[Thread PL: 45,533] [x10 Gravity is Enabled in due part to riding on Queen Habana 's ship, The Zenith] Accordio woke up from the nap, having exerted more energy than he actually realized back on Namek. Pulling himself to his feet, he felt his body slightly sluggish as the air around him seemed thick with tension. His eyes gazing across the room, as he soon remembered where he was, and the circumstances as to why Namekians from all walks of life were here. Remembering the events that unfolded not too long ago, caused by the betrayal of the wooden warrior himself. Him having perished, the team who had fought against him tooth and nail gathered as many Namekians onto Habana's ship, in order to travel to Namek.
A handful of the Namekians were working on the task of making sure that the injured and the young were tended, Accordio included as he woke up having his torso bandaged up a little. He could have regenerated that, but the people on board the ship were rather stressed due to being forced to endure something new, something entirely different because of the events caused by Xylo. If not for him, everything could have gone to normal.
This was not to be, however.
Lifting himself up, Accordio remained unnoticed for a while as he pulled himself to his feet. His body rather sore despite being given the senzu bean, his muscles screaming as they were feeling a weird kind of strain. Though he knew not the reason why, over the past couple of hours, the gravity inside of the ship slowly increased little by little, trying to build up body resistances to the Namekians on board. Apparently Planet Vegeta had increased gravity, and this must have been the way that Habana or whomever was in charge right now was preparing the riders appropriately.
As he scanned the normal quarters he was sitting in, he tried to look for some familiar faces, so he could get updated on what was going on. And also so he could start preparing for this new life ahead of him, as ideas started streaming in his mind. Distracting his own mind a little, he noticed Dion in the corner of the room, floating inside of some sort of chamber. Fluids filled with nutrients in order to bring a person back to snuff, as the Porungan Warrior summoned from the Dragon Balls still suffered damage, despite all that Accordio had done to heal. Some mental wounds even, something to damage his very soul as he needed time to recover.
And in the corner of the ship, he saw a Makozu that he had recognized. The leader of the other four demon caste namekians with his slicked back antennae, punching the ever living hell out of the rounder of his Makozu brothers. Accordio's eyebrow rose as he turned his vision the smallest Makozu member who had the hugest, singular antennae that he had ever seen, and Accordio watched as he was helping up a fallen Dragon Caste member. Accordio could only infer that Strohpod was following up on his word in disciplining the other Makozu, who must have tried to start some trouble of sorts.
If everyone was as ready to change as Strohpod was, then there may be a chance for a complete unity between the three castes whom rode the ship right now.

“It’s rather amusing how things turned out,” Habana spoke up, she’d been passing through the ship when her scouter had picked up a transmission on the security channels for the ship about a scuffle between some of the Namekians, after a bit of commentary on the quality of the beat down the guards, Saiyans and a few others from the Training Facility whose ships had linked up with the Zenith, had begun sorting out who would be sent to check on things to ensure it would not escalate further, the ship while incredibly durable was still susceptible to damage and without the normal maintenance crew what might have once been a minor inconvenience could become a disaster.
Habana had cut off the plans stating that she would look into the matter personally, she’d made a note of some of the powers involved back on Namek, they were the Mazoku who had voiced displeasure with Xylo.
But what she found was more interesting, it appeared at least that the leader was holding his word and off to the side she’d seen the young Guru watching. Hopefully, her comment would draw the young Guru out of watching the proceedings. “In general it seems like the Mazoku are quite a bit more like Saiyans than the other clans, your clan the Dragons have a distinct focus on wisdom, the warriors on Discipline. But through a few odd quirks of fate and probably more than a few poor decisions the Mazoku happen to be the clan that we’ve butted heads with the most of the three.”
“It’s a bit worrying when I think about it, I’m not sure how things would have been changed by something as simple as Xylo seeking out an alliance with the Empire before we made the move to rebuild ties with Namek.” There was a very good chance that Xylo would have found an ally among the Empire, from what Habana knew he’d aided the Empire in some capacity on Arcose, that alone would have at least gotten him far enough to discuss plans for Namek with Habana, if not Zucceta herself if she were around.
In another universe perhaps instead of facing off against Pin and Mayze perhaps they would have been there as a united force, to bring Xylo to power and to forge a very different sort of alliance between Namek and the Empire.

Accordio was just about to interfere with Strohpod disciplining his own brother, but just as the Makozu member seemed to finish with his little disciplinary action did the young guru hear a familiar voice perk up in the room. Smiling as he turned his head, Accordio was happy to see the hero of the hour herself arrive, musing about the relations between them and Namekians. The young one couldn't help but feel something odd as she talked about the balance between the three castes, things that were quite true to Accordio's dismay.
What Accordio really wanted now above all things is to break down the barriers that each of the castes built up. Yes, they all had different ideologies, but for as long as Accordio had lived, there was always turmoil and conflict. There was even a small amount of conflict between the two 'good' castes of Namek, Warriors and Dragons butting heads from time to time. But almost always problems with the Makozu, whom followed completely alien ideologies compared to the former two.
He did not want to have the future Namekians suffer this endless loop of bickering and conflict, wanting them to actually work together for a common cause. Maybe this Xylo problem was a blessing in disguise, as there lay new hope in this group of Namekians who followed Accordio and friends to Planet Vegeta. Maybe this was the start of a new beginning, in which Namekians would be equals no matter what caste they are from, and each one had equal say as the others. Even talking down and compromising for the best results. There was the chance that things could blow up in their faces, and the bickering would become even more unbearable due to how close they now had to be, but whatever issues may come... Well, that was to be seen.
In the meantime, the gravity slowly went up another notch, going from x5 to x6 the normal Namekian gravity, Accordio shuddered a little as the slight change was felt throughout the room. All for the preparation of arriving on Planet Vegeta of course. The young Namekian nodded his head in what Habana had mentioned about the possible SSE allying with Xylo, a cold shiver traveled down his spine as he loathed the thought of it. Smiling, he couldn't help but mention, "But such trivial thoughts matter not, as this was what fate had in store for us. It's the same with Walker, who could have tempered his own emotions and actually redeemed himself in your eyes, gaining amnesty for what crimes he had caused the saiyans in the past. And he would remain a loyal defender of Namek... And the same could be said for that accursed devil who destroyed our planet in the past, in which we could have contnued to live, without experiencing the afterlife if someone actually conceded and gathered the wishing orbs for the maniac."
Closing his eyes, he would continue while the ends of his lips turned upwards, "Yet, for all the troubles we have underwent, I'm most positive that this is the best possible future. Though we may not know what lies in store for us all, these what if scenarios could have dire effects on us. I wouldn't be who I am if not for that aforementioned devil, possibly remaining the naive little kid I was. Believing in the words of the other Dragon Castes, who told us to keep our heads low in fear of those like Vi-Poi, like Xylo, like any power hungry maniac. Despite the struggles I run into, I can not look back at what could be. I'm only looking forward to what I want to create, what I want to make reality for those in front of us."
Accordio, despite being a century younger than his elders, felt like he was growing as old as them within these past couple of days, experiencing things that not many sane people could withstand in a life time. And what's more, he wanted to venture forth, he wanted to take a spot in history to improve the lives of those ahead of them. He even matured ever since the conclusion of the Walker fight, having been able to get some time to mull over some ideas, seeing at how relying on Porunga to create a warrior for Namek was a nice start but wouldn't do anything to create a better future. Accordio needed to trust in himself for this from now on.

“I’d agree that this is in general probably one of the better outcomes, the most ideal would have been if we could have dealt with Walker and had enough strength to handle Xylo and his monster, but I would not put too much stock in ‘fate’, the future is not quite as predetermined as some might think it is.” Habana said with a shrug.
“It’s not a particularly widely known thing so keep this to yourself. But I am able to see brief glimpses of the future, its usually not something I have much control over, they come usually during pressing moments, with some effort I can force a glimpse a moment or two into the future which usually provides me with a better chance to avoid attacks.”
“Which is exactly how I know the future is malleable, I saw the tree, Walker if that was it’s name, make his attack a few moments before he actually did it. In the glimpse I got I was unprepared and he killed me. No ascending, no battle, just immediate death. But as you know, that is not the future we experienced. It’s not up to fate to draw a line to our future Accordio, we determine our path.”
“So I suppose the question is, what path do you want to take your people on? I can’t guarantee we can swiftly reclaim Namek from Xylo, but there is plenty of undeveloped land on Vegeta, the ruins of the Tuffle cities in particular could with some work, be made into at least a temporary home for you and your people.”
“Cacumber and the Radditsu district are of course open to you and your people… but Vegeta is not exactly the centre of acceptance of non-saiyans, many Saiyans feel strangely threatened by the existence of non-saiyans in anything other than a subservient or visiting role in Cacumber,, it would be more immediately easy living but potentially more strenuous on your people to do so.”

Accordio could agree with what Miss Habana was saying about how this was the most desirable outcome, seeing the cards that fate had given them... Well, that was until she started to begin her little tangent about an indeterminable future. A brow raised at the firmness in such a statement, Accordio was rather curious as to see what this conversation would lead up to. And it seemed that she trusted the young guru as much as he did for her, as she let him in on a little secret that she never told anyone. Then the bomb was dropped on her odd ability of future sight.
Holding up a finger to start bringing up an objection as that sounded absurd. Though, that must not be that off kilter due to things like Dragon Balls, orbs of almost unlimited power, existed in this universe... Sooo anything was possible.
Bringing his hand back down, he continued listening to the Commander speak about her uncontrollable power, going as far as to inform that it had kicked in as she had arrived on Namek when summoned by the power of Porunga. As the gravity in the room went up a couple more ticks, a chill ran down his spine as he started to recall the apprehension the Commander had after she made her offer to Walker for cooperation. She seemed rather wary for one reason or another, moments before Walker's sudden strike. In fact, this made much sense as to why she was prepared enough to survive.
Letting out a sigh as that defeated pretty much the purpose of what he spoke of, he continued listening intently with how plans were setting up shop on the planet of Saiyans. Warned that the Namekians might receive some hostilities, Accordio was rather saddened in how his people may not have the best welcoming crew. Then again, it's similar to the traditionalist nerds back on Namek who put up complaints about the saiyan 'occupation' as they like to call it. To each their own, Accordio assumed.
"Well, with how plans stand as they are now," Accordio mused, his gaze turning over to Dion who floated about in the liquid of the rejuvenation tubes, "I plan on sending a couple of the most trusted Namekians to go around the planet, searching out for locations to call a temporary home. Me included. Though, to be fair, the only other Namekian I would trust to do some of the searching is oddly Strohpod. I never knew a Makozu could be more level-headed than most of the traditionalists back on our planet... If we're lucky, we could start a new permanent colony on your planet. Possibly branching out connections in order to break the mold of our traditionalists' mindsets. I wish for a new future for our people after all, one in which we are more in tune with the galaxy instead of the planet we live on..."
Taking a slight pause here as he regained his thoughts, he continued, "And I know we can not stop Xylo immediately. He's the reason why most of the activity on Namek screeched to a halt, alongside with the destruction of our planet... Those two back to back just broke the spirit of our people, no one preparing for any kind of travesty. I sadly admit that I was among those who were brokenhearted, though for a different reason. I escaped from the clutches of death later than most Namekians, and I was still reeling over from my stay from Hell."
"Though it's not a bad place, I saw and learned more that a young mind couldn't take. There was a period of time where I was as unstable, keeping social contact to a minimum, as I feared what may happen. And while I was putting the pieces of my mind back together, I made realization upon realization of what I was doing. Hell, I'm still having to experience more realizations, as I'm falling into the pitfalls of my people. Hiding behind others, needing to rely on stronger people, and even now... I'm fleeing just like the last gu-... Well, Guru to be, though he flown to Earth from what I gathered from Lusca. I used to utterly disrespect the notion of fleeing while the people needed him, but I can only understand what he was going through after events such as these..."
Stopping a little, he would smirk as he looked up to Habana, "And that's something I've only shared with you. I do not like talking about the months before I took the Mantle of guru, for the sole reason of my instability. Now we both have things we can keep secret, heh."

“I’d recommend focusing your search in on the old Tuffle ruins on the outskirts of the old Tuffle capital. They still have a reasonable amount of infrastructure to them that will provide you and your people with a lot of space to sleep and work from without exposure to the elements and provides a decent base from which you can expand upon to create something new. The only real risk involved with them is their proximity to the old Tuffle capital itself and by extension the Destron Wastes which at least for the moment you and your people should avoid at all costs, Destron Gas has some very serious negative effects on people with high levels of energy. I’m hoping to develops some methods to contain and eradicate the gas though so that we can expand out from just Cacumber. With any luck by the time we do so we can create a truly joined city between your people and mine, The Saiyans and Namekians have been friendly in history for ages, I want to bring that friendship out of history and into the present.” Habana said with a grin at the young Guru.
“Sometimes it takes tragedy and adversity to see what you need to change about yourself. I don’t know the exact context of the other Guru’s situation, obviously with Namek’s destruction. But do not beat yourself up too much, you stood strong in our battle, without your aid that fight could very well have gone quite a bit differently. You may not have been the heaviest hitter involved, but your contribution is nothing to scoff at.”
“You’re young, you have plenty of time to grow to have the strength needed to stand entirely on your own if you need to. But know that you do not NEED to, you have friends and allies. I know quite a lot about that sort of mindset, the frustration of not being enough on my own, I spent most of my life like that, I’ve only within the past year or so grown to become this strong so I can still quite clearly remember that mindset. Though you take perhaps a smarter route than I ever did, working with people stronger than yourself is a good thing, I spent most of my life raging at the world and decking anyone who spoke to me wrong”
“If I’d worked alongside someone stronger rather than spitefully going it alone my whole life maybe things would have been different, I knew Zucceta years ago, I could have stuck by her side and become stronger for it earlier on maybe. Would have been nice to spend those years at her side rather than just milling about on Cacumber” Habana said with a heavy sigh. “And that there is a bit of info I also don’t generally share around, fairs fair.”
“You don't have the same problem I do though, you’ve already sort of got things right, working with others even if you don’t think its quite the right choice. It only becomes that if you never strive to improve yourself and surpass them. So, hows about we keep you on the right path and do some training so next time something goes wrong it's you and Shemha at my sides and Dion playing backup?”

"Thank you for the heads up. I might check out the Tuffle ruins as you suggested, but I would feel more comfortable just travelling the planet at my leisure. Though I think I will take a couple others with me, one from each of the Castes, myself included. Which means I'll be travelling with Dion, and one of the five Mazoku who came with us. I'll determine who it will be, but I'll definitely travel across your planet to see the sights and potential village locations. I was originally thinking of looking for a location that is hidden away, because I know many of the Namekians who came with us fear what would happen if Xylo or one of his cronies found the village. The harder it is to find, the better I would say."
"And I thank you for your words, as what you say does make sense. Solitude really wouldn't help me grow, but if I always have to rely on others, what would happen when I have no one by my side? I need to at least get strong enough to assist others as well as myself, without becoming a complete hindrance. And despite what you say Miss Habana, although you have taken a lonely path, you have made friends and allies along the way. You are no longer alone, as you have both me and Shemha right now. Despite what you may think, everyone needs those times where they linger and mill about."
"I was mentally unstable for a while and desperately needed my alone time to recuperate, as I didn't know which ideals to follow once I came to life. Should I go for vengeance against the one who destroyed our planet? Should I listen to my elders and keep my head low? Should I do something to prevent this from happening again? Was this all pointless no matter what I've done? Those thoughts and many more plagued my mind, as I took a long while to actually start the path to who I am today."
Taking a breath here, he reflected on the final portions as to what Miss Habana had said, before fully answering her, "I would very much love that Miss Habana. I couldn't really imagine myself becoming a stronger person if I stayed on Namek. I knew I was a reject, for me trying to do an elder's job at such a young age. I could hear the words of Namekians who disrespected me in many ways, and one of them even attempted to take my life, as he knew he wasn't strong enough to stop me, nor would I have stepped down if he had asked me. He's the one who created me. So, in a way, I have to thank Walker, as I would have been a lone guru, whose people would have deserted. I accomplished my goal of Dion, but I admit I hadn't thought past that. Maybe they were right about me not being fit to be a leader, but I stand by my decision, as giving Dion life was the right call in the end."
"So Miss Habana, I've barely got actual combat training, so I'd be more than willing to learn firsthand at how saiyans fight," Accordio rolled his head around as the Gravity chamber finally clicked to it's current maximum of ten times the level of gravity of Namek. His body had easily acclimated to the new pressure, the young Namekian wished to see what Miss Habana had in store for him.

“I think the best starting place for getting you started is for me to see exacly how strong you are right now and how effectively you can use that power. Do whatever it is you need to do to get to you full strength and then hit me with everything you’ve got, lets see if you’ve got what it takes to make me transform” Habana said with a grin taking a few steps away from the young guru, the chamber had been slowly ticking up the intensity of the base level gravity but now she could feel that it had finally hit a level comparable to Vegeta itself.
“And as for you having a lot of issues with getting support among your people back on Namek, remember that all of the Namekians on this ship came because you called them, they trusted you enough as their Guru to place their lives in your hands. And perhaps the best example that you likely were and are a fitting Guru is Dion himself, even beyond the choice to sacrifice a wish for anything to create him. He was created to defend Namek, but has followed you on this trip. That likely speaks quite highly of what the power behind the wish believes you represent.”
