Purika's ship would hover over the landscape of Mount Paozu. Purika had made a decision to move back to the mountains, as he had lived there before and enjoyed it. It was better than sitting on a hot island all day in the middle of the ocean. He'd find a suitable flat spot to land, lowering the ship down and opening its landing gear. It'd land on the ground softly, planting itself into the dirt partly. He'd had purchased the land here earlier, meaning he wasn't trespassing or anything. He afforded this by doing some heavy work that normal humans couldn't do. He and his legion would exit the ship, and Purika would set up a few capsule buildings along the flat land. He'd give each person their own capsule home to stay in, so they wouldn't have to stay in the ship all day. Now the ship was just an alternative home, for traveling purposes mostly. He'd go ahead and transport most of his stuff out of his room and the ship, and into his new capsule home. Also, being in this location, training would be easier as if one of their ki blasts hit the ground, it wouldn't cause anything that wouldn't get them in trouble. He'd also set up a broadcasting device, connected to the Empires channel, for any soldiers on Earth. He knew that some were stranded on Earth, like Capper had been. Purika would then exit his capsule home, closing his door behind him. He decided to go out and explore around the area, memorizing it a bit before heading back to the opening where the capsule buildings/houses were. He'd walk over to the broadcasting device, send out a signal, to attract any members of the Empire still stranded on Earth with the proper tech to detect the signals.

Power Level: 41,229 Heavy Weights Equipped! Current Power Level 10,037
Rafar would be flying across the expanses of the Southern Islands, seeking to find a better spot to relocate his home base. He had been flying in and out of his current area a lot, so he felt that a change of scenery would probably be best. He still didn't know whether or not the SSE or some other organization was tracking his movements, so it was best to err on the side of caution until he knew more information. He was considering a rocky isle that sloped into a plateau, when his attention was suddenly distracted by a notification on his scouter. A power level of 35k had appeared a couple clicks inland, and it was broadcasting a SSE signal.
He would arrive just as the warrior seemed to be making himself at home, scattering capsule houses like rose petals. Mentally, Rafar had been aware of the SSE's small foothold on Earth, but he hadn't expected them to be so OBVIOUS about it. By the looks of it, this base seemed to be a permanent settlement, maybe even a miltary base. Were they going to take away his new home? To add insult to possible injury, the Sayian setting up the camp was the one who had took him out in the very first round of Tourit's tournament! In a flash of anger, he unconsciously activated his new transformation, causing his hair to spike up and his eyes to lose their pupils. He landed next to the Sayian, and crossed his arms, his red aura roaring, "What are you doing here?" If Purika was observant at all, he could tell that Rafar was extremely angry, and was not in the mood for idle chit-chat!

Purika smirked as a new signature picked up on his scouter, the first visitor of the day. His scouter locked onto him, scanning his power level. Power Level: 10,037. Then, in a sudden burst, it spiked up 6 times more than that. Power Level: 61,843. He watched as the person came into sight, someone he had known, Rafar. He could still tell it was him even if he was transformed. Purika was surprised he even had this transformation, one that Luffa had achieved. He knew about this due to seeing him in a battle a year ago. The False Super Saiyan form. He still had his curiosities about it, not knowing what caused it. Apparently it was an incomplete super saiyan from what he'd heard.
He would put his curiosities aside, and watched as Rafar landed next to him, with Rafar crossing his arms. Purika's smirk would fade into his normal expression. Rafar had asked him what he was doing here. Purika sighed before finally giving the man a reply. "Well, im living here like any other normal person... except a lot of people don't live here. I take it that you picked up the signal I sent out to the Empire's soldiers left on Earth." Purika also took note of his toned, showing that he was sort of pissed off... Purika planned to figure this out. "Also, why are you angry? Something tick you off?" Purika could tell this also wasn't his normal power level, as he had seen it before about two times higher than the first signature he had picked up on his scouter.
Apparently Purika's other legionaries noticed that there was a guest outside, and peeked around out their door to see a False Super Saiyan. It wasn't just everyday you would come across a False Super Saiyan, you would say this transformation was rarer than the actual Super Saiyan transformation itself! Purika also folded his arms as he waited on Rafar's response.

If Rafar remembered correctly, the tournament had listed this warrior as 'Z'. He was a fellow pure-blood, and a crafty warrior to be sure! Z had launched a mouth beam during their fight, which Rafar had never even detected. In response to this memory, Rafar's aura burst forth with renewed strength as he made sure his ki was ready for any kind of retaliatory strike. He noticed the few soldiers at the entrance of the ship which only enforced his belief that this man was up to no good.
Rafar's scowl slightly lightened as the warrior decided to stop working and start talking. Z said how he was just planning to live here, which sounded innocent enough. Then, he mentioned the signal he sent out to 'the empire's soldiers left on Earth'. "For one, I am not part of the SSE anymore, I don't trust them." He raised a finger, "Second, what gives you the authority to set up a military base on Earth? Last time I checked, Earth didn't hold well with outside militaries enforcing their will on the general populace." He growled, "But that's your motto or something isn't it? Ignore all pretense of rules when it suits you? All you know is power plays." Rafar's voice was bitter, remembering how his father had been slaughtered for no reason at all. He hadn't done anything wrong, to the contrary he had done too much right.

Purika listened closely as Rafar gave his reply. Purika was curious why Rafar didn't trust the Empire, resulting in him leaving. Purika took a gulp of air, before replying to this. "Well, what's the reason behind why you don't trust them?" Purika then paused a moment to gather a bit more air, letting it flow into his lungs. Rafar had a lot to learn, about observing and then speaking.
Purika got somewhat irritated at what Rafar had said, while not knowing what he was talking about whatsoever. "First off, this is not a damn military base. Please observe your surroundings and then speak after you have. Second, im not enforcing anyone. We're living here like any normal people, we go and buy our shit like them. Third, who said I was ignoring the damn rules?! I'm following every single rule and I haven't intentionally did anything wrong-" Purika subsequently had a reminder that he had accidentally destroyed a few patches of forest on accident in his Oozaru form, which he managed to get under control a day or so earlier, and also helped recover the areas. "-. And who says that's the only thing I know? You know nothing about me! I'm working my ass off to try and gather soldiers stuck on Earth and get them back to their homes and families!" Purika paused, settling himself down, but still with a stern expression on his face, waiting to hear what Rafar had to say next. That was a real mouthful. Rafar was really quick to jump to conclusions in his eyes.

“The reason? THE REASON?!” Rafar’s energy exploded, kicking up the dust into a howling windstorm, “THE REASON IS BECAUSE MY FATHER WAS MURDERED BY SSE TROOPS! AND WHAT DID THEY DO? NOTHING!” He was beyond angry, how dare this insignificant warrior question him like this!
Then Z started treating him like a damn lunatic! “Are you serious?” He waved his hand towards their surroundings, encompassing both the ship and the houses, “You’ve got a SSE ship, housing and Sayians who I suppose are ki users?” If he was honest with himself, he was being a tad too critical but he didn’t really care, “Sounds like some kind of encampment to me, even if it is minor.” He let out a long angry sigh, “Your plan might be not to oppress anyone, you do seem like an honorable sort. But how do you plan to stop Sayians running off at the wrong time and accidentally going Oozaru? You can’t possibly tell me that all of them know how to control it, and they could potentially lay waste to entire cities in that form.” He was genuinely curious about if Z had planned for this eventuality, it was a common occurrence for Sayians who had been stranded on Earth, and it hadn’t exactly won the Earthling’s trust. Rafar then paused his tirade slightly, an unreadable expression taking the place of an enraged one as Z stated he was going to try and rescue Sayians that had been stranded on Earth. It was an admirable goal to be sure, but it could also be a front to explain more nefarious activities, "If that's truly your intention, I wouldn't recommend searching the cities, we aren't exactly welcome there." The few times Rafar had gone out to the various cities, he had been treated like a monster, forcing him to adopt a disguise, an Rafar doubted many Sayians would bow to necessity like he had. "Since when is the SSE conducting rescue missions? It's been around 6 months since the invasion, why now?"

Purika listened as Rafar spoke on why he didn't trust the Empire, taking a mental note that questioning him on that was a sensitive spot from what Purika could tell, as Rafar was angered by it. Purika would sigh before replying to this first. "They didn't do anything because they never found out. They could have found out if you had went and reported it to them, and then they would've been arrested or put to death for their crimes against the Empire! You're comparing those soldiers who murdered your father, which I assume aren't very many, to the whole Empire. Everyone has different personalities and thoughts, so a comparison like that isn't necessary." Purika paused and continued listening.
He was still not observant even as he commented on that, seemingly forgetting that he used a signal to attract them and not searching. Also, Purika had thought of this well before it could happen. Purika sighed once more at Rafar had said, before commenting. "It isn't a SSE ship, its MY ship. We also bought these houses from humans. Also, everyone uses ki in some shape, way, or form. You use ki also, don't you?" Purika paused before continuing. "I already planned ahead of time for those who couldn't control their Oozaru forms. I simply cut off their tails, and therefore, they could not transform. Also I know how to control it, watch. Also the full moon is out today, which is strange." Purika then turned his eyes on the moon.
He gracefully accepted the Blutz Waves into his body, before they rushed through his body and began the transformation. His body started to grow, his mouth started to elongate, and he grew hairs all across his body. His fangs and teeth became sharper, and his ears also. This would continue until the transformation completed, with his clothes and armor too. Purika laughed a bit, before speaking in a deep voice given to him by the Oozaru form. "See? I can control it perfectly fine." Purika had just recently learned how to control it, thankful that he did, so he wouldn't do something irrational while he was transformed.
"About the searching part. You found me by picking up the SSE signal I sent out right? That's how im finding them. I know perfectly well that we are not welcomed on Earth. Also, the SSE may or may not be conducting rescue missions. I'm doing this on my own terms. I just recently came to Earth and became able to help the stranded ones out." Purika was huge in his Oozaru form, so he took a seat on the smooth ground, brushing aside the grass.

Rafar clenched his fist, "I'm sorry but I didn't exactly have time to file a formal report before I was launched off planet! Maybe comparing all SSE soldiers to only 5 might be a little incentive, but no one noticed those soldiers before I told you right!" No one had seemed to notice that he was gone either, which wasn't exactly an incentive to return to the SSE. Rafar had only one thing he needed to do now, find the soldiers, and kill them. But perhaps listening to this poster boy prattle on wasn't a waste of time, maybe he could learn some valuable information on the state of Vegeta. After all, a little recon never hurt anyone.
Z wasn't exactly making his newfound job easy though, and continually insisted that the SSE was not trying to run a military base. "Well the question of ownership isn't exactly obvious is it?" He scratched the back of his head, concerned he maybe had pushed this warrior a tad too far. It was entirely possible that this encampment could be completely innocent, but his instincts, perhaps a little bit biased, told him that something was off here. "I'm honestly surprised they let you cut off their tails, I wouldn't think they would simply agree to that! After all, it's a point of pride." It was also something that the Idiot NOXA had taken away from him in his last spar, and it hadn't been exactly gentle. One could only imagine how someone could voluntarily agree to that torture.
Z seemed to be really trying to prove his point, transforming into the alter-ego of the Sayian race. Rafar would stumble a little bit as the extra weight of the Oozaru began to weigh on the plateau on which they stood. Showoff. "Impressive! I used to also be able to control that form..........before it was taken from me." He grimaced, "It's nice that you are trying to help out stranded Sayians. I guess..I might have slightly misjudged you." The last part was said somewhat grudgingly. Rafar would take a deep breath, and the red flames surrounding his form wold cease. Perhaps having a moral conversation in a form born of pure rage wasn't such a good idea, he had a feeling it had been influencing his reason!

Purika listened closely as Rafar shouted out his replies, while also powering down his False Super Saiyan form. It was good Rafar had realized his error in judging him. Purika quickly thank about what Rafar had just said quickly, before spitting out a reply of his own. He'd give off a serious expression now, which was clearly visible because of the size the Oozaru form had gave him. "Right, I'm the only one who found out. I don't have anything to say about no one noticing, as I don't have your memories I don't know if there was any witnesses or not." Purika paused to take in a bit of air, with it rushing into his elongated nose. "You could have also went right back, I recall that previous coordinates are saved into the pods."
Now was on to what Rafar said about their tails. "Well, only one of them agreed to it actually. The rest refused, so I gave them a little something to prevent them from transforming, and ordered them not to take it off or there would be consequences for doing so." Purika raised his hand to the back of his head, scratching it and grinning a bit, before returning his hand back to his lap, while he was sitting with his legs folded. His tail still waved around perfectly fine though.
Purika remembered something, he never gave Rafar his real name. Well, he didn't want everyone in the tournament knowing his name anyways. "Oh, I almost forgot, my real name isn't Z, it's Purika. I didn't want everyone in the tournament knowing who I was." Purika would smile yet again at Rafar, waiting to see if he would say anything in return. Rafar had quite a lot on his mind, in Purika's opinion, at least.

Rafar fell to one knee, gradually recovering the stamina lost from the False Super Sayian form. It really takes a toll doesn't it, and it is only half power compared to the Super Sayian, let alone the Ascended version. He looked down at his open hand, How do they manage to fight full battles with that kind of stamina loss, I can barely sustain the form for all of 5 minutes! Maybe it's time to train. Hearing the sound of a bestial voice, Rafar looked up to hear Z continue to talk about the murder. He sighed, "No there weren't any witnesses, they were too cowardly to attack at a time where they could encounter some resistance. And no, I couldn't have gone back since the pod is basically a rock at this point, it should have been taken off the line years ago."
The next part of the conversation was interesting, and Rafar flew backwards a little bit, seating himself on a decaying log, "That makes more sense than a group shaving I guess. But what is the device? Does it just block out the Blutz Waves, or does it affect a Sayian's biology?" It was an interesting track of conversation, and got even more interesting when Purika announced his real name, "Nice to meet you, I wouldn't say no to a spar sometime!"

Purika listened on, curious as Rafar told him that there was no witnesses and that his old pod was supposedly a 'rock'. Purika's brain had enough sense to figure that it was broke from context clues. "Alright then, I have nothing further to say." Purika sighed a bit under his breath, feeling a bit of empathy for the saiyan, while subsequently placing his balled hand beneath his chin. He watched as Rafar flew back and sat down on a log, which was apparently falling to pieces slowly but surely over time. He continued listening as Rafar asked him about this device. "I don't particularly know, but the earthlings developed it for the saiyans remaining on Earth. I don't know much about it except that it prevents you from being able to transform into an Oozaru." Purika listened on as Rafar stated that he would like to spar Purika some time. "We could spar now, but I assume you're still recovering your energy from using the false super saiyan form. The regular super saiyan form is known to take up quite a bit of energy until you master the form." Purika paused with his balled fist still supporting his chin, waiting on Rafar to say something.

Rafar flicked his hand dismissively, "Yeah lets just move on, I don't really like talking about this." The death of a parent wasn't exactly a topic that anyone enjoyed talking about, so he was glad to move on. His lips then quirked as the giant ape began to act like a humanoid, resting his head on his fist. The Sayian hoped he hadn't looked this ridiculous to Retsu and NOXA when they sparred before Tourit's tournament, but his ape was probably more angry than Purika's current form. Rafar's ears perked up as Purika admitted to knowing little about the device he put on his own his own soldiers, "They couldn't have been terribly confident about it then, the Earthlings could have put spying devices on the devices." He shrugged, "But I guess that is your decision anyway." Finally, the conversation rolled around to what he was most interested in, the spar, "Oh I think I have some fight left in me, I just have to remove these.." Rafar rapped the armor above his heart twice, causing sections of his weighted armor to fall off from his shoulders, chest and legs. [Current Power Level, 41,229!!!] "And spend less energy trying to control myself!" Rafar would crouch, clenching his fists tightly, shouting loudly. Loose rocks all over the plateau would wobble into the air, and the very ground around the pair would begin to shake and groan. "AND THEN WE WILL SEE IF I'M A CHALLENGE! AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" A bright red flame enveloped him, and for the briefest of moments he was shining to brightly to see! When the light died, an empowered Rafar would stand in the epicenter of a huge crater, hopping from one foot to the other, "Congratulations Purika, you are the first to see my full power since I first obtained the form!" In an eyeblink, Rafar would vanish from a normal being's viewpoint, and would breifly reappear several times as he attempted to punch and kick the giant ape in many different places!

Purika listened as Rafar wanted to move on from their current subject, which was presumably about his dad. He knew situations like that are very sensitive. Purika listened as Rafar went on about the devices, talking about the earthlings putting 'spy devices' on them. Purika thought this assumption was quite ridiculous, but since Rafar was asking about it he was pretty sure Rafar didn't know what it was. A wide grin appeared on Purika's face as Rafar took up his offer to spar, showing some of his fangs with the grin. He watched as Rafar unstrapped his armor, with Purika unfolding his legs to stand up. His red eyes would gaze upon Rafar as he would power up, transforming back into his False Super Saiyan form. Purika already knew that Rafar was already suppressing his power or wearing weights, because he was quite a bit stronger than that in Tourit's Tournament.
Purika would float back as Rafar powered up, feeling the pulse waves from Rafar's rising power. Purika was sure it was nothing compared to his own, remembering the calculations his scouter made earlier, which was now capsuled and set aside. He listened as the ground rumbled, his legionaries coming to see what was happening out side. Purika would look over to them. "Stay out of this, we're sparring." They would nod before sitting down outside, planning to watch the fight of the two great powers. Purika smirked as Rafar said that he was the first person to see his full power in his current form. Purika laughed a bit under his breath, before floating back over the jungle in the air to do his power up. Apparently Rafar was quick to rush in, with Purika taking a few kicks before starting his power up.
He would crouch over, growling a bit, before releasing himself which tossed his ki outwards, with his aura flaring around him, causing him to glow. Ki would pulse out of him, causing the air and surrounding area to visibly have a red tint. He would roar, with his ki whirling furiously around him, forming a crater beneath him, ripping apart the trees and exposing dirt and rock in its place. Shock waves would pound against the surrounding environment, crushing things in their way. He would emerge at his maximum, still glowing red a bit. He'd whirl his tail around, intending to bat Rafar into the jungle. If this succeeded, Purika would turn around to where Rafar landed, and would roar again, opening his mouth to fire out a beam of red ki, headed towards Rafar.

Rafar outright laughed at the other Sayiajins, "Stay back little men, our you'll just get hurt!" The wildness of the False Super Sayian transformation was beginning to consume him, turning him into another, more primal being. The power was intoxicating, and riding the razor's edge of complete surrender was a constant thrill. Even the mighty Oozaru could barely keep up, or so he thought. The transformed Purika dropped to the ground in the middle of his combo, powering up to a monstrous level! Rafar was blown a mile or so into the air, spinning like crazy as he fought to regain control. The ape was spinning like a top below him, apparently trying to gain momentum for a strike of some kind. Damn him, how dare he use that form against me? Doesn't he know my shame? Rafar growled, powering up to his very limit. As the ape fired it's mouth blast, Rafar's hand would unfold like a flower, revealing the power gathered within. "SUCK ON THIS!" He drew his hand back, then thrust it forward, releasing a beam of pretty hefty power. It cut through the ki blast like a hot knife through cheese, aiming to strike Purika in the eye!

Purika watched, grinning and showing his fanged teeth. He watched as Rafar quickly drew his hand back, he was going to fire a blast most likely. Maybe to intercept the blast that he sent speeding towards him. As to Purika's assumptions, that's exactly what Rafar did. It was clear this beam was stronger than the average one as it easily cut through his ki blast from earlier. Now was the time to react, so that's exactly what he did. Purika gathered some ki in his stomach, before forcing it up to his maw. His fangs showed, having some gaps in between. These gaps released light, showing that he was forming ki. Crimson ki shined through the open space, shining on him and the jungle below. He quickly opened his maw, showing a formation of ki sitting it it.
He quickly shot it out, with it taking the form of an orb of crimson ki. As Purika roared, it soared to intercept the beam that Rafar shot out. It quickly collided with Rafar's beam, showing a small struggle. Purika's ki orb was more powerful than Rafar's beam, causing the struggle to only last a second or so. The result of the struggle would send shock waves shooting out towards the environment in pulses, waving trees back and cracking the side of the cliff. His orb won, but at the cost of some of its power being shaved off by Rafar's beam. It shot towards Rafar, intending to hit him and explode upon contact.
