So I missed this sites character regestration, which sucks. BUT, now I can be on a level playing field with everyone on the new site. But now the question is which character?

A fourteen year old human male from a lost planet, Mac Bigington.
200 years before "Dragon Ball," there was a threat of a lack of resources. Finding a planet that may be similar to Earth. They started a space program to reach the planet, though it was hundreds of light years away. After the project was complete. The Earth gathered several thousand people and put them in cryo-capsules.
After about 2500 years, the ship finally reached the destination. It was exactly what earth's scientists expected, very earth like and uninhabited by sentient life. They survived and made a settlement all not knowing that the Earth they came from was still inhabited and never being contacted by any aliens.
However, after 273 years a meteor struck the planet, known as Earth-Beta. The large meteor destroyed many of the major settlements when it broke up in the atmosphere. The meteor was also filled with an unknown chemical gas that killed the native life or mutated them into monstrosity. The short time out of cryo-sleep and this tragic event left little room for advancement, so projectile weapons are the only kind of ranged weapon.
The planet became much more like Vegeta, mostly desert and very harsh. Mac is part of of the third generation after the meteor struck. The saiyans visited this planet thinking it was uninhabited as the people have very low power levels. When they sent a scout to the planet. Mac was near the landing sight and quickly killed the pilot with a rifle shot to the head, gathered as many supplies as could fit inside, and took the space pod, seeing his opportunity to escape the God forsaken planet.
After reaching Vegeta, he ran from the base that the pod returned to and is now living in the wilds, seeing it as much easier than living on his own planet.
He carries a m1a1 carbine(rifle), a glock 14(pistol), a MP5 with an extended magazine(Submachine gun), and two swords(shown in picture).
A Bio-android meant as a bodyguard, SCP-14B, codename “Armor Knife”.
A simple bodyguard was the goal and a simple bodyguard they made. It was a near mindless being with an easily programmable mind. It was rented out as a protection unit for the rich. But one of the original being designers, a saiyan female named “Cele Alery,” suffered from an unknown disease and began to die. Secretly, she began to make a copy of her mind to put in SCP-14B. Then after a year and a half, she completed the process but the others had discovered her. They tried to stop her, but she transferred her mind before they could. The rest of the team made a plan to pull her mind out of 14B. Cele killed them out of what she considered self defence.
Cele is new to her body and is unsure of how to use it. She feels terrible for killing her former friend but feels that if she didn’t she would have died. She tries to be friendly to anyone she meets and sometimes forgets the body she's in.
Her body is incredibly tough and can form weapons out of her own body, her favorites include a large knife, launchable spines, and a bladed whip.

Is there any way I could Keep the concepts of swords and non-laser guns? That's I think that it would be BA to have a character with no special abilities keep up with Ki, Magic, and Si-Fi tech users.
