Information flowed in the throne room and Shemha absorbed it all in silence. From Habana’s light invitation for Meridia to join the Empire to the arrival of a two different androids, the Majin observed as she stepped off to the side, demonic companion in tow. From a young age she was taught to gather and assess information and regardless of her recent assimilation of Walker, that remained a part of her mindset.
The Saiyan identified as Brassica, the Commanders low mutter not missed by the perceptive red skinned soldier, must have been the true owner of the name Habana fooled the Majin with the first time they met. The most common iteration of her species was quickly at odds with the young Guru as she dropped an unconscious Namekian to the floor rather unceremoniously. While both parties were her allies, she found the tension between them an interesting display of the complications that resulted from introducing a foreign group to an already inhabited planet. It seemed the Commanders authority alone was not enough to establish coexistence between the two races.
As for the runt and his tale of events on Namek, Shemha was already aware of several of the details he revealed. Before her delayed departure she crossed paths with Xylo himself and although he didn’t readily divulge his secrets the two did talk, between blows at least. Her run-in with the Makuzo Lord was something she planned to discuss with Habana in private once this was done.
Out of all that arrived the one that drew the only real reaction from Shemha was the Vi-Poi simply because she did not expect him. She knew the name, but not a face to go with it. The protector of Earth and destroyer of Namek was far less imposing than she ever imagined, but based on the stories she understood his physical appearance wasn’t what should be feared. A quick glance to Accordio checked for his reaction, fully aware that the Guru held no love for the potentially unstable android. Part of her still sympathized with the Namekian’s view on the Premier, but she also wanted to make her own assessment of what she deemed a wild card in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully Habana knew what she was doing in inviting him here.
Still holding her position against the wall at the far left of the room, she remained out of the way. Regardless of her opinions of others she was just a soldier and her rank hardly allowed her to make too much of a fuss. She viewed Habana as a rival now, but still held respect for the chain of command.
”See that one in white, with the six arms?” Meridia questioned along with a gentle tap on Shemha’s shoulder before the same finger pointed to the woman. ”Kami of Earth I am pretty sure.” She explained.
Softly glowing eyes momentarily fixed on the six armed female, Shemha took a note of her signature. Assuming she was invited like the rest it looked like Habana did want representations from Earth here. Personally, she didn’t agree with the decision. The individuals that returned from Namek hadn’t even had a chance to discuss what their next move was and already it looked as if Habana planned to include others. Again, hopefully the future Queen knew what she was doing.

When the Namekian child accused her of being a liar, her eyes narrowed whilst Jul'ica's fur bristled. "You're lucky you're a kid. My people do not make false accusations just for the fun of it." she growled before Habana offered a suggestion that cleared up the situation. Brassica glanced over towards her adoptive Simian sister who faintly nodded. " It does fit the scenario... but we won't know till that one wakes up." said Jul'ica, gesturing towards the unconscious Namekian with her tail. The short haired Saiyan nodded in agreement with her Simian adoptive sister, although she did wonder how these Namekians could be of help to her Simians, listening to Capper's description of events on Namek. The tale regarding this Xylo and this egg wreaking havoc at this battle site on Namek... blood, death and destruction. When Habana came close to smack Pin, she muttered loud enough for just Habana and Pin to hear her, since those two were the only ones who had been there with her when the Mammothian on her adoptive world have given them his final prophecy. "The Ancient Ones's vision..." said Brassica, her eyes widening in concern. "A darkness spreads across the new born old homeland of horned serpents." she quoted, her hands tightening slightly at the implications. This Xylo and this flesh apocalypse egg of his... they were this darkness spreading across Namek. Namek had recently been revived, so could be called new born, and now that she took another look at the two Namekians that were here, she could see why the ancient Mammothian had called them horned serpents... that or it had something to do with these Dragon Balls that Capper had mentioned. If that was the case...

Post by Accordio on Mar 11, 2017 2:46:51 GMT
Listening to the tale woven by the young Capper, Accordio listened intently to the dangers that were missed due to Walker's sudden betrayal, which delayed the group from acting accordingly in helping the good fight against Xylo. At the mention of the Dragon Balls, Accordio rose a brow as he didn't know that the word of the wishing spheres had made it off planet. Well, it seemed that collecting them as fast as he did was a good decision for the initiative, but not so much for those who had gotten the wishes. And the more this weak saiyan had spoken, the more it seemed that he was going to break down in fear right there and then. Though he knew not of what a mom was, he could assume it was a very important person seeing as how this person perished. That was what he assumed, seeing as how this Mom was not here as a witness as well. "I wish to apologize," Accordio spoke up at the end of Capper's announcement, "I had gathered the Dragon Balls to create a worthy defender of Namek. If not for the traitor in the midst of our group, then we would have surely arrived and made more of a difference. I... I am sorry for your loss."Accordio spoke short and briefly to the grieving child, but it seemed that his attention was going to be torn away from him, because of the muttering and chattering going on. Having his eyes peer onto this new set of newcomers, he saw two people whom dressed quite opposite from one another. The first being a male figure who looked oddly feminine, wearing the weirdest of clothing and something covering his head, while he sported some kind of lackadaisical attitude which Accordio could not forgive. Something about this blue haired being rubbed him the wrong way, which was the complete opposite for the person walking up behind him, who was a feminine person who seemed to have pulled off an elegant dress kind of look, becoming the complete foil for the blue haired casual. This female person had multiple appendages and had even done up her hair in such a pleasing way, a perfect set of clothing to wear while meeting with a world leader. If there was a word that Accordio could use to describe this woman, it would be elegant and divine. Though he did not catch the name of the divine multi-armed woman, he heard the name that flew out of the mouth of the blue haired bozo.... And boy did Accordio's blood run cold while he bit the inside of his cheek, hearing that accursed name. Vi-Poi. The same tyrant who decided to destroy Namek over a set of dragon balls that didn't exist at that time, the same person who had struck fear and hatred in Accordio's heart for the past year, the same thing which birthed his now forgotten hatred of artificial life and semi-prevalent disliking of Earth... This same tyrant was garbed in the most trashy clothing which betrayed his Galactic standing, with such a casualness which burned his blood. The person he hated most above just had to be a goofball. Oh Kami above thank goodness Habana had said something, or he would have made a snide comment about his attire that would have been over the line kind of insulting. Well, at least from the interactions between the QUEEN of Vegeta and the guests, Accordio was able to figure out that the divine woman's name was Maeve. Accordio definitely made a mental note to speak with this person, as he was quite curious about them. Still biting his the inside of his cheek, he had finished healing up Strohpod, the Mazoku still unconscious, but slowly stirring back to the realm of the awake soon enough. It would only be a matter of time, but it seemed that in the mean time a couple more people arrived, a hairy brute which the young namekian rolled his eyes at the Green Ones comment, and another robot whom Miss Habana seemed to be very familiar with. It was then that Accordio had heard the words from the Saiyan woman who brought Strohpod, calling Accordio a kid... As if that was the only reason why she wasn't tearing into the Namekian kid right now. Thanking everything that this woman was distracting him from the blue haired dunce of an Earth leader, Accordio looked at her, wanting to say something but holding his tongue... As a familiar presence was approaching the palace. Through the crowds did Accordio see someone whom he trusted above all else, for it was the Porungan Warrior Dion......... Aaaaand he was flexing and posing his way through the crowd. With Accordio face palming right there and then as to how the pride of Porunga was making a complete goof of himself, Dion walked right past Brassica with the nicest grin on his face, while carrying something his his arms. Sitting down on his knees in front of Accordio, the somewhat bandage-wrapped Namekian had said, "Sorry Accor, but the damage Walker-baby did to me was rather severe. The nice guys in the nursing room offered me battle armor, but I like what I got now... So you can wear these, as they told me that you were waiting for them to make a specific kind ya liked?""Something on those lines, and please do not address someone else as 'baby' again, whatever that means."Accordio said, fighting the urge to grimace as he was given a very old fashioned set of battle armor, one of a violet and gold variety. Slipping the armor onto his bare torso, Accordio fingers started glowing as he touched the sash and half-robes he was wearing, letting fabrics extend from his already existing clothing, creating a new set of robes and armor on his body. Letting the magic fabrics move and intertwine over his body, Accordio let himself get dressed as he finally got a set of saiyan armor, wearing it as a sign of good will on his part as he trusted the saiyans who saved him.
Now fully dressed, letting his magic fingers die down in their magic glow, he announced out to the gathering crowd his own story. "Greetings everyone, my name is Accordio. Though I may be young, I am the Guru of Namek, and I am here today because of a culmination of Unfortunate Events. I gathered the dragon balls on our planet alongside our friend Shemha, an android by the name of Cipher, and a once-trustworthy wooden fellow by the name of Walker. In no time we collected the orbs, and summoned the dragon to perform wishes. In this order, we created a warrior to help protect our planet, The Porungan Warrio Dion-"
He stopped dead in his tracks while talking as he faced Dion, who was doing his trademark pose of hands point up and down while slanting his body to the side, totally prepared for being named by Accordio. Eye twitching upon the sight, the young guru turned his head back to the crowd as he continued. "..... We also wished for Walker to gain a substantial boost in power, on top of the blessing I bestowed upon him, which granted him even more power on top of that... An entirely foolish decision in retrospect... And we our final wish was to teleport Queen Habana herself to the planet. Summoning her there, so that our group could fight against the Mazoku Lord Xylo whom at the time came back from the grave. Well, in a cruel twist of luck, Walker attempted to take the life of Habana, and the warriors he summoned to fight with him also tried to take my life. Tooth and nail we fought, nearly dying a couple times on both side, we barely managed to defeat the Treeborn Tyrant himself..."
"..."
"..."
"We... Barely survived. Luck was completely on our side. I assume that if we charged to fight Xylo right there and then, his monstrous ally would have decimated us right there and then, even if Walker was on our side... This monster twice as strong as the wooden warrior. I had to make a decision right there and then, as I saw no way for our small group to even come close to challenging Xylo. I chose to take as many of my people as we could to Vegeta, despite the few numbers around there were to take."
"... I hope this explains the new abundance of our people on this planet."Accordio took a breath, having spoken quite a bit in a short period of time, talking without even preparing his words. And the entire time he spoke, he did his absolute best to avoid any kind of eye contact with Vi-Poi, not wanting to look at the soulless eyes of the Planet Buster himself. And he let himself die down, so he could judge the crowd's reaction to his story...
Dion, Accordio's 3M PL guard has arrived on the scene, finally waking up from his injuries

Post by Purika on Mar 11, 2017 3:55:43 GMT
Purika only stood at the front of the crowd against a wall, leaning on it. He could hear Brassica's smart remark from his current position, choosing to reply to the situation at hand. "That 'kid' could kick your ass with one simple size and power increase." Then, he listened as Collard, the father of Capper, started to speak. He mentioned that his son, Capper, witnessed the whole thing on Namek. One of Purika's brows raised in curiosity, was Collard serious? Purika watched as the two's mouths moved, him not hearing what they said from the distance between the three.
It was only a moment or so until Capper finally spoke, with Purika listening in on the whole thing as Capper continued, telling his story. Purika now believed Capper. He was really there to witness it all. But, something he spoke about interested him. He went to gather the dragon balls. Why exactly? He didn't need them. Another thing caught his ear, the General was... dead. Purika looked down to the floor, thinking. "If they defeated Mayze, they must've been strong." Purika would think to himself. But, the boy had stopped giving the story moments later, listening to the boy saying it was hard to talk about, because of the blood and death. The boy was too soft. Was this boy truly a saiyan?
The boy was too soft. Was this boy truly a saiyan? If Purika were there and survived, he would've told every detail to them, no problem. He had no problem talking about such subjects. The saiyan then stopped and didn't continue on, with the crowd rambling amongst themselves. Someone very important was on their way to the throne room, and he couldn't even tell because he didn't have his scouter activated. Vi-Poi. Some of the crowd looked at the feminine looking male. The people that DID have scouters were getting some pretty major readings on them, continuing to talk amongst themselves.
Purika didn't have his scouter on, though. He looked over at Vi-Poi, he was quite casually dressed for an occasion like this. He watched Vi-Poi speak to Habana, with Purika still falling silent, while thinking to himself. "So he really came... and quick." Purika thunk of all this while the Commander commented on his presence. could sense another strong presence enter the area before they finally entered the throne room. The crowd would look over again, including Purika. Someone who had never met before. She was dressed quite fancy, though. She spoke to the Commander, addressing her.
Purika couldn't hear much of the small talk from where he was currently positioned, though. He didn't sense Zoraba coming, though, as he toned out the people with weaker capabilities. He could clearly see Zoraba as he positioned himself beside Collard, remembering him from a previous encounter at the training center not too far away from here. Yet another person he didn't sense enter, mostly because he was an android. He didn't really take notice of him until the Commander rose from her chair before shouting 'YOU'.
His eyes followed the Commander as she went over to smack his helmet, asking where he had been. Purika assumed he was an old friend of Habana's. Now, Purika could sense a very strong presence enter the room. A wounded namekian it would seem, gaining some attention as he walked in. Purika would watch the namekian deliver the Guru some clothes, followed by the Guru equipping them. Then, Accordio caught his attention when he spoke. Most of the room fell into silence as Accordio explained, with Purika listening to their story carefully.
As the speech ended, Purika had taken in a lot of information. Fresh and up to date. Purika thought about something, this monster they talked about. How strong was he..? Purika didn't intend to cross paths with this 'monster' anytime soon, that's for sure. Purika would wait until questions seemed right to be asked until he would speak.

| STATE OF THE EMPIRE |CAPPER'S PL: 20 | | COLLARD'S PL: UNKNOWN |

Capper stared at the ground, unease plastered onto his face after he finished explaining a tad bit of what went down on Namek. The Namekian boy whom was no taller than Capper spoke up first, wishing to... Apologize? "Huh?" Capper questioned, raising his head up with more confusion rather than distress now. Eyes widening with shock when Accordio said HE was the one that gathered the dragonballs to summon a defender for Namek, Capper found words stuck in his throat. 'So much for a defender now...' The saiyan mused internally. Frowning as a few more tears welled up when Accordio brought up the loss of his mother, Capper shook his head, chiming in again. "It's fine." The boy spoke, trying to reassure his fellow shortie. "If you came... You would have died too. It's a miracle I managed to get myself and Etoru back to Earth before..." Capper trailed off, recalling the stressful hours aboard the Aurora where he was checking on his friend every five seconds, doing everything in his power to keep his heart from stopping... Even now, the technician wasn't sure how he did it. "...Just trust me. Nobody can stand up to Xylo and Ouroboros right now."
Capper felt a chill go down his spine when he spoke the name of the devil that came out of that godforsaken ball. Sure, people like Vi-Poi or Zucceta could curbstomp Xylo, but Ouroboros... No. Habana then commended the tiny technician for his bravery, sending a flattered smile across Capper's face for a moment, though it quickly faded back to an uncertain frown. Turning around, Capper would eye the growing crowd alongside his father. His brows raised in shock when he caught eye of a casually-dressed Vi-Poi-- what was he doing here?! "H-hey, stranger." Capper spoke to the premier with a meek, but sarcastic tone and a smile, coupled with a finger gun. Next came in some mildly familiar golden lizard lady, dressed in elegant garbs fit for being in the presence of the soon-to-be queen. After that, a burly, familiar man stepped near Capper and his father, causing the boy to let out an uncertain whimper as the crowd grew... Would he really have to tell his story to all these people? Thankfully the crowd seemed to stop growing with the arrival of a humanoid android of some kind, whom sort of reminded Capper of his own mechanized Grandpa Courgi.
After Habana went to go give the android man a slapping for some reason and asked where he had been, Capper caught ear of Brassica mumbling... something. He couldn't make it out, but something about it sounded like a bunch of superstitious malarkey... The boy heard Meridia speak to Shemha, directing his attention back to Maeve, who was the Kami of Earth?! Wow. How was a nobody like Capper once again in the presence of such prominent people in the galaxy?
Remaining silent while he recollected his marbles, Capper and Collard would turn eye to an odd, flexing blue namekian who strutted into the building suddenly. Dion Gave Accordio some more saiyan-esque garbs, and shortly after the young one gave fourth a long announcement regarding what went down on the other side of Namek while Capper was hiding from Xylo. Accordio explained that he, Shemha, Cipher, and the oddly dubbed "once trustworthy" Walker to summon Dion, the fabulous posing Namekian that had just walked in. Capper tried to hide a laugh when the blue slug man posed again, much to Accordio's dismay, but failed and let out a quick childlike chuckle. Accordio continued his tale, explaining how Walker turned on them and tried to kill Habana! A few murmurs and gasps ran through the crowd in response while Capper pondered how the once kind tree man turned into a traitor. Much like Capper and Etoru, the group barely survived. Hinting at the powerful entity Capper knew as Ouroboros, and finally explained the abundance of Namekians on Namek. Sighing with a quick nod, Capper would swallow hard. This seemed to be his cue to speak...
"...I'm ready." Capper spoke, tightening his fists into balls. Glancing back up with a determined expression, Capper would give his future queen a brief nod, promptly clearing his throat and turning to the crowd. Collard bit his lip, hoping his son wouldn't break down from telling his tale. "...H-Hi, everyone! I'm Capper. Technician and pilot of the Solar Empire." The boy spoke with a quick wave, introducing himself to the crowd. "So, uh, while Accordio, Habana, Shemha, and a few others were fighting Walker, as said before, me and my gang arrived on the battlefield near Xylo." Capper spoke, recapping what he said previously. "...My mom and Etoru were eager to help General Mayze out with his battle against Xylo. I... had to hide in the shadows while they fought." Capper spoke, closing his eyes tight as some undertones reverberated through the crowd.
"Things were going smoothly at first. With, you know, everyone being alive." Capper spoke with a shrug, his smile turning into a frown once more. "Then... Xylo let loose a powerful attack. I believe he took energy from our very beings, and sent it against us." Capper paused for a moment, taking a deep breath. His tone shook for a moment as he continued his tale, but it quickly returned to a stable tune. "...The attack quickly killed of my mother, and one more man who came to fight." Capper concluded as Collard lowered his head, glancing off to the side.
"And here comes the cruddy part where everyone nearly dies or does die... Turns out Xylo had yet ANOTHER trump card right beneath our unsuspecting noses!!"
Capper spoke, some agitation in his voice. His anger at the Mazoku was clear. If he had the power, the boy would most certainly make sure that Namekian was very, very sorry. "....After some time, that "apocalypse flesh egg" I mentioned earlier came into effect. It opened, revealing the strongest fighter I've ever seen!!!" Capper spoke, some disbelief still in his tone. He couldn't believe he met Ouroboros, essentially the devil, and lived to tell the tale. "Fifteen million. That was Ouroboros' power level." Capper spoke with some stern defiance. Some gasps and whispers spread throughout the crowd once more at this revalation, but that didn't stop Capper from continuing. "Xylo and his demonic partner... They laid waste to us all. I... was knocked out for a portion of the fight, but I..." Capper stuttered, his voice once again shifting to uncertainty. "...Xylo and Ouroboros... They nearly killed my friend, Etoru- a Super Saiyan Two, none the less. Their combined attack... was enough to take off his arm and leg." Capper spoke, grabbing his own arm and staring off to the side with uncertainty, tapping his own prosthetic foot on the ground.
"...For some dumb reason, Xylo decided to spare us after I managed to get near my best friend. But, while we were heading off, Xylo's OTHER minion... killed General Mayze." Capper spoke quickly, taking a moment to catch his breath. "After that, I was desperately keeping Etoru alive the whole way back to Earth while recollecting my own marbles." The boy spoke, folding his arms and taking a deep breath in. "And that's everything. I-I think...." Pondering for a moment, Capper snapped his fingers, remembering what the Mazoku told him as they boarded the Aurora. "Oh, he also told me to tell Zucceta to come to Namek for... Ahem. "Gardening tips." Capper spoke, making quotation marks with his fingers when he said "gardening tips." "Yup. Totally not a death trap."

“You’ll have to stop by Earth,” Vi-Poi said to the commander, nodding. “I’ll give you the grand tour.”
When Habana went off to greet yet another guest, Vi-Poi fell in beside the exquisitely-dressed Maeve. Vi-Poi put his fingers in his pockets sheepishly, rocking back and forth on his faster-than-light sneakers. “So, uh. How’s being a mom going for you?” He’d continue to make small talk with his bestie-in-law, surveying the room slowly, making note of some of the stronger Saiyans and the two Namekians present. One of them, no taller than a child, seemed to be deliberately avoiding eye contact.
There was even a Majin, the reddest one he’d ever seen, lurking near the back.
Vi-Poi put his Bombers’ cap back on, twisting it backwards as he glanced up at the nearby android Habana was pleasantly accosting. His armor gleamed bright and new, but a cursory swipe with 3D Scan Mode showed that his reactor energy was augmented to impressive levels by a multitude of upgrades. He’d never met a Solar Saiyan Empire android. Well, not unless he counted Bing, and he didn’t.
Before he could move in and say hi, Accordio spoke. The information was mostly what Cipher and Capper had described earlier, though with some new details. He didn’t know the Clans were splitting. It made a lot of sense, but he was surprised all the same that the Imperial Saiyans were taking in refugees.
Maybe they think they’ll get their own set of wish-granting rocks out of the deal, Poi’s ghost murmured.
Capper’s subsequent telling was everything he’d heard before, save for the phrase apocalypse flesh egg, which shocked his cheeky poltergeist into a burst of inner-laughter that almost spilled out all over the throne room before he could contain himself. Apocalyse flesh egg sounded like one of the obscure adult sites the Prude Nanny Party frequently demanded he ban from the interwebs. The seriousness of the situation lent to the quashing of any humor found in the telling. A lot of people had died. And Namek was in big trouble. He'd sensed Ouroboros once, maybe right after he hatched, but never since. It was hiding now. The thought gave him the willies, like being in the open ocean and knowing there were giant things swimming in the darkness beneath. Things with lots of teeth.
When Capper ended on Xylo’s invitation, Vi-Poi nodded. He’d wait for Habana’s announcement before he made any big speech of his own, but he was already spoiling for a fight. Lord Xylo might not know Earth from a hole in the ground right now, but if he kept on taking territory he’d find himself enrolled in a painful crash course. The Saiyan War had taught Vi-Poi a brutal lesson, and he wasn’t about to sit back and wait for the next invaders to come knocking again.

Post by Maeve Rakshasa on Mar 17, 2017 4:41:05 GMT
Maeve hadn't really been paying attention, her elongated ears seemed to be drowning everything out but the shaken words of the boy as he forced himself to relive the traumas he had faced. A few names stuck out. Specifically, her adoptive son's. She hadn't heard of how he was injured specifically so hearing it now, second hand, had caused her to tremble. She stopped however, when Vi Poi addressed her with a sheepish grin. The Kami smiled back, clasping her hands together in an almost prayer like stance as she looked over the smaller leader.
"Well I suppose it's a handful though one that I wouldn't shirk for anything." She chuckled shaking her head. "I've never felt such joy or such pain in my life." She nodded her head towards capper. "For instance, my adoptive son: Etoru, was badly injured. I had yet to hear the story till now." She lowered her head, eyes closing as she inhaled through her nose before letting out an exhale. "I've been in many battles Premier. In my tribulations as a hero I've caused many deaths, and I've seen countless more. It's a reality that all of us accept I suppose." She cut her gaze back to Vi Poi as she reached her point.
"None of that compared to seeing Etoru when he got back from Namek." A frown tugged at the corners of her mouth as she spoke. "I apologize for burdening your simple question with such a heavy answer. Hearing the young one's depiction of what happened has me troubled to some extent." She once again motioned her head once more to Capper.
"Especially that name: Ouroboros. I know I've heard it somewhere in my time back 'home' in the demon realm. Generally, if a name is familiar there it's for an unpleasant reason." She mused as she let her tail flick back and forth with slight trepidation.

Post by Zoraba on Mar 19, 2017 16:43:07 GMT
A bored sigh escaped Zoraba’s chops while it appeared everyone was walking in on this meeting. The Commander had apparently gotten a lot of attention with the sheer amount of strange off worlders now in the growing crowd. “ It’s starting to stink in here with all these… aliens.” Mumbled the big man as he waited for whatever this gathering was for to begin. He gazed as everyone and their mother went up to talk to Habana directly and his short broken tail twitched in impatience. Finally the shortest green namekian Zoraba had seen, not that he had seen many, stepped up and began to preach. A cocked eyebrow revealed Zoraba’s questioning of the truth of this story, or even the importance of any of it. Names being thrown out left and right that were lost on the animalistic male, he didn’t know nor care for any of these people. Why would it matter if some crazy strong being tried to attack Habana if he failed anyway? Zoraba didn’t even care about this alien’s planet, why would he? Soon Capper joined in recanting even more about his own experience and the death of his late mother. “ Well… I guess it matters just a little…” he thought to himself, Saiyans being killed by some punks was a pitiful display and if they did anything they gave his kind a bad reputation. Pin grimaced when Habana appeared to immediately notice him speaking to Brassica, and after recognizing his voice, storming over to him. He braced himself, knowing that whatever she gave, he had coming. He made no effort to block or dodge or even really try to brace for impact as Habana smacked him upside the helmet, and instead just sighed as the blow - holding back as she may have been - briefly shorted out the electronics inside it. His shoulders slumped slightly, and he turned his head to look Habana in the eye.
"It's a...long story, Commander. I imagine now is not the time, all things considered."
Pin listened as the others all spoke - about something big, something bad that went down on Namek. It appeared that sinister strain on this universe, Xylo, had finally won his prize. with the help of the once-invader Walker. Pin couldn't help but feel somewhat responsible, as Namek had once been under his protection - an order that had come directly from Zuccetta herself - and he'd once tried to hunt down Walker, a hunt that ended ultimately in abject failure. If Pin had been stronger, better suited for his job, maybe things would have gone differently. If he hadn't abandoned his post in the Empire...
But no. He had his own path to walk, the Commander at the very least knew that. He was only ever a part of the Empire by association, never held any true rank with them. He wasn't a Saiyan, after all. As he listened, he couldn't help but weigh in on some level.
Placing his hand on Brassica's shoulder, a sign that he understood what she was saying and would do what he could to help, he spoke a little louder this time.
"No offense, little Namek, but your first mistake was trusting Walker. That miserable pile of kindling is no stranger to opportunistic assault, once attacking Vegeta while her best and brightest were away. But you couldn't have known that. Best to learn your lesson, and give your trust less openly in the future."
He looked around the room, full of fighters both stronger than himself and those still early in their journey to strength.
"I doubt this is why you've gathered us, Commander, but if you choose to lead an assault on Xylo and his dregs, I'm in."

“Tell me after this is done, we have a lot to catch up on, ” Habana said grinning at Pin before turning to the Premier “and with any luck, my next visit to Earth won’t be cut short like my last and I can take you up on that offer,” Habana said before placing her full attention on Accordio and then Capper as the two younger warriors gave lengthy explanations of the events on Namek.
Habana had already known most of the story of the side she had participated in, she wondered what would have happened had Shemha called her in to aid in the search for the Dragon Balls earlier, if Walker had been present then would it have incited a battle earlier? Would they have been able to overtake him then? He would have been substantially weaker without the power of the Dragon Balls and Accordio’s blessing but would she have been strong enough to trigger the second stage of the super Saiyan transformation?
Would they have been able to survive without the aid of Dion? Then again perhaps they might have had Mayze and with more time together on Namek searching for the Dragon Balls perhaps there would have been enough time to push Mayze to unlock the mastered state and perhaps teach Shemha the Final Flash.
altogether there were too many variables, what was important now was what HAD happened and most importantly the events that Habana had not witnessed, she’d felt some of the battle, knew that Mayze had died, knew that Etoru had nearly done so as well, but from everything Capper described Xylo was a genuinely major threat.
He possessed powers capable of causing some form of harm before the attack even landed, and possessed the aid of a powerful entity. The only positive was that it appeared that the creature ‘Ouroboros’ was not able to remain outside the egg that Capper described permanently. If that was the case then perhaps if they could defeat Xylo quick enough it would either prevent the release of the demon or at the very least cutoff Xylo’s ability to aid the demon.
Habana had felt quite clearly how strong Ouroboros was but if her battle with Walker had proved anything it was that power alone was not a deciding factor in a battle. “I’m not entirely sure I agree with your statement that nobody can stand against Xylo and Ouroboros at the moment, Ouroboros is most certainly an exceptionally dangerous and powerful entity, and Xylo himself with the abilities you’ve mentioned and his own power is dangerous.”
“But we are not without strength of our own, and while none of us individually may be able to stand against Ouroboros we do not have to stand against the Mazoku alone. And I think that will make for a good time for me to begin the announcements that have brought you all here” Habana said taking a few steps back from the others.
“A few months ago Zucceta announced that she would be stepping down from her position as Queen of the Empire, in that same announcement she appointed me as the one who would be taking her place. However despite this I never officially took up the mantle, part of it was that I was not quite finished with the work I had begun as Commander and likewise felt a need to wrap that up, but more so I was unsure if I was the best person to take the role.”
“I took some time to finish trying to establish a stronger bond between the Empire and Namek, and then made a trip to Earth with the intent of meeting with the Premier” Habana said gesturing at Accordio and Vi-Poi in turn. “Before I could meet with the Premier I was called back to Namek by Accordio and Shemha. As Accordio explained it was with the intention of taking down Xylo before he could achieve his goal, I recognized the creature called Walker as the same being that had sought to destroy Vegeta.”
“But in the face of a threat like Ouroboros I decided it best to put aside my anger and cooperate with the creature at least for as long as was necessary to ensure Namek’s safety. Walker betrayed the allies he had made on Namek spat on my effort to put personal vengeance aside in the face of a greater threat. And so we fought and with the aid of Shemha, Accordio, Dion, Jala, Raca, and Lusca we destroyed the wooden bastard”
“But in doing so we were left exhausted, and bloody. The battle with Ouroboros had already come to it’s close and so we gathered as many Namekian’s as Accordio could call in and returned to Vegeta. While we did not defeat Xylo the events on Namek did a lot put me in a new mindset.” “Today I will be claiming the position Zucceta looked to pass on to me, but as I will be taking up the position of Queen I cannot rightfully continue to hold my previous rank of Commander, as such I name Shemha the new Commander. Despite being relatively new to the Empire she has shown herself more than worthy of the rank.” Habana said, if Zucceta was allowed to drop the responsibility of being Commander and then Queen on her then she was going to make DAMN sure she got her chance to have some fun and do the same.
Shemha would be an excellent Commander and with any luck, the suddenness of having it dropped on her would do for her what it had for Habana. “Anyone who does not think either of us worthy of these ranks is more than welcome to contest this” Habana said, her aura flaring up just a bit and taking on a golden hue briefly as she said as much, there were VERY few people she knew of that would be capable of doing anything about this, two such people were already here and Habana felt reasonably confident that neither the Premier nor Maeve would be contesting anything.
“But I have not made this announcement just to officially take the crown. As it has been said already Xylo is a major threat, not just to Namek, or the Empire, or Earth, but to everyone. The Saiyan Solar Empire is more than willing to take a fight to the Mazoku directly, but my encounter with Walker taught me something important. When faced with an opponent as strong as beings like Xylo and Ouroboros, it is best to have allies. To this end the Saiyan Solar Empire will, for as long as Xylo remains a threat and ideally beyond that as well, be officially seeking peace with the Earth.”
“And to that end, I would like to also announce that very soon I will be beginning construction of an arena on Shikk, with this arena I would like to host a tournament to test the strength of the Empire and Earth, provided that the Premier and Kami are interested in aiding me in hosting what I would like to call the first Galactic Martial Arts Tournament.” The tournament was something Habana had wanted to begin work on for a VERY long time, before even the Mazoku had been on anyone’s radar, as she saw it a tournament of this scale would push both the Earth and the Empire’s best to even higher heights in hopes of claiming victory. Now though it would also serve as a more direct training incentive rather than nobody truly knew when it might begin.
[And with that Haban will be looking to claim the title of Queen (and unless she declines Shemha taking Commander), I believe that will make this an Open DE as a result so feel free to flee.]

”I am sure you can sense the similarities between her signature and mine. I've never met her specifically, but I know of her clan. Rakashta...Rakshata...something like that.” Meridia continued even as the Majin shifted her focus to the Premier once more. It wasn't that she discounted the powerful six armed woman, but the appearance of Vi-Poi continued to tug at her thoughts.
Whether he was unaware of his image or just did not care, she found the casual appearance of Earth's leader and most powerful warrior, odd. Invited to the throne room of the Empire, a chamber that housed royalty, he chose to dress like some mall going teenager complete with the backwards hat. Habana for her part appeared not to care, no hint given that she displeased of his appearance, only that she was glad he made the trip. Come to think of it, the Commander rarely showed care for proper etiquette and the like, at least in their interactions over the last months. While Shemha contemplated the androids choice of attire, recounts of the events on Namek continued.
The majority of it was known to her. Aware of the general's death at the hands of Xylo’s lackey, she wondered if any sort of honor would be given to the fallen warrior or any surviving family. Surely, he was deserving of it. Those responsible for his death would be dealt with, she as well as the rest of the Empire would make sure of it. With Capper and Accordio finished, the woman of the hour took center stage.
Back on Namek, helping to improve relations and train alongside her allies, Shemha was present when Zucceta broadcast her announcement. With so much having taken place from that day till now, she was glad to see the transition complete. Habana’s actions against Walker, her strength the deciding factor in their victory, proved her worthy of the throne. Her might was capable of toppling those that would threaten the Empire and her ability to rise above violence and utilize diplomacy outshined her golden aura. Shemha was pleased to see her claim the position.
Prepared for the official claim, she did not expect the appointment delivered in the same breath.
Not be caught with some dumbfounded expression on her face, Shemha pushed off from the wall that supported her and strode forward. It was likely few of the off world guests knew who she was, her SSE activity until now purposefully secretive. Through the crowd she went, gentle shoves handed to any who didn't step aside quickly enough and in a moment the tall Majin stood at the Queens side.
”I accept the responsibility, Queen Habana.” She stated openly and loud enough for all to hear, a respectful incline of her head directed the Queen. Silently though, she opened a telepathic link to the Half-Saiyan to clarify, ”I accept, in General Mayze’s stead.” Alongside her ally, she looked to the crowd for any that might voice an objection to either claim. She was no Saiyan, but held no qualms of dealing with any that challenged in Saiyan fashion.
Despite the fact that the deceased General was more deserving than she, Shemha couldn't help the pride she felt in the appointment. Her loyalty to the Empire was unquestionable, but to be given such responsibility was an honor. For as long as the position was hers, she planned to do it justice.
Beyond the two decisions Habana voiced a proposal. In the light of recent events she sought to make peace with Earth in order to put an end to the tension between the world's and in doing so, strengthen the Empire against this new threat. To usher in this new alliance she wished to host a joint tournament, a showing of the strength to all of those involved. It sounded solid, a way to ensure their victory if Xylo yet, Shemha was not completely convinced. This was not the place for her concerns to be voiced, but Habana would hear her opinion in private later. Her doubts might not even need to be shared, there was a chance the representatives from Earth would decline. Secretly, Shemha hoped they did.
Shemha has accepted Habana’s appointment of Commander.

The short haired Saiyan shot Purika a "bite me" look as he spoke up regarding the small Namekian being able to kick her ass with a single transformation before listening to the Namekian's report alongside Capper's concerning the events on Namek with this Xylo, Ouroborous which the multi-armed woman recognised the name of, and Walker whom Brassica was vaguely familiar with when he'd tried to destroy Vegeta not too long ago.
Brassica nodded towards Pin as he placed his hand on her shoulder before she looked over towards Accordio after all the speeches had been finished up by everyone, with Habana officially taking the title of Queen, whilst Shemha took the position of Commander. This Galactic Martial Arts tournament sounded promising and was another reason that Brassica would need to work harder to increase her power, aside from the satisfaction of kicking Purika's face in... however, there was some fence mending she had to see to first. She gave a slight sigh and shrug of her shoulders before she made her way over towards the little green Guru Namekian. Given their height difference, she figured it would be more respectful to kneel down so they could look each other in the eye, being careful to not step on or over the unconscious Namekian with Accordio.
"My apologies. I know what its like to work to protect your people as best you can against tremendous odds." she said, looking back towards her Simian adoptive sister Jul'ica before looking back to Accordio. "If you and your people feel that the city and wastes aren't to their liking, then they're welcome to make their homes in the jungle that my people are cultivating in the Tuffle Ruins." offered the short haired Saiyan before she smirked a little. "Although fair warning, whilst my Simian's may not be naturally aggressive, the same can't be said for the plant-life we've brought over from our former world." She extended her tail towards Accordio, sort of like a furry hand shake, figuring he'd understand the gesture of a Saiyan offering their tail to another person. She just hoped he didn't try to cut if off as retribution for her having beaten up one of his people.

Post by Accordio on Mar 22, 2017 0:08:46 GMT
After finishing his speech, it seemed the small saiyan decided to speak up once more, actually going into detail this time around instead of the cluttered mess that left his mouth only minutes ago. This time around, more details were given out which explained what happened back where the action was at, explaining at how things were even before some kind of calamity attack which used other people's energies. Then on top of this, the flesh egg spoken about hatched out an enemy by the name of Ouroboros, who had a ghastly power level it seems. Though the young Nameian knew not of the numbers that went along with power strength, he could only assume that Walker was a little over half of what this creature was.
Once finished with his own grand speech and before the ones that came before him, Accordio nodded his head towards him, announcing, "Apologies for your suffering. No one needs to suffer such calamity... No one."
Flashes of a much larger calamity zoomed by within his head, images of him looking up to the being that possessed Vi-Poi's body, moments before destroying Namek. Snapping back to reality, he noticed that Dion had taken notice of the guru's little PTSD flashbacks, and tried his best to calm him down with a slight squeeze on the shoulder. Looking down to his tensed up arm, he found his fist balled up, ready to unleash his anger and his anguish. Letting it go, he was approached by a soulless being, one whom had approached the mean lady from earlier decided to give his thoughts on Walker, words speaking volumes about what Walker was. Even a slight lesson in trust.
"I don't know who you are," Accordio said, pausing a little, "But this information is new to me. I only accepted his assistance as he was more than willing to make sure the Dragon Balls were used and out of the picture... I... I had no idea he tried to pull off such a dastardly deed, one that could repeat the past in such a dreadful way. If I knew that, I would have never associated with that Patkura. And... And that is a lesson I will take to the grave. Trust that is... It needs to be earned, wholeheartedly. After that whole ordeal, I feel as if I grew much older than I have in the seven cycles I've been alive."
Stopping his train of speaking, the bottom line of his message being clear in how he's maturing in such a short amount of time, due to his grievous mistake of misplaced trust. Before anyone else could chip in, it seemed Miss Habana went on to make a grand speech, affirming the words the young guru had just spoken just mere moments ago. Then segued into a portion in which that she was going to take the position of queen, just as the previous ruler of Vegeta had said so. The young one made a note to trust this Zucceta's choice, as Miss Habana was utterly qualified for the position of ruler. And she went as far as to name Shemha the Commander of the saiyans. Both people were ones that he completely trusted, the little guru would do his best to stand up to anyone who dared to go against such great choices for world leaders.
Then something was added on top of the announcement, Habana going as far as to make something called a Galactic Martial Arts tournament. That was a concept foreign on him, having never left Namek he knew not of what proper Martial Arts nor what a tournament was. He was rather curious as to what that may entail, so he remained silent, though confusion being apparent once that topic was brought up.
Approached once more by the crass lady, Accordio was about to let out a barrage of witty retorts to combat what she was saying, but it seemed that she was offering him an apology and a place for refuge for the rest of the Namekians. Though it was a nice gesture, with how they treated Strohpod and the offstandish way she presented herself before him, Accordio was going to put that suggestion at the back of the line.
"Although I appreciate the gesture madame," the short one began, letting his ki flourish as he started to float up, pulling Brassica's head gently so she wasn't kneeling. He supposed that being on her level and everyone else's eye levels would be much more respectful. "I must decline for now, as I want to personally seek out a good haven for the Namekians on this planet. This planet is vast enough that I could find some place that may suit our needs, but if nothing turns up I may as well join you in this 'jungle' of yours... Whatever that is... But I appreciate your sentiments none the less."
Seeing this woman's tail come up in front of him, Accordio rose a brow of his as he knew not of what she was trying to do with this extra appendage of her. Only after brainstorming ideas, as it was offered towards his hand, it seemed that she was trying to shake hands with him. Lifting his own hand, as he was knowledgeable about nice and calm gestures, he grasped the tail as firmly as he could and shook it up an down in the typical hand shaking motion.

| STATE OF THE EMPIRE |CAPPER'S PL: 20 | | COLLARD'S PL: UNKNOWN |
GAIN BONUSES: NONE | | MULTIPLIERS: NONE |
Capper took a deep breath after his rant, closing his eyes as his form quivered for a few moments. Collard knelt down, putting a comforting hand on the traumatized teen's shoulder with a concerned, crooked frown. Capper had been pushing himself to the limit, resisting his urge to just break down and cry from all that he had gone through... Collard was proud of how far his son came. Maeve spoke next, causing the little engineer to calm down for a moment and glance up to the elegant Kami. She was... Etoru's mother?! Adopted, sure, but the shock of his best friend's parent being the Kami of Earth made Capper's eyes widen greatly... She wasn't aware of her son's condition, and little Capper could tell that it troubled her to know what happened to Etoru... Frowning and glancing off to the side, Capper would grimace as feelings of guilt began to arise again...
Then, the future queen Habana began her speech. Capper's troubled expression buckled further when the Commander didn't agree with his statement of "nobody standing up to Xylo and Ouroboros..." If they took him on in a group, they'd be demolished by the Infernal Downpour! If they took him on one-on-one, there would be no chance against Orouboros when the egg he was in hatched! A battle with Xylo and Company would be a tight spot for the Saiyan Solar Empire... The eventual queen spoke of taking on the Mazoku in a group, causing uncertainty to flash across Capper's face. How was she so... hopeful, especially with this threat hanging over their heads?
After further explaining what went down on Namek, Habana finally decided to claim her role as queen! "It's about time, your highness." Collard spoke with a shrug, folding his arms. Standing back up and plucking Capper off the ground, the father would set his distressed son atop his shoulders, letting the boy's head rest atop his own once more. The queen mentioned making peace with Earth, something that lightened Capper's nerves somewhat. He liked the Earth- it was good to hear they wouldn't be invading it ever again. Next up came the announcements of Shemha being appointed as the next Commander, which she graciously accepted, and a galactic martial arts tournament...? Capper raised a brow. Why party with a tournament now when there was a threat preparing for battle right over the horizon?
...And everything seemed to go quiet again once more. A distressed whine from Capper made Collard bite his lip... The boy had exhausted himself telling his tale of went down on his side of Namek. It was best to go now. "...Well, we should be heading home. Cap's exhausted." Collard spoke, turning around while his son let out another pitiful while. Giving a quick salute to the group, the father would jet out of the building with his son in tow... THREAD EXIT - REQUESTING ZENI WITHOUT DE BONUS

Post by Purika on Mar 26, 2017 21:24:44 GMT
Purika listened as Capper started to speak yet again, introducing himself before telling the story. As he continued to listen, his thoughts started racing in his mind, unknown to the others in the room. Xylo was a strong person, but he was sure that he was no match for their commander and soon to be queen, Habana. He wondered when she was going to claim the position officially, on her own. Another thing... sucking the energy out of others to power their own technique. Purika thought of something before speaking his mind out loud.
"If he sucked the energy out of you guys, it must've taken quite a bit of energy out of him as well to manage that, heck, even to use the attack must've put some strain on him." Purika stated. It also killed the small Saiyan's mother. He lost his own mother which he didn't know much when he was being born. She died because of him. For him. Then, Capper spoke of something. It intimidated him quite a bit, as well as the rest of the crowd. Was he lying? Fifteen Million?! Unbelievable, and the small boy didn't seem to be lying either! Someone this strong and he'd never heard of them.
This was the strongest person he'd ever heard of... and it came out of an egg? Purika's thoughts started to race again before he came up with something else out loud. "If it came out of an egg, it must've been defenseless before it came out. Maybe we can use that to our advantage." Purika said. This person even beat a super saiyan fucking two! Purika had yet to reach the regular super saiyan form, how insignificant could he be? If he wanted to have his name known, he'd have to keep pushing harder and harder, pushing past his limits.
And Xylo had another damn minion! He killed the General... This was all news to him. The Empire took quite a blow. Then, Habana started to speak. And it sure as hell was a long speech. As the speech progressed, a smirk came to Purika's face. It was about damn time. Habana was claiming the status of queen of the empire! This time, there was no brawl for the position. Then, she appointed the third strongest person in the room, Shemha, as the commander of the empire! Purika clapped a bit to congratulate her, and so did most of the room before the clapping started to die down to listen to the rest.
Peace with Earth. That was a good idea considering the amount of strength Vi-Poi had, he would be a useful ally. Considering what they did to Earth, he didn't know what Vi-Poi's reaction to this would be. But, after all, everything settled down since then. Then, the final part of the speech. A Galactic Tournament? That sounded very interesting. He'd have to train a lot for this and gather some strength, and when he achieved the super saiyan form he could show it off, maybe even for the first time if the battle with the Mazoku came after.
Purika wanted to get the Mazoku out of the question as soon as possible, though. He heard Shemha also accepted the position too, which was great. Meanwhile, Brassica and Accordio were talking, apparently putting the past beside them. Now, Purika just waited and had his back rested against the wall. He figured that was all Habana, the new queen, had to say, so he got ready to leave. He sensed that Capper, and his father, Collard, were about to leave. So, he tagged along. He exited the room and walked out of the entrance of the building.
He floated into the sky, before disappearing from sight.
