Alias: Sleeping Lion.
Species: Saiyan.
Gender: Female.
Age: Sixteen.
Appearance: Elery carries the look of a young Saiyan female that’s been deprived of generally all sleep, which happens to be the case. Pale skin, muscular to an extent with a few scars here and there collected over training and so on with a signature brown furred tail dangling from her backside. A closer look on her face would give the sight of onyx eyes that are deprived of sleep, carrying circles underneath with a commonly sleepy look plastered on her face. Short black hair, dishevelled remains wildly dancing about to the breeze. She’s five foot in height, slightly short in considering that a lot of the females of her race can be considered to be amazon-esque. Generally she wears black form fitting attire or in the case of anything related to a fight, a battle suit consisting of black, grey and white.
History: It was an unlikely event when a child was born with a power level that would classify her as elite since birth, especially considering the fact that one of her parents was a low-class warrior. While her father would be proud of what was accomplished, the mother would look a bit distasteful at the sight of her child whom was socially deemed greater than her. Throughout the child’s life, the seeds of jealousy slowly turned into buds and eventually blossomed into a flower with thorns, which the mother used to torment the child every moment that she had the chance. Scolding the kid on anything that ticked her off, making her do task that would otherwise be too daunting for a kid, while her father was oft away on assignments and missions assigned by the higher ups leaving no chance of him grasping notice of this. This had generally caused the girl’s mental growth to be somewhat strange and made her persona differ from other people. Elery ended up suffering from insomnia while behaving in a sporadic ways which would often change.
This naturally singled her out as that strange kid, leaving her picked on by others her age. This would result in her usually getting into scraps and fights. In most cases it would result in a draw, a win or her simply falling asleep mid-fight. Though she may have not been the best fighter, the ordeals that her mother put her through toughened the girl up and made her stronger ironically enough, eventually warranting for those to start recognizing her skill though they couldn’t put her with her peculiar persona. In the time where her father wasn’t busy, he was training her abilities as well to an extent where she could be considered a decent warrior of their race. After all, he had plans of putting her in the military as well, not for any ulterior motives but the girl acted as his pride and joy. He would certainly be glad to see his offspring turn into a valuable warrior.
Soon enough she was turned into a soldier, despite the fact that she didn’t act like it, she showed her skills when placed upon the field. Destroying her enemies without hesitation, finding satisfaction in the art of battle, a moment where she seemed truly invigorated but anything outside that was a minefield for her. She wasn’t the smartest Saiyan on the block and had an attention span of a goldfish. It was hard to decide whether she was an idiot or just acting as one, but despite all of that it was clear that she had the working to become someone that would be a real asset to the empire. And so the ones that were in charge threw her into missions and groups that they believed would make up for her short-comings.
