History: On planet Vegeta a young Saiyan/Human hybrid lived named Dill. He had a rival another Hybrid called Sekihan. Sekihan didn´t have a tail and had alot of pride meaning he will never resort to dirty tricks and always fight fair taking on any challenge and if he lost he would train so much he would come to the brink of death and aquire a zenkai. Sekihan was stronger than Dill always being ahead of him. One day Dill challenged him to a duel. Dill and Sekihan went to the mountains to fight. Dill raised his ki and attacked Sekihan with a energy wave. Sekihan dodged it but Dill redirected the blast to him showing that he had learned some ki control. Sekihan noticed it and kicked the blast away. But Dill used the energy wave as a distraction and kicked Sekihan against a mountain. Dill used all his power in a barrage of kicks and punches and held him in a manner Trunks did to Goten in the tournament. Thinking that his victory was certain he tried to kick Sekihan while but it was a grave mistake as he gave Sekihan a chance to break free. Sekihan fired a ki blast with his feet and blew Dill against a mountain. Sekihan charged his strongest technique the lightning Kamehameha. Dill having used up 80% of his power tried to dodge it but as he looked at the sky he noticed the full moon. Dill got hit by the attack but it was as he was transforming into his Oozaru form. Sekihan taking the challenge tried to fight Dill(Oozaru). Sekihan still had a higher powerlevel than the Oozaru but Sekihan didnt have the stamina while the Oozaru kept brushing off his attacks each time he hit him. Sekihan being near the brink of death shortend the tail of Dill so he would still grow his tail back after a few days but couldn´t transform into an Oozaru. Dill reverted back unconsious and Sekihan had taken him and went to the hospital. On the way to the hospital he got ambushed by a gang of criminals. Sekihan had hidden his friend Dill behind a rock and he fought the gang but his energy was too low and he sent a signal to the Defence Force to come. The gang killed him took his belonging and ran away. Dill wakes up feeling a sting in his tail looking at the moon wondering why he wasn´t transforming but then he notices that his tail is shorter. Looking around he sees a body thinking it was Sekihan just sleeping. He crept closer and tried to wake him up but when he noticed the hole in his chest he cried because Sekihan was his best friend and rival. He thought to take Sekihans scarf as a memento and as a sign of his quest the Defence Force arrived. The Defence Force took him to the hospital. At the hospital revitalized Dill joined the Defence Force. Dill aquired his first mission on Earth to help a human who was training for the tournament by controlling the gravity in the gravity room. That gave him knowledge of how the gravity room works. After he helped him train he went back to Planet Vegeta becoming a real member of the Defence Force.

Kamehameha: A technique he and Sekihan learned at the training they aquired of their parents. Their parents also taught them how to
Mimicry: Having the ability to use any move he sees but as his mimicry is weak he needs to see the move 5 times before he can copy it and his copy is always a weakend version of the move unless he trains the move and sees it 60 times
Kekkai: The ability to create physical matter out of thin air. He copied this move from a namekian and trained it mastering the move.
Electric Kamehameha: A technique he learned from watching Sekihan fight and challenging him. While Sekihan was developing the move he told Dill what he was trying to learn and he challenged Dill to learn it first on the wager that the person who learns this technique first could use it and call it his technique. Sekihan learned this technique first making it his signature technique. Dill never used this technique in battle but used it while training making his control over it very low.
