ground. Tulip, wearing her mask and a blue jacket, stopped in a kneeling position. She thrust one hand down, small blade crackling with gold energy forming there. The armor would explode in a flash of silver, as the blades began raining down on all sides. Each was aimed to kick up dust and distract the android, while missing the fallen soldiers. Planting her feet firmly, the woman took one lunging step forward and chucked the blade forward. This time the blade was thrown with unerring accuracy, with the intent to strike the Android directly in the chest. The crackling blade broke the air from the speed of the toss, splitting the dust and letting the woman see the Android. She doubted the blade would make it, or even bother the man. But it was a simple way to test the waters, show him that the woman truly meant business. Her eyes wouldn't leave the android, emerald gaze burning into Ciphers. It might be the first time the two had ever met face-to-mask, but it was not to be a fun reunion. Slowly rising to her feet, even more blades fell to the earth on either side of the woman. She stared at the android and muttered. “Stop focusing on the surroundings, Cipher. I know that you're duty-bound to protect the Saiyans since you turned sides, but taking me lightly could be a terrible mistake.” A huge sword, basically a slab of iron, materialized on the woman's back as she strode forward. She could feel the exhaustion from the sudden show of strength weighing on her body and mind, but refused to show it in her step. Striding forward, the ki armor began reforming in pieces around her small frame. She was ready for anything, but doubted she could stop a sudden attack if it came Come on, I have you here, Cipher! Show me the strength of the second strongest Android in this galaxy!

Cipher's eyes narrowed to slits as he watched the armoured saiyan. She seemed to be taking all this as sone sort of game, even though there was a distinct gap in power between them. This was one unusual saiyan.
Then came the blades. Many of them bursting out of the ground, charging with the saiyans ki as they surrounded her. Suddenly, the blades, plus even her armour, burst out in a shower of steel and ki, raining down on the area around them. Cipher looked around as the attacks hit the ground, kicking up dust and debris everywhere. Through the dust he could sense that the fallen saiyans were still alive. Was this a distraction? A sort of smoke screen? A rather clever tactic...
...if it had been anyone but Cipher.
Throughout his life, Cipher had made certain to train against three scenarios. Facing enemies stronger than you. Facing enemies larger than you. And training against multiple opponents. The last of those had the wonderful effect of letting Cipher keep a good awareness of his surroundings. And with his ki sense, he didn't need to rely on actual sight to figure out where everything was. As such, he was able to point out the ki infused blade flying straight at him.
Cipher brought up his hand, charged teal energy surrounding it. "Pale Lance." The thin beam of charged energy shot forward, hitting the blade head on. There was a sharp crack and the blade shattered. But Cipher's lance would keep going. It shot through the air, aiming to pierce the woman's unarmoured shoulder.
As the dust began to clear, Cipher could see her, her armour reforming as she now held a massive slab of metal on her back. Another sword? As her words rang out, Cipher stared at her, his mind trying to put the pieces together. "A rather unconventional fighting style. Very different from the typical saiyan. And then there's that talk of that incident again. The assumption I simply 'switched sides'." His eyes narrowed as he stared at her. "Tell me. You wouldn't happen to be with the BBA would you?" his voice turned sharp, "And if so, did Vipoi send you?"
Could Vipoi have sent her to cripple Vegeta while everyone was away? Had Vipoi truly lost it that he was willing to start a war?

Tulip's eyes widened in shock, as a huge surge of energy exploded from the android's palm. A bolt of energy, charged with the intent to maim, flew through the dust and air and shattered the blade she'd thrown. She tried to move her body out of the way, but couldn't. The bolt slammed into her shoulder, dispersing the armor in a flash of ki and bursting straight through. It slammed into the building, punching a thin hole through the brick. She didn't know how far the lance would travel, simply that stopping such a powerful object would be nigh impossible at her current strength. The pain suddenly hit her, almost forcing a scream through her clenched teeth. The woman wouldn't let it slip, as she felt the burning pain running through her entire body. The woman stumbled forward, as red blood began staining the jacket she wore. Glancing down at the bleeding wound, the woman took a slow, shaky breath. Forcing her hammering heart to slow its frantic pace, the woman looked at the android. The fact he was still in the dark about her identity worried the woman; just how long had the android been off the planet, since his profile on the BBA Agents page had been updated? She was fighting blind.... but what if the android's policy on life had changed? She could be walking headlong into her own death, and be unable to stop it. “Haha...comparing me to the other Saiyans is like comparing Xylo to the Dragon Clan...I'm not the same kind of person as them. I was raised on another planet, trained by different warriors, given different directives by those I deemed worthy of my strength...and to answer your question, I'm not part of the BBA.” Technically, I'm on paid vacation, not an acting member...speaking of which, when does that run out? Stuff to look into further down the line. “So...no, I'm not here on Vi-Poi's orders.”
“I”m just here to do something that needed to be done.” Another step forward, reaching her good arm up to grasp the handle of her sword. Smiling softly, the woman took another step forward. She finally stopped, looking across at the robot with the four arms. Her blades began vanishing, one after another, until only the blade on her back remained. It shifted with each blade that vanished, becoming more defined and reinforced by the moment. With a twist of her wrist, the woman snapped the blade free of the bindings and hefted it out in front of her body. Letting the sword fall tip first into the earth, the woman stared across at the android. The side of her jacket was already a dark crimson, but she could sense the blood was already slowing down. “Tell me, Cipher...if your family was trapped on Earth, with all of the enemies of the galaxy bearing down on it, would you make your last stand there to defend them? Or move them somewhere safe, so you could be at ease?” Letting her hand slip of the handle of the huge blade, she slumped against the blade. Her open hand fell by her side, clutching the smallest fragment of metal within. It was glowing gently, hidden behind the huge blade. Tulip's mask cracked, revealing half of her face. Her back was still to the building, as the woman smiled at the Android. “If that family didn't know of your existence, would you stand by idly and watch them possibly cease to exist at the hands of powerful monsters? I can't...which is why I'm here to dirty my hands with misdeeds.” Clenching her open hand into a fist, the woman smiled, waiting for the Android to respond. She prayed he wouldn't strike, at least not till she had time to regather her dispersed aura.

Cipher's attack had hit its target, piercing the woman's shoulder and hitting the building behind her. Cipher quietly wished the lance didn't hit anyone. Sensing out, he didn't seem to feel any life signs go out as the lance dissipated. That was a relief. He should be a bit more careful with his attacks. But it did the job. The woman was wounded. Not enough to kill of course, he wasn't aiming to end any lives today, but certainly enough to knock the fight out of her.
As the saiyan began to speak, Cipher took in all she was saying. "A saiyan raised on another planet huh? There seems to be a growing number of those lately. But I get the feeling you're not being completely honest with me," he said coolly, watching as her blades faded one after another, leaving only the large blade on her back. "Your energy feels familiar to me. I can't pinpoint it just yet, but I've met you before, if only in passing. Not only that, but you seem to have a great deal of knowledge about me. I doubt you're just some random saiyan wandering the galaxy."
He watched her carefully as he pulled out that sword, having some difficult standing. Was the wound really that bad? Cipher had had an arm torn off, and still managed to defeat a platoon of Oozaru. She then brought up an interesting question. Family. Cipher's eyes glanced up to the building, spying the saiyan girl from earlier. Things were starting to make sense. "I would talk to them," Cipher replied, "I would explain the situation. I wouldn't simply turn up decked in armour, wrecking havoc and threatening them to leave." He gave a rueful chuckle, "Nobody can simply talk anymore. It's all just threats and fists with most people. It's quite frustrating to be honest." He turned his attention back to the wounded saiyan. "I can appreciate your conviction, but at this point it doesn't matter. Xylo and Habana have agreed to peace talks. This war is coming to an end." His expression turned grave, "Unless you're neglecting to tell me something."

Tulip could only listen in silence, as the Android responded to her questions. It was clear she wouldn't be able to maintain the guise of a stranger for much longer; the man was narrowing the list of candidates quickly, and would doubtless land on her name in his memories. Then he made an interesting point; that she could have just shown up and talked the situation over with the girl. I could have, if I wasn't a wanted criminal on Vegeta for my actions not too far in the past. Guess the jig is up... Reaching for the mask covering her face, the woman stopped as the android said something that shocked her more than his strength. Xylo...and the SSE...agreed to peace talks?! If Vi-Poi isn't in the know, that could spell the end of Earth's existence. The most powerful galactic organizations joining forces and turning against their joint enemy would mean that there was no chance for the place she called home to survive! “Cipher....were you going to tell the Earthlings...the Blue Banner Alliance...about these peace talks?” Her anger was building, as she forgot her own mission on Vegeta. It was clear that her sister would be fine; if Habana and Xylo were already in an alliance, that meant Vegeta was now the safest place for the girl. She felt something deep within stirring, as the woman screamed at the Android, demanding an answer. “ Were you going to stand by as those two turned against your friends of the past!?” Discretion forgotten, the woman let the sword she held in front of her shatter, as her mask did the same. Reaching across her chest, the woman grabbed a thin layer of blue fabric that lay on one shoulder. Ripping it free, she unveiled a white logo, with the emblazoned 'BBA' on the side. Her gaze was burning into Cipher's, as she whispered. “I'm signing back in from vacation; Tulip Waterfield, agent of the BBA and enemy in the eyes of the SSE, reporting in. Cipher-8...I'm going to break you if you answer wrong.”

It seemed like Cipher's words got through to her. Or at least, he thought so. He watched as she removed her mask, a familiar face showing itself. Now Cipher recognized her. One of the members of KAOS. The one accompanying Vipoi when he attacked Vegeta. Well, guess she was lying about not being in the BBA.
Then she asked if the BBA were informed about this. A legitimate question, though he noticed something off about her tone. "Vipoi should have been informed," he replied, remembering what he told Xylo. "At least, I HOPE they let him know. Good lord we do not need him getting spoo-" He was suddenly cut off by Tulip's shout about being turned on. The pale android was almost dumbstruck as she declared herself an enemy of the SSE and threatened him. Things then clicked into place.
CRACK!
It was amazing how loud a sound one's face can make falling into their palm at high speeds. A part of Cipher's mind wondered if it would leave a mark, but right now, Cipher was more irritated than anything.
"Ok, first off, it's Cipher 24." he said slowly, his eyes moving up to glare at her, "Second, no, this is not some alliance against Earth. Despite Vipoi's bullheaded tendency to piss people off, there are more important things for Xylo and Habana to worry about, like stopping this conflict and preventing any more deaths." Cipher stood up straight, his voice raised in frustration, "And finally, they're planning on having the peace talks on Earth as neutral ground. So yes, Vipoi will know. And I'm hoping he doesn't take it the wrong way, freak out, and end up starting another war. Something I got myself BANISHED to prevent!"
Cipher had had enough of the rampant stupidity that seemed to go through people. "And if you think you can "break me", then I'm going to have to drag your black and blue ass back to Earth. Or have you forgotten about the whole in your shoulder?"

The woman listened in silence as the android spoke and smacked his face in response to her remarks. His gaze met hers as his speech continued, shifting into a glare as time went on. As his speech went on, frustration became evident in his voice. When he began making claims about Vi-Poi, it was the woman's turn to finally speak. Rotating her arm and ignoring the pain she felt, the woman clenched both of her hands into fists and muttered. “Even with an injury like this, I could still kick your ass. And you chose to stand against the BBA when your place was beside Vi-Poi. Cipher-8, 10, or 24...I could care less. You say they're going to Earth, for a neutral meeting place. That could as easily become a trap as anything. Who agreed to let them come to Earth? Was it you, playing mediator yet again?” Her rage was building, her former worries forgotten as her passion got the best of her. Striding forward, her ki began rising yet again. She was ready to fight this man, even if meant getting her ass beat 'black and blue'. Her eyes never left the android, as she began closing the distance between herself and him. She was trying to feel him out, searching for the point where his guard was the weakest. If it came to blows, she was ready to lay it all on the line.

Cipher's frustration at the woman in front of him grew. She was completely delusional! Was Vipoi making 'paranoid fanatic' a requirement to get into KAOS? Cipher should have kept a better eye on the dealings of the organization. As Tulip approached, Cipher glared balefully at the saiyan hybrid.
"I stood against Vipoi that day," Cipher growled, "Because unlike you, and the rest of the joke the BBA's turned into, I can recognize when he's WRONG! The boy was willing to destroy our alliance, and effectively hand the galaxy over to Xylo, out of mindless paranoia! And if he has a problem with people disagreeing with him, then he has no business ruling over Earth!"
At her accusation on the whole thing possibly being a trap, Cipher rolled his eyes. "Yes, because going to Vi's home turf, with all his resources and allies at his disposal, is a great place to set a trap. Especially when the party includes Zucceta and the kami!" He glared right into her eyes. "And for your information, it was the Kami who gave them permission. You know, the guardian of Earth? Or has Vipoi decided that he's the sole ruler of Earth now?" The worst part was Cipher wouldn't be surprised if Vipoi did that. The little robot had effectively conquered Earth twice already.

Tulip felt something slipping from her grasp, as all of the adrenaline she was building up slipped from her grasp. She stumbled forward, falling to a knee as her vision blurred. He was right; the android was right. She was blindly stumbling into a fight that she couldn't win, for a reason that was more absurd than her original reason for coming to Vegeta. Looking up towards the tall, four-armed android, the woman took a slow breath out. “I'm...sorry. I've had a hard time of it in the last couple of months. My life...is in shambles. I shouldn't take everything at first sight and thought.” Bringing her good arm up, the woman touched her hand to her shoulder. A small, silver needle materialized in her fingertips, before vanishing into the wound she had. In a flash of silver energy, the hole was sewn shut. Rising to her feet, the woman looked across at the taller android. With a soft sigh, she let her gaze fall. “Ha...I can't face the girl now, can I? You said there were peace talks to be had on Earth...if you don't mind taking along an idiot, I'd like to tag along with you.” She didn't know who the Kami was...but meeting them might help her get her life in order. She needed to report into Vi-Poi, even after all that...and possibly turn in her resignation. Being an agent, for as long as she had been, had her second-guessing everything in the universe. And that wasn't the life for any woman trying to slip out of the limelight. Her hair resettled into its former brown mess, as her energy dispersed. Fighting him now was a dumb idea, after her resolve had dissolved into nothing.
