Holly wandered further north then she ever had before and when she reached the top of a mountain cliff covered in snow she noticed a light in the distance and squinted her blue eyes. "Is that a village settlement?" she pondered to herself.
She scuttled through the snow dragging her freezing six legs along as she made her way from the snow bank she found herself into the edge of a village with wooden huts, strange snowmen, and a multitude of bells hanging from every lamp post. People were gathered around this house with a single light and when they saw Holly they raised their hands and cried, "Stop!"
Holly did as commanded and they asked, "Are you allied with the demons that tore through our village?"
Holly had no idea what these people in their puffy parkas spoke of so she shook her head no and said, "No, I just came up a cliff a little ways from here and came here cause I saw the light."
The people sighed in relief and although many looked like they were ready to pull out guns and other weapons they stopped and said, "That's a relief... A group of demons calling themselves the Inugami family tore through here a while back and attacked us. Now only us thirty villagers are left."
Holly gazed into her eyes and said, "I won't hurt you. Hopefully, you will do the same to me." Suddenly though footsteps could be heard trudging through the snow behind them. The villagers reached for their guns as they saw a strange six legged creature like Holly come up from behind covered in a green, leafy cloak. Holly turned as the creature cast a shadow on the ground at her feet and faced it. She could see the creature's green eyes and black strands of hair sticking out making her think of only one person in the world.
"Calla?" she inquired staring the person down. They nodded to say yes they were her.
Holly's eyes widened and she ran over to her and cried, "What are you doing here?" before hugging her around the waist.
"I've hired myself out via a contract to serve you forever. Since the villagers in Bamboo Forest think you are someone who will never sit still in life they figured you needed to have a body guard to keep you alive and stop you from bringing back crazy things from your adventures on Earth.
The snow, which had been falling, suddenly stopped and Calla pulled down her hood. "I'm glad I found you here. Rumor stated by other villagers at home was that you had gone north."
"I did, and that's because I'm a monster. I've learned I'm powerful, but my insect instinct has taken over too much. Are you sure you want to be a body guard for someone like me? I feel I could do some really bad things." Holly stated as she let go of her.
"That can be controlled..." Calla stated, "...as long as you control your power."
Holly shook her head no. She remembered the Kagami mentioning something like this in her conversation to her, but it was so cold now she could not remember. The villagers, watching this conversation lowered their weapons wondering if the two of them had come to eat them or something. They didn't know what this insect instinct of theirs was yet guessed it had something to do with their six legs.
"Its strong in you. Holly, your Florian blood is a lot stronger then you think. You're not a pure bred but I know for a fact that you have a lot more alien blood in you then you think. Only a quarter of you should be human, otherwise, you'd be unable to regenerate as other Florians can and grow wood from your body.
The village elder stepped towards Holly and Calla and asked, "Did you say you can grow wood from your bodies? It's hard to find some of that up here in the mountains, so would you mind helping us with something?"
Holly looked at the old man and said, "Sure," she wasn't yet sure how to respond to the villagers but knew that being friendly was part of what she should do.
"We had trouble with demons like we said and now a number of houses, and the village sign for this here Jingle Village are in a disarray. Please help us fix these issues." The old man got on his knees and bowed his head in the snow as Holly said, "Sure," again and grew a long block of wood from her arm. It was a three by four beam which the remaining twenty nine villagers quickly nabbed before carrying it off.
She looked back at her friend and said, "Calla, I hate to drag you into my messes, but I intend to stay here for a while. If you've hired yourself on as my body guard at the Florians' behest then help me do something here as well as keep an eye on me and make sure these villagers are okay. I've got to train to control that power you speak of anyway."
Calla nodded and without another word raised both hands and began growing three by four stacks of wood for the villagers to use for smaller repairs. Holly would watch her friend and continue to grow wood from her hands as well until she ran out of the energy to do so and collapsed. It took about three hours, but by the time they were done Jingle Village was starting to revive once again. It's people were limited yet the village actually looked more like a village now with its new wooden structured housing.

Emer had been walking for quiet some time. It had been a while since he returned to Nai's cave since the incident with the saiyans. And he was taking his time before he returned to her. He had traveled pretty far north in this time, though to most it was due to him following a little green Namekian around, trying to find him with his Ki sense. Suddenly it seemed that he picked up two signatures that seemed to be around his level. Though it was hard to move within the heavy snow, the Kagami had learned that flying had proven to be a bit easier on him, than just walking everywhere in this. His weights that had already been heavy, seemed to gain even more weight to them as the snow melted on him, and the water seeped into the cloak.
As he approached the two signatures, he could hear the sound of repairs echoing through the small deserted like area. Looking down from the syk he could see what seemed to be a small amount of villagers walking around as they had began to repair their buildings. A small sigh seemed toe scape the man as he looked at them. "Such a small village, how do they hope to survive up here..." He looked at the houses that where being repaired, he noticed that some of them had been burned and destroyed by an odd force. Slightly intrigued the Kagami flew down to the village. His feet landing softly in the snow, making a small crunch, as he looked at the building in front of him. His hand reached out touching it gently as he felt the burnt wood. It seemed that it was fresh, and had happened only recently. Suddenly he heard a village scream behind him as it shook his attention from the building.
She was standing there looking at him, his eyes red as blood seemed to stare at her from under his cloak. She began to run towards the entrance of the village screaming at the top of her lungs. He could make out words in the frantic shrilling of the woman. "A demon! Another Demon has come to the village!" Standing there slightly confused, Emer tilted his head, trying to figure out what was wrong with her. He knew he wasn't the prettiest thing to look at, especially with his scars and missing an arm. But he had never been called a demon before. Alith seemed to be laughing inside of his head, as she brought up the topic with a little bit of teasing. 'Aiy aiy, we have a demon here Irith. I think it's the first time he's heard that. Maybe it'll stop him from looking so mad all the time." A soft laugh seemed to escape from her within his head. Following the screaming he saw two being producing what seemed to be wood.
Though it was hard to see them from the distance he was standing at. One of them had a familiar appearance about them, it was as if he had a serious case od Deja vu... Then it strucked him, when he had first landed on earth, which had been over three weeks or so now. She was the woman that stumbled into the cave with him and the Changeling. A small smile appeared on his face as he remembered she had been such a strong creature when she climbed the mountain in what she wore. If she looked over towards where the girl was running from, she would see a tall figure in the snow. The black cowl hiding everything beside his blood red eyes starring out from the hood. None of his face could been seen at a distance, and his body was hidden underneath the large robe. His power level though was small if she could sense... At least for now it was small. (Since I bought Heavy weights it's 75% of 30,000. So if you or your ally can sense him he's at a 7,500 something odd power level.)
His hand rose slightly revealing part of his scared body as a soft laugh emitted from him. "I don't think I've been called that before. But it has a weird ring to it when she screams running away without even getting to know me, it's a little bit insulting." The voice that came from the man would probably remind Holly that she had heard it from somewhere before. Suddenly it seemed that Alith wished to talk to the girl from within him. The cold female voice coming from where he stood spoke to her. "Well hey, look at that... I believe we know her Em." She said using his nickname. A soft laugh escaped from her, as Irith took over. This time it was a softer female voice as she spoke. "Oh it is, she's the one that you decided to reverse the roles on." Emer silenced the two of them as he began to walk towards her and her partner. It seemed that there had indeed been others like her, when she spoke about dominating the earth that day.
The Kagami was standing now just a few feet away from them, as the villagers gathered around him holding up weapons towards him, and pointing them towards the young man. A small smile appeared on his face, as the guns and simple farming tools where being used as a weapon to try and stop any hostility. "If you continue to point those at me, I might have to step up my game a little bit. Because you're obviously treating me like a threat." Suddenly an older man stepped forward and spit towards his feet. "Your kind isn't welcomed here demon." It seemed they where judging him based off his eyes. True the small blood red eyes would belong to most demons... And his body had been covered in scars, and different things like burns. Which most humans believed what happened when you went to hell. A small ping of hatred flowed through him as he kept his smile up.
"I may have to inform you, that I'm definitely a violent person. But at the same time, saying my kind isn't welcomed and calling them demons is a big mistake.... I'm simply a Kagami..." His eyes seemed to go cold looking at the villagers. It seemed that this male had enough to deal with lately, he didn't need someone pissing him off at the moment, he had left the cave, so he could control his anger a bit more. The site of seeing that he had hurt those that had helped him, had made him more conscious of trying to control the blessing. Suddenly remembering that the girl he had seen before was still here he turned to her and smiled. "I hope you took what I said to your heart. Because it's the only way you'll be able to do as you wish. And that's by setting everything free."

Holly worked with Calla for a long while putting out various boards of wood from the hands until the crowd of villagers got riled up by a newcomer entering their village. Holly saw them all quickly begin to surround the person with weapons in hand and rushed forward, pushing the villagers aside, to find herself face-to-face with a snow white man covered in scars gazing at the villagers with red eyes.
She watched him turn to her, step towards her, and say, "I hope you took what I said to your heart. Because it's the only way you'll be able to do as you wish. And that's by setting everything free."
She blushed remembering the events in the cave, yet did not turn her blue eyes from him. Calla quickly followed behind her and tapped the girl's shoulder whispering into her ear, "Is he your boy friend? He's not bad looking and..." she grabbed the scouter Holly owned from her friend's eye and placed it over her own eye, "He's fricking strong. Mhm..." It beeped to her relaying Emer's potential power at 30,500 PL.
Holly nodded to her and Emer and soon found the courage to speak. "Emer, I do want to set everything free. I don't why yet around you I feel comfortable to say this."
She breathed in deeply then stated, "I really, truly love you!" Her whole body quivered at the thought that she openly said this, but it was part of her uppity nature to get things out into the notion and stand above the rest. She was not about to let her friend get any ideas. And so Calla did not as she took off her friend's item and handed it back to her. She then slipped something into the back of her pocket and quickly backed away.
"What did you give me?" Holly pondered to herself in her head. She reached inside to find a strange capsule device marked #001. It was not something familiar but she held it up in front of Emer and said, "This is my resolve!"
One of the villagers, the elder, quickly jumped in on the strange conversation understanding at the very least the two knew each other and said, "Ya know... That's a house capsule so you're essentially saying, 'Come to my house to this guy.'"
Holly quickly put the item away blushing even deeper then before. The elder laughed and so did the rest of them as they dropped their weapons. No one would be a serious threat to their village if they were friends with this girl they realized. It was clear that Holly knew him somehow, so they felt relaxed more so then before around the red-eyed man calling himself a Kagami. Although, Holly now was not as she twisted around and saw Calla scuttling off on all six legs through the snow.
"CALLA!" she screamed releasing green ki into the air before surging it through her fingers. The woman's digits extended to where the girl was running eighty feet from her and with the power of Konki Shiba she began to draw her friend back to her with long, twisting vines. She was glad the woman had placed herself in servitude to her and the reason was the moment she returned Holly could let out her anger towards her pal, which she did by using her right hand to slap her across the face multiple times. Clearly, Calla was trying to push things fully along in the realm of love for the new, adult Holly (something in truth she did not mind but wanted to do on her own).

Emer was standing there looking towards Holly and her friend. Suddenly it seemed that something strange was happening with the girl. Before she said anything he could tell that her body was quivering slightly, and it seemed to be a little strange. He figured that she was a little tired perhaps. And then something shocking came out of her lips. In front of all these people she just came out and declared that she loved him in front of all these people. A small devil like smile appeared on his scared face as he shook his head before she did something else. It seemed that her friend had slipped her something, and was taken off towards the forest behind her. Soon Holly held something out towards him, it had a number on it, as well seemed to be those things that people had been calling capsules lately. When an Elder gentleman began to speak up about what she had just done. She seemed to be turning a little bit pink due to the embarrassment, the girl villagers all awed at her determination. Judging from their reactions they where admiring her right now for doing so.
Shaking his head slightly Emer began to approach her before she turned to grab her friend. "I thought I told you to be careful with your choice of words. I mean you can't for sure say that you do. It hasn't been that long since we meet. I think this would only be our second meeting at any rate." It seemed the male was going to pull the same thing he did last time. As she was slapping the girl in front of her. It seemed to be justified till his hand grabbed Holly's chin and brought her close to hsi face. "Though, I told you that it's a strong word. And you need to make sure you mean it before you say something like that. Didn't I?" He said referring back to the cave that they had beent trapped in at the time. Back up on the mountain where he had crashed landed for the first time. Turning towards Calla he let a small smile appear as he let go of Holly's chin. "Sides as her friend, I think you should be careful on those that you choose to be with her don't you think?"
He said referring to his past that none of them knew. Though as he was closer to them, they could smell something that was familiar to blood. He had been fighting before he came this way. He had ran into a small group of saiyans. And they had learned the hard way that a single Kagami, could take them out should they try anything. "Though, I suppose the way she talks about he race, I'd be doing the same with my own... Just in a different method." He said stepping away from the two. He didn't say much more besides look at the villagers, some of them seemed to be starring at the two of them directly, as if they had been waiting for him to do something to her. He noticed they'd become a little bit more relaxed around him. It didn't take them long to change their mind did it? Though he noticed that some of the girls there, seemed to be looking him over. No one around him even got close to his height. They had all been short around here.
Then again he had gotten use to it, as people on earth hardly stood over six foot it seemed. And here was a Kagami standing among them around seven feet tall. Though it seemed that the villagers had anticipated that he'd react with happiness, but instead it seemed to be that he was chastising this poor girl. The elder villager stepped forwards to him for a moment. "You know, she had the courage to tell you that in public in front of everyone... you could perhaps tell her a bit easier..." Emer looked down at the man with a soft smile. "Well, I don't think she should use that word just yet, I mean it is after all only our second meeting, and the first one was breif. She didn't need my help at the time, so she has no reason to be attached to me just yet." The villagers looked towards Holly a little confused. The elder cleared his throat and approached the girl. "Um... uhh.. Is this true ma'am? I mean have you only meet him once before now?" Emer seemed to be standing there as the kids where tugging on his cloak, one of them ducked under it and was using it to hide from his friends.
Some of the village mothers seemed to be still hesitant of him, and such they couldn't get close enough to their children. Reaching his hand down, it looked at first as if he was going to grip the kids head and pop it like a balloon. But instead he simply rubbed his hand on top of the kids head as he did to others lately. That had been troubled. "Careful now, others won't be as tolerant as me, you must be careful of those that you decide to be around, especially this close." The child looking up at him just smiled. Shaking his head Emer was thinking to himself. 'No matter what I say, when it comes to children I don't even think a saiyan child could be killed by my hands... I'll probably let them survive along with their parents... It wouldn't be right to strip that away from them... As they're innocent at the moment... I'll just get rid of soldiers and those that have no children.'

"But I do love you!" Holly cried, although it was love at first sight she felt a strong connection to Emer for some reason, like he was someone she could trust. Even if he looked like he was roughly handling the boy's head before her.
Calla rubbed her noggin with her hand then stated to Emer, "I see your point in needing to choose good people for her to be around." She turned and quickly grabbed Holly and dragged her along through the snow.
Holly screamed and whined as her friend did this but Calla kept on moving on all six of her legs intent on leaving Emer behind. Unrequited love was hard, but after this little meeting she was sure her friend Houri was going to be over it eventually. Strangely, since her coming into adulthood she'd been all over the place with her emotions. Calla figured that within the week she'd settle down and think properly but the life long mating instinct for Florians seemed especially strong in her. Calla did not want to have to chastise her, but she was feeling like leaning towards that especially after the blow she could still feel on her head. She dared not look back at the likely smug Emer as she thought, "I need to help my friend. There's only one way in the world I can do that though. I need to give her access to a 'Pupua Nut.'"
Her grip was firm as she thought about the dangerous berry that grew on massive jungle bushes in their village. This tiny, half moon shaped blue and golden berry that was the size of a dime was the only remaining plant life besides the Florians themselves from Amazonica. It was a rather strange food in that it helped young Florians grow strong quickly in the past. Yet ever since the planet's destruction and its arrival on Earth the fruit had mutated. It was now the size of a watermelon and when fully eaten by adult, female Florians caused an odd effect to occur. The creation of 100% full-grown children capable of fighting and thinking on their own.
This allowed the Florians to create a fully grown arm for the defenses of their jungle home. Yet through experience the Florians came to find that they had to be careful using this fruit since the child could come to be too powerful for the villagers to handle over time or even from birth. The reason being that the children were partially like their mother and yet somehow still wild, untamed for them to be reasoned with. They'd normally take on the features of the last male the Florian female had touched too, however, sometimes nature just had a way of making the creatures only recognizable to the mother figure. In other words, maternal rule formed around families with this kind of setup and as a result the berries were grown selectively to ensure war did not break out in the now limited space their alien group occupied.
One thing was certain and that was that Houri knew nothing of the nut. Which was why Calla hoped as soon as they got down from the mountain that she'd be able to tell her of the fruit. Getting a low grade one was not an issue if Holly could sport her the money, but higher grade versions of the fruit were going to be hard to come by. Hopefully though, this was the key to quelling the sadness of her friend as she was forced to listen to the woman's bawling all the way down the mountain road. A new spring of hope though was coming in Holly's future of wanting to build some kind of family or find love. If they didn't have enough zeni for getting such a future together they could always get it later or try again with hard to impress guys like Emer.
(I am exiting this thread and would like to request Zeni.)

Granted, you are starting a new character on this, account, Holly, Ima give you the pl.
Holly: 1707 power level
Emer: 3542 power level
I didn't really get a feel from the two of you this thread, as it felt like this thread was ended prematurely.
