Powerlevel: 37,952 Heavy Weights:9,488 Suppressed to:6 (Lv:2 shop) Congac Powerlevel:5,000 Shen Whisked through the Library watching all the young kids as he they read books or used the computers to get some of their homework down. The reopening had gone well so far with a good amount of coming to the Library. He even was going to try and get a sign put out in the front of town so people coming out of town could find it and read for any knowledge they would need. Checking out books was also a popular option for those who wanted to keep a book. Of course one could also buy a book though he did make sure they were high priced. These were all very old books not something he was kin on handing out. He was no Charity after all he still needed to make money. The Detective turned as a kid walked up towards him, "Where are the books about Planets Mister." Shen turned pointed towards one of the sections down on the far right. "It is down that way." The Kid smiled before running off towards the area where the book was. He turned back heading towards the front to let anyone else in. Today was a hot summer day so there was not a good stream of people. Not bad by any means but a lot of them were out playing games like Basketball, Baseball or Saiyaman. He face palmed in his mind how that hero became so popular. It was only the queen under a mask at least he thought. He still was not sure himself when he told Cognac about it, the android was enraged. He was like the Saiyaman only the saibman probley could have killed him while cognac was more annoying than anything. Shen eyes wandered he swear he could sense something was coming but he could not tell what. Kale

Getting Your Help For Devils (I Mean Babies)
[Thread PL: 39,254] [Heavy Weights On, Adjusted PL: 9,814] [Ki Suppression Active, PL: 50]
The arrival of Kale's children loomed closer and closer on the horizon with every passing day. For the past eight months, he was doing his best to find a balance between training, landing a job, and learning everything he could about becoming a great parent. The Saiyan in the meantime completed extra work at his father's restaurant as temporary chef's assistant. His father, Lureek, offered the position of Sous Chef, but Kale politely declined. He always wanted to find some sort of job that involved protecting lives while simultaneously getting stronger to defend those who were especially important to him.
If he was going to learn about raising children, then what better place than a public library? Of course, Kale could always ask his parents for advice, but his soon-to-be children were going to be Saiyan-Zoanthrope hybrids. They would most likely end up being completely different than full-blooded Saiyan children. These thoughts and worries tormented the poor Saiyan as he walked along the sidewalk in the city. He hardly paid any mind to the several passersby walking around him in their daily lives. One child pointed in curiosity toward his tail as his mother tried to pull him along their way, the latter of whom gently scolding the young one about his impoliteness. But Kale did not mind. In fact, he thought it was nice for a child to be so inquisitive.
"The library should be about another block down," the Saiyan murmured while his tail swayed gently behind him. Each step he took tapping against the cement of the pedestrian walkway. His eyes remained forward as to make sure he did not bump into anyone by accident. He stopped as other people did before an intersection on the road due to the red hand-shaped light displayed itself across the street. The thought of just flying to the library crossed his mind, but walking was good for him. He was slacking with his cardio training, after all.
Before he knew it, the light changed to a green walking man. And like clockwork, everybody on the path moved in unison to continue with their lives. It didn't take very long for Kale to track down the library. He made his way through the main door and walked toward the front desk. It was his first time in a library on Earth, and he wanted to not waste any time in locating the necessary books that he needed. He approached the clerk sitting behind the desk and would wait until they addressed him.

Shen looked up as he saw a man walk in the detective raising an eyebrow. He had a high power for the average human almost 10 times in fact. Shen stepped forward pulling his hand out to shake kale's hand, "Shen Fennel co-owner of the South City Library make you at home." He said as he turned grabbing a card from his desk, "Gonna need your name so i can allow you enter we keep data on all those who enter. If there is anything you need you just ask me." Shen said as he put a hand to his chin. He was curious what type of book this man was looking for. He seemed well built though this was not the place to get books on fighting. Even if they had some he assumed a dojo would teach better skills then that. Shen eyes wandered back as Cognac looked back at him as he seemed focused on watching all the kids. Shen sighed eyeing the man. "So what brings you here anyway we don't usually see people like you around here." Shen spoke looking the man in the eyes curious why the man would bring himself here.

Kale found himself being approached by none other than the co-owner of the vault of knowledge and learning. With a gentle smile, Kale graciously accepted the handshake and returned it with a firm grip. He did make sure not to crush the guy's hand in case Shen was not as strong as him. Shen did feel rather weak, after all. He opened his mouth to introduce himself but was cut short by his memory of Shen.
"Oh, it's you!" Kale beamed cheerfully. "It's been a really long while since we last met, hasn't it?" The Saiyan pointed to himself with his thumb while he flashed a grin. "We met ages ago by that river and had some fish that I caught. The name's Kale, in case you don't remember."
Once the handshake was done, Kale would get to the point as to why he was visiting a library; a somewhat rare occurrence for martial artists who didn't need to study books to perfect their ways. But the Saiyan was not to be tossed in with the stereotype of jock-like figures and their lack of interest in pursuing an education. "Well," he began as he scratched his neck in thought, "I'm expecting children pretty soon, and I'd like to read up on what's expected of me as a new parent. I mean, I know the basics, of course. But I just want to be extra sure that I'm prepared, you know?"

Shen eyed the man as he remembers who he was as he spoke once more. He titled his head; he didn't expect someone had seen before to reappear. He bowed his head, "Nice to see you ago Kale i do remember but there so much to remember sometimes i forgot some of the more minor stuff." He smiled lightly as he got ready to ask what he needed. The man said he was going to have a child soon Shen tipping his hat so his eyes were showing scanning the man. He smirked lightly, "Don't look Pregenet to me." He said as he walked in letting kale follow him. Cognac turned seeing the man walk in the walking up to shake Kale hand, "Hello i am Cognac i am the owner Shen fennel is my Partner when he is not hunting ghost or criminals." Cognac said Shen looking at his Partner, "Yes that is my night Job in the morning i work here helping kids this city not the safest in the world but its getting better one step at a time." Shen smiled viewing all the kids who were reading books or playing games on the computer. He walked forward arriving in a section where all the books about kids and raising them were located. Congac followed them over point at the section, "Here you go Sir this is the section of the all the baby making and the taking care of said babies." It was a small section in the back Shen eyes wandering though he didn't see anything that pooped out. This section was rarely visited so he didn't know the books all that well. "So how is life been treating you Mr. Kale." He said trying to insight some conversation while Kale checked out the books about
