The response to his admittance didn't entirely register with the youthful Saiyan, not right away anyway, for him the reactions of women were an alien entity entirely and as her cheeks darkened his brow sank in wonder for it. even as she spoke of Marcel having no real interest she'd be faced with a knowing grin from the young Saiyan and it would only broaden as the attempt upon a strict aura was betrayed by Hinawa. "You act like I don't respect you already, though bowing isn't my thing unless I'm in a generally good mood so don't get too used to it," the frozen composition of his friends form only garnered more of a laugh from her Saiyan buddy; "I'm full of more surprises than you think, even for a Saiyan as thick as I am," it was true, he had a horde of secrets and developments she had zero idea about and in his own honest mind; it was probably better she didn't know for the moment. Before the beasts inner eye flared his recent remembrance of his Father pinning him to the floor by his boot and hammering those meaty fists into him simply to ignite the flurry of rage Lev' had been known for at that moment.
"Well I'd find it both advantageous and a little bit weird if you were keeping clothes for me without asking me first," the laugh enveloped the dread he'd felt through out his memory flash back and it was further swallowed by the sudden betrayal that she had more to show. To be honest he wasn't entirely sure what prompted that joke, he already had a home complete with a Gravity training facility and yet; the issue he'd been facing as of late was the isolation, he'd promised to protect North capitol when he could and he DID only live over the ridge, a short shake of his head saw an end to that notion of thought; she hadn't offered thus there was no need to consider it. As he trailed after the Fox, dusty walls, rooms and doors trailing past at their leisurely gate it he began to wonder on those subtle evasions she'd been making. Granted he wasn't the most socially adept soul in the galaxy but his gut would never lie to him about something being off. Thus, they entered the ancient chamber, it was at this point that the secret love for books bled like an open wound from Levlidian, as though possessed he wandered into the center of the room and drank in the sight of so much knowledge. For a good while, there was no response to the rest of her admittance yet he heard precisely what she'd elaborated.
"This place is beautiful," he uttered upon a faded vocalisation of wonder, enlarged orbs of obsidian fluttered from the scrolls to the weapons, to the books and then he rounded on his heel to face Hinawa. She seemed serious, a certain air of darkness surrounded her and his eyes soon reduced from awe to his usual regard of focus."Does it matter if you're fully human, to you I mean. To me you're still Hinawa my regular pain in the ass," unbeknownst to him his complexion flourished a merit of red to the regard of Hinawa in that moment but he'd glance back to the scrolls, "You have a bloody impressive family heritage, I'll give you that. Assassins or not; they seem like honourable souls to keep such a great account of everything. To remember all they did and shoulder everything that came with it,"
From between his lips protruded his tongue to wet the lower lip as he'd once again face her with a grin, "Would you mind if I read some of this, maybe see if I can't help with that Cipher; not that i expect to be much use-," and his voice ended whilst his mind caught up with a notion he'd failed to concede to. "-it could be the amount of times you've introduced my head to your fist, but either way you've done so much for me, I'd like to do something for you," A thought smacked him about the cranium like a hammer and he sighed before he began to awkwardly scratch his head. "Assassins," adjusting his jaw, for once the beast chose his words carefully. "hm, whilst the DNA didn't surprise me because, well, you've always been odd- do you know which aliens?" a smirk appeared but he continued, "-also if they travelled the Galaxy, would it be an idea to follow in their footsteps at some point? I mean, I've been meaning to visit Namek and I'd not complain if you came a long for the ride," another pause as he'd look away with a furrowed brow, re-painting himself as a typically hard headed Saiyan, "It won't be for a long while yet. I'll need to build the ship from scratch, unless you're about to tell me you won one of those too. Do any of these scrolls point out a particular planet or anything or haven't you got that far yet?"

Her words came true almost immediately - she would not have expected Lev to like a room full of dusty old tomes and scrolls, no matter what information they held. Though his words towards her true revelation took her by surprise, clearly shown by her widening eyes and questioning look. Tilting her head slightly, she closed her eyes right after, deep in thought. Did it matter at all if she was fully human? Did it matter what her ancestors used their knowledge and skills for? A bit, at least. Crossing her arms in front of her chest, Hinawa suddenly smiled as she opened her eyes again.
"I suppose it really makes no difference if one of my great-great-great-grandfathers might've been an alien or not. I'm me, and that's all there is to it." Nodding at that to both herself and Levlidian, his offer to help her took the fox-girl completely by surprise - causing her face to take on a bit of a red color once more. That had certainly been unexpected. "T-tch, apparently I did hit you too hard on the head once or twice. What big thing have I ever done for you?!"
With a sudden turn around, Hinawa stormed off to one of the shelves, looking very interested at one of the books on the stand. She definitely wasn't used to actually feeling flustered at all, and the emotions made her feel rather vulnerable - she wasn't one to show weakness. So for now she had to speak without looking at him or she'd give everything away. "...Scroll to the left is the family tree, but its only names and nothing else. Right scroll was laid right next to it so its probably important. The handwritten notes in the middle are the few cipher parts I've figured out so far, as well as the exceptions when those word replacements don't apply, and what else might apply... Its quite involved." Waving her hand lazily behind herself pointing wildly at the desk, she gave Lev the quick rundown of her workstation.
"...And now that you mention it. I've seen mention of planet Vegeta, some other planet called 'Arcrose' or something similar - not entirely sure on it - and a few other words that MIGHT be planet names, or they might be names of settlements on planets. Those are strewn about in the few bound, smaller ledgers, which were apparently mission reports of clan members. To make it more headache-inducing, every single one of them has a personalized spin to the cipher, too." explaining further, Hinawa thought she had calmed down enough to turn back to Levlidian and did so, as he invited her to come along to a different planet! Namek... She was sure that she had heard that word before, right?
"Normal people ask girls out to dinner or a bar, and you go for a different planet." Her trademark smirk returned, but her voice betrayed that she was actually pretty happy about the whole proposal. So she nodded. "Sure, I'll come along. And no, there was no spaceship included in the lottery winning. I've never really thought about leaving Earth, but... why not? Why Namek, though? Anything special on that planet?"

Hinawa seemed to do it again, as she stormed across the length of her secret room, Levlidian couldn't help but grin like an idiot; "You fought me, showed me that earth wasn't so bad and unintentionally gave me a new home,". With a shrug he'd turn in part to regard a scroll he'd acquired the presence of as he'd wandered to the desk, the lettering was clearly old, immeasurably complicated and soon had the beast leaning over it with a furrowed brow. Darting the piercing stare of his obsidian eyes to and fro' between each segment, both Hinawa's notes and the scroll, he slowly applied his paw to a subtle scratch of his forehead. "By the Kami, this is complicated," an obvious fact to which he'd admit probably sounded better in his head, still, he could see the basic patterns she was going for and straightened up to peer back at his Fox-like friend.
She seemed engrossed in what ever was occupying that space before Hinawa and Levlidian began to wander over, taking one of the scrolls from her desk carefully in his hand in the wake of his shift. "If they went to such great lengths to conceal this, that would suggest they had enemies to conceal it from. Have you found anything like that? I mean, shooting around the Galaxy is one thing but doing so without knowing there are assholes tugging at our heel; could be problematic," Turning the page upright, a furrowed brow followed whilst he'd read into the scripture that danced like a wild duck in its wording. "I don't see an established Assassin family going to such great lengths without the placement of paranoia in their minds, at least a tid bit of it anyway,"
"Acrose?" gritting his teeth and tilting his head into a short twitch, "I think that's the planet my race invaded or fought, the Arcosians; serpent like souls. Reckon you've seen a few around," that was an awkward bit of history to portray and yet he swiftly diverted that conversation on to the talk of Vegeta, "If it's all the same to you, I'd rather we didn't go to my home planet before I achieve Super Saiyan. I- I have a fair few enemies there and I have debts of pay with blood; rather be able to protect us both if the worst should happen," a look of guilt crossed his jawline and complexion, his eyes drawing off to the side as he stubbornly hid the sudden muse over his past actions as a boy. Still, he'd been speaking in between her elaborations but now she'd ceased he sought to part his jaw for another question.
"Normal people ask girls out to dinner or a bar, and you go for a different planet."
That idea froze in place and heat filled his face faster than his aura could have possibly erupted, tensing his jaw and suddenly averting his eyes to the shelves in sibiling to folding his arms; the beast exhaled sharply through his nose. However she seemed relatively enthusiastic about going, this didn't stop the stubborn young Saiyan from adopting a stiff way of speaking, being caught entirely off guard by the remark. "I-," By Kami, why did he want to go there again? All aspects of his function had ceased in order to shield him from the sudden embarrassment; "-I read an old story, about a Super Saiyan that was birthed on Namek; I wanted to take a look into it see if there was any tricks or hints to accessing it myself. I know Aina gave us the low-down on it but it doesn't make sense. I only achieved Part-Super Saiyan because that Demon almost killed me," Damnit, Damnit, Damnit he cursed within his mind and invested into a deep breath slowly easing the tension in his entire frame. "Since you want to learn more about your family, they have a rich culture and clans that scribe everything; figured we could take a look,"

"Nothing specific about enemies, but I guess that's why my parents got murdered and I was left for dead. Makes a whole lot more sense than a random attack by a Saiyan, especially that far out away from normal civilization. And I agree that we should stay the hell away from planet Vegeta, unless we want to have to fight half the planet once I start freeing Kagami slaves left and right. ... You know, that DOES sound like a fun way to spend a weekend, but only after we've gotten stronger." A grin flashed across Hinawa's face at the thought of messing up a bunch of slavers on Vegeta together with Lev, while surpassing their so beloved 'Super Saiyans' - a grin that showed off her sharp canine teeth. She really was a predator of those who dared to keep others as property nowadays.
Her grin grew wider when she finally got him to blush for once. Success!... Wait, if he blushed, then did he ACTUALLY consider this a date?! Crap, now she could feel the color shooting into her face. How did Lev manage to be so simple-minded, yet also actually incredibly difficult to really understand? And to make matters worse, he was an actually SMART Saiyan. Not that she didn't appreciate help deciphering these texts - far from it - but it was so strange to be this close to a member of the race she had condemned in her mind until only a few months ago. The more of them she met, the more she wanted to know just WHAT turned these honor-bound warriors into bloodthirsty conquerors - and how to stop it.
"Arcosians... well, now I have a name to put to those Aliens, finally. So thanks for that." Pulling away from the shelf - and trying to make it look like she absolutely did some work at it - she walked back over to the Saiyan studying the ancient text of her family. "So you got close to it from almost dying... Don't repeat that, alright? If Namek has kept any records of that legend you're after, then we'll find out how. If not, hey - don't get to explore different planets every day." Standing next to Levlidian, the Kitsune gave him a playful smirk while taking a look at the passage on the scroll he had commented on, nodding slowly.
"That paragraph right here still has me stumped." Leaning in closer to him and reaching over his hands, Hinawa pointed at one part - thanks to being shorter then the Saiyan she had to stand on her toes just to be able to really reach and point at the spot. "See, above it meant this one part, but now it makes no sense when interpreted this way. But the one other meaning then invalidates the top part so..." Hinawa continued on - now that their trip to Namek was decided on, she quickly wanted to move away from thinking about it as a date - but in the process, got closer to Lev than before. Probably not her smartest plan.

As the Kitsune progressed towards the Saiyan youth, his eyes drew to peer about his shoulder at the sound of the stride. "Seems we're arranging a physical holiday to vegeta once we're both stronger. reckon Having a Saiyan with you would help you get close enough to get those 'Kagami' out of a few cells. I'm gonna' assume you didn't think i'd let you try this on your own," with another snort he soon turned to face the scripture again as Hinawa drew level with the beast. Once again, he was completely unaware of any intentions, be they subconscious or not as he fended away from the idea that it was even considered a date to fly between planets. Surely these things involved wining, dining- why was he even trying to turn this into a logical debate!? "Damnit," he muttered under his breath and nearly jumped at her sudden close quarters.
Steadily, the explanation flowed and Lev' continued to watch as his friend wrapped up the notions behind the scroll. Thoughts began to flutter through his head, ideas of understanding the text and he looked back to the scroll. A whisp of breath swept a long his arm and he soon snared a glance through his peripheral to see Hin' getting closer as if to see. This woman was baffling, first she over reacts to even a compliment and stalks off to the other end of the room; now she was close enough that he could smell the vibrancy of her flesh. Psh, women.
"Hm, here," he sought to wrap his arm around the woman's waist and lift her high enough to see where he was holding it, the task didn't seem particularly hard for Levlidian who wore his iconic furrowed brow and partly cruel grin. "There you go," his grin only widened whilst turning his attention back, once again, to the text. "Just because it invalidates it as a whole, doesn't mean-," he moved to cover selections of words, letters, "if we break it down in parts, reduce the words, shorten sentences. It develops another meaning by modifying the language in which it translates. Maybe if we took out-," he continued on about modified language, explaining his thoughts on how over-complicated sentences could easily be broken down. "if there are messages or Ciphers here, they'll be relatively short but most of them would be easily found out, so it makes sense to develop layers; like sub ciphers to the actual cipher,"
"Mmm, or there's a key word hidden here, a key phrase, description?" he tilted his head, wracking his brain and drawing his jaw taught, "I'm going to figure this out," he muttered stubbornly and etched forward to place the scroll down. As he did so, the knowledge she shared finally bypassed the filter, had she told him this before? He couldn't remember but still the shock was evident. "A Saiyan-?". The close quarters hardly helped, Levlidian betrayed how it bothered him like an open book. The shock subsided and he snorted. If he managed to pick Hin' up, Lev' would then place his other hand upon her hip and put her down safely as well. It was uncomfortable for him to know his race had done such a thing, nevermind the lack of knowledge as to why, some one he cared for was once horribly hurt by his people; he was a representative of that and it pained him. "Hm, usually I reside alone but I'm wondering; how many rooms does your home have? If I'm going to help you, I might ask if I could stay-," expecting to be struck with rejection after learning the reason her family were naught but a memory. He ignored it, fended against his own mind but with an irritable exhale. "-it would be easier to help you with this if I was some where close by without having to rap on your door every half day or so," mulling on a notion, his lips peeled back again; "Could you identify the Saiyan that attacked you? I'd like to help you find and kill it," the term 'it' was used with a bitter tone, acidic and reflective of the hate he felt for Saiyan's of the Warmonger caste, the SSE.

Hinawa blinked a bit in surprise as Levlidian lifted her a bit, but didn't struggle - in fact, she actually giggled a bit. Her Saiyan buddy could be so nice when he wanted to be, it was probably his best trait. With interested blue eyes, she followed his explanation, darting between scrolls and notes with her mind racing. And of course, like this, it made sense! She couldn't help but smile widely at Lev at this.
"Of course! If we combine that with the previous mentions of 'aura'... I think we're looking at some sort of power-boosting technique explanation! Probably only part of it, but still. That might just be the key for me to keep up with you once you've become that Super Saiyan or whatever." Beaming from ear to ear at the idea of not being left behind, she wondered how her ancestors had unveiled this technique, if her thought was even correct. She had seen martial artists use 'bulking' to increase their offense, but they always lost massive amounts of speed - so that wouldn't be of any help to her! Losing her greatest asset to match Levlidian's raw power would be dumb.
Sat back down on the ground, she tilted her head slightly as he spoke, obviously slightly hesitant - and with a grin, she skipped past him to the door. "I thought you'd never ask..." mumbling that sentence just loud enough to be heard by him but while being able to possibly deny it, she turned back to the Saiyan. "Lev, this mansion is so big that around five people could live here and they could spend a week without running into each other. Leave the scroll in here, I don't want sunlight to get on them - I can show you where you can stay." If he were to follow, Hinawa would lead him up the stairs - and right past the second floor, up to the third. The hallway going down the middle of this floor had one massive door at its end - roughly half of the entire third floor was taken up by the gigantic room behind them. The doors were actually still open since she had quickly left that room - allowing an easy view of the simply MASSIVE bed, and a partially obstructed whirlpool, all in that one room.
"That's my room, before you get any bright ideas. There's two more huge bedrooms up here." Pointing at the only door on the right wall of the corridor, the computer of the house opened it for them - basically showing a smaller version of the same kind of room, with a huge bed, a walk-in closet, and even an in-built bathroom that could dynamically be sectioned off with a large sliding door made out of glass. "So, what do you think? Good enough for you?"

Levlidian couldn't help but stare off into the distance as she skipped off, first she giggled, this was the first action that felled his jaw. Hinawa actually didn't mind being picked up by the taller Saiyan, then she grew excitable about a new ability she could use to keep up with his power gains. Now this he could understand, the seeking of strength to keep up with a Rival; he couldn't help but grin in response. "Well looks like I'll have to watch out for you in the future," his stride after the excitable Fox had begun long after he placed her down. To be honest it was a nicer reaction than the one he'd been expecting and the dreary Saiyan pepped up relatively quickly, breaking into a small jog just to keep up.
"Huh, waiting for me to ask?" he said to himself with another grin, it was a short jog covering the beauty of her stairs in mere moments before wandering into the hallway above it afterwards. By the Kami she wasn't kidding, there were enough rooms and hallways here for even an orienteer to lose himself, on wards he wandered peering into the room she'd gestured to first. "Damn, is that a pool or a damn bath?" he whistled before scooting after her. His room was equally impressive be it a little less impressive; but such was to be expected really.
"Hm, bit flashy for me, however I can see it growing on me. A little like a certain Fox, thank you," a warm smile appeared about the Saiyan's lips. "Any rules I should be aware of, besides the obvious ones such as don't make a mess?" in to the room he'd stride with his hands pocketed. Turning his head to and fro', a quirked brow was all he granted to show his acceptance. Poking his head into the bathroom he'd gasp; "A shower!?". Within moments he was gone, investigating, "I haven't seen one of these since I was on Vegeta- no monkey jokes," he'd re-emerge and fold his arms still wearing that smile.
"Well, as soon as I get home I'll pack up my Gravity Chamber and house, then I'll mosey on over here if that's alright with you, of course. maybe we can unlock more potential to the self enhancement ability; who knows, maybe you'll be able to challenge a Golden Saiyan and keep me on my toes," and he'd add as a quip, "You could have asked if you didn't want to live here alone," he'd stride to her and seek to place a hand upon her noggin', clearly taking advantage of the situation with their heights and gently ruffles her hair if allowed. oddly, his expression looked more so honoured by her acceptance and warmer than his usual cold scowl.

"No monkey jokes? You give me greater challenges to overcome every single day, Lev." With a lighthearted laugh, she watched as the Saiyan delighted in the room she had given him, and couldn't help but smile. This just felt... right - to keep him closer than before. Seeing him actually have a grateful smile for once was a nice change of pace, too! She was just about to tell him the obvious - as in, don't barge into her room unannounced and don't leave the toilet seat up - when he did something so unexpected that it caught her completely off-guard. Usually, those who caught her off-guard got a kick to the groin - or a flameblast to the face, in the case of Hunter - but this... was different. As the Saiyan ruffled through her hair, vivid images of Emer flashed through her mind - and the first time in years when she had felt anything but hate. And later, when for the first time, she had felt anything but cold.
Casting down her eyes, Hinawa let out a small, but content, sigh. "Solitude and me don't agree with each other. The first time it left me so full of hatred, I was more aggressive than a barrel of Saiyans." Looking to the side, the Kitsune thought back to her highly aggressive, demeaning and callous attitude towards everyone - and especially to life and death. She still wasn't exactly a saint, but she was better than... THAT, now. "The second time I was so angry - being abandoned again - that I would've killed you if you had met me back then. Cause I had just learned a few unflattering things about the SSE, and was in no state of mind to actually differentiate between individuals and the organization... And the third time, well. You saw the result, didn't you?"
Pulling away from his hand, Hinawa turned to the side, not looking directly at him. "A cold person in a cold place, well on her way to losing her 'self'. So yes, I don't deal well with being alone." A short moment of silence followed - but then Hinawa turned her head to look Levlidian in the eye, a silent determination in them. "You're not allowed to just... disappear. Everyone that I give half of a damn about just disappears. I'll somehow get my telepathy into your head so you can use it, soon enough. And the next time you're in danger, you'll CALL me, or I swear, I'll shave your head in your sleep. I know that Saiyan hair doesn't regrow. So yes, that's the most important rule."
With a quick sudden smirk, Hinawa added something. "Second most important rule, you better fill up the fridge from time to time. I can't print money, you know. Though I AM avoiding property tax out here."

The conversation had taken a serious turn and Levlidian regarded her with his obsidian eyes as she spoke, emotions truly ran at a different pace yet she'd conquered them all in the end. A flicker of admiration for the story she told glinted in his curling smile and a nod followed as he'd accept each rules without disagreement. "Hm," now he leaned forward and fixed his eyes into hers with a serious expression coupled with a hand gently tapping her cheek before falling free; "This means something to you, so I'm going to say it just once- you've been there through some of my hardest times even when I wasn't aware I'd called you at all. I might travel but all you need to do is call, just as you asked of me and I'll be there, I might not be able to call you every time. We both know how battles go but I'll always come home,"
"Shave my head and I'll have to hire Hunter to annoy you for a year," Lev's raised his eyebrows with a grin and chuckled, "Though i understand what you mean about being alone, about letting solitude breed something darker. I suffered that. hell it was you that found me screaming in the mountains that day and brought me round to my senses," with an adjusted jaw, the beast soon folded his arms and became strangely taught, estranged as he elaborated, "I lost my brother, it was what i was supposed to tell you all that time ago but never did. I'm ashamed both of what happened and that I didn't tell you this sooner, for that I apologise. Though that's what we're both here for isn't it? To keep each other on the straight and narrow," a small shrug followed, his lean figure rising and falling with deliberate obviousness, "I like how you are now, what ever you went through was hard, i don't doubt it but; you turned out like someone you should be proud of,"
Dipping out on the details of his own elaboration unto himself, Levlidian smiled again and gathered himself to direct himself in a rotatory stride bout her to the door with his form softening again as he spoke; "As for the SSE, I have to admit there is a reason I agreed to help you with the Kagami and travel with you-," a dark hue donned about his eyes and as each word spilled from the lips of a pure blood, "I'm going to destroy the Solar Empire, bring it down and end all this tyranny my race have brought on you all. It ties in with your intentions perfectly, not that i ever intended -not- to help my favourite Fox. I feel it's something I need to aim for in the future, I decided this on that mountain but you showed me I couldn't do it with justice in my heart without a stern kick up the arse every once in a while,"
The darkness lifted, "But I won't die doing it, I intend to live through it and come home. I have a promise to keep to you now and it's a -very- long ways off. I'm no where near strong enough to pull it off, there's no fear of me even trying for years if not decades just yet. I wanted you to know my plans since I know yours," finally he slowly leaned out the door, "Important question, now that you mention it, where -is- the kitchen?" a grin appeared and it was one of mischief, "I'll be sure to fill up your fridge, no worries about that. Was there something more you wanted to show me before I treat you to a home cooked Saiyan meal; be warned, we cook with alcohol,"
