Anyway, I added to the species template, but as it stands, what you're seeing here is incomplete versus what has been revealed through Bao's notes currently.

I am really not trying to be a nuisance, but I just want to quote this from the patch notes.
If the mechanics work as you are suggesting, then it is the opposite of how this text intended for the mechanics to work. Gaining full PL in true form and half while suppressed would encourage users to stay in true form at all times. This also makes monster form effectively useless. I think we had ought to wait for Bao-Wolf to comment to see what is up.

It seems I need to be more careful about potential confusion over such matters (indeed important since people may be casting votes under false pretences if a miscommunication occurs) . Also my apologises for not interjecting sooner. To address this one - Milac seems to be on the right track Arcosians get reduced gains compared to other races, (this is a racial ability that is always active, like saiyan tail weakness). Using their supressive forms counteracts this reduction to bring them back to 'normal' gain rates(only normal, not higher). They would indeed be overpowered if they had both powerful transformations and increased gains, didn't want to skew them *too* harshly towards early game as that would require additional counterbalances.

And, if I may so ask myself, what about the Monster and Brute forms? As I understand it, Brute has no impediment and Monster is -25%, is this correct?
