In the small ditch Walker created for the Guru and her, Shemha was still able to see the golden light of Habana’s newest attack. Over the roar of the energy she heard the Queen-to-be scream out its name, Final Flash. No scouter was required to sense the power the blast contained for it even surpassed its intended target. Surely there was no way the creature could survive this, not after the Majin’s weaker attack proved enough to damage him. Perhaps…they had finally won. Post fight she planned to seek more training under the Half-Saiyan and if it was possible, learn that technique so that she might be more useful in the future.
For a moment her focus shifted to the Guru that still sat atop her, the young Namekian healed and back among the realm of the conscious. A small smile of satisfaction tugged at her lips, the shared damage they took from Walker’s attack not enough to end the Guru thanks to her body baring the brunt of it. The beating had left her worse for the wear though, aches and pains spread across her body even as she sat in the dirt. Thankfully, the good natured Accordio held the perfect card to play in this situation.
No complaint came from the Majin as the Guru’s hands pressed to her battered body. Energy flowed into her as he showcased his healing technique. Almost instantly she felt the warm sensation as it replenished her body, returned it to fighting shape and restored the energy she so desperately needed. With a nod to the words Lusca preciously spoke, she rose to her feet. They were not done.
Walker, ever impressive in his ability to weather the strongest of attacks, sat obscured by the clouds of smoke the Commander’s blast had thrown into the air. His signature was easy to locate, as strong as it had been before the attack and steadily rising. Habana too felt stronger than before, these two titans unrelenting in their desire to claim victory.
Shemha understood. Walker spoke of his desire to rid the planet of the SSE for their past actions, yet he saw his only path to this as one of violence. What if he had chosen to speak with Habana first? She might not be the woman he believed her to be. Shemha did not think she was. The Commander was sadly not counted amongst the Majin’s close friends, but she saw the woman’s vision for the future. That coupled with her loyalty to the Empire was what demanded she keep fighting, regardless of what role she needed to play.
A quick glance to her scouter revealed that all the casualties until now lay on Walker’s side, his companions eliminated by the combined efforts of her allies. That meant only the powerful warrior was left and they no longer had distractions. The Guru was that much closer to being safe. Shemha, Dion and Habana needed to continue to work together if they were going to live through this.
”You both have my thanks. Now, please stand aside so that you remain safe. If we win, but you parish then the taste of victory will be bitter.” Shemha remarked to the two Namekians before she lifted into the air. She rose from the small crater to enter the battle once more. Her dark eyes looked to Habana, her hands press forward, muscles in her arms tense as she prepared for another powerful attack despite all she had been through thus far. The warrior truly did impress her.
”I agree with you, Walker.” She responded, energy once more gathering within her slender frame. If she was to do anything here, she needed to build her strength like she had before. Only then could she provide the assistance that was demanded of her.
”Standing down is no longer an option. You could have chosen to voice you opinion and the Queen would likely have listened, yet you chose to try and assassinate her. Those like Vi-Poi and yourself continue to hide behind false representations of justice only to abuse the power you possess. Individuals that exhibit such grandiosity are the ones that need to be brought to justice. Shemha continued as she floated a little closer to Habana, halfway between the golden warrior and their green skinned allies.
All the while she pooled Ki within her, letting it build. Her resolve would not waver, nor would she back down. Although given the chance to leave before, she felt the same could not be offered to their foe. It was clear he wanted Habana dead, the SSE destroyed and his version of what was right impressed on those around him. That coupled with how little he hesitated to attack meant negotiation was never on the table. No prison could hold him and no shackles could bind him so the defenders of Namek were left with only one option. Walker needed to die.
Shemah gladly accepts the Guru’s help and is now back on her feet! (Regen not used.)

As his power gathered, Habana began to speak. She hurled her words at him, claiming that she knew the situation, that she understood why he was doing this. If anything, it re-affirmed his drive. Still.... perhaps he should explain. If nothing else, he owed them a chance to understand, to step down from their self-built pedestals. ".... You place far too much importance on yourself in this. I do not hate you. You may indeed be a better person than most of the Empire. However...." His eyes narrowed, and his flames intensified. "That has no bearing on my mission. You are a leader of the SSE, an empire where might makes right, where the strongest rules and anyone else is forced to submit. You think I am unaware that these other races you mention are slave species? You think I do not know that the Saiyan Carva was sent to Konats to conquer it, or that you were on Kanassa?" He had felt her energy, among all the others, so long ago, on that day Bing died. It was hard to distinguish between all the others, but now that she was right in front of him, he was fairly certain it was her. "People like you, like Vi-Poi, like Zuccetta, Plato, even myself at one point, whether they admit it or not, all follow this law. Survival of the Fittest. Regardless of the strength of the ideals, in the end it is decided by combat. The inhabitants of Kanassa were displaced from their home by you and yours, so you could consume the planet? What gives you that right? Plato conquered Konats through strength of arms. Articho threatened my daughter over a perceived slight, declaring it would be settled by battle. I'm sick of watching this farce of "Justice." His gaze snapped to the flamboyant Dion for a moment. "I'm sick of watching the constant power plays, the wars, the deaths and chaos and madmen and self entitled, so-called "gods." People who think that their strength entitles them to decide the lives of others. You conquered Namek, no matter how you spin it. You worked within that system, and you're even now fighting to prove your idea of justice, claiming you're "Saving" the planet. Just like Plato. Just like Bing. Just like all the rest of them. The masses have no chance, no choice, in the end. They can only hope they end up under a benevolent dictator, rather than a selfish one. So, I'm ending it." "If being strong means you're in the right, then I will surpass them all. All the Super Saiyans, all the Androids, the Ascended Namekians, and the rest. I will stand above the game board you've assembled... AND I WILL BURN IT TO ASH, ALONG WITH ANYONE WHO TRIES TO UPHOLD THIS ORDER." "And once that is done, I intend to stand back and allow the people to decide how they rebuild. The many will decide their fate, not the few. At least until the next time someone like you, who wants to rule through virtue of their strength, comes along. The Law will be thus. Power is not an acceptable method of justification. If you are one of the fighters, you have three options. You stay out of the affairs of the planets and abstain from abusing your strength to force people into obeying. You agree to suppress your power unless necessary to defend yourself. Or you die. "He turned to Shemha, staring her down as her words echoed through the air. " I do not believe what I am doing is right. I do not believe it is Just. Justice has become a hollow term, defined by whoever is in control. I am ending that control. If a government is tyrannical, the people may overthrow it. When that tyrant can destroy the very ground they stand on with a movement, there is no hope. How many support you out of fear? How would you know?" He closed his eyes for a moment, seeming to slump. "But none of you are going to listen. You perceive me as mad, or arrogant, or delusional or even just a threat to your own position. Whatever justification you chose, I've heard many before. Why else do you think I've lost hope of reasoning with people, and have settled on ending this age through force?" Opening his eyes, he looked at each of them in turn. "However, I have spoken with some of you, and hold out a last vestige of possibility. Hence why I did not kill them when I had the chance. Prove me wrong." His eyes bored into Habana. "Show me you are not so arrogant as I believe. Stand down. Give the people of your worlds a choice. Not one based on fear of being destroyed..." He looked at Accordio. " Not one based on the glorification of conquest, war, or battle." He stared down Jala. "A choice based on what they think is right. I do not intend to leave Namek under it's current control, or the one being imposed. The Mazoku, like all people, deserve the chance to stand on equal ground. I do not wish to use violence, but I am far past the point of believing there is any way aside from becoming a looming threat, a warning to any who would follow this path."He threw his hands forward, and a burst of energy slammed forth, hurtling towards her as she began charging. Based on how much power she had gathered before, this should be enough to knock her back, but not outright kill her. Still, she would need to expend that technique to counter his, or drop it and use a barrier. "RED SOL CATACLYSMA!" The massive orb of flaming Ki hurtled towards her, and he relaxed, seeming drained. "Prove me wrong." His voice, for just a second, took on a pleading tone. It sounded as though he already knew what they were going to say, but some internal flicker drove him to ask regardless. "Prove to me that this world can be rational, that the fighters of the worlds are not so drunk on their own power. Every living being has the right to self-determination, and as it stands, a few hold that right for the many, whether they like it or not. Look me in the eye and deny this. Tell me without a shred of doubt or a quiver of misgivings that you do not, in one way or another, suppress others. You, commander..." He turned to face Habana. "Your subordinate spoke of Vipoi in this manner. Can you truly tell me that you are not just as bad as him? Look me in the eyes, and with the utmost conviction tell me that I am wrong, that I am doing this out of selfishness or hate."

Post by Accordio on Feb 21, 2017 17:40:10 GMT
(I got permission to slip on ahead) Having fully healed up Miss Shemha, the pint-sized guru started to hear the words and banter between Walker and Habana. Though, a dark realization came in his mind, as both viewpoints sounded solid in his mind. He knew Habana's was entirely correct, and that he stood by her word, but at the same time he could see the silver lining in Walker's words. Though the small Guru lost all respect for the Tyrannical Tree, the words he spewed from his... non... moving... mouth.... ... The words he transmitted from his mind made some form of sense, as dark imagery formed in the guru's mind. An image of him on Earth, confronting Vi-Poi and those that followed that red haired bastard. Knowing the genocidal act of the Earth's Leader, Accordio would've betrayed anyone whom he considered a friend if they were sworn allies of Vi-Poi, maybe going so far as to murder them along with the leader. What Walker was doing was something Accordio may have done himself, which pretty much shocked the little guru to his very core. Was his hatred for Vi-Poi that strong? That he'd go and kill anyone near him, making him look as moronic and psychotic as this tree? Well, if one good thing came out of this, Walker's actions caused Accordio to have some introspection on who he really was. Though, now was not the time for soul searching, as Walker was about to unleash his extra powerful attack, the young guru highly aware of how much this would hurt Habana if it landed... If only... Having a determined look on his face, Accordio broke into a sprint and stood a good fifteen feet in front of Habana, a dark portal forming in the palm of his hand. The young Guru about to create another one of these portals to stop this attack, knowing full well that what he could do would be useful, similar as to how he had saved Shemha. Though his body was shaking, he stood proud, saying with the utmost conviction, "And you believe you aren't doing the same thing? Imposing your strong will on others, in the name of this freedom you wish to give others? Though I understand your stance on the SSE, as I have a standpoint similar to that, I do not believe what you are doing is... right. I will stop you and put an end to your evil wa-"A large foot slammed into the side of Accordio's head, launching the young guru towards Lusca. Whatever Accordio was doing to try and save Habana was foiled, all because Dion punted the pint sized guru toward Shemha. Smiling rather proudly, Dion said out loud, "I love your courage young Guru man, but you are rather... Weak, if I do say so myself. So, let the big boys handle this one, cause I have got just the technique. Prepare, Wood Warrior Walker, for I will stop your Resol Calati-whatever it is with my amazing Trio-Cube Perfect Guard!"Holding his hands up, forming a box with his fingers encapsulating Walker with his vision, he closes his hands together and pulls them apart, creating three energy cubes around Walker's body as the Wooden man launched his attack! It was the strongest kind of defense Dion was able to pull off right now, cursing himself for not preparing a little before hand, but knew that he made the better decision in the long run. The flaming orb collided with the green cubes of energy, easily shattering through each layer of the cubes, though struggling only a second on each one. Wincing a little as Dion was rather drained, he had a duty to uphold as Miss Habana was the trump card that can turn the tides of this battle. Taking a deep breath, Dion jumped up into the sky, donning the face of a true warrior as he cocked his own arm, flinging himself into the flaming ball of death, just as it broke through the last layer. Flying closer to the miniature sun, Dion blasts his hand forth once more, trying to punch through the attack to dispel it. His fist collides with the attack, yet it does not stop. In fact, the attack barely recognizes Dion as a target, as it starts to phase through the arm and envelope the Namekian guard in hits hellish flames. Though, before his head was engulfed in flames, Dion spoke out loud towards Habana, saying with the most confident grin ever, "Miss Habana, I leave... This one... To... You!"The orb of flames finally encapsulates Dion, before passing right through him, leaving a smoldering guardian to remain standing on the other side of the attack. Barely hanging onto consciousness, a voice in his mind told him to protect Accordio. Turning his head to face Accordio, skin crisped due to the flaming attack, Dion took a couple steps towards the guru. Each step feeling heavy and stilted, very hollow words escaping his lips as he said to his lord guru, "I... Did it... right?"With those strained words filling the air, taking a good five steps in the direction of Accordio and Lusca, the Porungan warrior fell down to his knees, before his torso slammed into the ground. His life force still remaining strong, but his body unable to move any further. He was down and out for the count, filled with shame and embarrassment that he couldn't do any more to protect them all. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Accordio shouted, trying to move towards Dion, though unable to do so due to Lusca more than likely holding him down. Tears streaming down his face as he watched what he believed to be one of the strongest namekian warriors go down in a fight! All he could do now was hope that Habana would be able to handle this entirely.
Accordio attempts to block the attack, but gets ROFL-punted by Dion into the care of Lusca. (KP = 0/3 ~> 1/3)

Lusca blinked as first Accordio showed off the healing technique of the Dragon Clan, almost as if he was trying to teach it to her, then Walker fired off yet another massive attack, and in the space of time she'd taken her eyes off of the Guru, he had decided to try and give her a heart attack by flying up to intercept the attack! She caught Accordio in her arms as Dion punted him out of the way and towards her. "Don't you ever do that again, understand?" she said into Accordio's ear as she held onto him, before looking over towards Dion as he tried to walk towards them after intercepting the attack meant for Habana, even though it was still heading her way.
The feminine Namekian nodded her head towards the summoned Namekian. "Aye, you did." she said, trying to comfort the warrior before he collapsed into unconsciousness. Lusca looked back up to the conflict raging around them, shifting herself around so that she was holding onto the Guru with one arm, whilst the other began to try and charge her energies once more into her bo-staff... but there was nothing. She had to rest for the time being and regain her strength. "We'll revive him later Guru, right now you will stay put." she ordered, gritting her teeth as she tried to summon up as much of her power as she could.
Her mind was a whirlwind after all of these speeches about purposes, justice, might making right, the order of the universe, ramifications... this was all too much for her, but right now she had to focus on one simple singular thing. Keeping Accordio's arse alive and in one piece... even if it costs her her own in this clash of the titans.

(Posting with permission.)
As Walker shared his thoughts, Shemha continued to pool her energy. Part of her understood what he was trying to say, this idea that those with power would always rule the stars. He was partially correct for only in an ideal world would diplomacy and reason be the sole solutions to any problem. Violence was one of the paths she took last when trying to navigate a situation, yet she did not hesitate when the time came. The real issue here was whose ideals and motivations would lead to the least conflict in the future? To Shemha, the answer was obvious.
Habana and Zucceta before her, were both warriors Queens, females capable of forcing the Empires will through strength of arm if necessary. In that respect she agreed with Walker’s view, however; she felt this was a time of change for the Empire. It was true when she initially joined the SSE her views of the factions leaders were at best incomplete. Yet, over time, she was able to learn more about them. Zucceta possessed her own faults, that clear now, but the former ruler of the Empire chose to step down in light of them. Habana was now in charge and from what the Majin saw, looked to do things a bit differently. Shemha had faith in what the SSE would become.
Walker on the other hand likely deceived her from the start. All this time spent gathering the Dragon Balls she believed him to wish for the safety of Namek. While that may still be true, his methods and motives were now questionable at best. He demanded Habana stand down, yet continued to gather his own power. He spoke of giving everyone a chance so soon after trying to erase Habana from existence. Shemha wanted to believe if they stood down negotiations could take place, but logic quickly shut that down. The powerful bio android was too unpredictable. All of this, his entire speech, might very well be more deception. Should she stand down and see if a peaceful end was possible?
”RED SOL CATACLYSMA!”
Walker answered the question for her.
Already having decided what she would do if he chose to go after the charging Habana, Shemha was quick to position herself before her Commander. Whether she was able to survive the blast or not was of no consequence. They simply needed Habana to unleash her strength on the creature once more; she had already proven strong enough to wound him.
Through this struggle she was only one of a few who realized the scenario that brought them victory. Accordio, brave and foolish Accordio also saw what needed to be done. Like before, he threw himself in front of the attack, willing to sacrifice himself for the benefit of Namek. She had to wonder if he realized what his death might mean to his people? His life was more valuable than he likely realized. Thankfully, Dion shared in this belief.
Personally she wouldn’t have kicked the Guru in the head to protect him, but it accomplished the goal none the less. Taking his defense of his newly acquired home world even further, Dion through up the strongest barrier he was likely capable of. To his credit the attack did slow for an instant, the flaming sphere then shattering the barriers that floated before the Namekian. He went as far as to throw himself into it, using his body to try and diminish the attack further. Commendable indeed, thought the Majin.
As the mystical guardian dropped to the ground, she braced herself for what remained of Walker’s attack. Even after crushing through barriers and Dion, it still surpassed any offensive technique she could muster. Defense was her specialty though. Fully aware of that, the Majin threw her hands forward, expelling the charger up energy within her. The Ki formed into a shimmering barrier of red and purple, the magically enhanced wall spread out before her.
An instant later the sphere of flames slammed into her barrier, pressed to it as the two energies struggle to negate one another. To her general amazement the attack broke though. Diminished further now, she felt the heat on her outstretched hands and then the burn as it slammed into her palms. Flames licked at her as she slid back several feet before she halted the last of the attacks momentum. With a grunt and shift of her shoulders she twisted to toss what remained of the sphere off into the air.
Arms scorched to the elbow, Shemha finally released the breath imprisoned within her lungs. She still stood and Habana was left untouched, objective reached. Letting her hands fall to her sides, she leveled her gaze at Walker.
”Regardless of the intent behind your speech Walker, remember, you started this.” Shemha stated before she simply allowed her body to drop and roll to the side, out of Habana’s way.
Shemha moves to intercept the rest of Walker’s attack using her [MP3] Empowered Magical Barrier!

Habana’s expression remained as neutral as she was capable of as the Tree seemed to just keep talking and talking though ultimately the attempt at a neutral expression was an almost complete failure as all Habana could manage was an annoyed scowl. Part of her however was actually a bit glad about just how much the Tree was talking it was giving her more and more time to pump energy into the Final Flash and was doing more and more to make her feel vindicated in what she wanted to do. The whole thing was frankly more than a little insulting, the Tree wanted to imply that she and others with genuine power were wrong to hold positions of political power over others, as if the fact that she was possessed the strength to enforce her plans for the Empire was somehow a genuinely wrong concept and that it removed the power for others to take up issue with her intentions. But perhaps the most mind boggling part of it all was not that the Tree took issue with that, in fact Habana could sort of understand someone having that point of view. Instead it was what the Tree wanted to do about it, his plan at least as far as he had explained was essentially to do EXACTLY what he took issue with. He wanted to place himself above all others and enforce his will above all demanding that people such as herself who ruled over others not utilize their full power in doing so. There was so much wrong with it all and it was all so baffling that Habana nearly lost her concentration on maintaining the Final Flash, it was only as the Tree stated his intentions not to leave Namek under Mazoku rule and then promptly fired his attack at her that Habana snapped back to her senses. The attack was… well.. Impossibly strong. The Final Flash would not be enough, the power it gave off even made Habana wonder if her attack would even be enough to allow her to survive it, idly as it drew nearer she heard though barely focused on the Tree continuing to talk. Her mind was racing trying to find some sort of out to this situation, something she could do. She had another senzu bean but from what she knew they were nowhere near as effective in sequential use, at best it might patch up a few wounds but she didn’t have any open wounds yet and if her guess was right whatever was left of her after the Final Flash failed to stop the attack would have more than just a few minor wounds. And then another voice spoke up and Habana looked up in horror to see the young Guru standing in the way of the attack, what THE [HELL] was he doing, he spoke quickly voicing for the most part most of what Habana had thought, that the Tree was being hypocritical in his intentions. But WHY was he there, the attack was so monstrously strong he couldn't genuinely think he would be able to act as stopping point? And then he was punted out of the way by Dion and Habana felt relief followed by immediately realizing that now Dion was in the path and forming an attack. And then it hit, the attack clashed briefly before overwhelming Dion, she felt his power suddenly falter and fall… but not completely, somehow he’d survived if only barely. Now the attack was.. Well at least more manageable, Habana actually felt a surge of confidence as she looked at it. The Final Flash could beat it now and while the Tree would likely survive it just meant that they would need to be a bit more clever from here on out. Habana slowly began bringing her arms together… Only for Shemha to leap into the path of the attack “SHEMHA GET-” Habana was about to shout and demand Shemha get out of the way, she did not NEED to do this it was far too big a risk to put herself in the path even with her substantial power. But to Habana’s surprise the attack Shemha launched was actually more than capable of halting the Red Sol Cataclysm, it unfortunately however seemed to take most of Shemha’s energy with it as with a few words for the Tree she collapsed. Habana was left looking awestruck, Shemha hadn't needed to do that but in doing so she had changed everything. Now the Tree looked exhausted from the exertion of his attack… and Habana had her Final Flash primed and ready, she finished drawing her hands together “The young Guru put it well, you’re idea is exceedingly hypocritical and frankly insulting. The strong do not rule unopposed, the weak can train and fight and grow strong enough to fend off even the most overwhelming enemy.” “And I think this fight right here and now does everything needed to dismiss your argument. We deny your attempt to selfish and blind attempt to impose your control over us and when you reach Hell, I STRONGLY recommend you make your stay permanently this time for your own sake. I would have been fine to stand alongside you to defend Namek, fine even to not seek vengence for your attack on Vegeta afterward for the aid you would have provided in defense of an ally of the Empire.
But now that you have proven yourself untrustworthy and frankly more than a little insane. I will personally see to the job of putting you back in the grave if ever I learn you have returned. And I will do so for as long as I exist.”Holding back the Final Flash in order to finish her statement had NOT been an easy feat but it had certainly been worth it.

His brow crinkled in frustration with each block, each dismissive speech. When the yell came from Habana, he sighed, and turned to face it, arms folding behind his back. "I see. As expected. I shall have to do this manually, then." Closing his eyes, he shook his head, the last sight before the glow encompassed him. When it faded, his form stood there, frozen for a moment, then collapsed slowly to the ground, limbs and tail shattering in one long wave. Walker is Dead (Taking Zeni for this, if you don't mind)

Accordio could do nothing but watch after seeing the fall of Dion, watching his friend Shemha fall in battle. Though, he could also feel her energy. What happened next was rather heart breaking, but at the same time oh so satisfying, as the guru watched Miss Habana quite literally blast the tree man with an extreme amount of energy. His soul fading to away to nothing, Accordio watched the fall of Walker, feeling quite somber. A part of him wished to see what things would have been like if he actually tried to negotiate, if they could have all gotten along. Though, things were far too late for such actions, and it was past the point of forgiveness.
Letting everything settle down, Accordio would turn to Lusca and gently push her hand off of him. Smiling, he exclaimed to the entire group, "I... I wish to celebrate... But at the same time, this was absolutely nothing compared to the terror that still lays in the Moori Capital. I thank you all, but... But... I don't think... We're not strong enough yet."
Accordio's eyes completely darkened as he made his way over to Dion, kneeling before the unconscious warrior, lifting up his burnt body. He was still breathing, and he was slowly recovering due to him being partly due to being Namekian, though not at the usual rate a normal Namekian could. It was as if his own Namekian genes were slightly weakened, compared to most Namekians. Looking down at the Porungan Warrior, Accordio felt a twinge of pain in his own heart, as realization settled in. He was acting just like the Dragon Castes, waiting for someone to help them. Sure, Accordio had done his best to try and stop the Wooden Warrior's attacks, but all he had done was very insignificant in the long run.
Maybe... Maybe a change needed to occur in not just Namek, but Accordio himself. Instead of relying on others, he needed to get stronger.
Speaking up, Accordio decided to make a decision, a decree in order to give some hope to the defenders of Namek...
"Miss Habana. I ask you of two things. The first, we should gather as many of Namekians as possible, no matter what caste they are from, as we must leave this planet. We... We... We can't do anything as is. And second, I request to be trained by you saiyan warriors. I know this sounds selfish, but I do not wish to be useless... Never again..."
He remained silent, as he started to slowly help Dion recuperate from his very severe injuries.

Lusca sighed in relief as the battle was finally finished, finally done with. Walker was down for the count, finally, but of course there was still the mess in the capital right now that was going on at the same time. She could feel the tremendous power from here, a power that dwarfed even what Walker's had been. The feminine Namekian went to stand beside Accordio as he made his request of the Saiyan woman, blinking before holding a hand on her hip. "Oh? Is my training not good enough? Hmph. Honestly, you Guru's are all the same." said Lusca, although the tone in her voice showed that she didn't mean a word of what she had said.
But he did have a point... they did need training, and they did need to at least try to evacuate as many of the Namekians as they could before the Mazoku forces could completely take over the planet. The problem was though, that the villages were scattered all across Namek and Lusca seriously doubted that Xylo and his men would give them much time, if any at all, to grab more than a handful of their people before they went on the offensive.

She dropped to the side, slender figure rolling in the grass in order to remove herself from the line of fire. A short distance away Shemha ended up on a knee. Breathing a bit heavy from the exertion of deflecting the last of Walker’s attack, she watched with eager eyes as Habana fired off her powerful technique for a second time. Like before, the golden beam soared towards the monster that opposed them, yet unlike the previous blasts he had taken, Walker seemed to welcome this one with little resistance. Arms folded behind his back, she saw the almost peaceful expression on his face as his eyes closed. For a moment she pitied him, the lost creature doomed by his own careless actions.
As the blast struck, that weakness faded from her. Walker had brought this upon himself and regardless of her sentiments towards his view point, one needed to be held accountable for his actions. When the blinding flash faded her eyes widened for a moment as it looked like he still stood. It was a momentary façade though, the giant’s body toppled a moment later, limbs and tail shattered as his body struck the ground. It was over.
With a heave Shemha rose to her feet, dark eyes shifting to each of her companions. Somehow, they had all lived.
The first to speak up was Accordio, his suggestion one the Majin gently nodded her agreement to. This strange, dark signature in the distance surpassed even Walkers and considering what they had been through, they were far from ready for another fight. Zucceta had stepped down, Habana was nearly killed and General Mayze’s signature was gone. It was time to regroup and plan, not rush in carelessly.
As the Guru made his request that the SSE harbor willing Namekians and train their warriors, Shemha’s focus returned to the downed Walker. With his limbs and tail in pieces only his body remained, yet his defeat could benefit them. She knew it was selfish in part, but the years spent with her former Master taught her the value of a defeated foe. Through them she could grow stronger, attain more knowledge and ultimately become something more. Slowly her eyes returned to Habana, waiting until the two Namekians were done talking.
”Habana, may I take advantage of what remains? Doing so will aide us in what is to come.” She asked with a jerk of her head towards the bio android. She was unsure if the Commander knew what Majins were capable of. By absorbing the remnants she could further her growth and their cause, but she wouldn’t dream of doing it without permission from Habana.

It felt like time slowed to a crawl as the Final Flash crossed the distance to make its impact with the Tree, every moment it took was no less tense than the last however as Habana expected the Tree to pull something off to disrupt the attack in some way to allow it to escape either unscathed or perhaps simply gravely injured.
However the blast made impact unperturbed and for a few moments more the Tree was enveloped in golden light before the Final Flash eventually ran out of power, gone were the purple flames that had illuminated the Tree’s body however it still remained standing… for a moment… and then parts of the Tree began to crumble away causing it to crash to the ground.
Habana stared at the tree for a long while, only half listening as the others reacted to what had happened, Accordio remarking that they needed to gather the Namekians and asking to train with them, the other Namekian spoke up though what she said was mostly lost on Habana as it was not directed at her.
Finally Shemha spoke up and managed to jar Habana’s attention from the fallen form of the Tree it took her a moment to realize what the Majin was asking but ultimately it DID make sense. But there was a very credible element of danger present, by what Habana knew the Majin was influenced by what they absorbed and the Tree was not entirely a being she liked the idea of Shemha being influenced by.
“If you think you can keep it from influencing you too much, then that’s fine with me. However.” Habana said pausing as she roleld her shoulders and walked over to the corpse of the Tree grabbing it by the head she ripped it’s skull from its neck. “This will be mine.” Habana then turned to Accordio, he’d been waiting on a resposne from her long enough now.
“Sorry Accordio, you spoke while I was still a bit in shock over our victory. If you can send word out to your people do so now, Jala has already warned those at the training facility so evacuations from there are already underway, I’ll send along another message to have them inform the Namekians to board the few ships we have there and for any excess space to be made available to the villages nearer to it. We need to move quickly so call in as many of them as you can, once we’ve recovered and regrouped on Vegeta I’ll see to providing a means for those who cant make it on this trip to escape afterward.”
“I’d be more than happy to lend a hand in your training, and you” Habana said glancing at the other Namekian “are welcome to join in on that training as well, you did well protecting the Guru considering the circumstances and I think with a bit of help you’d be able to do even more down the road.” Such as during whatever conflict inevitably rose between the Empire and Xylo. “Even if Accordio throws himself into his training I imagine it would be best to have a few people watching his back, he seems rather prone to throwing himself into the thick of things” Habana said with a smirk as her energy began a sharp decline and she revered down to her normal super saiyan state.
“Jala, bring out the Zenith and the both of you ought to fire off what you’ve got built up high, it’ll make a good signal for where the Namekians can group up”
Jala and Raca nodded silently both still stunned by what they had seen, Raca went first unleashing a massive gout of flame high into the air followed by Jala unleashing a long bolt of energy. With there attacks released Raca collapsed back to catch his breath while Jala dug into her armor retrieving the capsule case Porunga had stored there equipment in.
She clicked the capsule and gave it a hard toss and in the next few moments a massive warship appeared out of thin air. “I’ll see about getting it fired up, any of you who has even a passing understanding of how a spaceship works follow me, this is going to be a pain in the ass without a proper crew” Jala said grabbing hold of Raca by the shoulder and dragging the exhausted Namekian with her as she did so.
Habana has taken Walkers head and given Shemha permission to absorb what remains!

(Given permission again, keeping this thing moving!)
Shemha waited as the pause came, perfectly content with allowing Habana to do as she pleased before she made a move on the body. However, the Half-Saiyans decision to remove Walker's skull wasn’t something the Majin would have predicted. With one powerful jerk she removed the creature's head from his shoulders to claim it as her trophy. As the female calmly turned to address Accordio, Shemha’s eyes remained on her. Through her limited interactions with the future Queen of the Empire, she had come to see the different sides of her. There was a sense of humor within the warrior as well as the mind of a commander, yet this showed the potential ruthlessness the woman could exhibit. Even with her foe vanquished, she chose to take a rather gruesome trophy. Shemha made a note to never take the powerful fighter lightly. Half listening to Habana’s words, she slowly made her way towards what was left of Walker’s body. It wasn’t fear that caused her to hesitate, but contemplation. She knew this would change her beyond the power it would grant her. Years back, when she had absorbed her former master his personality melded with her own. The Shemha of the past was quiet and hesitated to take any steps on her own, yet the Shemha of the present was vocal and driven by purpose. The assimilation of Ront made her better on all fronts. She felt this would do the same. As the others continued to lay out the plan for the immediate future, she grabbed for her bare stomach. Slender fingers pressed into the soft skin, digging into the malleable flesh before she ripped a chunk free. Almost casually she tossed it towards Walker’s remains. Even separated from her the bubble gum like substance knew what to do, it acted on what you could call instinct. For a moment it sat still as it assessed the organic material it had come in contact with. Then it began to expand, spreading over Walker’s torso and then the shards that made up his shattered limbs. Slowly it wrapped itself around them, pulling them into a collective pile within itself. When it had them all, everything that made up the bio androids body save Habana’s trophy, the engorged blob leapt back towards her. An audible slap would reach the ears of the others as it collided with her. Pressed to her stomach the once separated piece fused back into its creator. Along with her own flesh, the fusion introduced Walker’s genetics as well as a fraction of his strength. Steadily the two became one. Shemha’s body shifted and churned as the shape her allies knew changed. The Majin would never be the same. The most obvious alteration was the increase in her height. At only 5’6” Shemha rarely towered above others like Walker had. With him now a part of her, her body grew. While it maintained relatively the same proportions, she soon stood at a far more impressive 6’2”. In addition, the tentacles atop her head shifted, two curling to resemble the horns Walker had sported. The outfit she wore for ages disappeared as a tunic like the one Walker had worn sprouted from her body, the “fabric” draped over her slender frame. Outside of the physical changes taking place, internally her mind was flooded with knowledge and experiences. In a few seconds she understood Walker far better than any amount of conversation or interaction would have allowed her to. His words spoken before his demise made more sense, his view on the Universe more in line with hers than she realized. Although he was barely two years old, his battle experiences were now hers as well. All of this promised to enhance her capabilities. With her body soon settled into its new form, she would finally turn to regard her companions, the last of the changes finally visible as they were granted of view of the glow that highlighted her once dark eyes. The physical alterations were obvious, but the psychological changes would take time to fully reveal themselves. For now her allies would need to trust that the part of Shemha they knew was still in control. ”What do you think?” The somewhat vain inquiry into their opinions already something that hinted at a shift in her personality. ”I believe we should retreat as well. Victory was something we managed to grasp here, but I am not so certain we could attain the same outcome against whoever this powerful creature is that has allied itself with Xylo.” Shemha added after a breath. Namek needed them, but they were not ready.
Shemha has absorbed Walker.

Hearing the somewhat snide reply of Lusca, Accordio couldn't help but let out a little chuckle, but quite the solid face still showing on his visage. Not a time to smile, not a time to cry, just a time to get prepared for the future. "Lusca, we really haven't done any training together, just made plans. But I'd rather have training from as many people as possible, and not just focus on one. I still do need you Lusca, that much is true."
Making clarifications on his stance with the training, he turned his attention to the situation between Shemha and Miss Habana, the both of them talking about making use of Walker's body. Though the little guru had no idea of what they meant by that, he couldn't help but cringe a tiny bit as the sound of crackling wood snapped from Habana's golden gripping of the corpse of Walker, turning his skull into a trophy of hers. Though he knew not of how he felt about this, due to Shemha taking it a step further by enveloping her body around Walker, merging her own body with the deceased tree's. Parting from the corpse, her body looked similar to Walker's, even in clothing, though remaining her own form. Blinking rather rapidly from shock, Accordio was quite literally speechless, as he knew nothing of what this was nor the process of Majin absorption. Hell, this was his first time even knowing about any kind of body merging techniques, as the technique of Namekian Fusion was also far from his own mind.
"Are... Are you okay? L-... What just... Huh?"
This was all Accordio could say about the events unfolding before him, before Habana addressed him, his attention and focus snapping right back in order as he still knelt down and cradled Dion's head, sliding his own energy down the body of the Namekian guardian, slowly filling him with the energy of life to revitalize him. Though, at the rate he was currently going, it was not doing too much other than to reduce the amount of pain. It would only be a matter of time til the Guru would amass enough energy to revert any and all damage done to his dutiful guardian.
Listening to each and every word of the Queen herself, he could feel her own power tank as she traded in her golden locks for the standard saiyan black. Nodding to her advice, he started building ki in his own voice, so he can amplify it loud enough for those around the Grand Elder Village could hear down below. Though not even being up on the Guru's home plateau, they were most likely in fear and confusion in the multitude of events occurring. They needed some guidance, any kind of guidance, as they were wondering what was happening up above to cause such a chaotic situation on top of Xylo's revival. Even if Accordio hadn't done too much with the actual people of Namek, due to him focusing primarily on summoning Dion, he had hoped to gather the collective hopes and dreams of his people.
During the brief period of time that Habana finished explaining the idea of getting as many people as possible here, Accordio raised his own voice, amplifying it using his own energy to speak out to the people around and below...
"My people, this is Accordio, your guru speaking... We... We have finished fighting the first of Xylo's forces. We were just only barely able to fend him off, him being a fraction of the energies we can feel over in the Moori Capital. Thus, I have made a decision that many of you will not be happy with. I ask of you all to join me and Miss Habana up here in front of the Guru's home, along with our other allies, as we travel to Planet Vegeta in which we would be able to get protected much more easily. You can join us, or you can stay, but I pray that you all would be able to make this decision on your own accord. Not because someone forced you to, not because you are listening to everything I say without even questioning me. Just... Make sure this is what YOU want."
Closing his own eyes, he lets his own voice die down in order to let Miss Habana speak, and let the people down below make their decisions. Though, he couldn't help but chuckle again at Accordio's tendency to throw himself in front of attacks, as that was way too true as of right now. Though, he had to make his mind known, as he tried to explain himself, "Heh, yeah I do throw myself into those attacks, but for not without a reason... Well, I do not know if any of you know this, but there is an afterlife in which we can come back from. And, to be quite honest, I... I don't see myself as important as any of you. Hell, Lusca is more important in my opinion than I am. I'm just some kid whose reliant on you guys, so I tried doing what I could to keep you guys alive. ... ... That, and Walker reeeeeeally pissed me off with how he betrayed our trust."
A good ten seconds after he said all of that, a couple of Dragon and Warrior caste members had already flown their way up to the Guru's plateau, congregating near the entrance as they kept their distance from the main group just a good ten feet away. Even more presences were approaching, a couple even being that of the Makozu!? Well, it seems Accordio might need to stop these Makozu once they arrive, as he was going to protect his people and his allies! Though, that was what he assumed they would be here to do, to stop the group.

When Habana suggested that Lusca could train along with Accordio on Vegeta, the feminine Namekian nodded at her words, before giving a sardonic chuckle at her observation regarding how the Guru tended to behave. "Oh you have no idea. And I'm supposed to be the one keeping him out of trouble." she said, a rather pointed look shot in the diminutive Namekian's direction.
Lusca kept a close eye on the Majin though during and after her transformation following her consumption of the now deceased Walker. The physical changes were one thing, but what concerned her was the possible shift in her mental state. The last thing any of them needed right now was for Walker's personality to take hold over Shemha's own, or worse, twist her own views to match that of his.
But so far it seemed that the addition of Walker to her had not adversely affected Shemha... yet. Of course her concerns over the Majin would have to wait as Accordio decided to basically shout out their plan to move to Vegeta for the time being in order to gather the strength to fight against Xylo and his Mazoku forces. Then he began to be self-deprecating again, which caused Lusca to try and smack the Guru upside the head. "We've had this conversation before Guru. Your life comes before mine. You do not get to go around trying to self-sacrifice yourself." she explained to him, as well as the Saiyans and the Majin.
When Habana's companion asked about if anyone knew how to work a spaceship, Lusca shook her head emphatically. "I barely managed to get a pod here from Earth. Doubt I can work anything on a proper starship." she said before she began to work on trying to escort the newcomer Dragon Caste and Warrior Clan Namekians on board the vessel, all the while mindful of the Mazoku signatures that were approaching.

Habana watched Shemha’s transformation with a mix of apprehension and curiosity, she knew on at least a fundamental level how the majin absorption ability was supposed to work but had never seen it in action. The results were interesting as Shemha underwent a distinct though not truly radical shift in her appearance growing at least a half a foot taller along with a host of other changes, most surprisingly was that the change seemed to also produce a new outfit for her. Idly it made Habana wonder if that meant that the clothes Shemha wore were actually just part of her which was a train of thought that needed to end as quickly as it began as now was not the time.
“It's an interesting new look might take a bit getting used to. So long as you’re still you though I like it.” Habana said giving the Majin a friendly grin. She’d had and to an extent still did have some concerns over the absorption of the Tree and what it could do to Shemha’s mental state, killing the Tree had been an easy enough task to rationalize in her mind. Fighting an ally and friend like Shemha was a far less pleasant thought, with any luck it would be easier to contain Shemha until something could be done to undo any negative impact the Tree might have had on her.
If she was REALLY lucky then that wouldn't be necessary at all.
Accordio proceeded with sending a call out to his people to provide them with a chance to escape Namek for the time being, Habana wondered how many would actually follow along with such a plan. There was the benefit of the request coming from there Guru but there was a very real chance a portion of the Namekian populace would stay to fend off Xylo. And potentially even some who would fall in line with him.
Soon enough Namekians began to trickle in from all over, Habana vaguely recognized a few of the Warriors. “The Zenith should be more than capable of transporting a substantial amount of your people Accordio, we can't get everyone out of here we’ll figure out a way of pulling some of them out of here if Xylo makes normal attempts at escape difficult. Things might be a bit rough for a bit when we first get back to Vegeta but I’ve got a plan to fix that. Let's get everyone sorted out and in the ship as fast as we can, whatever Xylo and that thing are doing is taking a lot of power and I’m not entirely sure how long we’ll have”
Inside the ship Jala was barking rapid orders at Raca who was doing his best to keep up with the General, the duo would with surprising speed manage to get the Zenith fired up the cargo bay and main entrance ramps all opening to accommodate the arriving Namekians.
[I’m figuring this point is timeline wise around when Xylo as having Ouroboros create the castle. If we make this the last round I’ll be taking PL since I already did so with my Zenkai]
