It felt like several years since the last time that she had felt this energy coming even close to the planet let alone be on the planet proper. Ninjin had been doing some sustained training with her Super Saiyan state as she knew that there was now a stage beyond what she was due to the combat she and Toma had had against Zucceta. Now she was specifically trying to strengthen her body and make it feel that the Super Saiyan state was her natural state which included restraining and setting her ki while keeping herself permenantly within. So there she was with the standing up golden hair and blue eyes as she flew across the sky across the Southern Islands toward the landed ship. She had modified her Turtle Gi to say assistant grand master hermit around the ring so that Toma could have the main title all for himself. Yet she was flying out toward Articho’s ki signature because she wanted to see him for one. Hopefully find out what had happened to him and hopefully get him to possibly work with Toma instead of just stomping a mudhole in his arse and taking the position and not caring for the students that have started to regather under Toma’s tutelage. Nearing the grass covered island cluster that he had landed on she would not slow until she would be seen by her former pupil by the golden aura that danced around her as she flew along. Spinning in the air her black gi rippling as she landed on the ground beside Articho’s ship. “Arti!!! I can sense that you are here still. Where have you been as you told me you would be gone a week or two at most. It has been months…”As she yelled out but she still held a jubilant tone to her words. There was obviously concern as to his disappearance had brought her a little anguish as she had considered him to be something of a younger brother to herself. Glancing around as her mind was racing she would call out once more. “Come on Arti. I.. was worried about you when you left and did not come back. I had to lie to your mother for you. I told her I had told you about some secret place to go and train. Some place that you would get crazy strong and be able to help in the fighting that is to come…”It was the truth as she had fielded a few calls because of her connection and the fact that she had let her have her number at some point which she could not remember. Sighing she leaned against the landing gear of the ship hoping that he would come outside soon enough. (( Articho Reville for when you are on Earth as I wont be awake when you are able to post in here.))

Articho at the edge of the sandy beach near the lapping waves of the ocean, gazing out at the sea with a smile on his face. The symbol of King Kai stood proudly on the back of his jacket as he took a deep breath of the fresh, salt air. It had been some time since he'd last seen the ocean and blue skies of his home planet. Six months. Six months spent in Heaven training with King Kai and six months of his life he had missed. Sunlight glinted off of the lenses of his sunglasses as he crossed his arms over his chest. The scouter function now put into the shades began beeping wildly as it picked up a power level at the same time as his senses detected it. It was large, powerful, and...familiar. His smile grew wider as he turned in the direction the energy of Ninjin, his former master, approached his position. He hopped up onto the top of the ship as she landed and called out to him. The younger hybrid hopped off the top of his ship and quickly moved to pull his old teacher in for a hug, holding her there for a moment as he reveled in just being able to see someone he knew once again.
"Yeah, I know," Articho said, pulling away. He took off his sunglasses as he scratched at the back of his head. "I, uh, well, I kinda...died on Konats. I would have been back much sooner, but I was chosen to train with a great teacher and learn from him. I learned a lot while I was there, so I guess you're not wrong, technically." He grinned sheepishly, though mentally, he knew about the tongue lashing he would receive when he got back to his house and saw his mother and father again.

As she was embraced she smiled widely and actually hugged him back. Holding the younger hybrid tightly but friendly just as she had back when she had mentored him in the past. Letting go as he took off his sunglasses she could instantly tell that he was much stronger than he had been before and the emblem about on his gi was something new but it looked familiar to her. Listening to him speak about him training after he had died raised her interest. “Wait you trained with someone inside of the afterlife? I can only imagine the things you learned. It had to be amazing what you saw and who you met while there. But I am not going to bombard you with the million questions that are going through my mind…”
She smiled at him as she raised her fist and gave him a quick bump on the back of the head as she smiled at him. “That is for worrying me all these months. But it is good to see that you are alive and safe now.” Speaking softly she took her gaze to look down at the ground and then around the area as the wind started up and whipped around the pair. She started to run a hand up to her golden hair as she took a few steps away from Articho.
“Well good to let you know that the twins are doing well. They have been growing in both strength and their stature. They are both flying around the house now. Toma has been chasing them around the house as I have. It is a great thing to watch.” Smiling widely as she closed her eyes and shook her head as she just chuckled at the mental image.

Articho nodded, "You don't think I'd just be moping around without doing anything, do you? I've got a score to settle, after all." The younger hybrid lifted his right hand and pointed a thumb at the back of his jacket. "The symbol belongs to King Kai, my teacher in the afterlife. I was a little miffed when he first changed it since the back originally had a Turtle Symbol on it, instead. I'd show you what he taught me, but I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise. Let's just say I've never looked so good in red."
Articho laughed and waved Ninjin's hand away as she lightly tapped him on the back of the head. "It's good to be back," he replied, rubbing the spot where she had hit him. "Heaven was cool and all, but after so long, it begins to lose some of its charm. There's absolutely nothing to do up there." At the mention of her and Toma's twins, his smile grew brighter. It would be good to see them again. It was like having two younger siblings without having to deal with actually living with them. He couldn't imagine what it would be like to actually have a younger sibling os his own. "That's good to hear. Sounds like they'r well on their way to becoming the next defenders of Earth."

“Never once figured you out as a moping style of man. Instead I figured you would be beating up everyone within heaven til someone trained you. Heck I know that I have trained you well enough to whip the arse out of a lot of the fighters up there.” Smiling at him widely her own pride about him and what he has accomplished some shining through her words. It was obvious just how she had felt for her former pupil because she knew he had moved on much farther than she could ever train him now. Especially when he spoke that he had been trained by a Kai.
She smiled at him patting him right over the symbol after he spoke about it. “I could not be more proud of you. You are a good man..” Smiling as she moved to take a seat on a patch of grass on the island. She exhaled and the golden glow that had surrounded her faded away and the super saiyan state slipped away and she looked at him with her natural eyes and hair in place once more. “They will be before even I realize it. Heck I know of a seven or eight year old that is out there fighting already… Me and Toma are not going to restrain them. Should our kids want to do nothing but train then we are going to do that for them. We are going to be training them inside of the turtle discipline and my own created discipline.”
Her words spoke up softly yet with purpose as she knew how Articho cared about the munchkins like they were family. Taking a moment to lift her own gi to show the newly changed emblem she and Toma had come up with. “Ever since I stepped down and Zexama vanished the school was in turmoil… Thankfully it seems that everything has come to a head. Toma has decided to step up and with my help teach once more. He will be doing the majority of the heavy teaching but I will be allowed to teach everyone just as I did for you and the others.”

Articho laughed slightly, his smile turning sheepish. "Yeah, you did, but it wasn't that hard for me to get to the actual training," he explained. "The guy who judges the souls told me that King Kai had chosen me and was waiting for me to show up when I finally got to the front of the line. As for the fighters there, I'm pretty sure a lot of them could beat me into the ground with ease. We're talking billions of souls over thousands of years and given how much stronger I got in six months, there's no telling the levels of strength those guys have reached." His voice filled with awe and respect as his mind imagined the kinds of people who inhabited both Heaven and Hell. It put things into perspective for him. All he was was one man in the sea of time, not the first like him and certainly not the last.
"That'll give them the head start I never had," Articho replied with a shrug. "Won't be long before they end up surpassing us and reaching heights we'll never reach. It'll be good to see that; nice way of knowing that the Earth will always be in safe hands so long as people keep finding a reason to train." The younger hybrid was smiling softly, only for it to fall away as he looked down at the altered emblem. He looked back up at Ninjin with mixed emotions across his face. "Was the emblem change his idea?" was all he said in response to the news.

“Ok you do have a great point to that… I can only imagine how much stronger one could get being there for hundred to thousands of years… Makes me wonder just how strong Grandmaster Krillen became after her left his mortal plane and ascended as I can only imagine he was allowed to continue to train up there within Heaven as you were.” She spoke softly as the thought seemed to cross her mind as she looked at him. The fact he had spent six months and gotten as strong as he had was just amazing to her. Closing her eyes for a few moments she would let the air around them move her hair and clothing.
She shook her head from side to side. “No it was my choice to change it. I wanted to assist him in order to help train the students as they appear. Get more people inside the doors and try and help train them more one on one then what even what I was doing. Instead of the larger classes like I was teaching as the school became bloated instead lead smaller dojo styles with at most ten students. Allow yourself more time to do things… But he went off world to go take care of some unfinished business. So I have in his absence taken up the mantle again. I do what I can for him because I love him…” Her words at the end faded away a little as she looked at the ground once more.
“Articho I still feel like I failed you as a teacher and mentor. I was not there for you when you needed the advice and assistance. Neither time you really needed me…” She was most obviously thinking back on the death of Articho’s good friend and fellow pupil of his, and the moment on Konats sinking in once more. She outwardly sighed once more as she lifted her head and looked at him. “I have been trying everything I can to regain the strength I had when I trained you but it feels as if there is nothing I can actually do to make people remember those no longer with us. Almost like people just vanish without a trace and allow themselves to vanish into history…”

Articho kept frowning, looking down as he flipped his sunglasses around in his hands. "Still seems bloated to me," he replied, looking back up at Ninjin. "Ten people for one class for a martial arts school is too impersonal. No two fighters are the exact same and trying to do large group workouts can be detrimental to people who need certain skills worked on more than others. If I'm being honest, I think the large dojo building is detrimental to the school. If we keep it, history's just going to repeat itself. And if I'm being more honest with you, I don't think I want Toma at the head of the school. Nothing against him, but if you didn't know that I had died, then I guess he didn't tell you that he knew and that he knew who did it, too."
Articho looked down at the ground again, then smiled softly and looked back at Ninjin with a shake of his head. "I wouldn't be where I am today without you," the younger hybrid said. "You didn't fail: you gave me the strength to overcome my own hardships. There's an old saying that fits here: give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. You taught me the skills necessary to make this far and that's exactly what a teacher should strive for. To one day see their students surpass them and no longer require the teacher's assistance." He paused for a moment as a wave of emotions passed over him, but he took a deep breath and released it slowly. "Scars fade with time," Articho said. "The friends we lost who never returned left scars on us, but we can't dwell on our loses. We just have to promise to fight harder for them and always move forward."

“For now it is bloated yes. Over time it will be shrinking back down. Trust me on this that I am working on things Articho. We have a plan that we have been working on. I know that he has brought aside the gifted students and he has left me to train the general students that have already paid for classes. We have stopped taking in new students and instead will be working through all of the people. But those are just things that are to come for now we have that bloat as you call it and could use some help…” Sighing she flicked her hand against the ground as she spoke. The obvious bit of anger on the subject sitting below the surface.
“If I had not had to leave for my maternity leave I could of kept the school trimmed down and the way it could be… The way that the first grandmaster spoke about. With just the whole minimal talented students.” Speaking up she could see things from his perspective and why it is that Articho could think about everything. Sighing once more as she realized it was almost like talking to a brick wall. Her husband was the same way when it came to things like this.
“He did not tell me because of reasons… I know he had good reasons to not tell me Arti. Cause he did not want to upset me anymore than I was already as I had just had a fight with my sister…” Letting the last bit slip away from her lips she smiled as Arti actually managed to make her feel better with his own words even the ones about the scars of the past of those long gone. Nodding at him in response.
“For Daiki, Zexama, and Gleciar we always do need to look forward and go forward. Their disappearances or deaths will never be forgotten by me so long as I live… Articho the only thing that I have to say is if you do fight with Toma restrain yourself. Do not kill him. Not for me but for the twins. I could live with the pain they could not. Cause if I had to choose I would say the three of us should run the school. Each of us teaching students in a much more personal way and then we could even have them train against one another and better themselves. Each of us taking at most three students and training them to spar and fight against one another inside of tournaments would be a great way to personalize the training, but I do not know if that would be something you nor him would be interested within.” The stream of consciousness that she spewed out was just something that hit her mind. It was a compromise that could better the Turtle School much more than having in fighting amongst the leaders of the school.

Articho shook his head. "I don't mean bloated as in how many students we have," he stated. "I mean bloated in that its just too big. Every student holds talent within them and all of them deserve the same training and teaching to help them realize their full potential. Some may be more skilled than others, but all deserve the same treatment and dedicated training from the Turtle Hermit. We need not shut anyone out, but the Turtle School should up its standards. Let our students come find us, seek us out to help better themselves." The younger hybrid paused for a moment. "I'm not sure if you know this, but the Turtle School wasn't always at that large dojo. Once, it was nothing but a small house on an island in the ocean in the Southern Islands. When I see my parents again, I'm going to the island and I'm going to rebuild that house and then..." His voice trailed off. He figured he and Ninjin were on the same page at this point.
As Ninjin asked Articho not to kill Toma should they fight, he looked at her in bewilderment. "Kill him?" he asked. "Why would I kill him? He's not a bad guy. I just don't agree with how he's running things and think I could do it better. It's like electing a governor or mayor, just with more fists and less politics." The younger hybrid paused, scratching his chin thoughtfully. "Maybe, but I'd rather work with each one individually, at first. If we want to continue refining their skills, then your idea would work well, since the Hermit can only teach so much."

“I do remember reading a few things that was very scattered from the writing of the first Turtle Hermit’s daughter. Something about how her father trained with another student and they were pitted against one another. You know I have been searching for the location of that island. I still have not found it but then again you may of talked to the man himself while in heaven.” She spoke and smiled at her before sighing once more. Ninjin had been doing a lot of thinking on ways to make the school better and what he was saying was most certainly what she had thought about. Knowing full well that she had to do many a thing.
“Though you do have a point Articho that each and every person does deserve a different tone and a different way of teaching. I can safely say that you were different than Daiki and he was different than Zexama. You all had you r own challenges.” Speaking about her own difficulties but the fact that stood up there with her.
“That is something I told my cousin as well… Though she didn’t kill either of us when we fought. So I can consider us pretty safe. It came from the fact that the both of you are saiyans. You two will not stop fighting til one of you guys knock the other out cold.”[/color] Shaking her head she would elaborate her thoughts as she looked at Articho as if going along with his thoughts would be a great thing cause this could create something good.
But I will bring it up to Toma if you want there Articho about the three of us acting as a leadership core. With him administering the final exam for the students. I think that each of us taking the most gifted of the students and personally training them would be great. Would keep him from being overwhelmed and would allow the other students to keep from feeling they are being overlooked for personal training. Not to mention would give us plenty of opportunities to train against one another in demonstrations for our students… As I will be honest I am curious to just how strong you have gotten.” The last words came out and she stood up slowly and smiled at him. It would be obvious that she was thinking about other things specifically. As she knew of the next tier of Super Saiyan and she felt that Arti was much stronger than her and she wanted to see if he had also unlocked that level of strength. As if he had she would try to find out what it was that caused him to unlock it.

Articho tapped his head after Ninjin finished speaking. "Everything about that house is up here: location, layout, paint job, even the toilet brand. All up here and I'm going to recreate it." He lowered the hand he was using to tap his head with to about chest level. He concentrated for a moment until sparkles began floating around his fingers. "I've picked up quite a few things from my time in Heaven. Lots of interesting people to meet and learn from, including magic."
Articho scoffed, looking away dramatically and crossing his arms over his chest. "Give me a little credit, Ninjin," he said. "If I didn't know how to control myself, then I would have ended up in hell for sure." He looked back at her, a confident glint in his eyes. "I think we can take a page out of the Saiyan's book here and have Toma and I fighter to see who is the Turtle Hermit. Best man wins and all that, but without any of the killing they have, naturally."
The younger hybrid shrugged in response. "I got decently stronger. Not Super Saiyan 2 levels, if thats what your wondering, but close," he said. He lifted his sunglasses up and held them out to Ninjin. "I've got a built in scouter on there if your curious about the numbers. As for my Super Saiyan transformation, I managed to master it so it's stronger and more energy efficient, as well as learned how to put out more energy and make it a lot stronger, but a lot slower. The muscles on that form are just ridiculous."

“Really you have all the information about the house? That is simply amazing. Would you want assistance in building it? As I would love to see it rebuilt and standing once more.” It was obvious just how much she cared about doing this simple thing. Yet she did care because of her former position at the helm of the School made her feel much stronger about it than a normal person would. Watching him move his fingers and have magical powers slip off his fingers made her raise her eyebrow.
“I thought that most magic was garbage. But you are telling me that there is legitimate magic that can be used in our lives?”” Asking as she looked at him and blinked a few more times. She had never thought about such a thing being viable in any manner. Though the fact he had met a bunch of interesting people made her smile at him as it was good to know.
“I just say it as it sticks in my brain. More for the little ones not just my own selfish reasons but you are right. Taking a page from the saiyans would not be a bad idea. Train til we are exhausted and beaten then recover and do it all over again. Do this time and again you can only get stronger each time.” The thoughts of the fighting would make sense to her. Push yourself to absolute exhaustion and then go from there. It was a certain way to get stronger and to push oneself much harder and much farther. Especially if you and your opponent are equally skilled.
She nodded as he spoke about the new forms of Super Saiyan that he had gotten into. So once more her suspicions where correct about the next few tiers of super saiyan existed and she smiled at him widely. “I knew that there had to be a good reason to try and force yourself to learn to control the strength that the Super Saiyan comes from it. I have been trying to maintain my own strength and all that. So the Bulking also has an effect on it and Zucceta did not tell me the trigger that she had to trigger her own transformation to the next level. But I do not want to even think of what I would have to use to trigger that state if it is anything the same like Super Saiyan.”

Articho shook his head and shrugged in response to her question. "Not much you could do, really. I'm going to recreate it with magic, though I will admit that it'll be the biggest thing I've ever created," he said, the sparkles still swirling around his fingers. Various colors reflected off of the white gauze wrapped around his hands. "I kinda just want to keep it with my parents and I. It'll be a new house and new direction in our lives. My mom spent so long raising me by herself and then even longer alone and I want to try and give back to her, you know?"
The younger hybrid smirked, clenching his glowing hand in front of his chest and placing his other fist on his hip. "You'd think with all the things you've seen, nothing would be too far fetched for you, Ninjin," he tutted. He extended his glowing hand outward, palm facing down. "Hopefully, this will give you a little lesson in keeping an open mind," he continued. A brief glow formed beneath his hand before solidifying into a classic Turtle School gi. "Originally, this, and weighted shells, were all I could do, but I practiced a lot and managed to learn how to change it into different kinds of outfits." He paused again and the dogi in his hand started to glow again. It quickly died down, having shifted into the design of a qipao outfit with a big Turtle School symbol in the center of the chest. "I can show you all I can do, if you want."
Articho let the qipao vanish into the air as he stared at Ninjin in confusion. She had completely missed his point about taking a page from the Saiyans, since he had meant he and Toma could duel for the spot of Turtle Hermit and not train to the point of exhaustion. She wasn't wrong about how it would make people much stronger, but it also could lead to some pretty terrible injuries. "I guess, but what I meant was Toma and I could battle it out to see who should be Turtle Hermit."
"You could probably trigger Super Saiyan 2 much like Super Saiyan one, with the whole 'super angry tempter tantrum' thing, but I think it's possible to train into it, as well," Articho mused. "The strength is there and much like any other form of Super Saiyan, it came be triggered or the strength can be tamed to work for you from the get go. On that note, here's what I managed to train up while I was in Heaven." As he finished, Articho transformed into his Super Saiyan state in a burst of energy. "I call this Mastered Super Saiyan. It's basically the same, but I can pretty much stay it for however long I wan. I even fallen asleep in this form before," he explained. He then took a depth breath and focused for a moment. Then, with a loud shout, he transformed into his Ultra Super Saiyan state. His muscles bulged and strained the threads on his clothes as his hair grew longer and spikier. "Now, this, is Ultra Super Saiyan," he said. "It's a lot stronger than Super Saiyan, but the increased strength is more forced, so my muscle mass is increased, too. It's a lot slower because of it." Articho took another deep breath after his explanation and relaxed, dropping back down into his regular Super Saiyan form. He didn't want to keep Ultra Super Saiyan up too long lest it stretch out the leather of his jacket.

Nodding to Aritcho as she knew exactly how that felt like. To just have somewhere for herself and Tom and their children was what she wished for. So that is what she had built. The island that the four of them and her friend called home. “Then you will have to invite me over after you have it completed so that I can see it. As that will be awesome to see in person once you are done. Not to mention your mother has asked to see the twins again. I swear she is getting attached to seeing them almost as much as a grandmother would to their grandkids.”
She was speaking something of the truth as she had maintained contact with Articho’s mother in a capacity to ask advice of her. For her it was a sympathetic ear just as she would hope her mother would of done so if she was still alive. “You can show me later. As I think that it will be a good thing to show…And I know that is what you meant. Was hoping to distract your mind off that.”
Shrugging as she nodded at his assumption of Super Saiyan 2 was what it was she was mentioning. “I doubt I want to actually try and gain it in a moment like that… The first time I gained Super Saiyan was painful enough. With my mother dying and all that…” She sighed and looked at him watching him go from form to form.
“That last form looks like you are purposely trying to blow yourself up. I mean the muscles look to the point of ridiculous levels there my former pupil. I have that muscle bulking that I have seen others do for moments I need that added umph but I have no idea that would be a lead up into a grander form of Super Saiyan…” She shrugged as she looked at Articho and transformed herself. Rubbing at the weights on her weighted gi. “Arti I can feel you are stronger than I am… But how about we have a good old fashioned spar like old times sake? I mean we use Budokai rules and no Ki blasts. Sound like a good idea? Would be a lot like our first training sessions.”
As she spoke she looked at him and if he agreed she would walk out and begin to do like she had that first day. Dragging her heel to mark the ring within the sand. As soon as the large rectangle was marked within the sand she would remove her weighted clothing and look at him with a smile on her face.
