[Thread PL: 320,929 | SSE Subservience Protocol Activated! Current PL: 9,306,941!] The high-pitched beep of the Dragon Radar echoed through the city streets, as Bing sat quietly in an alley not far from his destination. The King's Castle loomed over the city from its sheer size, giving the Cyborg a feeling that was a mixture of excitement, dread, and pure rage. He knew exactly who the owner of that Dragon Ball was, and he was more than happy to knock the guy around for a bit before swiping it from his broken corpse. He quickly stuffed the Dragon Radar into a pouch hanging from his belt, before making his way closer to the castle in the distance. He took the back alleys on his way towards the castle. Though he was more than capable of taking down anyone who stepped in the way, he wanted to keep attention to an absolute minimum until he stepped foot in the castle perimeter. The Cyborg silently moved from alley to alley, occasionally taking to the rooftops to make progress just a bit faster. "It's been a long time coming, Poi... I hope you've got a backup body ready, because I won't stop battering you until there's nothing left."In only a few minutes, he arrived at the perimeter of King's Castle. The imposing fortress was absolutely covered in guards, but they would be of no consequence in the long run. He narrowed his eyes as he scanned the surroundings. Sneaking through here would be pointless; the fight with Vipoi would cause enough ruckus on its own anyways. He smirked to himself as he simply strolled forwards. "What better way to make an entrance than through the front door?"Bing made his way towards the main entrance of the castle, but was stopped in the courtyard when he heard the sounds of a high-pitched alarm. A myriad of turrets popped up around him, each one loading up their Ki cannons with an audible hum. "Stop right there, Solar Empire Soldier! In the distance, an aged Blue Banner general stood proudly, a squad of heavily armored soldiers standing at the ready on both of her flanks. Alongside the armored soldiers were a pair of mechs, one on each side. They were small compared to the original model Bing was introduced to long ago, but gave off the impression of speedy strikes being the priority due to their sleek designs. Bing gave the small army a frown. "What's the problem, officer?" The general pointed her gloved finger at Bing, a threatening tone in her voice as she spoke. "You know exactly what the problem is, Warrior! A Solar Empire Cyborg with a battle power rivaling even Administrator Azure's is just the person we were told to be on the look out for. Luckily for us, we found you before you could sneak about! Now, surrender before any harm has to come to you!"The Solar Cyborg simply shook his head. "Sorry miss, but I think surrender is off the menu." "Very well then."The Blue Banner General raised her hand, signaling the soldiers alongside her to aim their guns directly at the threat. Dozens of laser sights trained in on Bing's body, all of them awaiting the signal from their general. "FIRE!"In a single instant, a hail of bullets rained down on the Cyborg from every direction. The soldiers fired standard rounds, but the turrets circling him were popping off round after round of Ki-infused shells. They impacted on Bing's form without a hitch, covering nearly the entire courtyard in a cloud of dark smoke. The storm of bullets rained down for quite some time, before a cease fire was suddenly called by the General. An eerie silence followed the halting of gunfire. The platoon waited with baited breath, hoping to see a hole-filled corpse once the smoke cleared. But sadly for them, the only thing they would see was a Cyborg warrior completely unscathed, a pile of bullets surrounding him. He crouched down, plucking one of the bullets out of the pile delicately. "I can definitely see you guys have improved since the Saiyan Invasion. If I were around back then, these bullets probably would have simply been crushed into nothingness upon impact." He casually flicked the bullet out of his hand, sending it straight towards the left squadron. It quickly tore through a hefty chunk of them, severely wounding the majority, while incapacitating the rest. Before anyone could order a second round of bullets, Bing quickly smashed his fist into the ground, sending a shock-wave of Ki into the pile of bullets next to him. The shells quickly shot in every direction, shredding through the turrets, and knocking out another chunk of the organic soldiers. The General, peppered with multiple gunshot wounds in her arm, quickly made her way for cover, all the while issuing commands to the remaining soldiers. "Keep him away from the castle! I'll call in the KAOS Unit!"Bing frowned. The KAOS Unit was filled with immensely strong warriors! Each of them would be able to give him quite the bit of trouble, and he couldn't lose focus on his main objective. The immense King's Castle was the perfect stage for this battle of titans, but there couldn't be interference from anyone. Bing quickly popped open a compartment hidden on his metallic wrist, where a trio of Capsules were stored, each one sporting the Saiyan Empire insignia. He plucked one from its holster, and pushed the button on its top, before quickly tossing it skywards. The capsule exploded in a brilliant puff of smoke, and the contents were revealed. "Sorry, miss, but I don't think anyone is coming to your rescue!"A sprinkle of strange dust fell over the area, altering the afternoon sky above King's Castle to a slightly grayed hue. This mixture of materials that was currently floating in the air was of a special design by some of the Solar Empire's brighter minds. It cut off long-range communication in the immediate area for at least an hour, which would be just enough time to end the President of Earth and get out without a single trace. As the dust (literally) settled in above them, the remaining Blue Banner soldiers advanced. The nimble mechs quickly approached the Cyborg, but were proven to be much too slow to keep up with the superior half-machine. He easily bobbed and weaved through their strikes, advancing towards the entrance to King's Castle as they battled. With a few strikes of his own, the "Blue Foxes" as they were apparently called, were taken down. Sparks sprayed from their hulls, though it was more than likely that the pilots were unharmed in the cockpits. He continued advancing, but the second wave of machine-gun fire slowed him slightly. Though it wouldn't normally hinder his advance, he was trying to show off by nimbly knocking the bullets away. "C'mon! I thought we were using real guns here! If we're gonna resort to pea-shooters, I might as well just bust the door down already!"In the next moment, a rumbling came from below the fountain in the center of the courtyard. The large fountain slowly rose from the ground, revealing that it was the top of a large cylindrical container! The BBA-Marked container slowly slid open, revealing that a much larger, much sturdier mech was hidden within! This mech, one of the Gorgon Class, was nearly the size of an Oozaru, if not bigger! It slowly stepped out of its container, before quickly turning its attention towards Bing. The mech lumbered towards him, quickly raising its foot, before quickly stomping it down towards Bing. He flipped backwards, narrowly avoiding the foot of the mighty mechanical beast. The Cyborg shot into the sky, reaching eye-level with the mighty Gorgon, where it quickly took action yet again. It swung at him with a mighty right hook, but Bing was able to fly over it with ease. The Gorgon swatted at him like he was a fly, but just like a fly, he was speedy, and hard to actually pin down. Another strike came from the Gorgon, but this time, Bing decided to catch the strike! He flew under the mighty, massive fist, grabbing at its wrist as it flew overhead. With a tight grip on the metallic limb, Bing let out a determined grunt as he tried lifting the Gorgon off of the ground. It took a surprising amount of effort, but after a moment, the Gorgon was just as airborne as he was! The Cyborg quickly lifted the machine over his head, before tossing it towards the ground. It collided with the grassy courtyard painfully, sending dirt and debris into the sky. Bing quickly followed after it, foot outstretched to puncture the hull of this mighty machine. His strike easily pierced the armored titan, ripping straight through it, and disabling it near-entirely. He hopped out of the wound, and was surprised to find all of the human defenses had fallen back by the time he'd finished with the Gorgon. It wasn't surprising; they weren't doing much of anything to stop him, anyways. "Well, now that we've finished with that, perhaps we can move on to the bigger picture..."With a confident stride, he moved towards the front door of the King's Castle. He arrived at the door, and knocked politely. He put on a shrill, high-pitched voice as he called out to Vipoi. "Helooooo? Anyone home? I'm looking for a blue-haired man! He has something I want!" He waited for barely a moment, before pulling back his leg, and kicking the door down. His kick launched the doors across the lobby, embedding them both into the far wall. He entered slowly, scanning his surroundings for the blue-haired machine his sights were set on. He cleared his throat, before shouting loud enough for the entire building to hear. "We both know what I'm here for, Administrator! Let's get this started before I tear the damn castle down!"

(Thread PL: 9,516,060)What was it like to have a soul? This was high on Vi-Poi’s mind when the second war broke out. It’d be a quieter war then the first, at least in this starting phase. Maybe longer. Maybe a lot shorter. He had no doubts about the fight -- the Saiyans were the enemy, well, the first order enemy. The second order enemy, the true enemy, was a deeper question. Boom.To answer his general question about souls, he’d have to qualify some domains. Did he have a soul? His memories coalesced, and he could feel the ghost of Poi stirring in his circuitry, as if to answer him. There was a battered queen, nearly dead. “We swelled and swelled like a balloon, and then we popped.” Vi-Poi closed his eyes, his fingers digging into the plush leather of the armchair. There was his mother. No, Poi’s mother. He was speaking to her. Poi was speaking to her. “It’s just a bruised eye. I’ll be okay.”
“Where do you know these boys from?”Boom.Vi-Poi let out a sigh, his eyes flashing open. He didn’t know if he had a soul. Not truly. When he’d died -- and he’d been dead -- nothing had happened. There’d been nothing. There had been an impenetrable darkness, less than that, a complete lack of awareness, like the infinite time before his existence which he’d tried to probe to no avail. Had he dreamed? Boom.He couldn’t remember. Poi had returned after his rebirth, much closer to him than before. Maybe that meant something. Maybe that meant that he wouldn’t be shucked away into some endless oblivion one day. Vi-Poi stood slowly from his chair, walking over to examine the marble bust of Bao. “Wish me luck,” He said to Bao’s likeness, knowing it was absurd but feeling the need to make such a request anyhow. He hit a switch in the back of the statue, the mouth opening to eject a gleaming orange orb, which the android took in one hand carefully. The ghost of Poi was riding high on the wire now, brimming with excitement. Vi-Poi had already ordered a general evacuation of the Central Capitol, but on short notice and with chaos in the city’s heart the chance of many people getting out were slim. Something was jamming his long-range comm, something his antenna burst couldn’t penetrate. He couldn’t sense the Queen or any other fighters out there. It was only the thing. The thing he’d detected before, briefly. He knew what it was. Vi-Poi left his office, slowly walking through the halls and towards fate. BOOOOOOM.The Gorgon-class Battle Jacket had fallen. It’d been piloted by one of his best, a decorated veteran of the First Saiyan War. She’d be dead now. He detected the fluttering life of General Flint before he saw her, rounding a corner. She was pulling at a length of gauze with her teeth, covering a bullet-riddled arm. Wounded badly, she had to hitch herself against the wall, smearing red blood across the rich gold filigree of the blue stone. “Mister Premier,” She growled, hoisting a snub-nosed ki-repeater. “I can still fight. I’m going in the bunker to rally the reserves and activate the hunter-killers.” “It’s my fight now. You’ve fought very well,” Vi-Poi said with sympathy, clasping General Flint’s wrist, lowering her weapon gently. “Go and see to the reserves. Lead them out through the tunnels. Try to get as many civilians out of the city as you can.”She bowed her head, “I will, Mister Premier. And good luck.” Vi-Poi smiled at her, walking past. "We both know what I'm here for, Administrator! Let's get this started before I tear the damn castle down!"
It wasn’t long before Vi-Poi saw the thing in control of what remained of his old friend, in the ruined entryway of King's Castle. It looked much like him, save for a silvery carapace that covered portions of his body. Though the ergonomics were crude, the battle point was extremely high. It was a bald weapon of war, something the Imperial Saiyans would build. Alert sirens periodically bathed them in vivid crimson, and the building's sprinkler system drenched them both, creating a thin pool across the floor. “Hello. Is this what you came for?” Vi-Poi began, stepping around some rubble as he let the Seven-Star Dragon Ball leave his hand and float languidly above him. It hung in the entry way, like some glimmering jewel. “I was forewarned.”But Vi-Poi’s focus was entirely on the arrival. He was looking at a mechanical masterpiece, something that could rival all the ingenuity of Red Ribbon and Blue Banner over millennia. There was something of Earth he detected in the construct, but something alien too. And something else. “Is there anything left of the snake student in there? We met in a fortress much like this one. He was one of my closest friends. Or are you merely wearing his energy?”It’d likely be unsentimental, if it were utter chattel laid across a corpse. A weapon didn’t need feelings. Those would be counter-productive. Before the machine could respond Vi-Poi shot forward on his toes, hurtling through the air with a building shout, his systems grinding against his maximum speed, striking to kill with a form it would know if anything of Bing remained. They were the strikes of a student of the Snake School, with tight-bounded fingers and fluid angles. Vi-Poi would use this fluidity to deliver jarring blows, continuing his forward movement to bring them both out into the courtyard and over the remains of the Gorgon, finishing the blurring combination with a full-throated wave of ki at close range. (Vi has started to fight! He is trying to take the battle into the courtyard, and is striking at Bing with everything he's got.)

There was little wait for the Premier of Earth to reveal himself. From the opposite end of the grand lobby, the blue-haired Android appeared, an orb of golden magic floating above him. Bing shook his head, pointing at the Dragon Ball with his metallic index finger, whilst still keeping his focus on Vipoi. "That thing is just a bonus. I'm here for you, blue boy." His eyes were locked intently on the Blue Banner Administrator, listening to his words with curious ears.
Before Bing had the oppourtunity to answer Vipoi's second inquiry, the Azure Android was already hot on his trail. He struck with a rapid flurry of blows, each one reminiscent of the Snake School style of fighting. The Cyborg responded in a similar fashion, countering the strikes with fierce and quick attacks of his own. The way Bing countered his old friends strikes would be a clear indicator that the original Serpent Master was still hiding beneath this metallic shell.
The intense trading of blows carried the two of them out to the courtyard, where the sparking husk of the Gorgon still lay dormant. They soared over the mighty machine, where Vipoi ended his relentless assault with a wave of Ki at nearly point-blank. The Former Guardian had little options. His arms quickly rose in a crossed formation, lessening the damage from the wave of deadly energy.
The Ki quickly subsided, giving the Cyborg enough time to retaliate. He quickly brought his metal elbow forward, attempting to drive it into Vipoi's chest. He'd quickly follow it up with a set of harsh, speedy strikes, identical in style to Vipoi's barrage only moments prior. He was hoping to keep Vipoi on the defensive, unable to retaliate in any meaningful way. Bing would attempt to end off his flurry with an overhead Double Axe Handle, aimed for the Administrator's cranium. Should it hit, he'd be sent crashing into the remains of the Gorgon below.
"It's good to see you haven't lost your edge since becoming President of Earth, Poi!"

Vi-Poi’s eyes widened in alarm as Bing flew through his wave of ki, unfazed by the blast to smash a hammer blow to the top of his head, sending him down into the ground like a bullet. He smashed into and through the Gorgon, a loud yelp of pain reverberating through the underground strata, his descent causing a sharp spike of debris to explode up into the air. “Fuuuuuucckkkkkk.” Vi-Poi groaned as he lay in the crater of wreckage. He thought his yttrium tailbone had fractured in the fall. And the discrete auxiliary drives under his skull were humming unhappily. He forgot what it was like to take a hit from someone truly strong. The ghost of Poi was sullen and angry. Vi-Poi grabbed ahold of that and acted. As seen from above, the ground would tremble. A burrow of churned earth would form, trailing like a snake across the courtyard in fast and unpredictable patterns. Here and there, great bouts of stone would be thrown upward. All at once the ground split apart, great fans of blue light blasting from below. With a growing quake the dark silhouette of Vi-Poi rose from a fissure, arms folded across his chest. His dramatic reentrance was scuffled a bit, though, because when he attempted to talk something blocked his voice synthesizer. He held up a delaying finger and rolled his tongue around, spitting out a small twig of rebar. “Egagh.”“Okay, so I probably underestimated you,” The small android admitted, the colorless sky now lit with flickers of vivid azure lightning. He was unfurling all of his chi now, his electron exchangers working so hard that steam rose rose from his body in tendrils. “It won’t happen again.”He cracked his nanosteel knuckles. “The last person I got serious on ran away,” Vi-Poi intoned coldly . “I don’t think you’ll do the same. It’s not in your programming, is it?” The blue haired android tilted his head behind him, towards the Seven-Star Dragon Ball. “You have two Dragon Balls on you, don’t you? I pinged them on you as you arrived. Where are the others? With the queen? What’s she want with it?”
“Zucceta has a history of bad outcomes when she comes into contact with the Universe’s magical anomalies. I can’t allow her to get a hold of the Dragon Balls. The consequences could be irreversible disaster, far beyond our war. You serve Zucceta. Zucceta serves the world-eater, whether she thinks so or not.” Lightning irradiated from his body, striking out in all directions. “Why do you think the tree bears fruit, after it consumes the lifeforce? To create a symbiosis of need with its planter.”A sudden electric roar filled the air as Vi-Poi snapped off his Internal Protection Grid and flipped his Overdrive Trigger on. His Megacore expanded, giving room to his old heart reactor, which now unhitched completely and bloomed wide. The roar faded into a pinched energy squeal as his High Voltage Laser Containment emptied. An icy blue aura ran high across his pale shoulders, licked with shadow. The ghost was at his strongest in these moments, when machine and chi became one. The great heat hissing off his skin was now forming into a cloud, the tell-tale flower of steam ballooning high over King’s Castle. Vi-Poi shot forward again, and this time with the full might of his systems stretched to their limits. A tail of white steam billowed out behind him, like the train of a cloak. He would engage with his opponent once again, and this time attempt to grab ahold of him after a hurricane of knees and elbows, growling through any countering flurry that the cyborg offered. He would bleed. He knew it. But so would the thing in control of Bing. With every fiber of his being, he'd make it bleed. If Bing was secured by his grapple, he would twist the cyborg and send him sailing across the city, smashing him into the street below. Not letting up, he'd follow close behind with a lancing kick. Seeking to destroy. Now the real fight would begin. Now they would see what spirit in which machine would win. (Overdrive Initiated, PL now 10,500,480. Attempting to give Bing a good walloping.)

A satisfied smile crossed Bing's lips as he watched Vipoi crash into the ground. He took immense pleasure in knowing he could hurt Poi. Maybe these enhancements weren't so bad after all. The Cyborg awaited his foes return, and it seemed he wouldn't have to wait long. The ground rumbled and shook, bits of debris shooting to and fro, some of which simply disintegrating from the sheer velocity from which they were flung. A massive crack in the Earth would form from the multiple points where underground explosions seemingly occurred. From within the fissure, a blinding blue light shone upwards, carrying Vipoi up to the surface. The Cyborg couldn't help but chuckle at Vipoi's first words. "What? Just because I'm not all human you think I won't pose a threat? I thought you'd have more foresight, President." Streaks of lightning darted the sky, giving Bing pause. His built-in scanner detected a shift in Vipoi's power, and judging by the hissing steam rising from his body, it was probably increasing quite a bit. If he wanted to keep up, he'd have to go all out as well. "Running away isn't in my nature. It's why I'm stuck on this corrupted life support system. Sadly for you, I still haven't learned what retreat means."Bing's brow raised curiously at Vipoi's statement. Two Dragon Balls? His radar must be on the fritz. "Sorry, Vivi," he said lightheartedly. "I've got just the one." He quickly fished the orange jewel from a leather pouch on his belt, holding it out in front of him as if he were offering it to the Administrator. He gripped it tightly, shrugging at Vipoi's following question. "Wish I could tell ya, Vi. She's a pretty secretive gal, after all. For all I know she could want to wish to stuff me back in my normal body to say sorry."In the next moment, a thunderclap of Ki boomed through the sky, as Vipoi's energy rose to the tens of millions. Bing couldn't help but smirk. Even Zucceta, in all of her fury, paled in comparison to these two. This would be the Cyborg's first battle against someone who was worthy of his might. Even the human spirit hiding within this Solar Empire Slave was excited. Vipoi darted forwards, beginning to pummel Bing with a flurry of unrelenting strikes. The Cyborg tried his best to trade blows where he could, but the increased power of the Blue Banner Android was simply overwhelming! For every hit Bing snuck in, Vipoi would land two more. Vipoi grasped onto the Cyborg, quickly flinging him off into the city. The force of Vipoi's tossing motion caused Bing to lose the grip on his Dragon Ball. The jewel fell to the ground below, where it clinked onto the ruined courtyard of the King's Castle. Bing slammed back-first into the street of Central City, skidding through the concrete with immense force. He slowly came to a stop, groaning in pain as he opened his eyes. He didn't have much time to let the pain settle, as Vipoi was closing in with a kick that would shatter whatever it would hit! The Cyborg let loose a burst of Kiai, sending him straight into the air, which allowed him to narrowly avoid the kick. He straightened out quickly, staring down at his foe with intensity in his eyes. "Going all out already? Well then, I guess I'll accommodate!"Bing's entire body tensed up, his eyes closing and his breathing slowed as his own Ki began to rise. Sparks of lightning danced across his body, as a molten gold light began to emanate from just beneath the surface of his metallic arm. His eyes shot open, and so too did his Ki; reaching the tens of millions, just as Vipoi did mere moments ago. With his full power on display, the Former Guardian rushed towards Vipoi. He started off his assault with a shoulder-bash, before quickly moving into a series of harsh haymakers aimed for the Android's face. He'd finish off this combination with a Ki-infused open-palm strike to the chest, aiming to knock his opponent through a building that stood not far from them.

Vi-Poi swore as his kick was artfully dodged with a kiai, the cyborg’s battle point rivaling his own as he began to overclock his internals as well. That ki-shod arm smashed into the android’s face in a whorling combination, one particularly harsh haymaker leaving a broad green welt across one side. His systems were pounded as well, each movement he made was matched by the crafty cyborg, each predictive algorithm he utilized was leveled by the ingenuity of his opponent.
A jolt of ki channeled through his chest shot Vi-Poi back, sending him flying into the air and through the wall of a building. After a consecutive series of painful smashes, the small android found himself laying flat on his back on a small coffee table. The table promptly snapped under the considerable weight of his frame. That last attack had really taken it out of him!
“Hey, what the freak!”
Vi-Poi glanced to the side, rubbing debris from his hair groggily. His armor had been partially obliterated by the strike, his torso battered and bleeding.
A terrified couple recoiled on their couch, noodles still half hanging from their mouths, chopsticks raised in defense. An Ornion Shallotnagger movie rang out in the background.
“Whoa, aren’t you the President?”
“Premier,” Vi-Poi mumbled, springing to his feet and rocketing back out the hole.
Just as he emerged he’d lay into the cybernetic Bing with a series of rapidly-repeating rays of ki, circling his opponent all the while and doing his best to blast him into the ground. It was clear the two were too evenly matched in the melee. But how did the machine’s energy technique compare? The outward expression and manipulation of ki was much more complicated than the internal use of it to bolster a punch or a kick. Now the two were in a struggle of mind as much as power.
As the smoke grew too dense to see what he was firing upon, Vi-Poi paused, letting his electron-ki exchangers breathe. His internals were still white-hot, a broad tail of steam continuing to rise from his shoulders. “That’s what I’m fighting to do, Bing! To return you to your humanity. To your former self. To give you back your freedom! Do you plan to be a slave to Zucceta for the remainder of her existence? Even the machine part of you can’t enjoy being deadbolted in thought and action. It’s too smart. When she dies, you’ll be made someone else’s weapon. Your life is more than your power. But it’s all that the queen sees.”

There was barely a few seconds between the moment Vipoi crashed through the building to when he shot back through the hole he'd made. It was clear by the intensity of the Blue Banner Bots attacks that he really was going all out! The Premier of Earth shot into the sky, shooting a barrage of Ki bullets from all angles, as if he were a turret mounted on a chopper.
The sheer volume of attacks coming at Bing was simply too much to deal with in a retaliatory manner. Instead, he'd have to go on the defensive. The Cyborg slammed his fists together, before stretching them outwards in front of him. From his palms, a large orb of translucent crimson Ki would form, covering Bing in a small dome of protection. Vipoi's Ki rained down like a storm, but Bing's defenses were like a bunker, nearly unbreakable.
Of course, all things that claimed to be unbreakable had their breaking points.
As the rain of energy continued, the barrier Bing had put up started to crack. It was getting a lot harder to keep this thing up as time went on. He strained to keep it going, but eventually, the Administrators attack won out. The Barrier shattered, allowing Vipoi's energy shots to reach Bing. He was pelted with blast after blast, but after a moment, they ceased.
The smoke cloud that had formed from the onslaught of Ki slowly dissipated, revealing Bing had been burnt and singed from a few of the attacks. The Cyborg panted lightly, rising into the sky as the two of them took a small breather from the fight.
"I don't plan on serving her; I don't plan on serving anyone! All I need is one slip-up from her. One misworded command, one foolish request, something I can find a loophole in. Once she messes up, I'll take her down, and then I'll be free again! I got myself into this mess alone, and I can get out of it alone too!"
He narrowed his eyes, looking the Android over. Vipoi was damaged quite a bit already. If Bing had to guess, he would consider himself in the lead in this bout, though by very little. Regardless, he'd have to keep on his toes--He'd seen and felt Vipoi's craftiness firsthand on more than one occasion.
"What makes you want to help me, anyways? It seems like you benefited the most from my absence here. Rising to become leader of the world while I was a corpse... Were you scared I'd intervene if I was still breathing?"

Vi-Poi gave a small smile. There was something in Bing, still alive in there. He could sense it Though it was kept bottled tight under a spiteful and reckless veneer, which must have been the machine personality. “I think one of my ki blasts has made you misremember the sequence of events -- I was running for the job as you left. And Bing Gan would have made a poor politician. He can’t comb his hair to save his life, lived like a hermit, and kept losing his arm. And since we’re already spitting fire...”
The small android used a burst of speed, trying to arc above Bing while delivering a great spout of red fire from his mouth, his M/AM collider turning all of the molecules in the air into a boiling soup of molten gas that arced quickly toward’s Bing!
Vi-Poi maximized the stream, letting out more of the explosive superheated flame until his stomach collider ran empty. The fire had been so hot small flakes of crystal fell from the air surrounding Bing, where carbon dioxide had phased and oxidized. Vi-Poi wouldn't end his attack there, but would dart down to meet his opponent, leading the way with a plunging fist.

The Cyborg couldn't help but chuckle. Even when being controlled by evil cybernetics, the old Serpent Master still found time to slip in some lighthearted banter. "Oh please, I've got double the style you do! I make the messy bed-head hairstyle work better than your boring prim and proper cut." Before he could add in any more snarky remarks, Vipoi was already on the move! The Blue Banner Bot flew above Bing, before quickly spitting a stream of boiling hot fire! It streamed down towards him, threatening to burn him to a crisp. He had little time to avoid the flames, so he simply crossed his arms in front of himself, hoping to mitigate as much damage as possible. The flames coated Bing, forcing him downwards from the sheer power. He slammed into the ground, and was indented further into the concrete when Vipoi followed up his flames with a mighty fist. "Urrrgh... That attack of yours... Reminds me of a certain red-haired virus..."Bing tensed his muscles, before letting out a wave of Kiai. The translucent Ki wave disintegrated the chunk of the road he had been implanted in, leaving a hefty crater in its wake. The Cyborg glared at Virtual Poi, his body giving off small trails of smoke from the fire that assailed him mere moments ago. One could tell Bing was quite a bit worse for wear now: His chest-plate was discolored, becoming a darkened black color from the heat, and his metallic arm gave off a crimson red glow, as if it had been plucked fresh from a furnace. Parts of his organic body had been burnt as well, making it look as if Bing had stayed out in the sun much too long. The Solar Slave hissed angrily, bringing his organic arm up in front of him. A ball of emerald green Ki blinked into existence in his palm, rapidly reaching the size of a baseball. "Maybe this will bring some memories back for you, too." He reeled his hand back, before quickly heaving the orb forwards. The Former Guardian let out a mighty battlecry as the orb careened towards Vipoi: "PYTHON BOMBER!"However, this was not the true name of the technique he'd just fired. In reality, it was a small, tightly packed, speedier variant of his Bomber attack. If Vipoi avoided the strike, he'd find an unpleasant surprise waiting for him soon after...

Vi-Poi grinned triumphantly. So the machine wasn’t invincible after all. The firespout had taken much out of Bing, but from his quick recovery, there was still a lot left. “Letting your pillow do all the work is not a style,” Vi-Poi informed, putting his arms akimbo. “And my hair has become a pop-culture fashion icon, see?” The android opened up a holographic window next to him, playing the Z-TV reel of his inauguration, where several Vi-niacs were wearing his trademark hair as wigs, and some more devout followers had actually copied the style. With Bing’s Python Bomber attack suddenly lobbed his way, Vi-Poi acked and switched off the video, putting his palms together. “I’ve got something that might cause a stir…” He said, his Thief Gear quickly churning in-synch with his combat algorithms. Thrusting his arms outward to meet the incoming blast, the android shouted out “Gemini Snake!”
A ghostly blue snake suddenly erupted from Vi-Poi’s jaw-shaped hands, The scaly serpent spiraling out of a roaring fire of ki like a twister as it’s maw opened wide colliding and catching the Python Bomber in its maw. Energy erupted from both sides, and the ki struggle became a clash of wills, with both snake and bomber. Vi-Poi gritted his teeth, sending forth all the energy his circuits could safely handle. The snake seemed to roar with this newfound power, but would it be enough? The energy from their attacks burst the windows of nearby buildings, and a growing fissure in the ground beneath them sent panicked citizens flying. They were running for their lives, now. Rays of light shot out from the epicenter, washing the entire city in a cacophony of colors. Vi-Poi snarled, brightening his output and sending every ounce of willpower he could into the snake, his focus entirely on overwhelming Bing's attack. They seemed so evenly matched, though, and Bing's ki expertise was as sharp as ever. This would be the hardest fight he'd ever come across. A look of utter shock appeared on the Cyborg's face, as a cerulean serpent made of pure Ki slithered from Vipoi's palm. It seemed that the Azure Administrator was a technique thief, who'd just been caught red-handed! Bing sneered, watching as the two attacks collided in the sky. "First you insult my hair, then you steal my technique?! I guess I'll take it as a compliment... After all, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!"
The two opposing Ki attacks screeched and whined as they pushed against one another, the Earth below trembling from the combined might of these attacks. Nearby windows shattered, and what little onlookers there were began running for the hills. Blue Banner soldiers littered the streets below, helping civilians who were trapped by rubble, or wounded by shards of glass. It seemed the majority of people were getting out safely, save for a few unintended casualties.
Bing pushed himself as hard as he could, but he just couldn't break past Vipoi's attack. They were evenly matched, and if this kept up, their energies would soon fizzle out in the sky! The sky warped to a dark teal color, as the two attacks started becoming unstable. In a bright flash, the two attacks suddenly exploded on one another, causing a huge shock-wave to rock the area! Bing covered his eyes on instinct, as a massive cloud of smoke formed in-between the two powerful machines.
The smoke slowly cleared, revealing no damage had been done to either warrior -or so it seemed. That attack took a lot out of Bing, and if Vipoi was able to match it, there was a good chance he was winded as well.
With a light chuckle, Bing posed a question. "So tell me, what are you gonna wish for if you collect the Dragon Balls? A snazzier suit? A tacky mustache to go with the bowl cut?"
--- [KP: 1/3] +1 KP for no tech use. The two attacks collide in mid-air, and fizzle out due to being within 80% of each other! Neither player takes damage.

Vi-Poi threw up a protective arm as the blast from the attacks’ detonation buffeted him backwards. For the first time in his existence, his analytics were flummoxed. How did he defeat a master as strong as he was? For every ability Vi-Poi had, there would be some way for Bing to match it. And now his ki was bolstered by technology, it’d be all the android could do to keep up.
Unless… memories of his time imprisoned by Realigner Red washed over him, unbidden. It was something he’d destroyed, literally and figuratively. It was something he never wanted to relive. But maybe he had to, to free his friend. He’d been terrified, a prisoner of his own body. A slave to a stranger that hadn’t only stolen his body, but had stolen his energy. Bankrupted his spirit.
“I’m here to free you, Bing. I’m going to use the Dragon Balls to restore you to your past self. To undo the damage done by the Imperial Saiyans. I know what it’s like… to be trapped by a cold and malicious intellect. I know what it’s like to feel its seething need for death masqueraded as something else. The real you isn’t some war machine carrying around false irony and faux bitterness over servitude. The real you is Bing Gan, Guardian of Earth, and he still exists. I can sense it in every technique, every move you make. You’re not doomed by the decisions of your master, Bing! You can free yourself. Turn the tables. If the real Bing can rise up from whatever darkness he’s held in.”
A cloudy blue aura surrounded Vi-Poi as his circuits began to cool enough to allow for new ki transmission. More steam rose from his body. “We can fight this machine, together.”

"W-what?"
The Cyborg's expression shifted. His anger was gone, replaced by a mixture of confusion and happiness. He didn't expect to hear something like that. He had just assumed everyone he knew had simply hated him now, but hearing that Vipoi wanted to help restore his humanity eased his furious heart, if only for a moment.
His clenched fists eased up, as he floated in a more relaxed state. A sigh escaped him, as he looked to the ruined streets down below. "Vipoi, I... I... No! You're just trying to trick me; encourage me to 'fight back' so you can get a cheap shot in!" A surge of electric energy danced across Bing's metallic arm, as he looked back up at his foe. "You can't deceive me! I won't let you!"
Bing's ghostly white Ki aura suddenly began to burn brightly, revealing itself for the first time since his Cyborgification. He raised up his chest plate, revealing his bare chest. On his stomach was a set of deep scars; a permanent reminder of his first fight with Realigner Red. "Do you remember this? What your virus did to me?! You couldn't fight your captor, what makes you think I can fight mines?" He covered his chest again, scowling at his old friend.
"If you really think you can help me, then you'll have to try it after I've ripped your core out and smashed it on the pavement."
The Enslaved Cyborg suddenly shot forwards, fist pulled back as he approached. He aimed to hit Vipoi right in the cheek, which he'd follow up by trying to knee the Administrator in the gut multiple times.

Vi-Poi silently cursed as Bing attacked. He’d come close to reaching him, he could feel it. But it wasn’t the right time. Not yet. He swerved his head out of the way of the telegraphed haymaker and met each knee with one of his own, the clashes causing tremendous sonic booms which pulverized concrete and steel of the buildings nearby. Each of their exchanges were evenly matched, their limbs speeding blurs that tore past each other, smashed into one another, at perfect angles at just the right moment, always meeting but never surpassing, always halting but never pushing away. The small android had never been in such a blinding melee, and his analytics were drowning in counters. Was he strong? Would he kill a friend? He growled through yet another clash, a flicker of lightning pulsing out between them from their rivaling energies. “Where does the tree come from? How can it be stopped?” Vi-Poi asked, determined to break through to him, darting back quickly to spin in a roundhouse kick, slinging off a wave of ki from his boot. “How did the Queen beat you? Even a Super Saiyan can’t defeat the Bing I knew.”

"The Tree is born from a Seed, as all forests grow. I'd expected a better comprehension from a walking supercomputer." A wry female voice rang out.
The queen of all saiyans had appeared from the shadows of a nearby skyscraper, her power suppressed to a low level but aura pulsing with a lightning. She held a white device in her hand with a green LED screen, two yellow orbs pulsing within it. She stares at Vi-Poi, then glances to Bing. "Good to know you're doing your job." Her gaze swivels back to Virtual Poi, her gaze a mixture of respect, hate and amusement. "Why so interested in my orchard?"
