GENERAL INFO
A benevolent successor organization to the old Red Ribbon Army, the Blue Banner Army was founded by an android named Vi-Poi, who wishes to make a better Universe. Reforming the various criminal gangs of the Western Capitol on Earth, he remade them into a front-line army for change. The global military under the auspices of the global government was shown that it was incapable or unwilling to create peace for the denizens of this planet, and was swiftly and mercifully removed and replaced during the Battle of the West. By replacing the tyrannical military, Blue Banner has strengthened democracy. In his role as Administrator Azure, Vi-Poi guided the Earth through an unprecedented time of peace, with only a small glitch or two, until the great Saiyan menace attacked Earth. Through valiant efforts of BBA KAOS fighters and other defenders of Earth, the war was won, but not without costs. BBA is determined to forge a lasting peace.
ALL DIVISIONS
Ki Assault Operations Squad (KAOS): KAOS is the tip of the spear of the Blue Banner Army, and often fights alongside Vi-Poi on Critical/Danger Missions, or by themselves as master infiltrators. They are formed from elite warriors of every species, who all share one quality -- extraordinary ki ability, and a trenchant fighting technique. They hold special ranks of High-Level Standalone, which is outside of the normal chain of command, and answer to no one. They are the very best of Blue Banner, and are allowed much freedom of operation as long as the larger strategic objectives of ensuring stability and recovering magical artifacts are honored. When you mess with the K-A-O Squad, you get KO'ed, that's what happens!!!
World Police: Formerly the Blue Banner Volunteer Corps regular army for the Blue Banner organization, the Blue Banner Army World Police has become its successor and is the main peacekeeping and general defense force on Planet Earth. Although the Volunteer Corps was shattered during the Saiyan War, the reconstituted World Police is still a force to be reckoned with, boasting large high-tech ground, sea, air and space forces.
Science Corps: Tasked with keeping Earth on the cutting edge of science and technology, as well as maintaining weapon superiority for KAOS and regular units, the Science Corps is led by the genius robotics engineer Doctor Slouch, and hosts various top secret research labs across the Solar System. Only the greatest minds need apply.

King's Castle: The political nerve center of Earth, where Earth's leaders reside. A doomsday bunker staffed and equipped with the latest and greatest augments of war is rumored to have been constructed deep beneath the ancient castle.
Big Blu: Flagship of BBA's space-faring fleet and operational nerve center for the BBA. Besides being a formidable warship, Big Blu hosts hundreds of soldiers, staff, and their families.
Red One: The former Red Ribbon Headquarters in Fukurou Forest, rebuilt after being partially destroyed by Zucceta. Red One is garrisoned by three full divisions at all times, and represents the largest counterstrike contingency for planetary defense.

Site A: Isolated island in the great southern tropics, Site A is the home of Android and Battle Jacket research, and is the main research and data repository for the Science Corps.

High Ice: Located in the belly of the frigid Mt. Frappe, High Ice is headquarters for the BBA's massive air forces.
BBA Office of Public Outreach: In a tall and gleaming sky-bulb in the heart of Western Capitol lies the Office of Public Outreach, where any citizen may go to lodge a complaint or query.

EMA-PAKS: The Enhanced Martial Arts Piston Activated Kinetic System, also known as EMA-PAKS or "Ema" for short, is a KAOS-ready short range weapons suite developed by veteran KAOS member and Tiger School master, Zhai Liang. A metallic wrist brace and glove combination, along with the option for tethering the gauntlets to mechanized greaves, is fitted to the user. The user's ki can be channeled safely into the devices, loading them with energy which extends the pistons located near the elbows and knees. Small pore-like additions into the hands of the gloves allow ki to flow freely for the KAOS member's energy attacks to be used with no increased difficulty. Ki energy can be vented in the form of super-heated steam from small exhaust ports to release trapped pressure while using the pistons over long periods. When the pistons are activated, these release valves are activated, creating a burst of steam that boosts striking limbs in both force and speed. USER ADVISORY: While powerful, the EMA-PAKS piston pressure may place extreme constrictive forces upon the limbs, and with extreme usage may explode. EMA-PAKS is in Prototype Phase A testing stages, and use of the weapon suite is available only upon official request by a KAOS member to the Arsenal.
Battle Jackets: Ranging from the tiny Pigeon-class that barely stands taller than a full-grown human, and the colossal Gorgon-class that looms as tall as most buildings, the Battle Jackets of the Blue Banner Army are numerous in type and number. Proving themselves to be indispensable weapons during the Saiyan War, the Army has made the construction and development of new Battle Jackets top priority, with particular emphasis on new battle types that can match Saiyans and other extraordinary aliens in battle.
