He walks up to the arena when he was announced. Damn Beezlebub. He was hoping so bad to win, but what came in the end was a coin toss of all things to end it. He sighs to himself as he takes foot on the arena. He waves at King kai with a friendly smile and greets him.
"Thanks for the announcement King Kai. I was really hoping to pass to the next round against the higher up guys, ya'know? I was gettin' real excited too at the thought of it! Ugh, but i guess I'll fight this Helix guy. Hope he's strong!"
After being a little silly and thanking King Kai, he waits on the other contestant to arrive.

Having finished an interesting conversation with his brother, to say the least, the namekian guru was pacing in the grass below the arena by himself when an ogre suddenly teleported behind him.
"Excuse me then," the ogre tapped Helix on the shoulder, startling him, "Time for round two for you."
Helix smiled as he regained his composure, "Oh, already then?" The dragon clan namekian was no longer dressed in bedsheets; now he wore a full blue and yellow gi, sometimes used in official demonstrative dragon clan rituals, rarely ever worn in a true battle.
"I can't exactly say any of us ogres are rooting for you," The small blue man chimed as he placed a hand on Helix's shoulder, "But I certainly wish you good luck!" In an instant, Helix and the ogre disappeared in a whirr of wind and reappeared at one corner of the arena.
Stepping forwards, the namekian gazed across the arena to scope out his opponent: a black haired saiyan, or earthling, he wasn't sure which, and pretty young. Why did Helix keep getting pitted against these generic battle-hungry black-haired teenagers?
King Kai's familiar froggy voice boomed across the stadium as he announced the second fight. Kazar. What a strange name.. It didn't seem quite saiyan, but the young man looked saiyan enough to him.
Helix's excitement shone through, and he decided to just enjoy the thrill of friendly competition instead of being so in his head. At this point he had little hopes of winning, and his desire for information on namek was almost satiated. He would just have to talk to King Kai later—
As if on cue, Helix's ears twitched and picked up on an exchange between Kazar and King Kai. Apparently, this was the losers bracket.
Helix surmounted the staircase up to the battle platform and eyed his opponent. "Hello there," Helix sang a greeting as he walked to the center of platform, putting out his hand to shake. "I'm Helix Crust, a priest from Namek."

Eventually Helix arrived to the arena and greeted himself to Kazar. Uh- What IS that?! It's like a green slug with antennia-Antennie? No? Dah to hell with it, grammar isn't this guys strong suit. He lightly blinked at the Namekian at first, hugely surprised at the sight of it. He's never seen a Namekian in his entire LIFE. He shakes his head slightly and decides to not be rude and introduce himself.
"Well then, Hello Helix Crust! I'm Kazar Winters, a hybrid Saiyan-Human born and raised on planet Earth! And i have a question.........What's a Namek?"
He lightly chuckles to himself at himself for asking such a dumb question. Namek for all he knows could be planet, considering he said he was 'from namek' it must either be a planet or an unheard of faction. Perhaps even a village on Earth? Vegeta? Nah, definitely NOT Vegeta. Come to think of it, there's quite the variety of planets he has no clue of that Earth and many others are in-contact with. For-instance how Walker knew Former Queen Qyntre of the Arcosian Empire, and even during his own tournament it seemed many people knew of Arcosians such as Brisk 'The legendary space pirate' he likes to be called. Anyways, he spoke again to apologize for such a blunt question.
"Hehe, sorry about the blunt question there. I'm not to familiar with many races nor planets. So hearing about 'Namek' as you say it? Is a completely new thing to me. Also, i just got a sense of your energy a second ago. You aren't 'horribly, outrageously' strong like i was really, really hoping. Buut, to make it interesting i can make this battle more fun for both of us by doing this."
In an instant he focused on his power and lowered it gradually to be about, per-say, 27,475? Around there is where he aims. Not to largely bigger than Helix's but not to small to the point it's equal. Man it's been a WHILE since he felt like this in power, so restrained and limited. Dam, life when he was this weak sucked worse then a friday's night cooking with his dad, who of which is horrible at cooking. Speaking of which, he wonders where his mom and dad are? Pieter made a point, if they're dead they're most likely somewhere in heaven and hopefully not hell. besides that, he puts focus back on Helix
"There we go, that should make this interesting don't ya think?"

The young man was comically surprised at Helix. Had he never seen a namekian before? Or was it the burn mark engraved on his forehead? Helix clasped hands with his soon to be opponent, who immediately confirmed all of Helix's suspicions. Yes, he was an earthling saiyan hybrid, and yes… He had no idea what a namekian was.
Overwhelmed with a strange sense of deja-vu, Helix laughed slightly, in a comforting way. "Were you on earth your whole life?" He began, "To have never seen a namekian, you'd have to be kind of isolated. The days of our people's sparsity on namek are long gone." Helix almost felt an urge to play a prank on him, and tell him that namekians are a secret society of slug people controlling earth. But that would be taking advantage of him!
"Namek is a planet far away from earth. It's spotted with long blue plains of grass and towers of glorious stone. Asija plants line the plains and all of the namekians can live in balance, drinking from the same rivers…" Helix began to whisper to himself before snapping back. "Well- Er- Some namekians are dissatisfied, certainly," Helix pondered on his previous conversation with Xylo, "But that doesn't mean things can't be improved… Er- What I mean to say is that Namekians are simply a species, albeit rather unlike humans and saiyans."
Helix nodded factually as Kazar stated that he wasn't very strong. There was nothing to be debated about that, Helix was rather weak and knew it. He had moved past the stage of awkwardness where he was constantly apologizing to himself for his feebleness, but he was certainly not confident in his abilities.
Thus, when Kazar dropped his power, Helix felt his soul contract slightly, and honestly, sighed with relief. He was happy to not have another fight like the last. Although the art of combat interested the nomad, impossible odds and brutal beatings weren't exactly his idea of a good time. But it certainly was helping him to develop a newfound respect for the warrior caste. He had to remind himself to thank Lusca for her service, that is, if they ever met again…
"Thank you for that," Helix laughed, slightly shrugging. "My last battle was… Rough, to say the least."
Helix took a few paces back so that there was a bit of space between him and his opponent. He put both of his fists out side by side, and began to pull them apart. As the distance between them grew, so did the rod of white light that was materializing. After forming a lengthy staff, Helix swung it forwards and the light faded away, revealing a wooden cane topped with a glistening blue orb. The gem sphere throbbed anxiously with light as Helix positioned his staff parallel to his body and bent his knees slightly.
"I'm ready when you are, Kazar Winters..!" Helix flashed a sharp toothed grin and prepared himself.

He listened to Hexlix's explanation about Namek/Namekians. and quite frankly he was surprised! This is so much to take in at once he was baffled! He began to speak to Helix and explain to him why he's so baffled at the sight.
"Well, you see. I am actually isolated for most of my life up until a few or so years ago. I was raised up on an island, very remote and far south in the ocean. So i was isolated there as a child, but we had a community so i wasn't alone. Aaaand, I've only met 2 actual alien species that isn't from Earth. 3 Arcosians and perhaps a full-blood saiyan? He used to be saiyan, but he's an android now. Aside from that, you're a completely new species to me. OH! You know what? After this, if there's any way back to this 'Namek', you can take me there and i can learn more!"
After a little bit of excitement and explaining, he nods his head to Helix and enters his battle stance. Though his stance has changed this time around. He drips his feet to the ground nicely, as he lowers his stance gently. Once lowered, he positions his arms. He rears one arm back, his hand open, and places the other arm in-front of him horizontally, hand also open. He adjusts his body so his body isn't facing his opponent, but rather facing to the left and right of his opponents vision. He turns his head slowly and now looks at Helix in his new battle stance.
"Yeah, I'm ready when you are. You make the first move."

"I'd love to show an open minded visitor around Namek…" Helix noted, "Although, some there are some surges of Namekian nativism and a bit of well-deserved saiyaphobia, but–" Helix stopped himself before he began rambling on again about Namekian politics. This was a battle, not a history lesson!
Speaking of battling, Helix's latent thrill of combat surged up once more out of seemingly nowhere as he prepared to engage with his opponent. How strange it was that he was born and raised a dragon clan and was just now, in death, feeling an urge to study the art of combat?
As his opponent took on a wide and powerful stance, Helix's own stance looked rather feeble in comparison, but the prophet didn't mind. He was ready for anything.
With his opponent insisting he make the first move, Helix thought back to the teachings of his attendant and comrade Lusca. Up, over the shoulder, and down… With a sudden burst of energy, the aged namekian surmounted the length of the arena with five sprinting steps, before landing in a slide and planting his feet. Still sliding towards his opponent, Helix brought the staff up into the air, over his shoulder, and positioning both hands on the staff, brought the orb down hard towards his opponent's shoulder.
"Hyaah!" The dragon caste grunted, releasing a lot of the physical energy he could muster. There was no magic in this strike; there was only the well practiced form that warrior caste namekians are exclusively capable of teaching.

As Helix charged, he felt ready. But tired. His fight with Pieter was a costly one on his stamina. He tried to move out of the way from Helix, but his body felt weak doing so. Helix's attack would hit, and hit hard. He was sent back for a moment, catching himself before he goes to far across the arena. He lightly grunts as he holds his shoulder, but with a light chuckle he looks at Helix.
He charges at him as-well, 2 strong leaps forward and he was nearing Helix! Once upon reaching him, he'd try to combat him in normal Martial Arts. Now this is a completely different species, so he aims at random where his vital points might be as he doesn't know Namekian Anatomy for shit...Doesn't this seem familiar to any of you guys? Yes? No? Eh, whatever. He simply tries to hit his vitals and slow Helix down, but his own movements are slightly slower, and weighed down under soreness from his previous battle.

Helix couldn't help but raise a brow as Kazar suddenly became visibly weary. Where had his energy from the previous conversation gone? Helix narrowed his eyes, watching closely. Had someone cast some form of dark magic on him?
When Helixes blow hit, he surprised even himself at the effectiveness. It was a clean undefended blow at a crucial point. His opponent was chuckling, but Helix could tell he had done well. He had done well… In PHYSICAL combat…
The more that Helix's fights raged on the further the urge inside of him built; there was some untapped combat potential inside of him, but he was fighting it back to stay within the norms of dragon caste priesthood.
Kazar finished recovering from the blow and leapt forwards towards Helix, and released an onslaught of punches and kicks. Although his movements were wearied and slow, Helix had little experience in dodging, and he was pummeled backwards by the constant blows. Each strike caused a small bouncy indent in Helix's flesh, most of which instantly recovered from his natural elasticity, but the damage was done.
Helix wasn't one for bragging in combat, but if he was, he would've said something like "Is that all you've got?"
When the onslaught was finished, Helix tried and failed to swing his staff upwards, but missed his target by a long shot and was flung backwards by the weight of the rising staff. Helix slid back onto his butt and stood back up immediately, taking on his same untrained fighting stance. "O-Oops…."
Provided he wasn't interrupted in his moment of ineptitude, Helix would go in for another strike of the staff at the same spot as last time. Placing his hands on either end of the rod, Helix would lift his weapon into the air and smash it down towards Kazar's shoulder with a grunt.
If this attack didn't work, the namekian would have to start using magic.

During his assault it seemed, even while it was slower then he wanted it to be, everything he threw at Helix landed! Helix was sent back by the sheer amount of blows, but tried to get him with his staff again..But, horribly failed in doing so. In Helix's accident, he charged at him again.
Doing the same thing like last time, Helix went for the same attack as he did before. This was a crucial mistake on Helix's part. As fighting goes, never repeat your actions to your opponent. Otherwise the opponent knows how to counter after the first time.
Struggling, he tried to do a back-flip not to get away, but to use his feet/legs to attempt and catch the staff! His back would be facing Helix, and his front would face the opposite direction. If his attempt works, he'd try to take his legs and slam it into the ground. Thus slamming Helix, if he's still holding the staff, into the ground with it. Due to physics, imagine this like a stick, whip or etc. Force can be implemented from the base (The staff) but increase as the force travels along the base to the edge (Helix). By the time this force would reach Helix, it would have already by the time he reaches the ground.
Imagine throwing a rock at a car, it barely dents the door right? Imagine the same rock tied to string or a hard stick. Applying force and sending it at the target (the metal door)O would result in higher damage and more of a impact then if it was thrown. Thus due to this, Helix is about to meet rock bottom and it won't feel good. If his counter worked, he'd attempt to jump back from Helix and create distance. About 20-30 feet was the distance now between them, that is if he could get away. For his own attack, he simply fires off a small beam, not really too strong or too weak. He'd rear his right arm back and create a orb of yellow ki in his palm. Once it charged, he'd thrust his arm forward and send a small beam/wave heading Hexlix's way!

The dragon cast was shaken with shock as his staff strike was not only dodged but countered. It was clearly a mistake to use the same move twice, albeit it was really the only move that Helix had been taught in his whole life! The half saiyan warrior had caught Helix's staff between his feet, and aimed to whip him into the ground like a pendulum. Unfortunately for the dragon caste, he took the bait and held onto the staff, not wanting to lose his one asset in the battle. With his grip firm, Helix was catapulted over Kazar's head and could barely hold on to his weapon as he cried out in shock. Helix finally let go of the rod, but it was too little too late. The centripetal force had already begun to hurl him into the ground, where he would soon become a stain on the cobblestone. Putting both of his hands out to brace his fall, Helix was almost certain his arms would be shattered. However, in the last moment, the prophet's instincts prevailed. His outstretched hands gathered an aura of white magic before flashing forwards, transforming the ground he was about to collide with into a pool of water. While the belly flop Helix had was certainly painful, and resulted in a rather comical shriek, it wasn't anywhere near as damaging as a head first collision with stone would've been. The namekian submerged himself in the water, whimpering as the crowd jeered at his ineptitude. But he wasn't out of the fight just yet. Creating more white magic in his palms, Helix splashed some of his water forwards forcefully, and a crashing wave followed the hybrid across the arena as he tried to create distance. The entire floor of the arena was now a three foot deep pool. Helix climbed out of the water, using the surface of the liquid itself as a stepping stone. The namek was more than capable of walking on water, in fact, it was one of his favorite feats. Helix had no time to speak to his opponent, nor did he have anything to really say. But he was entirely unprepared for the next assault. A beam of yellow energy burst forwards at the namekian, and although Helix tried his best to dodge out of the way, the ki seared through his skin and left a hole in his left shoulder. Howling in agony, the namekian dived down into the water to soothe his wound. Suddenly, Helix found himself newly impassioned by his injury, and whipped up a powerful malevolent magical force he didn't realize he had inside him. Dipping his glowing fingertips in the water, Helix tore the liquid into the air, releasing a massive torrent which spiraled upwards and diverged, forming into two colossal water elemental namekians! "Let's see you zap this!" Helix shouted out, cradling his shoulder burn as he threw his hand forwards, commanding one of the giant water beasts into battle. The thirty foot tall aquatic elemental was no laughing matter. His eyes were whitened with dragon caste magic, and he possessed incredible weight and pressure behind his watery blows, not to mention a significant amount of regenerative capabilities. The creature was constantly accompanied by the crashing and pluming of waves, and after a moment of brutish consideration, the titan raised both sloshing fists into the air and hurled them down on Kazar. "GGRAAAHHH-uurgle!!!"

His beam landed, but not at all how he planned. The beam seared threw the Namekians left shoulder, leaving a gaping hole where flesh used to be. His eyes widen up, and his mouth drops. He didn't think it'd be that bad! He was about ready to rush to him to help him, but it turns out the floor is water! He drops into the water below, but swims up to the surface.
"Helix, I'm SO sorry! I didn't think it'd damage you that badly! Wait-....What's that rumbling?"
In mere seconds, the water begins to vibrate lightly and waves begin to collide at him. He flies out of the water quickly, but when he looks up. He was not prepared for what he's seeing. A big. water namekian, giant, titan......Doesn't this seem familiar? Reminds him of those weird giant apes he saw at a town once when he was heading north- Wait south? Eh the details are blurry.
'Holy mother of god, this is the giant ape for Namekians...'
With a loud, booming roar the namekian swung a hand to him. The giant hand heading to him, with almost no time to react it hits him! Except there's a catch....He attempted to sim into the body. If it works, he'd swim to the very middle of the chest and put his arms to his sides. Opening his mouth, echoes a loud muffled roar from himself as he unsupresses his power and go Super Saiyan! He planned to completely burn out the Namekian using his ki as a heat so great, he's trying to evaporate all the water! But that isn't the end...With a loud yell, he starts putting both hands facing opposite of him, extended as far away from his torso as possible. He swings one hand upwards in a circle and the other downwards. Once one hand is above him and below him, he slams both fists together and brings them to his side.
"KAAAAAAAAAAAAAA..........MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.........KAAAAAAAAAAA.....ZEEEEEEEEE.....Wave!"
Thrusting his hands forwards, he releases two giant waves of ki blasts equal up to 33% of his power each! Launching out of the Namekians chest, the two waves combine into one. Manipulating his ki, he forces the attack downwards and into the ocean of water! He's gonna blow H2O sky high! Anyways, if his attack lands (as it likely will) the explosion would be great enough to evaporate all water in the area! And if the force is great enough, it might send Helix back under sheer force and get ringed out!

Helix hovered on a swirling whirlpool tower of water, weaving his hands left and right to manipulate the massive watery creatures. Gritting in pain from his wound, Helix couldn't help but flash a slight toothy grin when his opponent seemed overwhelmed by his apparition.
The namekian uttered a few whispered words in the namekian native language as he threw his hands forwards, guiding the colossal beast into battle. The audience members were roaring with adoration for both fighters, and the intensity of the situation was shifting up to a maximum!
As one of the two titans brought down both hands on Kazar, The hit released a thundering boom, with the impact visibly sending a shockwave through the air. However, rather than absorb the blow, the half saiyan adeptly phased inside of the Namekian's watery arm, and pushed against the intense pressure as he swam to the center of the creature. Helix sensed an attack from the inside, so he began to shape the namekian into more of a shifting sphere.
Sure enough, a roar caused the bloated water namekian to vibrate from within, and a brief flash of light vaporized so much of the titan that the remaining strains of water crashed down into the basin below. Helix had no idea what was going on… What was up with this guy!?
First he had promised to go easy on Helix, and now he was a blazing ball of unquenchable energy, with power rivaling that of the guardian of earth! And on top of that, just a second ago the hybrid seemed worn out and exhausted, but now he was fighting at full capacity and decimating everything Helix could throw at him with ease! Just who was this earthling!?
In a moment of survivalist vitalization, Helix began to direct his second titan at his opponent, but it seemed to be too late. The young hybrid was now generating ridiculous amounts of power in what appeared to be a special fighting technique.
Helix's eyes narrowed. He did not take kindly to liars, and although this young man appeared to just be a fickle and misguided soul, there was some lingering fighting spirit inside Helix which had been triggered ever since his first encounter in Hell, with Kizuki. He wasn't going to allow himself to be pushed around… not by deception! At least Xylo had the decency of being forthright in his abuse!
Soon the dragon caste's second creature was blown into water vapor by the red ki, which Kazar heftily hurled downwards into the ground, creating a shockwave which instantly evaporated all of the remaining water. Helix, formerly hovering on a platform of the liquid, was blown sky high. If he didn't come up with a plan fast, he would become a splat of green on the ground!
In a split second decision, the dragon caste decided it was all or nothing. Just as he was being hurled up into the air from the blast of the kamikaze wave, he cocked back his fists and threw them forwards in a whipping duo of punches. Helix's arms, naturally empowered by the namekian ability to stretch, lashed downwards at his opponent, aiming to grab hold of his shoulders!
As his arms uncoiled and strained to stretch, Helix would still be carried upwards by the momentum. If Helix's hands succeeded in grabbing on to his opponent, his arms would reach their maximum limit of elasticity and snap back, using the momentum Kazar's attack had sent him flying with against him! Helix's arms would snap him back like a rubber band, and the namekian would point his legs downwards at the hybrid, bending both knees for a kick, the impact with his opponent's chest hopefully sending him into the grass outside the ring with a smash! "HA--YAAAAAH!!!"

After the explosion, it seemed all the water evaporated. But, then something completely accidental on his part happen. It appears he sent Helix flying back skyhigh on accident after releasing his attack! Quickly, he'd attempt tp disappear just behind Helix and instead of attack he simply tries grabbed it clothing very lightly. If this worked, He'd slowly fly back to the arena and let Helix onto the arena once more. His golden hair and aura dies back to normal and he re-suppressed his energy, except it's lower this time. He evenly lowered his power to exactly what Helix's is right now to prevent the same accident a moment ago. But after using up all his energy, and transforming? It's enough to say his body is about to fall numb.
"Hah...Hah....Hah...Oh, sorry 'bout that dude! I wasn't lying when i said I'd go easy on YOU but i don't think giant namekians made of water counts on my easy list. Hehe, but still. I couldn't just let you fall out like that anyways. We just started! Oh and um, sorry about your shoulder. I didn't actually think it would go threw it. So, shall we continue?"
With a reassuring pat on Helix's shoulder, even if it does or doesn't happen, He'd back up from Helix and get into a martial arts stance again. He really doesn't want to go all out on him, he just wants a simple hand-to-hand combat. Hell maybe he can teach the little guy some fighting if it would help him.
"Except this time I'm gonna 'train' you. I've noticed how your fighting style isn't so...Well it isn't exactly fighting. Watch, just copy the exact movements I make, and try to make them your own. It's like watching a fight, and you learn how to fight just by studying how they do it. Because the way i see it, magic will only get you so far in life when there's people who only needs to merely punch you to defeat you. And trust me I've been there and done that."
Gently he makes light punches and kicks into the air, making it slow enough to see if Helix would replicate them. In a kindness he's doing this to help Helix better his own fighting. The start of the battle got intense real quick and he wants to dial it down some. His body can't stress it enough. If his body could speak, he'd be telling him 'What are you doing still fighting?! I'm tired, beaten, drained, and I'm hungry!' which if we're being honest. Dead or not, this guy has a stomach that'll never change.
"You see, magic may be useful. But when your backed to the wall, and you can't use magic to help you. You need to how to actually fight in order to save yourself if you're left without any other option. I on the other hand went all out on that giant you made, only to evaporate it and the water that surrounds it. Raw power, if used wisely, can actually be used in logical ways such as what i did. Only i don't think i was to wise with how i carried out my action though!"
With a light chuckle he dropped his stance. If Helix bothered to copy him, he might get a small idea on the concept of hand-to-hand fighting only by a small bit. Though everything might seem peaceful now, god only knows how Helix shall react to this sudden change of pace and dialog. But then again, this is him trying to help Helix just a teeny bit, even if it's in the middle of a fight. But we don't know what'll happen, so we'll just have to wait! Next time on! The Heaven and Hell Otherworldly Tournament!

Before Helix was able to activate his countermeasure, he suddenly found his clothing grasped by the super saiyan. Helix looked behind him with surprise as he was lowered slowly to the ground by the hybrid.
The dragon clan felt the drop in power with some suspicion, and watched the super saiyan soften into his natural state. Or at least, evidence pointed towards him being a super saiyan. Although the namekian had never really seen one, he knew all about them from the dense libraries of his home world.
Helix listened forgivingly as the young man apologized for letting things get out of hand. "Oh no, it's quite alright," Helix said with a grin, the gap in his shoulder suddenly bursting with fresh muscle. A thick green liquid seeped down the spot where the wound had formerly been. "Not a problem, see?" Helix chuckled at the prospect of showing a non-namkian the power of regeneration.
"I suppose we may as well continue… But, it's obvious from that previous display that i'm no match for you." Helix scratched his chin, contemplating wether or not it was worth it to just give up. But once again, that urge to fight in the back of his head won out.
Helix stretched his arms upwards, extending to his whole six feet hight before cracking his back and reassuming his regular stance. The young boy seemed to be interested in the prospect of "training" Helix; the crowd was not impressed by this idea. "I don't think I could accept a martial arts lesson in the middle of a martial arts tournament," Helix chuckled, scratching the back of his head awkwardly as the young man began demonstrating punches. "Besides, I've already been training with a very skilled fighter of the warrior caste on Namek," said Helix reverently, "and I've got far too much respect for her discipline to go learning from an earthling!" Helix laughed, and then quickly added, "No offense!"
The young man then proceeded to give Helix a lecture on the incapability of magic in combat situations, and Helix conjured up a cup of tea to drink while he was being spoken too. "Well, I wouldn't be so sure," Helix warned playfully, "And besides, back on Namek, I am a priest, not a fighter. Magic makes our world go round, and has served us well for thousands of years… For every one time a punch would be useful, magic is useful ninety nine times more!" The namekian tossed the now empty stone cup onto the floor of the arena; it shattered, and each of the shards sprouted into vines, taking hold on a small patch of rock.
"Besides, it's time we gave people what they came here for." Helix ducked down into his lopsided stance; Lusca would be disappointed. "Come on then," the dragon caste grinned, "I made the first move last time, now it's your turn!"
