Blue. That's all Hael could really think on from his vantage point above his world of Arcose. It was more blue then any other planet in the galaxy, brighter and more pure than earth could ever hope to be. While those weak little beings called their world a blue jewel, Hael couldn't help but compare Arcose to that of a glorious diamond that hung among the star. His people thrived on it, accepted its cold and embraced its harshness, and were the strongest because of it...
Brown. That's all Hael could think on now, clinging to his asteroid home as memories of the invasion came to him. His home sullied, broken by the damn apes that dared to even gaze upon it. They brought their great tree and their endless mass of weakling soldiers to try and shatter the diamond of the universe...and succeeded despite his clans efforts.
Purple. The Color of his clans blood filled his mind, bodies of his cousins and siblings floating in the void. Battered, broken, and failures every single one of them...Including himself. He had only been head of the clan for but a few weeks, and he had been there to watch his clan be torn apart and thrown aside. Generations of shame as other clans stepped on them punctuated by mere apes defeating them and leaving them to rot in the void.
Then, the blue returned...the brown never existed and the purple had returned to the renewed bodies of his family. Someone somewhere wished them all back, his people blessed by the kindness of their destroyer. The damn Queen of those apes, those Saiyans, wished the damage she caused away. Wish his family back from death, all in some change of heart brought on by the fighters of Earth.
His race was without the honor it deserved, their empire broken, repaired, then broken again. What had been meant to be the new emperor was slain, killed by the whims of what can only be seen as another Arcosian's plot.
His clan was now shamed on two fronts, by both being failures as fighters, and being part of a race of failures.
Red. This is all Hael could see as his anger welled up. Shame was his families only heirloom, their only possession, their only claim...
"No more...." He said finally, turning to return to his clans citadel. "My clan will no longer stand for this. I, will no longer stand for this." He said, taking flight and blasting off across the surface of the asteroid. "The apes, the Slugs, the little weaklings, they'll all come to learn Arcosian power once more. I'll make sure of it."
With this last statement, he flew into one of the many tunnels that lead to the core of the Glacial asteroid, and disappeared within. Plans of reclamation and revenge forming in his mind, Hael knew that pain and hardship was to come. It was his job to make sure it was felt by his enemy more than his own clan, and he would complete his duty as clan leader, no matter the cost.
