appearance: A young, seemingly middle aged man who , unlike all other Saiyans, seems to sport a dirty blonde hair color because of distant Tuffle relations. has a similar appearance to turles but is white, has blood red eyes in all super forms


history: born in the year 2889, Tato was born in a wealthy high class warrior family whom the family leaders (the elders) where descendants of the soldiers who helped Bardock overthrow King Vegeta, Tato was given high end education and warrior training because of his place in society, and even at times was taught original moves from parents, who helped zucceta take over acrose (don`t know the year, never specifically mentioned), and, at his young ages of around 5-21 years old, was practically no different from other high class saiyans. however, later on in his life, at around age 22, he noticed something about his society, especially for the non saiyan members of his native empire, as he noticed how unbalanced their hierarchy was, and how some races were treated like normal saiyans, while many others where treated like slaves from the beginning, such as the Kagami, and even low class saiyans, who were not treated as well as middle or high class (although he understood the lack of resources and luxuries.), he soon quit his job as a soldier and moved into a small peasant village called kola, while treated well there, he was ridiculed by the high & middle class, and even his family for leaving his prestigious job to live with low class saiyans and other slave races, whom to them were worthless. 3 years later he made a secret organization (in which the name was forgotten) that rescued and took in slaves and low class peasants, he gave them rights that were not typically allowed by the planets governments, he gave them high class training (sometimes even were given tutors who agreed to help the people fight), and was seen as a town hero. despite his contributions, this society was found 3 years later by the government and was destroyed, Tato was furious about this attack, and started to form a rebellion against the government, planning a fully equal and saiyan empire if he manages to succeed.

special: Pummel rush (kind of like the meteor rush, but more hits are put in), siren beam (two full power energy blast are shot, one is real, while other is bogus, these gravitate towards an enemy, hence the name siren beam, the enemy has to know the differences between a real and a fake beam and be smart enough to dodge, 4 beams happen in super saiyan, but two are real), giant stomp (oozaru only, does a loud and powerful stomp that can stun the opponent, then Tato grabs the opponent then literally kicks their face into the dirt, as you can imagine, this wont work in space.) The Spirit Ball ( you know it)
