Chai breathed a sigh of relief when the woman's response rang with regret and guilt. Perhaps, just perhaps, he could deal with these two royal pains without resorting to violence! Yet, the previously rock'd officer stood back up, searching the pretentious princess, as Guardia would call her, for any weapons. And as luck would have it, she had a small blade on her. 'Psssh, you call THAT a blade?' Guardia waved one of his crossguards dismissively. 'Puh-lease! That could barely scrape any of us fighters here.' Chai, on the other hand, took in a slow breath. Peeving the royal fighters even further was not optimal-- he had to calm them down so they could talk this out somehow. "...Officer?" Chai's eyes drifted to the policeman that just searched Tenshi.
"Please, I must request of you to leave this to me and the Major. Sticking around is... far too dangerous for most of you, and I cannot allow further harm to come by due to inaction." Chai's softened eyes closed. "You are dismissed. Me and my partner must request of you to work on crowd control with the others." A confident smile crept across the goat's face, in an attempt to reassure the man. "Don't worry about us. We got this alllll under control now."
Regardless on whether or not the officer listened to the KAOS member's orders, the goat would turn to Tenshi, keeping his calm smile despite the growing discomfort of the situation. "Well, your majesty, I, uh..." The goat rubbed the back of his neck, his grin turning toothy. "You seem okay enough to me. While I cannot... let you go without consequence, from one pacifist to another, perhaps we can fix this mess without violence?" He grinned, his single eye closing. Guardia sighed telepathically, leaning against a wall. And here he was, hoping to finally get some REAL action on the job while Vi was gone... The saiyan beside Chai was willing to compromise as well, earning another smile and sigh from Chai. Everything was going perfectly, somehow...
Well everything was perfect- until the apparent price spoke up. The woman's husband was quick to speak to Chai and Arlic, telling the zoanthrope and saiyan to follow him somewhere, where there would not be any more property damage... "Excuse me?" Chai questioned, biting his lip. Did this guy REALLY want to fight that badly? Arlic would keep Tenshi in check, while Chai had to deal with Toruit. "Y-yeah. Leave it to me!" Chai responded with a nod, though his plans of dealing with the royal pain were more than likely going to be... questionable.
Before TOurit could fly out, Guardia's powerful telekinetic grip would attempt secure itself around the man's ankle before he could fly off. 'Tsk, tsk. Going somewhere now, are we?' The blade remarked, floating up to his fellow demon, crossguards folded like arms. 'Buddy, if you're THAT desperate to be thrown into jail for assault... You've got another thing coming~' He rang in a singsong tune, doing a sarcastic little flip in the air. 'You're dealing with the one and only Chai Schala, and I, the Great Guardia! And, of course, we don't play by the rules of a criminal.' He'd attempt to boop the prince's nose, his smug glance never lightening. "Guardia, hush. You're not being very nice." Chai rang from below, eyes half-closed. Guardia slumped over, clearly a little irked. '...Fiiiine. You're such a party pooper you know that?'
If Tourit was still around, Chai would suck in a breath and begin his plea. "We don't have to fight, buddy. E-even if you'd like to spar, we can do it on better terms later!" Chai smiled again, holding his arms out to the side. "But, uh, please come back down so we can talk this out." He reached a hand into the bag around his torso, eyes lightening up. "I also have snacks! We can eat and talk this out peacefully, no problemo." Pulling out several snack bags from his pouch, along with some Pastabilities coupons, Chai would put his hands on his hips, still keeping his usual smile. "S-so, uh, whaddya say, mister?"
