"You really think this is a good idea." Congac said to Shen grabbing his arm as he was going to head out in his usually coat, to a dangerous place, the center of political power in the entire world, Central Capitol. He had been planning to try and meet with Premiere Vi-poi, and ask some questions. He didn't know the premiere that well of course, but he had watched afar. Being an Ogre, having to watch the conflict brewing from the clouds had given him at least in his head some insight on the man or at least what he had done partly. He would admit he had more of the focus on hunting ghost then watching leaders of worlds, however the high powers that were pushed around in this time were nothing short then shocking. 100 years ago, a super saiyan would have been seen as a universal threat at least, then. Now it was a fly waiting to be swatted aside by the sheer power in some warriors, but as he thought power corrupt all no matter what. Even if it is to the slightest degree, and to his knowledge, Vi-Poi was one of the strongest people in the universe, if not the strongest. Furthermore, he had concerns about some of the people working on the man, mainly the young girl Tekuma who nearly blew up a hospital because he had questioned her authority, which in his head may not have been the best idea. Regardless, being the one of the most powerful beings in the universe and the leader of the most famous planet in the entire universe, meeting with him and talking with him would be a rare opportunity; of course that is not how his ally and friend Congac saw it. "Shen, what if you say something stupid the premiere can have you killed or worse." The android said trying to pull Shen back into his shop, "If he was going to kill me, he would do it long before we started talking plus from what I heard, he is a nice guy." He said as Cognac Metallic arms slid off him as he stepped forward into the crowded streets looking at all the young folks streaming past him into the library which he owned. He was the Co owner at least, but regardless the purpose was simple to prompt peace, and give the people of earth a new chance, peace seem to have finally come, and now he had a chance to give his views on the world, the state it was in and most likely thank the Premiere, he had to remember to do that. Despite the Turmoil, despite the conflict the world at this moment was at peace, a genuine appreciation for how fragile life really was. They had fought against many foes, he knew about the Red Indecent and the wars with the sse and what they did, of course all ogre's knew as the line those days were so long they had to add extra standing platform or the back of the line would of standing on air and falling right into the hell. Regardless, the mass influx of people being returned to life was also a worry and surprise. When the SSE attacked ended the people just seem to be brought back, namak was brought back. He questioned what could be the cause of this, he never heard of such a power but in his head it only brought bad news bears. A power to manipulate the past to their whim make all events go away as if they were leaves on the wind, was it perhaps an excuse to forget about some of the horrible events done by the sse. He came to the Conclusion of one thing however, the universe was not happy. While on the one end, he was heading to meet to thank the man for his work, on the other he wanted answers, and he wanted to gain the views of more than himself from someone who would be making the choices. Vi-Poi was the leader of Earth, any choice earths military and politically moves it made were almost 99 percent the choices of Vi-Poi or those in his close circle. It seemed off, the peace seem as fragile as a piece of glass hanging by a rope, seeing Koldar only confirmed this idea. Combining his visits around the planet, meeting Tekuma, the experience of the world from his feet touching the grounds of earth and from being in the skies above, he came to one simple fact. The fact, that whatever was going on was a complete and utter set up. He didn't know what occurred to resolve peace, but he did know that it was not strong. Far from it, if it was why the bba agent would be heading to Koldar Bedside, with in his head little knowledge on how to help him. Shen paused turning his head at his friend, "Don't worry if things don't work out I have a way out don't worry, it’s why I don't go fleeing to heaven ever time there is a fight." He smiled at his friend but Congac just looked at him, "You know that won't work right." Congac said as Shen just waved him off as a taxi Pulled up, "Don't worry it should only be a two day trip." He stepped inside handing the man in front the money, "You already know where we are going so let’s go." Shen said as the man nodded The Taxi speeding up towards Central Capitol. *8 Hours later* The Taxi Pulled up near the Capital building though it'd still be a walk. Shen nodded getting out of the Taxi, "Thanks for the ride." he said as the Taxi speed off he grabbing his hat as the wind almost pulled it off, It was around 15:00 the Sun was still up though he could see that it would soon began to sink and be replaced by the moon. Though knowing how long he loved to talk, the moon would be up by the time he ended talking with the Premiere if he ever got in. They could always not let him in thought he doubted that would happen. He made sure to have all the preparation, reservation after reservation to get inside. He paced forward towards the front Gates standing in front of the guards that would be guarding the way to meet the Premier fully. Shen Tipped his hat at the two men, "Shen Fennel, I’ve come to meet the Premier as my paperwork would suggest if you need to see it I’ll be happy to show you." he said putting one hand in his pocket to get anything out he'd need to show, hopefully it went smoothly. (Sorry for the really long start ) Vi-Poi

(Thread PL: 11,109,929)
Vi-Poi had his bare feet up on the coffee table of his presidential office, sinking into the cushions of his couch. The screen on the wall was playing The Rebirth, an ancient horror movie about vampires infesting a high school and gruesomely killing about half the hapless students and faculty. The special effects were quaint and the picture quality was gloomy, though all that old-timey dust gave the production an extra eeriness that the android and his ghost couldn’t quite specify.
While the vampire hunter was doggedly chasing the undead prom king down smoke-filled halls, Vi-Poi was doing some work of his own. It never stopped, not truly, even when the lion’s share of his mind was idling. His main processor was one of the strongest computers in the Universe, and Earth’s government certainly put that power to good use. He was currently expediting traffic for half the Bluenet, lending his telemetric processing suite to the Space Program, and helping his own security forces hold down the fort here at King Castle.
A cab pulling right up to the gates sparked his interest, and he put the movie on pause right before the flash of a wooden stake ended the screeching prom king’s Professional Football League aspirations forever.
Send him up. Vi-Poi transmitted, after listening to Shen’s conversation with the guard.
Curiosity was ahold of him now. The creature had a significant power level. He floated from the couch to his massive desk, crossing a slash of crimson sunset gleaming through the tall window. He plopped down in the high-backed oversized armchair dubbed the King’s Seat from way back when Earth had kings, straightening his bathrobe and brushing popcorn shrapnel off the big presidential seal over his machine heart.
“Come on in,” He said at the knock.
The figure that came through the door was dressed like it’d come straight out one of those noir-flick detectives, and Poi’s ghost instantly took a liking.
Book em, Banano.
Vi-Poi quirked a smile. “You a Private Eye? Need a hand on a case? Not really my field, but I know some people.” The Magic Operating Device in his chest whirred, informing his analytics – which were already running the newcomer through the mill – that he was at least partly Demon. There was also something vaguely familiar about Shen, something he couldn’t place. “Where are you from? Originally.”

The Guards let him pass as he entered the large Castle. While the place was great, he was here to talk with the Premier not have some tea and sight see. He stepped into the massive room seeing the Premier seated at his desk watching The Rebirth he putting a hand on his chin, "Think i saw that movie a couple decades ago, i'll be dammed." He said turning as he looked at the Premier of Earth. The Blue haired android smiled at him and asked him a question along if he needed help with a case, "No, no plus most of my cases that i do you would not be able to help with no offense." He raised his hand lightly looking over the man, sadly he could not feel how strong he was but with such ease he was in, he found Shen to be no threat, he didn't expect him to be seen as such, regardless it was good start. "Where i am from, i might scare you by telling you, but since i want to learn truths i guess i have to give truths first, afterall no one likes a lair." Shen said grabbing his cap as he slowly pulled it off to reveal a small set of horns a short set of Silver- Grayish hairs."My name is Shen Fennel, i am a half ogre and half Demon and i am From The Other world." He bowed his head to Vi-poi. "Perhaps you know what that is prehaps not, but it basically what you humans call heaven and hell." Shen paused looking at the Premier for a couple moments before coughing. "Before i start asking you the questions i came to ask, I first must thank you for your service to this world even if it not my original home it has become something close to a home, you've reduced crime, you've stopped the sse rampage across the universe, and you've ruled with a just hand from what i've seen." Shen grabbed his hat resting it back on his head, he didn't like having it off, it was a gift from Zhou before he died, it'd be a shame to lose it. "Anyhow despite all of this i've come voicing my Concerns which i'll get to in a moment but i want to give you the simplest question right off the bat if that is alright with you." Shen said as he looked around for somewhere he could sit, he would ask but Vi poi would probley ask him to take a seat soon enough as he coughed into his hand, "What do you fight for, Earth or the universe." He said with a sharp glare right into the eyes of Premier. This was a question that had been bugging him for awhile, he wondered how he would response to it, either way Shen was already stockpiling his reprisal. Vi-Poi

The knowledge that Shen was Otherworldly didn’t really surprise Vi-Poi, and neither did the fact that the half-ogre was indeed a policeman.
The android in the King’s Seat crossed his shins and rested the back of his head in his hands as the Otherworld cop stared at him intently. He’d seen enough cop shows and law dramas (yawn) to know this was the establishing trust and understanding portion of the interview, though the coughing raised an eyebrow. Could such creatures get sick? The thought made him somewhat distressed and confused. How would entropy exist in the afterlife?
Things go splat there too. Poi’s ghost offered.
“Both, for sure,” Vi-Poi said, shrugging his eyebrows. “But the Universe is a very big place, and I’ve never heard of anything that makes me worry for its safety. So, don’t be so concerned.” His gaze slid to the side, watching the strange red geometry made by the sunset pouring through the window. “Who do you work for, Mister Fennel?” He asked. “I’ve never had a visit from an agent of the afterlife before. And there aren’t any ghoulies or spooks or goblins here in King Castle, if that’s the kind of work you do.” His eyes turned back to Shen, catching for an instant the dying light, reflecting sunset in a burning glow. “What brings you to Earth?”

"Both huh, that is hard to do." He said rolling his neck before pausing as he said he had never seen anything that would make him worry about the universe in general. Shen looked at him confused, as if he was on some sort of drug, "Never anyone that could be a threat to the universe, i find that strange." He said tipping his hat, "Forgive me for saying that but i find that assumption of yours to be rather wrong, however it is your opinion so i won't judge you for it." He said sitting down in a chair, as the man asked him why he is here and who did he work for. "Yes i probley should explain that i'm assuming you've never died if you had i'd would of heard about it, at least i think." he paused gripping his chin making sure he had not spoken wrong, he didn't want to seem dumb by saying vi had never died then figuring out he did. He shurged, he assumed the android had never died if he did he was rebuilt. "Regardless, by Contract i work for King Yemma lord of Other world but i've come to talk to you out of my own volition as all he does known as days is send people to heaven or hell, matters if their good or bad people." He paused looking at the android, "No no, i'm not looking for ghosts at least not right now, i'm on earth because you can't change the universe, help people and cause less violence by sitting in some shack in the halls of heaven." Shen looked back at Vi-Poi, "I've Toured people for years, every day bringing them to king yemma to send them to heaven and hell, i've had to bring a mother and child and let the family be separated because that was deemed, and its not as if i disagree with the notions of punishing evil, but the universe does not have to be filled with so many evil people. It is my belief, the only way one can save the universe is to create a universe where everyone has enough and feel as if their existence can not be wiped out by one person with notions of conquering and other personal reason." Shen finally got off his tangent taking in a deep breath, "I came down for a second reason too, for my life the strongest power i ever seen could not even match a low class super saiyan now, we all them running around like a small ant colony, it makes me wonder, what is so different today, then when was born, what happened?" He looked around quickly as tried to remember what his second question was, he had forgot it in his tangent about why he came down, hopefully he'd remember it before the meeting was over. Vi-Poi

Vi-Poi lifted a shoulder in a shrug. “I don’t know what happened. Maybe it’s like an arms race, but with chi energy. Or maybe the spirit energy of the Universe goes up and down naturally, and we’re in a big upswing. I’m not sure you can make a universe without evil, even with something like the Dragon Balls. Evil is a choice, often the easiest one to make. I don’t see evil happening because people are poor, or because they lack what others have. There are thieves that go to heaven, aren’t there?”
He propped his chin in his palm, lidded eyes shifting back to the rays of sunset, which was now rapidly dwindling as the last daylight shrank behind buildings. “Some of the really evil dudes I’ve met already have everything they could possibly want. Most of them don’t care about getting more stuff. They just like killing people.” He twisted his mouth, “Maybe you could make a universe where everybody was weak. But even weak people kill each other. The only way I know to stop evil is to make the person understand… to understand that it’s never too late to change.”
He glanced Shen over. “Want a job on the temporal plane? World Police is hiring. Or are you already drawing a paycheck from someone besides this King Yemma?”

"An Arm's race with Chi that is a good way to think about it, I’ve heard nearly a 1,000 years ago something like this happened, but that just rumor from what I understand there has been many times where something like this occurred, but it always strange, why now, why then and how can we know it will happen." Shen tapped his finger against the chair for a moment before pausing again as he listened to what Vi-Poi had to say to him, "Dragons balls so they do exist, it explains everything I been assuming been going on, the influx of souls returning to the mortal plane." He said straightening his back as he looked at Vi-poi, "Yes Evil is an easy choice, but the impulse to is created from desire, I don't know what, but I’m not asking for the universe to be cleansed of evil, because that be evil in itself, you can't have a world covered in light with a single shadow, I’m not asking for a perfect world, but a world where people are not killing people without avoiding punishment which is where it all comes around." He said at Vi-Poi, everything he assumed was right, There was some way to play with the process of death with these dragon balls, could it explains the tears in hell? Doubtful, though it could a be theory, regardless The Premier did bring back up good points, people could change, they could become better people he agreed with that sentiment. "Yes People can change, it also hard to see when it is too late to change them what do we do then, kill them, chain them or perhaps just throw them into the void of space, all temporary solutions." He waved his arm, "If ones have that much will to end life they will escape all three punishments." "A Job, with the world Police, perhaps though I don't work for pay the only time I ever did is when I went to get zeni to create a library in south city, to give children who can't afford books and need a safe place to go in that nasty place." He said turning his head, "Plus my Partner, Congac does a lot of work, we don't worry too much like Money, now allow me to piece together what I’ve seen and believed what has happened." Shen put his hands together. "We start with the Queen, from what I understand the see and earth have come to a piece, seeing as the queen assisted when the Former Konstian king rushed to attack your planet, though to my knowledge a low number if none died in such attack, regardless, you then used the dragon balls in some way, I don't know how they work of course but from what you said, they can bring back the dead. Then with your Dragon balls, you used them restoring the damage caused by the Saiyans, assuming things may return to a better place with people blowing over everything that has occurred because of the use of the Weapons of the SSE Empire." He put his hands under his chin, "Am I right or if I’m not how close do I muster." Vi-Poi

What’s so nasty about South Capitol? Poi’s ghost wondered. They’ve got Arcosian Frost Demon Ice Cream parlors and all kinds of great stuff.
Vi-Poi bridged his fingers and rested his chin in them. “Whelp, you’re right, mostly. Though a lot of that stuff was on TV…” He glances sidelong to his own set, tilting his head. “Seen this one, you said?” He kicked the ball of a foot off the ground, levitating the King’s Seat all the way across the office until it settled down in front of the television with a soft plop.
“The first vampire,” He continued, “was a very powerful magician. An Earthling, but from some other age. Back when people stuck swords in each other to settle wars.” He made few pokes and swivels in the air with his index finger to demonstrate. “Anyways. This magician was so good with his craft that he was able to make a deal with a demon, one that granted him a weird kind of unlife. He’s dead and alive at the same time, and so can’t really die by normal means.” He waggled his fingers towards the screen, where the Prom King was about to get a yard of fence post driven through his heart. “Which is why they gotta use wood stakes and ritual stuff.” He played the movie, and the stake summoned up a ludicrous spray of blood. The Prom King’s eyes bulged until the rubber puppet stand-in’s head looked like something out of a cartoon. “All these vampires are like that. Undead. They can come back to life, most times. Unless you stick them good.”
“The Dragon Balls can bring people back to life, yeah. We restored all of Namek. The Namekians, too,” His face faltered, eyes lowering at the memory of Realigner Red and the death it caused. “We revived Kannassa. Saved Arcose. The power is incredible.” He waved a hand towards the screen. “But there are also other ways to bring people back, besides the Dragon Balls. Ways like this," He gestured to the vampire in his death throes. "And cleaner ways, too. I’ve seen it. You know better than I do, I bet.”

"Yes a lot of it on TV, thank god we live in a world where we don't lie to your people as for the movie I might have, I know I saw some zombie like movie, though I cannot say with all my heart that this is the exact one." He said turning to look at the screen. "The first vampire, so he is some powerful warrior that can't die...so he like a ghost stuck between life and death striding on the living realm in a living form I’ve seen something like that before." He said looking the screen as he noticed as the prom king was about to stab the man with a fence post, "I see, so unless you stab them with enough force in the right area they are unkillable, does not seem that unrealistic seeing as we got people who can destroy whole worlds and items that can bring back the dead in mass numbers I would not be surprised if there was no some virus in the universe that did turn people into the living dead." he Half joked and half Seriousness. He straightened up looking at Vi poi with a serious glare tipping his hat, "Now we jump into the colds waters." He said his eyes glaring into the man before him. "I do know how the dead come back and how to do it, they use this stuff known as Shoki it Restores the body and the shoki can be used to break barriers in time and space at least how I understand it were lucky it disappears if the user leaves hell and heaven or we would be in serious danger." He pulled forward so the was as close as possible without breathing on the Premier. "I'm not supposed to talk about all this stuff I’m about to say, and perhaps the day I do die, it will come to bite me good but that does not matter your one of the few people that can insight actually change in the universe, your actions along with others of great power have reshaped this universe and it won't bend back I know this form watching." His eyes gleamed with a sense of anger but the anger was not pointed at Vi-Poi, "You’re not responsible for all the problems that hacked the universe, perhaps there was a time that killing people or jailing them would of solved the issue but every time anyone strong dies strong or weak, they come back because of King Yemma lack of Action or Failure to weight risk and reward, he has ruled over Heaven and Hell for Centuries along aside the Kais and the King of the Demons himself, the most dangerous threat to peace in this universe in my eyes, whenever anyone truly evil dies he brings them under his wing and grants them great power though I cannot say if that true or not it what I’ve heard." He pulled his hat off putting it his lap his White hair raising and falling with his ki though ever so slightly, "I'm not acting on the Interests of King Yemma, infact most of the things he does or believe in I’m against I was born half ogre and I watched as I was forced cause it was my job to bring people to their fates hell or heaven, when I got the chance to begin a new life I did, I came here and I used my knowledge and skills to hunt ghosts because it was what I was good at and it helped people." He shakes his head, "I'm not mad as him for not coming down and trying to help but I’m mad that like you, it seems the breech between life and death has become such a thin barrier every time a soul escape hell or is allowed to leave heaven that another demon or ghost who can leave, and use their abilities or actions to cause more havoc." "I understand that we all can't see everything that going on I am lucky to have some insight though I must say others like you have far more than I do, I don't leave and breath this air, when your born from those who are already dead how can you fully be alive, and even then you ask how long till your existence and influence disappears from the earth, the universe the heavens, whatever your worried about keeping a legacy intact." He looked up at the roof as if trying to peer into space and world around them, "I understand you made peace and that is a great thing but as you said earlier you wish to fight for the universe, as it tears itself apart, your existence and those of the fighters who were willing give up everything to protect it, I’ve never seen more brave group of people in my existence even in the highest hall of heaven and during the tournament they hold for leisure, and I’ve seen some brave men." He seem to go on and on but he was stringing this up for his big question, a question he wanted to ask many people those who hold the sway of the will of a people in their hands without seeing the universe cry. "Your efforts have saved Billions if not Trillions of lives however Trillions more cry out in rage over acts committed by either you or others, either of their own ignorance or a desire to have a resolution for crimes committed by the few, the few who hold true power, so I’ll ask you a question that I’ve planned to ask King Yemma if you don't mind." he paused looking up as he rested his cap back on his head, "When will you decide to stop playing god." “Against Yemma?” Vi-Poi asked, surprised. Being against him sounded like being against time. Or gravity. They were just things in the Universe you had to deal with. Constants.
He blinked in further befuddlement as Shen went on into an accusation of possibly enraging trillions and playing god. “Me, play god,” He scoffed. “I’m not the one here disagreeing with this Lord of the Otherworld Yemma.” His eyebrows rose as he lifted upturned hands in a shrug. “Whaddya want me to do, hang my hat and become a monk on some asteroid way out in space? I’m not playing god. I’m just doing the best I can. And if you think these powers of mine and the powers I fight are tearing the fabric of the Universe apart or something, well, fixing that is way above my pay grade. How do you want me to stop the next bad guy that comes along, politely ask him to settle down and start being nice? It doesn’t work like that.”
The sun disappeared entirely now, and the stale yellow beam of the overhead office light flicked on automatically.
“The decisions I make that are meant to help people – like using the Dragon Balls to bring back billions of people that got blown to bits – if those decisions end up messing with the Universe in some terrible way, then the Universe has a major screw loose. Why would the Dragon Balls and these magics and my chi for that matter be allowed to exist if using them would jank with reality? I don’t buy it. The Dragon Balls were made by the Guardians of Earth. The kamis -- they’re gods in their own right. I bet they’d know if the things they built to help were actually hurting,” He gave a sullen frown, falling back in his chair. “And if the energy level I’m using is really hurting the fabric of the cosmos or something, your bosses are just going to have to knit a sturdier blanket. Because I’m not going to sit by and let everyone get trucked off to this Otherworld when the next genocidal looney comes to Earth.”

Shen Couldn't Help but laugh at little as Vi-Poi spoke responding to his question, "Turn you into a monk, no that not what I’m saying I’m not trying to end the universe, there is still bad people if we sent the strongest fighter to go never lift a finger this universe would be a lot of different, I’m not foolish enough to believe violence is not a necessarily evil, as much as I hate it." He shanked his hand, "Of Course not perhaps I should explain how I came to my Conclusion, I was assuming I was going to get punched that why my Partner didn't want me to come here, but you’re a good person I have no hatred for you I want to get that straight if I made it sound like that I apologize." He tipped his hat to Vi-Poi. He could see the Lights flicker on as the sun set, that was neat perhaps after this all ended he would need to get lights like those, turning on when the sun set. "I don't know and I doubt you know either why the dragon balls were first created but I very much doubt it was within the last Century, their much older than that I can tell, most likely older than my time, but that not why I call you a god you been using the dragon balls for good, bringing back the dead that were killed off but I’ve come to a conclusion that perhaps other like yourself have become somewhat blind maybe I am wrong but, if I’m right the dragon balls only made the issue much worse."
"Those Who cry are those who still are held by the rule of the Sse, The world is not just those we see on boards, there are hundreds of worlds that have some influence and control from these empires, the influences varies of course." He waved his hand, "Control is needed in a universe but as you said you brought the people back from the dead but does that means things are left under the rug forgotten as if the destroying two planets with the equivalent of a soul leaching tree can be forgotten by those who were brought back yet I seem to wonder how it was solved, you brought the worlds back but then what?" He tipped his hat, "I'm not assuming we wiped these matters under a rug and pretend that any crime that committed just because of the association of a friend is able to past yet they blast anyone else that threatened off, I’ve seen the rage in the halls of hell, heaven and in these realm." He put his hands together, "I can't say what you did or whoever else decided it I doubt you'd left such a decision to one person but based on the fact there was no trial and I’m assuming again no punishment was enacted to my knowledge." Shen sat back looking Vi-Poi back in the eyes, "What did you decide was a fair punishment for the Crimes of the former queen of Saiyans?" He said with a serious tone, "If I’m correct in my assumption then my claim of you playing god is not as flawed as it may sound so at the glance." Shen said folding his arms. He didn't know how Vi-poi would answer, perhaps it was hidden from the eye of most but the queen had been seen on earth before without any real conflict other than a young boy who seemed to be also a super Saiyans? He didn't understand if they blew it under the rug or there was more a tactical reason behind it? Vi-Poi was not a stupid man and those he associated with him doubted were as well. The queen had committed crimes, death perhaps was bad but she used a tree and absorbed the life of worlds for what reason? If she was just fighting a war that make sense fight and defeat and take over the worlds but she just planted tree that turned worlds to husk, for a sadistic pleasure or something he was unaware of?

Vi-Poi almost let out a sigh. He tightened the fuzzy belt of his robe as he stood, walking over to the window where the lights and advertisements in Central Capitol glittered more brightly than the few faint stars in the sky. “People think chi is what matters most in the Universe. That someone’s power level matters more than anything. They’re wrong. The strongest force in the Universe is friendship. Love. Whatever you want to call it.”
The pale blade of the crescent moon was rising above the forest of jewel-bright buildings.
“The Saiyan invasion only lasted a half a day or so, and millions of Earthlings died. You can plan and build and have the best machines the top minds can supply, and still get stomped to bits by the Oozaru. The Saiyans are the dominant species in the Galaxy, and for good reason. They're warriors in a way that's hard to understand. We managed to stop them from taking over Earth, but at a huge price. Good friends of mine died that day, people I loved, gone forever to the Next Dimension.” The memory of Chartreuse’s grinning face suddenly hit him. Not General Chartreuse, from around the time of Saiyan War, but plain old Chartreuse with sand caking his face and dusting his bushy blond mustache, Chartreuse on the day they’d met in the Fortuneteller’s Desert, when Vi-Poi was still a thief and the thought of the Blue Banner Army was still an unformed lump in the back of his head. He stared out at the cityscape, and something unexpected happened. Something that shouldn’t have been possible. Tears were stinging his eyes. Poi’s ghost was squirming in his stomach, and there was a strange burning behind his nose.
He rubbed his face with a sleeve slowly, gathering back his focus. “Anyways. I fought off a team of Saiyan Elites led by some stronger kind of Super Saiyan in South Capitol. Then I helped put away Zucceta above the skies of North Capitol. Her power was incredible. She even clobbered Bing Gan. I hope you never have to face an Oozaru, and if you ever meet a Super Oozaru, have the sense to run.” He put his hands in the pockets of his presidential robe. “I’d fought Zucceta lots before. She was my nemesis, you might say. She could never quite catch me in those days – I’ve been beating Super Saiyans since the very first one – but she was good. And more than that, she had a drive. No one has to remind me how evil the things she did were. I remember it all. So does she.” He turned slowly from the window, looking at Shen Fennel sidelong over one shoulder. “A great change started that day. With her, with me. And I guess because of that, a change to the fate of the galaxy. I hit her with a technique I’d never done before. I don’t know how I did it. But it was filled with a different kind of chi than I’ve ever used -- something good. Something pure. It knocked her down. I don’t know if it’s what caused the change, but I saw something in her when my chi made contact, and she saw something in me. The monks would say we had a moment of spiritual communion,” He snorted softly, then leaned back against the window pane, sliding one leg behind the other. “She confessed then, the reasons why she did the terrible things she’d done. She’d lost her child, the only thing she’d loved. She’d lost all her friends, too. How would a soldier – A Vegetan soldier – cope with those kinds of losses? They’re not as strong as Earthlings, not when it comes to their emotions. So she filled the hole with violence, with death. She became an unmatched soldier. Won the throne. Took her revenge upon the galaxy.”
His blue eyes drifted to the large marble bust of President Bao, the former leader’s visage frozen in an enigmatic smile. “I spared her life, and sent her away from Earth. We let the survivors leave. There’d been enough killing that day. But she came back later, after Kanassa. Not with an invasion force this time, but with Bing under her control, to find the Dragon Balls. I didn’t know what she wanted them for, but I wasn’t about to let her have them. I fought against a machine-enslaved Bing… but I wasn’t willing to kill Bing, no matter what he'd become. Maybe she knew that. We fought and fought, but when the time for the death exchange came, I powered down. And then a funny thing happened. Instead of destroying me when he had the chance, Bing powered down, too. He wasn’t going to kill his friend either. Friendship won out over the millions of lines of slave code pummeling his brain. It broke the spell. And when this happened, Zucceta finally changed, too. She’d been hunting the Dragon Balls to revive her dead child. She’d found many of them. But at the moment when she could have blown me to bits, when she could have finally made her wish and had a family again, when she could have restored the people she loved and that loved her, when she could have reversed the one thing that sparked her hatred for the Universe, she chose instead to help revive all the enemies and strangers she’d killed. To bring back people that will hate her forever.”
Vi-Poi now focused on Shen. “Is that not enough, for you? What do you want me to do, drag her in front of a court and berate her for things she already knows were wrong? People can change. She's become a strong defender of the planet she once wrecked. Revenge is not the way.”

Shen Watched Silent as Vi-Poi began to tell his story. He talked his belief that the strongest force in the universe was love just like some bad anime but perhaps there is some merit. He would be curious to find out what else he had to say. He Described how Millions of Earthlings died in the Saiyans invasion how they had the best machines they could have but it was not enough. He was right however, they were perhaps had other thoughts then he did. However, what was most telling as he was beginning to cry tears streaming down the androids face. He didn't understand it, from what he heard androids could were not human but that seem to be the opposite, they were still had the emotions. He was very surprised however he keeps his silence for the time being. He said how he had fought a group of Saiyans elites and had to fight a new form of super Saiyans a higher stage. He had heard rumors about it though he was not too knowledgeable on the subject. Afterwards he talked about the Super Oozaru. He had never seen one but he heard about it from ogres after all the Queen in a deck of Ogre cards was a Super Monkey. He explained they had some history before that day. He said he hit her with some powerful attack that was pure that allowed him some sort of spiritual connection with the queen for a brief time. It was odd to him perhaps found in myth somewhere but a great power perhaps. He was surprised to find out that she had lost a child and she lost all of her friends as he closed his eyes briefly. He sighed he didn’t know how he was going to respond yet but he began to piece things together as he continued on to the next part of the story. He let Zucceta go but she returned after destroying Arosce and Kansas. He nodded his head, he heard about some of the events though what he learned next made him be able to put all the pieces together. She had revived the man known as Bing The former Kami of earth turning him into a cyborg of some sort. With programming to make him serve under her will it made sense why three powerful fighters dies nearly all at the same time. Kaula, Rei and Zero all warriors who had a huge pull in the universe disspearing from existence thanks to him. Perhaps he should thank him then again even if 2 of them were evil it didn’t mean they deserve to die. Regardless he nodded his head as he continued the story. Vi-Poi explained he had been in the fight of his life fighting his old friend but when he had the chance to take the killing blow he powered down and so did Bing. An act of their bond to be sure, touching perhaps if that had been but more so as the queen had helped them bring back the dead who as he said would hate her forever. He smiled lightly looking at Vi-Poi, “I’m very Pleased with your answer, first and foremost I’m sorry for all your losses many people died to bring this peace and I feel as if should be silent for a moment to honor their memories.” He shut up calmly sitting in the room making deadbeat silence for about 30 seconds. They could hear a pin drop if they wanted too. After 30 seconds he began to speak again, “I can somewhat understand why the queen would do some of her actions, she lost someone close to her and she was unable to fill that void furthermore her actions at the end do redeem her at least if you asked some others, not me I don’t believe any form of bad can be washed out by a wave of good it a stain that touches a person soul for the rest of their existence, perhaps King yemma will have a different opinion then mine but that will be seen when she dies.” He said turning his head, “Natural death of course.” He bowed his head, making sure to not make any comment that can be taken the wrong way. “Perhaps this friendship and love you speak off perhaps it is a strong force, your bond with your allies lead to the victory, a more complete victory then most ogre’s imaged including myself of course I’m assuming most of my brother had watched the feud but I don’t enjoy watching the plights of other and making a game out of it.” He locked his arm as he let his shoulders relax. “As for your idea joking one of course, what I want you to do, there is not much you can do, you can’t kill her that just cause hatred, you can’t just let her alluded to all damage’s war is war and while I’m happy to see she is set on a new path to greatness sins cannot be forgotten so easily and forgiven with such grace perhaps you and your friends can but most of the universe is not like you, they see a tyrant who alluded punishment, that how I somewhat see it as well, at the same time hearing the stories of why she did It, I can understand how that can tip someone but people lose things all the time it does not mean they go destroy 2 planets with a tree that sucks life away.” He got to feet lighting putting his hands the Premier desk, “I’m not telling you what to do, you made your choice and you will still make my choice that never been my goal to force people or take control of them with my words, I only use them to give them perhaps an over site or view of someone from a different side of things, on your side you see someone who can be reborn as a better person and have not punished her perhaps some sort of last chance to change, the fork in the road but how I see from when I listened to your story is that you gave a last chance, you left her flee on earth then she turned around destroyed two planets, killed and turned another one of your friends into an android with the goal of getting the dragon balls to revive her child.” He shifted looking at the window into the World his eyes staring out for a moment as if he lost his place, though he turned back looking at Vi-Poi, “Noble as it might be she did all these horrible things to reach a goal and now you reward her, with little if no punishment at all, are you the ones who should be making the choice as she has caused so much heartbreak around the universe?” He sat back down looking up at the roof, “I don’t believe so but if you asked me honestly what I would do?” He turned his head, “I’d revive her kid, you already promised to do that and I think it is a good thing to do, after that…some form of Reparation for the Sse empire in general, perhaps a military reduction and paying to the Ae, not for war damages but for using a weapon of mass destruction and for Zuc, perhaps prison but that might make things worse…” He shuffled around ideas in his head, “Listening to you I feel that your choice will be wisely made however, I’d like to ask for you to think over your first choice for what you did with the situation with Zuc, perhaps talks with some others get their opinions on what to do, not just of course those on earth, Arosce, Namak, Konats all the planets you can get too and understand the impact her existence has had, your only one person as I am with only one view of the person, perhaps the views of others from off world combined with your own can give a total understanding of how everyone feel’s. You also told me how you fight for the universe this is the best way you cannot through violence but hearing its voice.” He bowed his head looking at Vi-Poi to see his response. Vi-Poi turned away again, eyes slowly lowering to the cars fluttering between the lit buildings. “I’m beginning to understand,” He began, “That you Ogres are very preoccupied with the past. And with making sure people can’t run away from it. Is it because you live so long? The past builds up behind you, like a mountain, becoming so large that the shadow it casts darkens everything else.” A light rain began to patter against the window glass, the tapping almost musical. “Is that what your King is like?” He asked. “This Yemma? Maybe he’s lived forever. What use is the future to someone who will always have one?”
He turned back suddenly, robes swishing about his ankles. “It was nice meeting you, detective. I think I’m going to change and head out for the night. You can see yourself out, eh?” He waved an index finger, and a business card shuffled from the desk, levitated through the air, and landed in the brim of Shen’s hat. “If you ever need to reach me, call that number. It’s my direct line.”
With that, a gust of wind seemingly blew open the double windows, and Vi-Poi was gone. He’d moved faster than Shen could see, of course, already speeding away in a change of clothes, halfway across the Earth. He had friends to meet, and a future to fill.( Shen Fennel Figured this was a good time to finato, for now. (Plus, twelve threads XD ) Thread Exit. PL please! Was fun! Can you put it on T2G for me?)

Shen looked at Vi-Poi nodding, "I've not been around too long, but yes the past is important if you fail to observe the past you are fretted to create another tragedy in the future, but as I said I leave the choice to you, I only know what I heard but you'll seen more than I have, experienced it too." He got to his feet at he wondered about Yama, "Yama eats sandwich whenever he is on break, and that is about every full moon for maybe a minute if we’re lucky of course that not been true for the past I don't know 3 years." He said shrugging, "As for him living forever I doubt it, not even the Kais can do that, and he is an ogre." He sighed before looking surprised as Vipoi was ready to go, guess it was good enough. "Well I thank you for your time I’ll be sure to call you back sometime you problem, though you don't have to worry all the stuff you said here with me is not leaving my lips unless you become some Tyrant." He said sarcastically, if that did happen he'd be the first to go with such info to leak or at least after all the other people with such info were taken care of. Vi-Poi disappeared he picking up his hat and putting the card in his Trench coat Pocket, looking out of the window as Vi-Poi sped off though he didn't see anything. The man was fast, faster than anyone he had met save perhaps King Yama and the Lords of heaven or Hell, though that he even somewhat doubted. He could see why he was the leader of earth, and he was glad he was on the side of Good, "I call that a success, he is not a tyrant..." He stepped outside waving at the guards as the Full moon raised over the sky.
He closed his eyes for a bit thinking about Vi-poi and how he'd lost someone close, he didn't say the name but he could feel the pain. He held back a bit he didn't want to show weakness in front of the man and burden what he wanted to know but he could not but help and shed a tear. Memories of his Old Friend Zhou flooded back but were only meet with more bitter memories. Vi-Poi saved Monsters and Tyrants; it was the least he could try. Smoke puffed from his lips as he pressed a Cig to his lips. "Zhou......perhaps there something left, a little shard of your soul not turned into mash...." He had so much more to talk, about the Power he felt near the horseman the power of some monster, they would have had to check that out, or maybe their opinion in general. A heavy sigh escapes his lips. "Perhaps I am getting old." He said with a light smirk as he walked off, to head home.
