[Anyone apart of the SSE would be readily aware of this impending announcement though its similarly not impossible for others to become aware of it as people begin converging on the Palace.] Habana sighed as she stepped into the throne room, after the Zenith had landed and the Namekians were all sorted out she along with Jala and Raca had made a swift move back the the Palace. Part of her wanted to better aid Accordio and the others into settling in on Vegeta but there was simply too much to do right now. Arriving at the palace she’d almost immediately been bombarded by people trying to explain why the Palace was in it’s current state of disarray. An annoyed glare had sent most of them running to handle other business as per Jala’s directions, she didn’t NEED others to explain the situation as she’d already been informed shortly after it had happened, a child with a genuinely absurd level of power (Habana already had her suspicions on the culprit’s identity) had roughed up the Palace in a scuffle with a soldier who’d tried to stop him. Shortly after the child’s victory he’d made off with several items from the throne room most notably the throne itself. A suitable replacement had been made since then but eventually Habana felt it would be a good idea to speak with who she believed to be her culprit and get an explanation out of him along with the throne. “Jala, put out a message to all SSE personnel, tell them that there Commander has an announcement to make, any who wish to witness it personally should report to the palace throne room. Raca, make a run out of the city and find Accordio and let him know as well, I don’t think he’s got a scouter quite yet” At her order Jala stepped out to begin the call and Raca nodded before taking off at top speed to find the Guru. With the others gone Habana took a seat on the replacement throne and fired up her own scouter, she had a few more personal scouter calls to make. The first was a simple one, Shemha. Not entirely sure if the majin was even back she opted for sending a message rather than a direct call. “Shemha, I’m not sure if you’ve returned yet but a call is about to go out to the bulk of active Empire personnel, I’d like you in particular to be here for the announcement. Make your way here as soon as you can.” Next would be two similar messages directed at to dissimilar people, one Habana was quite familiar with Maeve, and the other while she was familiar with his work she was not familiar with the man himself. Premier Vi-Poi. “Hey Maeve, I’ll be making an announcement to the Empire soon, but it might end up relevant to you and the Earth as well. It’s mostly intended to go out to Empire personnel but I’ll be including you in it as well, I would like to say you should make your way here but I can’t exactly expect that considering your position as guardian and your need to water Ember.” the message would end with the broadcast information Maeve would need to pickup the announcement. “Hello Premier, I am, at least currently. Commander Habana. I made a trip to Earth not too long ago with hopes of meeting with you but that didn’t quite work out as intended. With any luck this will reach you in time but I have an announcement for the Empire that will be going out soon but I want to make sure you get to hear it as well. If you have the ability or interest you are also more than welcome to come to Vegeta to witness it in person if you wish. Regardless I’d like to meet or at least speak with you sometime soon.” and like her message to Maeve her message to the Premier would provide him with the announcement broadcast information. The only message she had left was one Habana had the hardest time deciding how to voice it or if she should even do so, learning about what had happened to Bing made her more than a little uncomfortable. Her normally unwavering faith shaken and cracked. “Hey Zucc, not sure if you’ll get this in time or if you’ve even still got your scouter. I’m sending out an announcement along the Empire lines though that you might want to listen to. It’s been a bit since your message but I’ll be making it official now.” Habana paused, it really had been quite a bit too long of a wait to officially take the spot, she’d let nerves allow her to distract herself too much with wrapping up her plans she’d started as Commander. “It would be nice if you were here for it but I suppose it’s a bit last minute to expect that, if you’re around though it’s in the Palace.” Habana said hurriedly and abruptly ending the message before she could start really rambling. Now it was just a matter of waiting and seeing who would answer the call.

Accordio had been venturing out in the wastelands of Vegeta, sneaking off on his lonesome as he had his own mission to fulfill. While the rest of the Namekians had been settling down around the Cacumber, Accordio went off into the wastelands of Vegeta, the young namekian needing to find a place for his people to be settling down at. Not even Dion was with him, as he was still recovering from the severe damage he received from the fight with Walker. The young guru having been on his lonesome, only half-dressed due to the damage done to his clothing. The thick-antennae Namekian only wearing a pair of the usual Namekian pants, and the shoes, but aside from that he was bare.
He could have just as easily materialized himself a new robe, but there was a reason he actually opted against that option. In fact, he was explicitly told not to do that as one of the saiyans opted to make armor for each and every Namekian, knowing full well that he needed to over prepare on these green people. Namekians would need to have extra durable clothing to both be comfortable and stretchy. Especially Accordio, as they did not have a battle suit prepared for the young one just yet, due to his extremely diminutive size. Then again, it's more on the lines that there was a shortage due to a massive influx of new people living on the planet of saiyans.
Having wandered around the Wastelands for an hour, he could feel a presence approach him. Turning around to find that it was none other than Raca who was flying toward him, Accordio stopped and let the messenger deliver the news. Hearing word that Habana was going to do some sort of announcement, the young Namekian nodded as Habana was more or less a higher priority to him in the moment. He had gotten the help of Strohpod and his Makozu brethren to help search for a suitable area for a city of sorts, so he wasn't too pressed or stressed to get the ball rolling for the new Namekian Colony.
Following Raca, actually flying this time, Accordio made his way to the Palace in little time at all. Entering the grand building, he was lead to the throne room by Habana's trusted ally. Nodding his small head as he approached the Saiyan Commander, Accordio piped up, saying with a smile on his face, "Hello Miss Habana, I heard news of you about to give an announcement of sorts? I'd rather be here to listen to whatever it is you are about to say."

Purika was out getting some fresh air, walking down one of the busy streets of the capital. Among the crowd were a lot more namekians than usual, most likely as a result of Xylo's takeover of Namek. Purika would frown, but he didn't mind the namekians presence. He had a namekian in his squad after all. As Purika continued to walk, he would try and decide on something he could do to occupy him. He would scratch his head. As he walked, he got an important message on his scouter. Purika would raise his left arm up to his scouter, tapping the buttons.
He would look at the message, which was labeled as an announcement. Purika would open it up, with it displaying that the commander was back on Vegeta! His scouter hadn't been picking up her power level when he walked around the capital before. Well, it told him that anyone who wanted to hear what she said personally to report to the throne room of the palace. Purika would smirk. He decided he may as well get there before it was full, and apparently, a lot of other people in the area had gotten the message too. That meant he'd have to hurry.
More than likely the message had been sent to all members of the Empire. Purika would use his ki to float from the paved ground, before flashing from sight. After a second or so had passed, he would re-appear in front of the palace. His scouter started to pick up Habana's power level inside, resting at [298,439]. She was quite a few times stronger than him. He could sense her power level also, but he wasn't nervous. He looked at the entrance, things were already in place for him to go in.
He would enter the palace, looking around as he was directed towards the throne room by guards. Eventually, he would make it to the entrance of the throne room. He had never been near Habana up close. He would take a breath, but not big enough to be noticeable. He would walk into the throne room, saluting the commander as she sat in the replacement throne. "Commander." He would say this just to acknowledge her. To his knowledge, the previous one was stolen by a very powerful child. The cameras caught it on tape, he even bested one imperial soldier.
Purika would stand in the place he was directed towards by a guard, standing quite calmly. Now, he would just look around the throne room. He didn't recall being in the room before, so he wanted to make the best of it. He wondered if his squad would show up. His attire consisted of his usual, which was a short sleeved long legging black jumpsuit, covered by his regular armor to get him stronger while he did regular things. He had weights wrapped visibly around his arms and legs, almost being the same shade of black as his jumpsuit, which made them recognizable.
He was one of the first ones there, which he was proud of. After that, he could sense another high power approaching. His scouter also detected the exact power level of this person, coming out at [45,533]. A moment or so later, he would watch a green namekian walk in. Wait, this was the Guru of Namek! He listened as he spoke to her, being here for the announcement as well. The namekian was stronger than him while he was weights on, but he didn't appear to have any weights on.
He knew namekians could increase their power and size, just how he saw Gastro do. Purika could do that too, but not at will. Only on the full moon could he do so. That reminded him, power ball. Maybe he could use this chance to learn it from the commander? He may or may not ask her after the announcement depending on how things went.

STATE OF THE EMPIRE
Capper sat curled up in a chair at his father's bar, staring at his reflection in the shiny clean surface of the black marble top, eyeing the flickering fireplace nearby. His old man had left to go shopping, leaving Capper to man the ship while he was gone. Today was a slow day, only a few customers came and went and were quite easy to serve. It had been a few hours since his father's departure, and the boy was growing to be quite concerned and worried. Glancing down the hall, Capper would feel a pang of guilt and sorrow when he caught eye of the door to his mother's room. A picture of a younger Chire and Collard was on a stand near the entrance to the door. Both of them looked happy.
Capper sniffled, wiping a few unshed tears away from his eyes. The tinytechnician sat there, dominated by a profound sadness, fatigue engraved on his worn face. He warmed his tiny hands against the crackling fire. The sorrow grew more profound each day he spent in his quiet, lonely house, the solemn walls reviving the memory of the losses he'd encountered. Capper would huff as he stared in his faded reflection in the surface of the bar, lost in its gaze. No longer could he see that inquisitiveness, that desire, that fire in his eyes. What happened on Namek? How did he last? How did he even keep going and save Etoru after losing his dear mother? Capper didn't know himself. The boy's steam was starting to run dry as his heart still beat.
...Kais, he missed his mother. He really did. Glancing back around at the entrance of the bar, Capper would bite his lip. His dad still hadn't come home... D-did something happen to him, too? Oh, no. "P-please, no..." Capper mumbled, catastrophizing for a mere moment. Shaking his head, the technician would deliver himself a slap across the face. No! His mother wouldn't want him to mope around and be sad! His mother was a woman of determination and ACTION! "Okay..." Capper spoke to himself, his voice trembling ever still. Standing up and hopping off the chair, the boy figured it would be best to occupy himself while his father was gone.
Glancing around, Capper caught eye of the kitchen behind the bar. Aha! He could make himself some grub! Forcing a smile, Capper vaulted from his seat and over the bar, and proceeded to grab a small contained of macaroni out of the cabinet. Promptly picking up the cheesy dish after cooking it, Capper would sit back in his seat, tail waggling to and fro. Just as he was about to wolf down, the saiyan glanced up, eyeing an enlarged picture of his family. Capper was just a baby in the photo, held in his father's arms next to his mother... Glancing from his foot to the stress-enduing reminder of a photo as some beads of sweat trickled down his face, Capper would let out a quick sigh.
Trotting outside with his meal to distance himself, Capper would sit on the curb of the sidewalk, kicking his legs a little as a few tumbleweeds rolled by. Today was a really eerily quiet day...
Just as be began to take his first bite, Capper would hear a loud whizzing noise in the skies above. Glancing up, Capper would gasp as a ball of golden light landed beside him, fading to reveal Collard himself, in all his Super Saiyan glory! "D-dad! What took you so long!?" Capper spoke, running up and tackling his parent with a tight hug. "H-hey Cap." The father spoke, hugging his son back and kneeling down, ruffling his boy's spiky brown hair. "Sorry- traffic was killer in the Cacumber Capital. All these saiyans coming back and whatnot is making things crowded." The father explained, earning a sigh of relief from his son. Thankfully Capper's worrying was over nothing this time.
Just as they were about to continue, both of the Hoffersons' green scouters pinged, a message simultaneously arriving on both of them. "Hm? Who could this be?" Collard questioned, standing back up and fidgeting with some buttons on his glasses. Capper shrugged, opening up the message as well. "Probably the bot again with my luck."
A message to all the Soldiers of the SSE had been sent again. An announcement was to be made at the palace's throne room... But what? Shrugging, both of the saiyans exchanged glances. It was best to go- this just wreaked of something to do with the Mazoku.
Collard quickly propped Capper up on his back, and took off to the Capital's palace, watching as many other saiyans took off to the crowned jewel of Vegeta as well. Zipping into the palace, Collard hovered slowly over the many soldiers crowding the hallways while Capper gripped onto his father's shirt for dear life. Eventually working his way to the throne room, the saiyan would eye some of the other arrivals, though it seemed that he and Capper were one of the first to arrive. There was a small Namekian no taller than Capper, along with that Purika fellow. Capper whimpered for a moment when he caught eye of the other saiyan, lowering his head and trying to appear as small as possible. Collard sighed- of course the man that was responsible for Capper's peg-leg had to be here.
Shaking his head, Collard turned to their own (albeit still unofficial) queen, Habana. "Hello, Queen Habana." The father rang, giving the queen/commander a bow of his head and a quick wave with his free arm, the other tucked behind his back to support his son. Capper peered over his father's shoulder, eyeing his superior. The last time he was in the presence of someone like this, they died. Collard eyed the longing look in Capper's eyes before lowering his free arm, chiming in again. "So... Is this about the Mazoku? It seems like they've been the bee's knees as of late." The Hofferson father spoke, feeling a tug at his shirt after speaking. Turning to Capper, Collard eyed his son. Capper's brow was furrowed with determination, and the boy would remain silent, but give a quick nod. Collard nodded back, turning back to the group and speaking once more. "If that's the case, well... You have a key eye witness."

It did not take long before the message was sent out and while there was still plenty of time before the actual announcement would be made already many were flocking the Palace, it was pleasing to see that not only were the expected Empire races popping in, a lot of Saiyans, some Kabochans, a few shirts, and other members of Empire controlled worlds, but also Namekians and among the Namekians arriving Habana felt one signature in particular. “Hello Accordio, and you heard correct, I hope the timing of Raca bringing the message was not an issue but I wanted to get this done as quickly as possible.” the guards that separated the general area of the throne from where the assembling warriors would be standing made no moves to block the Guru, he was both substantially stronger than any of them could handle save for Jala and was among those Habana had informed them not to hinder. Accordio was not just some Namekian, he was an ally and at this point even a friend. “I want to wait a bit to allow others to arrive, at the very least Shemha, so relax for a bit. I should warn you, though, while I don't expect it I have invited Earth's Premier to this announcement. We are under my roof today, any qualms you have with him are not to lead to an attack and while I will not stop you from raising your concerns verbally I would ask you do so privately.”One of the stronger warriors in the growing crowd stepped all the way to the front, like with Accordio it was unlikely many would try to hinder him considering his raw power. His simple acknowledgment of her current rank left Habana just a bit unsure how to respond, she wasn’t exactly about to correct him and also did not know who he was to do so through with as much power as he had she’d likely need to change that soon. “For now.” She said with a grin in response to him calling her ‘Commander’. Not long after that, a duo of Saiyans made their way up front, one was impressively powerful, enough to genuinely catch Habana off guard. The other was... Well, he was a child so she couldn’t exactly BLAME the young one for not being particularly strong. Her grin widened just a bit as the older Saiyan referred to her as Queen and then asked if the announcement was about the Mazoku and THEN to her surprise mentioned that they had a witness. Presumably, he was not speaking of herself of Accordio, as while they had been on Namek neither of them had actually interacted with the Mazoku threat directly unless the Tree’s treachery counted as a part of it. This lead to the incorrect, assumption that the man was speaking of himself, his power was unfamiliar so that meant he likely either arrived after she’d been too focused on fighting the Tree. Or was lying. The thought that the man was speaking of the child did not quite click with Habana. “What the announcement is about will wait for a bit, though I suppose it's fair to say you are not entirely off in your assumption. We have some time though so please do go on about this witness.” Habana would then order the guards to allow the man and his son closer if they so chose, it would not exactly make sense to potentially have the man spoken over by the randomly assembled warriors.
More people can still join in I'll probably give it a full day(OOC) or so before the announcement occurs properly so this'll just be like a regular thread for a bit. Lets try to generally keep in order though, if you dont think you have anything to add though let the next person know so they can jump ahead. -Habana > Accordio -Purika -Capper/Collard

Like the others, Shemha was in the middle of her own business as her scouter received the message from Habana. With a hand held up towards Meridia to signal that the girl hold off, she sat in silence as she message played.
”We will have to end this here, Habana has summoned me to the palace.” Shemha clarified when the demon sent her a puzzled look. In the recent days the two were constantly in the gravity chamber and rarely did the Majin want to end a session early. While it wasn’t something the armored female would complain about, she was caught off guard by it.
”Boss lady, eh? Fine with me, there is plenty that I can…” Meridia started to say before rather direct words from her old friend cut her off.
”You are coming with me. If you are going to remain at my side, which I do hope you do, Habana and the others should meet you.” Shemha decided, her words coming across as if she were speaking her thoughts out loud more than to her companion. Of course the sly smile that followed betrayed any attempt to sound dismissive of her friend.
”Alright, if you say so. I wouldn’t mind seeing the inside of the palace, always wondered how Saiyan’s might decorate.” Meridia admitted as she dismissed her dark armor, back to the white outfit she usually wore. With a glance down she shrugged at the gown and figured it was just fine for a royal audience. Then again, from what Shemha had told her, Habana was yet to claim the throne. Perhaps this was the day.
It wasn’t long before the two would arrive at the entrance to the palace, Shemha in the lead as they strolled past the guards posted at the entrance. The Majin knew where she was going, familiar with the structures layout and able to sense the powerful commander no matter how many walls stood between them. Meridia for her part followed closely, only slightly distracted by the layout as she attempted to take in the details of the royal structure.
When they entered Habana was at the end of addressing those gathered in the throne room. She recognized Accordio and Purika, but the other signatures were unfamiliar to her. Out of those gathered the two called forward draw the Majins attention, the last word Habana spoke giving them a strange label. Witness? Witness to what? Regardless of what the current topic of discussion was, Shemha wanted to make sure Habana knew she had arrived. The personal summons felt as if her presence held some importance to the future Queen.
”Commander,” Shemha started as she stepped past a guard to move closer to the powerful woman, head inclined out of respect. ”please forgive my tardiness. I was in the middle of a training with an old friend, one I would like you to meet.” Continued the Majin as she motioned for Meridia to step forward.
”Commander this is Meridia, Meridia this is Habana, Commander of the Empire’s military forces.”The introduction made as the demon dressed in white dipped into a low curtsy, dark hair tumbling over her shoulders. A playful and sometimes childish girl, she did know when to carry herself properly and in the presence of a future Queen was one of those times.
”It is a pleasure to meet you, Commander Habana.”
Quick to refocus though, Shemha moved on as she inquired about what she heard when they first arrived.
”Did I hear something about a witness? Has something happened?” She questioned, not aware that the event Capper bore witness to was the fight that coincided with their struggle against Walker.

Her fist connected with the green faced visage of the Namekian, knocking him flat onto the slowly growing green floor of the developing jungle out here in the Tuffle Ruins. Brassica looked down at the alien, her eyes clouded with fury as one of the Simians, an ape-like race from the world she'd been sent to as a child, managed to limp away back towards the settlement they had constructed since evacuating here.
The short haired Saiyan woman had caught the Namekian beating up the Simian and quickly intervened. Even now she was charging up a ki blast, ready to erase them from existence when her adoptive sister came up to her. "Habana's back and apparently has an announcement to make." said Jul'ica, the Saiyan sighing as the charged energy dissipated into the air. The Namekian smirked before Brassica slammed her fist into their face once more. "Maybe it'll explain what this bastard was doing in our jungle." she growled as she picked up the offending green alien and began to fly towards the distant city, Jul'ica following in her wake.
Upon their arrival, she walked into the palace and threw the unconscious Namekian to the floor. "Found this in the jungle I'm making out in the ruins, attacking one of my people, without provocation." said Brassica, noticing the smaller Namekian by Habana's side, if only cus his power was close to her own level. Purika on the other hand had definitely improved since she'd last seen him in the gravity chamber... and she had no clue who the pink wooden looking woman was. She gave a quick nod of greeting towards Capper and his father before looking back to Habana and the unconscious Namekian. "They got something to do with this announcement?" she inquired of the Queen.

Accordio arrived and approached Habana, noting that the guards had made no motion to halt the young Namekian as he approached Habana. He could hear a couple of muttering words behind him, yet he paid them no mind. He knew that he deserved to be here, he earned that right through a trial by fire. He knew not of the culture that lay on Planet Vegeta and the saiyans whom lived here, but he held them in high regards as a result of the dutiful defense the saiyans provided to Namek. Though, no one was prepared for Xylo's new friend being twice as strong as the woodman... Closing his eyes for a bit as he took a couple deep breaths to calm himself down, hearing the words of the Commander of the Saiyans echo through the air. "No problem at all, I was just scouting the lands to find a suitable living area for my people. And it's perfectly fine waiting, you're the commander of the saiyans after all." Nodding as he opened his eyes, he started feeling a multitude of power signatures make themselves apparent. He listened to the rest of the words the woman had said, eyes widening at the mention of Vi-Poi. Biting the inside of his lip, he was truly infuriated with just hearing the name of the person in question. Though he had a burning soul, raging to at least bring this Vi-Poi to justice, he respected Habana more than himself, thus why he answered, "Agreed. I'll bite my tongue and hold it, as I don't want to impose on you, nor put a friend of mine in a bad light."The strength of the souls varying from small ends of the spectrum to insane spectrum that was similar to Dion's and Shemha's. The first he noticed was a rank-and-file saiyan who looked just like the others that were gathering, though he stood out due to the strength he held in his spirit. Other than that, he seemed to be your generic saiyan. And had an odd gaze about him, the man giving the Namekian that felt like it was balancing between upset and 'you're alright.' The next two to enter were someone of considerably weak powers, much weaker than the majority of the people arriving, so much as to say that there were some Namekian kids that were stronger than this little guy. But the person right next to him, oooooh boy. Though Accordio couldn't get a tangible read on this person, the adult walking right beside this kid had such weight to his soul, one brimming to the core with power, waiting to unleash it all. The two of them arrived, talking about the Xylo situation, one of them being a witness to the whole ordeal? Accordio raised an eyebrow as he eyed the two of them. Though, as he would keep an eye on them, a realization washed over him... Queen Habana? "Queen?" Accordio asked in surprise, not knowing of Habana's status in power as of now. He had met Habana when she was just Commander of the SSE, close to being the leader but no cigar. But it seems in the months he had known her, it seems she rose to power only just recently or something. He knew not the details, but that would come sooner than later. A familiar face arrived with a not so familiar one, as the Walker-absorbed Shemha arrived, the young Namekian still having some qualms with her new appearance, but not enough to voice his complaints. It was just odd to see two people's bodies meld together to create a greater being, the wooden form of Shemha feeling rather... off-putting? But he trusted the Majin Woman, but unlike before Accordio kept wary of those he trusted more than those he did not. Walker easily put that trust train to an end, that's for sure. Aside from that, it was nice meeting a friend of Shemha, Meridia. Her soul felt a little tainted, but she was weaker than Shemha... That counted for something at least. Then something rather peculiar and enraging happened, as a woman in strange garbs entered the palace carrying a Namekian!? Accordio's eyes flared with anger as he could feel the damaged soul of the Namekian, watching as the woman threw the unconscious green person onto the ground without any care in the world, acting as if she was offended of all things. And he would have believed the words this woman had said, if it were not for the Namekian in question. Out of all the Namekians he could at least trust, it would be Strohpod the Makozu, who was very good on his word in stopping any kind of in-fighting between the castes. It was definitely him, as evidence by the antennae attached to his head being draped downward, looking like large green-fleshed dreads hanging down past his shoulders. "Miss, I do not know who you are, but I do not appreciate liars." Accordio spoke coldly, any calm disposition he had fading away as he made is way to the unconscious Makozu. "Two reasons. One, we barely had any time to be on this planet to cause as much of a ruckus as you say, especially with the majority of our people still remaining in this very city. Two, this Namekian in particular wouldn't have thrown his fists first. He may not be born from the castes with better morals, but he was dead set on making sure that no conflict would go down."Tenderly picking up Strohpod, Accordio carried the larger Namekian over to the throne right next to Habana. Keeping a wary eye trained on Brassica, he held his hands against the chest of Strohpod, amassing energy in his hands. Letting his own warm energy flow into the unconscious Makozu, Accordio started to heal the injured Namekian from his damage, eager to get the full story from both sides.

While he was standing around as more and more people entered the room, he would go ahead and raise his left arm to his scouter, turning it off. He knew that quite a few strong power levels of different ranges would be lurking around the place, so it would cause his scouter to beep constantly and pick up multiple power levels, which was something he didn't want happening. So, he turned it off. He went on to press another button that turned it into a capsule, placing it in his pocket. He could sense ki, so not having one wouldn't disable him from telling how strong people were.
He would listen as Habana mentioned the name of the Guru, something that he hadn't known previously. Purika then continued to listen as Habana spoke about a familiar name, which was Shemha. He had met her a few months back, she invited him to a training session under gravity, which he quickly, with Zeraf and Lettucia coming to train also. He also remembered that he managed to beat Lettucia even when he had a lower power level. Purika also heard that the Premier of Earth, Vi-Poi might attend the announcement as well!
The small namekian also acknowledged that the Premier of Earth would also may be attending. He knew that a corrupted Vi-Poi blew up Namek, so he knew quite a few namekians didn't like him. Purika had never seen him up close. Now, she responded to his acknowledgment of her current rank, stating that it was only temporary. She also added a grin after the response, with him returning a grin before it faded after a second or so. Quickly after he said this, he sensed a stronger power enter the room. He looked over to where the signature was coming from. Two familiar and recently encountered people.
The small and weak saiyan, which he had met on multiple occasions, Capper, along with his father. He then listened as his father spoke. He called Habana queen. Was she queen at the moment? He remembered the announcement that Zucceta had made about giving her the queen position, but she never fully claimed it. Previously, shifts of leadership in the Empire took place by someone challenging the leader for the throne. Purika also listened to his next few comments, the first one didn't really interest him but the other one did. A first-hand witness? Purika wondered who it was.
Purika didn't think Capper was the one who witnessed it either, not suspecting him, but his father. Then, he felt two other powerful presences approaching before he spoke of a witness. One was a little beat weaker than the other. He watched the entrance to the throne room as they entered. A powerful majin. He didn't recognize the two, but they were strong to say the least. He only knew of one strong majin, which was Shemha. This could be her, but she had a different appearance than last time he saw her, which meant she must have absorbed someone.
He listened as Shemha spoke, also recognizing the tone of voice. She started off by stating her rank and what she was doing before hand, then continuing on to introduce a horned female named Meridia to Habana. Afterward, Shemha spoke about what Capper's father said about a witness, not knowing what happened. Had she really not gotten words from the people that had fled the scene? Purika just stood and remained quiet, preferring not to interrupt. Purika could also sense another powerful presence approaching, him watching the entrance again.
Purika knew her, she was Brassica. He recently had trained with her under gravity, which was nice. He healed that bruise that she gave him with her tail. Also, another female member of another species he had no knowledge of followed behind her. She approached the front, explaining enough for him to know why the namekian was in her arms. She threw him to the ground before she spoke again. Purika frowned a bit, but not noticeably. Purika did not believe the female, though, as plenty of namekians had just arrived on Namek and most likely wouldn't be looking for trouble.
Purika would look at the fallen namekian before Accordio spoke up, calling her a lie. Purika would smirk, he loved himself a bit of drama. Apparently, he had come to the same conclusion he did, pointing out a few things to Brassica. Purika had yet to speak anything other than the word 'Commander' which was to acknowledge Habana. Then, the small Guru would pick up the namekian before carrying him over to the throne, putting him down softly. Then, the namekian started to heal him. Purika would only watch, frowning a bit at Brassica.
Purika had nothing to input into the conversation. He would leave the rest to Habana.

STATE OF THE EMPIRE
Collard tilted his head back, giving his son a concerned glance. The boy was still rattled over the loss of his mother, and the near loss of his best friend. Was he really up for telling the whole sad tale all over again? But it seemed that the Hofferson father "wasn't entirely off in his assumption." Going on about the witness, the father and son duo would watch as the guards in front of their soon-to-be queen parted, making way for the little survivor and his father. Yet before either of them could speak, a Majin and Demon came in, with Shemha introducing her friend to the Commander of the Saiyan Solar Empire. When she questioned the mystery witness a little afterwards, the majin female would be met with a hasty nod from the tiny technician on Collard's back.
Just then, another arrival strutted in! Collard took a startled step back when Brassica threw an unconscious Namekian onto the ground. This was met with immediate anger and hostile questioning from the little guru, Accordio. Capper winced at the mention of a Mazoku, but calmed down as the little Namekian continued on. This Strohpod was a Mazoku, sure, but apparently he stopped the castes from fighting back on Namek...? Capper tilted his head, curiously eyeing the unconscious Namekian from his perch on Collard's back.
...That seemed to be everyone. Was it their turn to talk now? Yes? Okay. Sighing, Collard would close his eyes and speak once more. "Very well." The father concluded as Capper hopped off of his father's back as the older saiyan spoke once more. "This is my son, Capper. He bore witness to that Xylo's horror, face to face." Collard spoke, gesturing to the tiny teen. Crouching down to Capper's level, the father put a hand on his son's shoulder, speaking to him in concern. "You sure you're up to telling what you saw, kiddo? I know it was kind of..." Capper's old man gestured about, unable to find the words fit for the horrors his son described on Namek. Capper's eyelids lowered as he spoke in a blunt, emotionless tone. "Monstrous and mortifying?" Collard bit his lip, forcing a nod. "Yyyyyup."
Capper took a few hesitant steps forward past the parted guards, taking a deep breath in. "So, erm... Hi!" Capper spoke in a meek tone to his commander, forcing a fake smile. Shaking his head, the saiyan technician would continue while Collard watched on with uncertainty. "As my dad said, I was... On Namek at the time of that whole Xylo escapade." The engineer spoke, staring at the ground for a moment. "Me, my mom, and my friend Etoru went to Namek to gather the Dragonballs and make a wish, but by the time we got there, somebody had apparently gathered and used them already." Capper recalled, remembering those calm moments before the storm as his ship hovered over the battle between Mayze and Xylo. Biting his lip, Capper would forcefully continue on. "But, uh, we landed right in the heat of battle a-and General Mayze and that Xylo guy were fighting, and there was this huge gross fleshy apocalypse ball-egg just sitting there." Capper concluded with a shudder. "A...And..." He stuttered, pausing for a moment.
Repressed memories of the things he saw while in hiding flooded back. He could only watch while that ball grew with more and more energy, as Etoru fought for his life, as his mother perished with a single blow, and as his best friend was incapacitated for life. The boy barely noticed fresh tears beginning to stream down his cheeks. Wiping the droplets aside with force, Capper had to coach himself on. He was a saiyan! He was a survivor- a witness! He had to tell the others what happened, so they could prepare! "S-sorry." The saiyan stuttered again. "It's... hard to talk about this." He spoke, calming back down. "There was so much blood... And death." Capper concluded, pausing as his face turned a little blue.

(Thread PL: 11,414,574)
Vi-Poi’s new pair of Cosmic Black Warpverse, courtesy of the BBA Science Corps, was a fitting way to ferry himself across the Galaxy. He completed the ensemble with blue jeans, a retro Super Majin Bros t-shirt, and his old Bombers ballcap. Poi’s ghost had insisted on downloading half of Earth’s musicscape before departure, and they’d been looping Cantankerous Goomba’s new album for the last three thousand lightyears.
By the time he got to the pink planet, he was beatboxing.
Planet Vegeta was much like he remembered, a mixture of cutting-edge and timeworn, clean metallic spires built upon the earthen honeycombs of ancient civilization. Cacumber Capital was the height of this dichotomy, with the ratty Radittsu District crushed under the gleaming heel of the urban core and the palace proper. When he finally made landfall at the edge of the palatial grounds, his Warpverse were trailing wisps of white smoke from the journey, the soles molten-hot while the laces and tongue were dusted with frost. Blueshift and redshift were inverted to great extremes during warp.
“Hey, Saiba-bean!” A Saiyan guard challenged brusquely, jumping down from his nearby guard-tower. “Is this the leader of Earth? I don’t believe it.”
Vi-Poi glanced up from under the bill of his hat, “A-ah say, you bes believe it, son,” he said, imitating the oversized cartoon Ostrich-Chicken Blowhard Paozuard’s twangy eastern accent, grinning as he headed towards the large double doors of the main hall. There were some people he recognized in the crowded throne room, and many he did not. It felt strange, coming here, to meet the imperial court. Not in a bad way, not really. But strange all the same. At one point in time, he was sure the only way he’d ever see Planet Vegeta again would be at the head of a military counterstrike. Did times ever change, or what?
Dipping his head respectfully to Habana and pulling off his ballcap, Vi-Poi spoke, “Habana?” He asked, though it wasn’t really a question. Everyone was centered around the new queen like the rays of a star. Zucceta had chosen her successor wisely. “I’m Vi-Poi. It's good to finally meet you.”

A gentle sound, not unlike that of a chime dancing in the wind would ripple through the air as yet another mighty presence filled the air. Stepping out from nothing and fading into the throne room's existence was the other corespondent from Earth that was summoned; the demonic 'Kami' Maeve of the Rakshasa clan. To those who had yet to witness the dragoness her title as 'goddess' seemed apt to say the least. With her six arms (each in a somewhat different position), numerous scales, and glowing eyes of gold she seemed to have an otherworldly air about her. The golden scales of her headfins, numerous limbs, and tail were contrasted by the shock of lengthy ruby locks atop her head. The sides were shaven so she could normally wear her hair into a spiky mohawk while also sporting a long braided ponytail but for this more formal address she had left her long hair undone and took the effort to brush her spiky mane, leaving a straight swoop of hair that covered one of her shaven sides while also reaching to her back.
"I know you were not quite expecting me, Commander Habana, but your message seemed quite urgent." The dragoness said with a warm smile to her friend as she approached undeterred by the gaping guards.
Unlike the other guest from Earth: the demoness was dressed with the full intent to leave a good impression on the saiyan populace. While Vi thought it was appropriate to wear retro shirts and casual jeans Maeve found it more fitting to wear something nice that would stand out. The demoness was clad in a traditional Qipao made of white silk. It was trimmed at the shoulders with black fur and the silk was embroidered with a repeating pattern of golden lilies that covered the bulk of the garment. several jeweled earrings were punched upward into her long pointed ears and her six wrists were adorned with a cluster of hoop like bangles. She even was wearing make up! Her lips were painted with a dark red color and her cheeks seemed enhanced with a rosy hue.
"Though I do hope this announcement was worth the trip. Not that I mind seeing you of course." She smiled, bowing her head in respect to the Empire's leader. It certainly seemed that her address was casting quite the wide net.

Zoraba’s scouter beeped to life interrupting the Saiyan’s training as he sucker punched another caabbagian deathworm and knocking it unconscious. “What is that noise?” the brute questioned as he quickly tapped his scouter and a messaged danced into his ear. “It seems I have been summoned.” Looking down at the dead pile of flesh at his bare feet he gave it a kick, his limbs caked in viscera “Zoraba is needed in more important places, meat bag. I will return for you soon.” He leaped into the air then and zipped through the atmosphere and headed towards the capital as swiftly as he could.
Sometime later he landed at the palace and made his way inside through the crowd grimacing as he got an eyeful of many namekians that stood in his way. His nose flared in disgust “What’s with all the green ones?” Eventually making his way inside his gaze fell on Habana first, giving her a nod before he found himself staring at several people he had run into a few times now, and some he had never met. His heavy brow raised in surprise at just how many aliens he was running into today. “There is something afoot…” while his own feet tracked a bit of gore.
The bare chested Saiyan found himself standing near Collard and Capper before he crossed his hairy arms across his equally as hair chest. He was still yet unaware of the full situation but it had to be something important for the large menagerie that had been gathered.

The Cacumber Capital. That bustling center of Saiyan civilization - a civilization that was likely the race’s most impressive accomplishment, considering their inherent temperament and tendency towards violence. It had been a long while since the android had set his eyes on this place, longer than he’d ever intended. His leave of absence would have gone on even longer, had he not received a message from an old friend. There was something coming - a declaration, an announcement, straight from the Commander herself. Another sight he hadn’t seen in far too long. Normally, the bounty hunter wouldn’t have troubled himself with the political developments of his home planet, even though he’d once been so close to its governing administration. Normally he’d have been content to read about it the next day, or hear about it somewhere down the line - another war, another invasion, another successful skirmish. But this announcement wasn’t coming from some supplicant, some pundit, some unpaid intern, but rather from Red Hot herself. He might not have seen her in a while, but he knew that Habana was not the type of person to make an announcement - any announcement - unless it was of the utmost importance. This one would be marked down in the history books, and so he intended on being there.
He was lucky, as he’d been on Vegeta at the time the message came in. The Pixie had been in dire need of a tuneup, and Radditsu Spaceport was still one of the best places to set her down when he wanted to go unnoticed. He’d stopped in a few times during his radio silence, though he hadn’t left his ship and hadn’t seen anyone. The planet held a lot of memories for him, both good and bad, and as much as he may have wanted to leave the place behind, deep down he kept coming back because it was home. He considered dressing in his old helmet and armor, something people would immediately recognize, but decided against it. That wasn’t who he was anymore, and it wouldn’t suit anyone to wear a lie. Besides, he doubted his old armor would fit him anymore, what with the modifications he’d made to his chassis, and his new armor was not so different from his old armor after all.
The palace was pretty much the same as it had ever been. On the outside, looming, imposing, a testament to the defiance of the Saiyan people against any and all opponents. On the inside, sprawling and labyrinthine, a cutting indictment against the architects and designers that built it. Finding the throne room was easy for him, as he’d been there before, but to anyone unfamiliar it would be something more of a task. One might argue that this was a feature rather than a bug - a security measure, preventing enemy forces from finding the regent on the throne during any sort of incursion. This argument was a farce, of course. Any enemy strong enough to break through to the palace would be strong enough to have drawn any Saiyan ruler out of the throne room in the hopes for a proper fight. Saiyans were not the type to hide under blankets or flee for survival. It was ride or die at all times, with the teeth to back it up.
Pin stepped into the throne room slowly, but with confidence. He’d vanished for months without a trace, without a word. His armor and helmet had changed, he’d upgraded them out of necessity in his absence. However he still wore his signature shoulder cape, in the purple color for which he was best known rather than the white of his floundering paramilitary organization. He was not here as the leader of the White List, or as a soldier of the SSE, but as Pin, mechanical bounty hunter and once friend of the Commander. Whether he’d be welcomed with warmth and camaraderie or icey disregard he could not know. He’d abandoned everyone who knew him. There was bound to be some...friction as a result. Still, he strode into the throne room as if he belonged there, taking inventory of the others in attendance. There were several he did not recognize, Saiyan and Alien alike. He recognized the brusque Zoraba, always smelling of a fresh kill, and his old sort-of rival Brassica. She stood over an unconscious Namekian, while another, smaller Namekian gave her a bit of a tongue lashing. He had no idea what had transpired between Brassica and the unconscious Namekian, but he found himself struggling not to get involved. He’d been involved in rescuing Brassica and her people, bringing them back to Vegeta to provide them with a new home. If this Namekian was a transplant, not only had Pin missed something big, but he deserved the same consideration Brassica’s people had been given.
“Go easy,” Pin whispered to Brassica from behind, while the smaller Namekian healed the larger, “Territory disputes will happen. Act too brashly and you’ll be branded the villain before you can even plead your case.”

Post by Queen Habana on Mar 9, 2017 1:30:10 GMT
While much of Habana’s attention was focused on Collard as she awaited his response it was not enough to prevent Habana from sensing a powerful and familiar arrival. She let a small grin form as she felt Shemha making her way through the crowd eventually arriving to where Habana and the others were gathered.
“It’s no problem Shemha, you are not yet actually late as we have not yet properly begun. I am very glad you were back on the planet in time for this though. I was unsure how long your other business would take”Habana said, it really was quite good that Shemha had been around the events of Namek were important to the announcement and the bulk of those who had been around for the battle with the Tree would be good though the lack of Dion and Lusca was rather unfortunate it was not entirely unexpected. Accordio was unlikely to drag the entirety the contingent of Namekians on Vegeta to this and someone would need to stay behind to keep things in order.
“A pleasure to meet you as well Meridia, welcome to Vegeta. I don’t know if you had any intention of joining the Empire but someone as powerful as you would most certainly be a welcome addition.” Habana said taking a moment to look over the woman, she was a very pretty woman that if Habana had to guess at bare minimum had some sort of demonic blood if she was not a proper demon. The horns were enough to make a guess but it was the general ‘feel’ of her energy was vaguely like that of Maeve’s, it had a distinctly otherworldly quality.
Habana’s eye twitched as a Namekian was sent sailing through the air only to land in the area around them, Habana was just about to demand who would be so arrogant to do such a thing when another familiar voice answered her question. “Brassica..” Habana muttered with a low sigh, by the young ‘goddess’’ claim one of her Simian’s had been attacked by the Namekian.
Accordio swiftly jumped to the defense of the fallen Namekian, explaining the unlikeliness of such an event. “Unprovoked hostility will not be accepted on either side, I think we can sort out the exacts of what went wrong down the road. The rushed nature of our return has made things quite a bit more difficult. It is entirely possible he believed your Simian to be a native Vegetan animal, out wildlife is not known for being the most friendly. But yes, the arrival of the Namekians is apart of the announcement Brassica, one that will likely also be beneficial to you and your Simians.”
With luck that would do enough to cool the tension a bit, if it weren’t for the impending explanation from the older saiyan Habana might have simply started then just to ensure things kept on track, however the older saiyan spoke up again and to her surprise indicated that the child WAS the witness.
The young saiyan did his best to explain the situation on the other half of the events of Namek, even confirming that it had been Etoru’s presence she had felt on Namek. From what she had felt the foolish child had nearly gotten himself killed, she’d felt the sharp drop off in his power but not a sudden end to it.
Shortly after mentioning an ‘apocalypse egg ball’ the story appeared to become a bit too much for the young saiyan “Take your time, I’m at least somewhat aware of what you were facing on Namek, not many would have survived and fewer still have the courage to do something with the information out of fear of making an enemy of the Mazoku. Continue when you can if you have more to say”
Looking up from the young Saiyan Habana noticed some confusion among the crowd as someone was making there way through the crowd, attempting to get a fix on them as she noted the shifting as people made way for the new arrival Habana was confused to find nothing. The question of who and how was quickly answered as the new arrival made there way to the front, a strangely informally dressed Android of likely human design stood before her, despite the casual apperance however the Android had a distinct sort of aura about him and Habana had a nagging feeling she knew him.
This too was answered quickly as the Android introduced himself, this was the Earth’s Premier, Vi-Poi. It took his introduction for her to match up the casually dressed youthful Android before her with the warrior she had seen on Earth, the being that could have very easily vaporized herself and Zucceta if he chose to do so.
“Vi-Poi? Well this is a pleasant surprise, I was unsure if you would actually accept my invitation or even be able to arrive soon enough if you did receive it. Its good to meet you as well, as I said in my message my last attempt at a meeting was unfortunately rather abruptly cut off. I was beginning to think fate was conspiring against me to ever actually meet with you. Once this is all over I’d like-” Habana began trying to suggest a private meeting once the announcement was over, she had a few plans that would likely be of interest to the Premier that she intended to work out with him as quickly as possible, she was however cutoff by the arrival of another familiar power whom she had not entirely expected despite her invitation.
“Maeve! I’m glad you made it, I figured you would just listen in but this is even better. I hope this ends up being worth the trip.” Habana said with a grin, it was an amusing contrast of formal and casual between the two heads of the Earth.
It was just a little surprising to see how effective her call to even those outside the Empire had been, even Maeve whom she had told it would be entirely fine to not arrive had come. Still there was one call she had made that appeared to be going unanswered. Then Habana heard an entirely unexpected voice.
Pin. Her wayward mechanical friend had apparently just strolled right into the throne room and was trying to provide further voice of reason between Brassica and Accordio. “One moment” Habana said looking briefly from Maeve to Vi-Poi as she excused herself to cross the distance to Pin “YOU” she swatted a hand out like lighting at the android’s helmeted head, the blow lacked particularly much power, just enough to hopefully show a fraction of her frustration with his disappearance “Where the hell have you been you idiot.” despite the content of her words there was no genuine anger from the Queen-to-be instead quite the opposite, she seemed just as pleased to see him as she had been by Maeve’s surprise arrival.
