[HW]
Although he was exhausted from his prolonged battle with Aritcho, and troubled by his turbulent converrsation with Xylo, Helix had one thing far more important than any tournament to take care of. He had watched the small blue kai announce all of the tournament matches, and knew that he had access to incredible knowledge of the living world. The prophet had been told by countless passerbys that King Kai was hard to talk to, and even harder to train under. But Helix Crust had never been deterred by the difficulty of an important task before.
The prophet looked around the arena for where the Kai could have gotten off to, when he suddenly spotted a light blue plump blur. "E-Excuse me, King Kai?" Helix bowed to the fat ogre walking down the cobblestone path, who turned around with a confused look on his face. "Eh?"
"Oh my Porunga!" Helix stuttered before apologizing quickly and speed-walking away.
Where could the King have gone off to? Helix sifted in vain through the crowd of people which had just emerged from the tournament grounds, clamoring with excitement. After a brief moment of hopelessness, a third wave of spectators miraculously began to migrate out from the tournament gate, among them distinctly antennaed blue kai. Helix paced up beside him and pretended awkwardly to just be walking in the same direction.
After whistling casually for a few seconds, the dragon caste took a deep breath and then a leap of faith, kneeling in front of the Kai and begging a discourse. "E-Excuse me King Kai, but could I trouble you for a moment of your time?" Helix stood up and began to stammer with a sheepish grin. "I'm Helix Crust, a prophet of the Namekian dragon clan, and friend of Bing Gan… Could I trouble you for a quick word concerning the affairs on Namek?"
This was what Helix had stayed in the tournament thus far for. He needed desperately to know the full extent of the situation on Namek, and this plump spectacled god held all the information he needed.
King Kai
Sorry to trouble the staff with a thread like this, Helix just needs to at least try to follow through on his motivations in the tournament. Even a very quick response would be greatly greatly appreciated.
