Similar to the 'threads to grade', I am implementing this because I've noticed a flaw in how we currently handle suggestion threads and such. This can result in stuff accidentally being forgotten or lost, being chatted about a little but never reaching resolution, or being too divided between many different discussions at once to give any of them a satisfactory amount of attention.
When you create a suggestion thread, or wish to bring back up a topic to discuss, you should post a link here. Include with it a brief description, and an estimated 'priority' between 1 and 5 (5 being minor, 1 being immediate).
Minor are small things where time is not really a factor and it's just an idea which some time down the track you'd like to chat about. Immediate would be things that effect current events, where not addressing them asap will cause issues with the game.
So to make up some random examples;
We will generally go through threads in order of submission, unless something deemed much higher priority must first be discussed, which admin will note as such and indicate it should be looked at before.
As an extension of this process, polls will NOT be held until a proper discussion thread has proceeded them and been concluded. This discussion thread is where the poll options will first be generated, and will give us proper time as a community to analyse, process, share thoughts/ideas/issues, and address them as a group. I think we can all agree that when it comes to new content or modifications that we don't want to be diving in half-baked and as a democractic setup what to give everyone a chance to submit their options to the poll - In the real world a judge/jury hears all evidence for a given 'case' before reaching their decision, and so as a community-run site I believe it best that we do the same.
(if anyone objects to such a process, create a thread and link it here for proper discussion )

'lets change how space ships work'
Priority 1 - immediate

'Bao is about to blow up earth in his current thread, wut do'
or 'I've noticed a major issue with Namekian regeneration!'
