Accordio - [Thread PL: 47,143] [GREAT NAMEK FORM] [Current PL: 18,8572] Dion - [3,000,000 PL] Stropod (NPC) - [1,043 PL]
A long search of almost the entire planet of Vegeta bore no fruits in the eyes of Accordio. He had searched high and low for cities that could be hidden away from the obvious sights of the skies around them, while having veritable water sources for the Namekians and others who may join the city he had been planning for the longest of whiles. And yet, the results of the searches ended with him finding nothing that fit the criteria. Nothing hidden yet laden with water, let alone any veritable location that could service a village within a canyon like area without being too unsafe. Having talked things over with Stropod and Dion, the trio had decided that the next best deal was to have a village right out in the open, counter intuitive as to what they had originally sought. In fact, so much out in the open to put it in the middle of the wastelands of Vegeta, that it could be seen by any, enemies and especially allies included. And the cherry on that idea was to make sure that the city wasn't too far away from the Capitol, so that if the village had come under attack, then their SSE allies could come and bust them out of a sticky wicket. With those criteria in mind, the only goal in their mind now was to find a water source, and it wasn't too long until they found one of the hugest water sources that helped sustain the wildlife in the wastes. Landing on the ground, they were met with an Oozaru sized bug monster thing, drinking from a pool of water which drained out of multiple standing rocks, as the sun bear down on them with heavy heat. The bug spotted the group, and charged up an energy mean in its mouth, only to be met with surprise as a stretchy fist from Dion slammed right through its chest, the sun visible through the gaping hole. Collapsing on the ground, Accordio flew up into the sky to spy on the landmark which drained water from above, finding that it was perfect... Though, the amounts of water and how much water that they were going to have was sketchy at best, but at the very least it fit all of the criteria, as the Capitol wasn't even a minute's worth of full-speed flight away. Concentrating his own energies, Accordio's size began to expand, his armor and robes growing along with him until he became a few stories tall himself, the little child Namekian being the same height as the water land marks. Smirking to himself as he could see the water flowing out of it, he stepped a good hundred feet away from the mountain fountains, as he concentrated his mind on creating what he would call the village of Nameks. Holding out his hands, Accordio's power surged upward as the ground shook on Vegeta, as structures and walls and rocks started sprouting from the ground. With Stropod and Dion pressing a hand against Accordio, lending him their energies, it was only minutes before the foundation of the city was finally ready. All that was left was to properly make the place habitable, as it was just a village with rock walls surrounding it, with the buildings inside emptier than the void in the aforementioned giant bug. This... This was going to take a while. Essentially this, but no aqueduct systems nor plant life yet.

[Thread PL: 5,889,664. PL suppressed to 100]
Cipher hadn't been on Vegeta for long, still having found nobody to train with. But during this lull in activity, he remembered hearing that the guru, Accordio, had not only survived his encounter with Walker, much to the android's relief, but he and his followers had relocated to Vegeta. Most likely the safest place for them outside of Earth, and Cipher wouldn't blame him for not wanting to be on the same planet as Vipoi.
When he thought about the little Namekian, he couldn't help but feel guilty. When things went to hell on Namek, Cipher had turned and fled to earth. He had effectively abandoned them, and though they had succeeded in defeating Walker, that act still weighed heavily on his conscience. He had to make things right by him. He had to do something to atone for his cowardly actions earlier. After all, he had just gotten the little guy to accept that not all androids were evil, and he didn't want to throw all of it out the window.
And so he flew through the wastelands. It hadn't taken him long to pick up a namekian energy signature, though he was curious as to why it was so far out here. Wouldn't they be living in the cities? Then again, Namekians didn't really have cities of their own, did they? Perhaps it was too much for them and they wanted a little space and quiet. Considering how rowdy saiyans can get at times, Cipher could sympathize. Still, it seemed wrong that they'd be out here in a wasteland.
He came to a stop when the power was near. The Namekians had apparently found a large source of water in these wastes. Made sense since they survived purely on it. He had arrived just in time to see a colossal bug being struck down by a Namekian. A particularly strong one if the power was anything to go by. Though it didn't seem to be Accordio's, rather that of the servant he had used the dragon balls to summon. And if he was there...
He paused when he saw a small form flying up into the air. It was him! Accordio! Cipher almost froze in place. What should he do? He felt he should approach him, speaking out to him, but the shame that kept surfacing inside of him kept him locked in place, only hovering there as he watched the small namekian.

After spending a great deal of energy building up a town made of sand and stone, Accordio stood above in the sky as he looked down upon the new husk of a village. It was empty, and it needed special tools in order to make the water from the mountain into a continuous water loop system, as they were going to make this water last indefinitely. Though, an odd issue that he was undergoing was that he was suffering a summoning sickness at the moment, feeling slight fatigue in creating such a large amount of structures in such a short amount of time. Taking a breather from his actions, it was up to his guard to make sure to meet up with the odd onlooker drabbed in white.
"YOU!" An angry voice shouted out, "The fuck you think ya doin' out here?! Keep on moving or else I'ma punch a hole in you-"
Stropod, the shirtless Namekian strutted his way over to Cipher, with a lip open as he looked him up and down. Stropod had let his antennae dangle down in bunches as usual, while wearing white biker goggles as the sand really irritated his dry eyes. Growling a little more, he shouted out, "Now listen here, ya fuckin' robot, this ain't a god damn zoo. We're busy here, so why don't you piss off and d-"
A green hand stretched over to him, covering his mouth as the Porungan-Born warrior had heard the boisterous shouts of Stropod. Clasping his hands over the mouth, he looked at the situation with a much more calm demeanor than his foul mouthed compatriot. And upon scanning the the person before him, a jaw dropped as this white garbed guy rattled his brain quite a bit, reminding him of a certain person. "...... Don't remember your name, but it's good to see you pal!"
And before Cipher had a chance to respond, Dion turned upward to looked up at Accordio, shouting up at him, "ACCORDIO! A PERSON IS HERE! AND BY PORUNGA DOES HE WEAR A LOT OF WHITE. I RECOGNIZE HIM, BY THE WAY!"
Accordio, having his interest piqued and his attention grabbed onto, turned to look downward to see this stranger that was apparently familiar. Seeing the appearance, his eyes widened a little as recognition as to whom it was.
"C-Cipher?"

[Thread PL: 90,483] [UT] Liquid Ki - Mist Active! Ki suppressed to 10000]
A few days after arriving, Defrosch had chosen to leave Capper's ship (and by extension the Hofferson estate) to go on a bit of an adventure. In the early hours while most people were soundly asleep or for some reason knocked unconscious from a fight on the previous day, the Arcosian made his way into the wastes. He didn't however, leave unprepared.
Having been graciously gifted a set of Saiyan armor (complete with morph suit, battle helmet, wicked cool cape, and some other accessories) to study a few days ago; Defrosch had used his knowledge of the armor and mastery over himself to morph his own form to match the body type of an above average Saiyan that wore that sort of armor. He was somewhere between his Suppressed form and Brute form in size and stature minus all the spikes and sharp edges. His black bio-armor fully covered his gems and he manipulated his tail to the point where it was easy to hide under the waist portion of this getup that he now wore.
So, Defrosch had been out in the central wastelands for the better part of twelve hours and not even the blistering heat managed to bother him; he was far tougher than that. Being an Arcosian had its perks, and living in a desert for up to eight years otherwise helped bolster any form of temperature resistance. Thus far he had run into some interesting beasts; far more wild and untamed than the ones that roamed the Earth. T'was a welcomed challenge to battle them but still not much of one in the end.
In time, he grew bored. The lack of any mystical artifacts was disheartening to a degree. Almost ready to give up and go back, he sensed something off in the distance; something very plainly magical! The ground below him even rumbled under the pressure! 'Oh finally! Now we're getting somewhere!' The phenomenon wasn't static, nor was it constant-- it was a burst that had an origin. That origin point had a ki signature, meaning that it was someone that could use magic themselves!
After blasting off into the sky, Defrosch quickly arrived on scene to see a group of Namekians and a familiar face he hadn't seen in a long while; pale as freshly made paper; Cipher of the BBA. That android was somewhat lucky, not having to resort to some disguise around here. Being an Arcosian also had its downsides. Floating over to the Namekian that had grown into a giant, Defrosch signalled for their attention before speaking. "Hey, you there, big guy!" Though he was grateful for the blessing of a voice modulator being installed in the helmet, Defrosch wasn't fond of acting like a bit of a brute... Alas, he had to act the part for now. "Whats all this planet shaking glowy mumbo-jumbo about?"

Cipher watched as the giant sized Accordia began to reshape the world before them, creating a place where the displaced Namekians could live in peace. Cipher couldn't help but smile at that. Even displaced from his homeworld, Accordio was working for his people. The android felt he was a true leader to his people, unlike the warlike Xylo. As voice then shouted out to him. Cipher blinked to see another Namekian approaching him, clearly pissed off and yelling at him to leave. Cipher should have expected this. Just because Accordio had come to accept some androids didn't mean all of them had. And even though the power difference between them was staggering, Cipher wasn't going to cause any trouble. "Forgive me," Cipher said calmly, raising his hands in a gesture that said 'I mean now harm', "I didn't mean to cause offence or anything of the sor-" He didn't get to finish as Accordio's guardian, Dion, quickly restrained the other Namekian. Recognition flashed on his face before calling out to Accordio, who turned to Cipher, surprised to see the android there. Cipher gave a small smile, as he bowed for the exiled Guru. "It's good to see you again," he said, bracing himself for the Namekian's reaction. Would he welcome him as a friend? Be angry at him for his cowardice on Namek? Cipher wasn't sure, but was prepared to accept any response. He deserved it after all. It was at that point another Saiyan, one Cipher didn't recognize, approached. He had a decent power about him, but something about him seemed...off. Cipher wasn't sure. He glanced over at the Saiyan curiously as he spoke, asking just what was going on here. AccordioDefrosch

Looking from above, Accordio couldn't help but watch with slight amusement in how much Stropod was struggling in the arms of Dion. And then Cipher seemed to acknowledge his presence, giving back a simple greeting back. Nodding back to the white android himself, the green Namekian said out loud, "Well, I'm glad to see you again. Though, I met your boss recently... And I fell like I hate his guts even more now." Accordio couldn't help but remember Vi-Poi whenever he finds himself in front of mechanical beings. Just remembering at how casual and lax the Premier of Earth was in the presence of Miss Habana was just utterly disgraceful, not holding even the slightest formality for the coronation.
And before anything else could occur, it seemed that a saiyan(?) arrived. To Accordio, there was something iffy with the presence of this Saiyan, his soul not feeling like the standard saiyan. Though, to be fair, the large child namekian had no idea about the abilities to change one's shape and the like, which was the reason why he brushed off this little awkward feeling. Feeling a need to respond to this dutiful, yet boorish saiyan, Accordio spoke in turn, "Creating a village, if you can't tell. There aren't many on this planet as you know, and seeing as the Namekians who fled here needed a place to call their own, I needed to create this town. Hell, some day we can have a bustling community of multiple races and whatnot."
"And we'll call it Accordio Village!" Dion piped in, rather proud of the name he came up with on the spot. More rage boomed from the eyes of Stropod, who managed to wrestle his mouth away from the hands of the Porungan guardian. Growling a bit at his companion, he shouted, "What are you a fuckin' moron? It's always a one track mind with you, because you realize that a village name like that is completely stupid! Who names a city, or a planet even, after themselves? Now, if you ask me, a better name would be Orchestralia!"
Sighing rather deeply as his two equals started bickering over the name of all things, the giant guru let his size shrink down, not needing this overflowing strength anymore. His strength started to dwindle down along with his size, but it was best to stand amongst the others as an equal rather than from above like a person viewing insects from below. If anything, Accordio had to look up to them as to not get a huge ego, as he knew he was but a mere nothing. He was doing all he could to provide for the people who came with him, and yet those on Namek still suffered their fate from having to deal with Xylo. Knowing Habana, things could clear up sooner rather than later, but he couldn't be so sure anymore. All he could do was put his trust in Miss Habana...
"If you must know," Accordio said as he nudged both of his associates, "I'd be calling this place Maestropolis. Though, before we can bring people here, we need to deal with the issue of providing a long-lasting supply. From what I can see, this being the largest water source near Cacumber, it can only last a measly year at the most. So, any ideas?"
Dion and Stropod stopped their bickering as they started to think about how they could address this problem. All of them being at a complete standstill.

They resented Cipher's boss? That meant Vi-Poi. Not much of a surprise, the Namekian's frustration or dislike of the blue haired weirdo wasn't completely without reason. A great deal of Namekians would likely despise the one that blew their planet apart regardless of the circumstances behind it; even if that person's body was mercilessly hijacked by a rabid virus hell bent on godhood. That was neither here nor there however; this gathering was about the new city. "Well I can see that." Defrosch began, taking a moment to follow the shrinking Namekian back down to the ground. "But why'd ya shoot it outta a weird hand beam? Ain't ya tired from doin' that that or whatever?" The disguised Arcosian scoffed, it almost physically pained him to act so ignorant. "Why didn't ya just-- Er-- spawn I reckon is the right word. Yeah, why didn't ya just spawn the parts and then build it by hand regularly from there? Wouldn't that be more rewardin'?" He looked to the others that had gathered. "C'mon, someone's gotta be thinkin' that sides from me, right?" After a pause he shrugged. They may or may not agree with that statement but it seemed logical if it was coming from a Saiyan. "Welp. With how much Cacumber an' all that gets busted up, thats just kinda how its done. Make do with what ya have. But with this? Hooooo'boy, shit'll get busted up way more often if people know ya can just fix it like that! Might wanna keep that under wraps, heheh!"'Jeez, goggle-head needs to learn some manners one day.' Defrosch simply looked upon the newly created town as bickering occurred between the two older looking Namekians. "So, Maestropolis eh? Sounds epic and imposin' enough, I think, buuut." Tapping the side of his helmet, Defrosch surveyed the land in more detail. The small Namekian was right, the water here won't last very long at all. "Y'got yourselves a water problem, yeah. You lot basically live on that don'cha? So! Either ya make the place able t'move, or... I could sort sommat out for ya. The way I sees it-- you're on this planet and ya aint dead or bein' hunted down-- so you must'a fought for ya right to stick around or probably know some'a the higher ups personally. Wouldn't do me any good to piss 'em off. S'good enough fer me either way." Cipher 24 , you're up!

Cipher was glad to hear that Accordio didn't hold any ill will against him. Though when the small Namekian mentioned his Vipoi, Cipher's expression went flat. So, he had met him, and learned of their association with eachother. To be honest, Cipher wasn't too surprised that Accordio wasn't a fan of him. The guy did blow up his homeworld, despite the circumstances, and ever since becoming premier had been becoming a bit, well, too informal in his duties. "You get used to it, trust me." Cipher had been at Vipoi's side since the beginning after all, she had long gotten used to Vipoi's quirks. Cipher waited quietly as the namekians and the strange saiyan discussed what they were doing, creating a village for the Namekians to call their own. At Stropod's question about who's narcissistic enough to name a planet after themselves, Cipher rose a hand, about to mention that the planet Vegeta was named after a long dead king. But he thought better of it. Still, the name of the place did sound nice. Maestropolis. A bit fancy sounding, when he thought back to the rather simple lifestyles the Namekians lived back on Namek. But hey, it was their home, and they could call it whatever they pleased. Then came the big issue. Water. There was only enough here to supply the Namekians for a single year. And while Cipher hoped that they would be able to return home to Namek before then, they did have to think long term. What if they chose to stay on Vegeta? Then water was vital. The Saiyan suggested getting some of the higher ups of Vegeta to assist them. Cipher brought a hand to his chin in thought. "I think they would prefer to handle this themselves. A matter of pride I believe. Don't want to have to be too reliant on others." If the prideful Stropod was any indication, that was the situation. Still, Cipher had to do something to help them out, even if it was just a minor thing. "Is there any way you can track underground water sources? On a planet such as Vegeta, I would expect most of its water to be underground. If you could find an underground spring nearby and find some way to pump it here, it should provide a lot more fresh water for the Namekians." If Accordio had a method of outright creating a village, surely he could find water, right? Though there was also the matter of getting the water to them. He glanced over at the Saiyan. He was another mystery. What was he doing out here? Cipher had been specifically looking for Accordio. What was his business out here? Cipher thought it would be best to keep an eye on him. Shrugging a little at the response from the Saiyan, Accordio admitted, "That's how magic works. It flows from my hand, I apply it to something, mystical things that you wouldn't comprehend happens, then things appear. And yes we could have built all of this from hand, but this is time that we don't have." Having quite the deadpan look on his face, it seemed that this saiyan and Accordio were at an impasse on ideologies. Honestly, who would have the time to fight all these creatures in the wastelands while building an entire city from scratch? No one to be fair in their right mind honestly.
Though, the more that this guy had spoken, something had seemed... Off? Most of the times saiyans on this planet were more inclined to pick fights or boast about saiyan superiority over Namekians or something, as they were very narrow minded. He looked up to Miss Habana, Miss Shemha, and all the others... But honestly most of the saiyans here were even worse dullard than the worst of the Mazoku. Now, he understands these saiyans at least playing nice or offering a hand from time to time, but to do so without knowing the circumstances behind the Namekian's appearance here. Accordio and his people being here has been a big topic ever since Queen Habana brought as many as she could here.
Before he could address this issue, Cipher spoke up a bit trying to explain on his behalf as well, on top of inquiring about the water ways beneath the surface. Shrugging, Accordio could only admit, "Probably, but I can't really do much about that as that would be too much transforming the landscape, as I could actually ruin the work I have done by trying to readjust the water ways, and even affect the ecosystem in a horrid way. But before we continue this..."
Accordio turned to face the SSE soldier, addressing him with concern, "Honestly, who are you? Why have you decided to take the time out of your day to check on me and the other Namekians who emigrated to Vegeta." Though Accordio didn't even have the inkling of an idea of who this Saiyan truly was, he was just acting a little shady with his odd mannerisms that are unalike other saiyans.

"... I'unno, sounds like yer overcomplicatin' it." Defrosch shrugged. They didn't have time? The Arcosian briefly wondered why but came to the conclusion that the land was quite rough, and without a steady supply of water the Namekian group would be in a disadvantageous position. "Sucks for you I guess. Why not make a breakthrough and fight past your limits though? I woulda taken great pride in fightin' off the beasts 'n' stuff myself!" Now that was both true in terms of his undercover identity and his 'true self'. Fighting giant monsters on Earth had its charms, and Vegeta had things that were even stronger and far more wild. Yet it was apparently a matter of pride that the Namekians create their paradise on their own. Still, they had a problem. Cipher's comment on Vegeta's natural water was interesting. It would only take a matter of moments for Defrosch to figure out if that was true or not. "Hows about you leave that to the guy that was born 'ere yeah?" Out of the group someone with those credentials didn't exist, but it wasn't like Defrosch could just blurt out 'leave it to the totally legitimate hydro-kinetic saiyan'. That'd defeat the whole purpose of a disguise. A disguise wasn't all he had though. He came up with an name as well. "Eh? The name's Dacova." Defrosch began, pointing over his shoulder to the direction from which he arrived. "I was back out thattaway's lookin' for a good place to plant some Saibas. Then some knucklehead decided to put on a flashy light-show and make the planet shake. I was kinda excited to see what was up; if it was some sorta fight I could get in on, but nope." The disguised Arcosian folded his arms casually. "Now I might like a fight, a bunch'a us do, but ya can't just be fightin' all the time. Gotta take time to eat or just plain ol' socialize and build lastin' bonds n' all that sappy shit, too. So lets get on that before we sort out the water thing, yeah? Since I've shared already, I'll be askin; what're your names?"
Cipher 24 your move, again.

Cipher nodded in understanding. Forcefully redirecting the waterways could potentially mess up Vegeta. But there had to be something they could do in regards to assisting the Namekians. But that could wait as Accordio addressed the saiyan, asking the question that had been on Cipher's mind. The saiyan though seemed to respond rather readily. The man, Dacova he called himself, had apparently been training nearby when Accordio's display had attracted his attention. Cipher couldn't see anything wrong with his story, but there was still something off about him. Either way, if he tried anything, Cipher could always deal with him, so he was going to believe his intentions were not malevolent. Then he asked all of them to introduce themselves. Seemed fair enough. After all, they had questioned him, what harm was there in being polite? "I am Cipher 24, of the BBA of Earth." No reason to hide his affiliation any longer. After all, Accordio already knew he worked for Vipoi, and with Vegeta currently having a truce with the Earth, it wasn't like he was in enemy territory. He waited patiently for Accordio and his associates to introduce themselves, if they would do so. He was coming up with a plan to help with the water issue. "Accordio, perhaps we don't need magic for this. You said the current water here will last for about a year, correct? That gives you some time. If we can find another water source near here, perhaps we can making a pipeline? Pump the water under the ground to this location. I can arrange to have some equipment brought over to do so." He wasn't sure how the Namekians were technologically, but he didn't doubt Vegeta possessed such equipment. And if all else failed, Earth would have what the Namekians needed. AccordioDefrosch

Stropod nodded along with what the saiyan was saying, boasting a little as he said, "Yea-Yea! I would have liked to done that, fight wildlife and the nonsense, but we have to admit that most saiyans here are born without brains, which means we gotta get that city sooner than later. I mean, y'all picked fights with us even though we came here through the help of Queen Habana and the Kid Guru here." With a jut of his thumb, he pointed directly at Accordio who only accepted the words he said, rather than try to re-explain the dangers that could be exposed to the other namekians, which were the main reasons why Accordio preferred this light show instead of having to danger the wild-life.
Though Accordio knew not what a saibaman was, he decided to give this Saiyan a pass as to what he was doing, because it was true that a lot of saiyans had rock for brains. Why did the universe have to have a surplus of those like Gitar? But after introducing himself, the little namekian felt ashamed for forgoing the proper etiquette of manners. "Well, I am Accordio, standing leader of the Namekian people who migrated to Vegeta. Dion is the absurdly powerful Namekian, and Stropod is the one wearing the snazzy goggles."
The armor wearing child had thought of other adjectives to describe Stropod, but decided against it as the Mazoku of the group could get rather heated in the moment. But moving the conversation right along was Cipher, inquiring about piping and the like which drew nothing but inquisitive looks from Accordio. Him and his people only had bare minimum technologies back on Namek, so this talk about ways to pipeline water made no sense to him in the slightest.
"Erm, sure, I guess?" Accordio said with a shrug, his tone indicative of his knowledge of this topic. "I at least trust you enough to try your hand at this, but it is true that there is a possibility these waters can last a long time. I... I'm not the best when it comes to planning. I just do things and figure the problems that comes afterward... A bit of a re-occurrence in my life I can say."

"Oho? Earth huh? Quite tough then, are ya? Must be since yer here as well!" Defrosch nodded to Cipher. There was something comical about this, since he knew who the android was already. Cipher's plan was solid; a year would be more than enough time if the Namekian community here put their hearts into it. "Ha! Tough in the head too; I like it!" He figured that was a quirky enough way for a Saiyan to say someone was smart. If he was going to be using this disguise often enough he may as well have some fun with it. The disguised Arcosian pumped his fists and gave Stropod a thumbs up . "You get me. Hell, I ain't gonna say I'm the brainiest guy there is anyways. I've got enough guts to admit it is what sets me apart, I suppose! So my guess was right, I take it? Fought some chumps off an' all that?"Upon full introductions, Defrosch gave the group a salute in greeting; the kinds he had seen Saiyan soldiers do among each other. "I dunno much 'bout buildin' myself, but I can lug things around. Won't be a waste of time to me. It'd be like training." He eyed Accordio curiously. Ordinarily Defrosch would say something along the lines of 'you're not the best when it comes to planning yet' but he figured it wasn't a very typically Saiyan-ish thing to say. Too open ended and thoughtful. "Eh. You'll learn." Something that blunt on the other hand? Perfect. Cipher 24, #VegetaConstructionSquad

It seemed that both Accordio and Dacova agreed with Cipher's idea for a pipe line. Or at least, thought he was being smart about it. Accordio was more than willing to leave this in the android's hands, which filled the android with some hope for mending android/namekian relations. The android nodded. "Well, I shall see to the arrangements. I'll take a look around Vegeta first if I can find the resources. Otherwise I can contact my associates about it. I'm sure getting some construction work done wont be too much of a hassle." After all, Vipoi did blow up their home world, even if it was under the influence of a great evil. Lending a hand to get the Namekians fresh water was the least the android could do.
With that settled, there wasn't really anything else for Cipher to do here. There was still something off about Dacova, but with Dion around, Cipher was sure the saiyan wasn't going to cause any trouble. "It was good to see you again Accordio," Cipher bowed to the displaced elder respectfully. "I hope we can speak again when you're not so busy." He then gave a smaller bow to both Stropod and Dacova, "A pleasure to make your acquaintance."
And with that, Cipher turned and began to fly back towards the city. It was good to see the Namekians were well, and that Accordio was safe. And he also felt good about having a way for making up for his desertion back on Namek. This meeting with the former elder had gone on much better than he expected.

The iffy hearted Namekian child kept on wondering what he could do in order to help out his people, but realization was slowly sinking in his mind that he didn't have the experience to even be qualified. Even now he had to get the assistance of other people to help create the plans in order to guide him, as he kept bumbling along and making hasty and rash decisions. The more he did, the more he felt like he was out of his league, as people like Cipher and Dacova came along in order to make his plans into reality. Biting the inside of his cheek, Accordio kept his silence as Cipher spoke, speaking about his departure.
"Y-Yes," Accordio hesitated in speaking, his voice unsure and betraying the kind of composure as he tried to keep up, "It was definitely a pleasure seeing you again Cipher. Wishes to our next meeting."
Nodding towards Stropod and Dion, he made a waving motion that directed them towards the Cacucumber Capital. Stropod opened his mouth to say something, but was pushed over by the Namekian leading towards a paragon mindset, who hoisted himself into a mighty leap towards the Vegetan captial. He was unable to fly, but he could bound miles in single leaps, being able to reach places as fast as Accordio at his fastest.
Turning to face Dracova now that they were on their lonesome, Accordio would admit, "Hopefully I do learn. Most of the times I wonder if I'm doing more harm than good, what with my actions leading to Walker's utmost betrayal... Ah, you wouldn't know of him, apologies. I think I should go Dion, as he can get into some odd troubles. Plus I wish to inform the Queen of the new village I created. If you wish, you can stay here with Stropod."
"WHY DO I GOTTA STAY?"
"Because Dion left first," Accordio said as he rose into sky, giving a wave over to Dracova before saying, "Well, another time Dracova. Pleasure meeting you." And with that, the young Namekian flew in the same direction as Dion, not needing to take too long as Stropod stood in the general vicinity of the Saiyan. Taking a seat against one of the village rock walls, he slipped on his goggles as he said, "Unless you got more business to take care of, ya mind scrammin'? I'd like to take my first nap in a long while."
Sliding his arms behind his head, he closed his eyes as he let the sounds of the wind lull him into sleep.
