It was a bright and sunny day. The birds were singing, the brooks were babbling, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Wind gently swept through the android's start black hair as he stood in the center of a clearing of the Fukuroh Forest, his amber eyes closed as he'd meditate, his legs spread apart and his arms down by his sides. For as strong as Carva was now, he knew that being a warrior meant he should continue to train and the reason for this? He felt as if he owed it to himself and SCAR to be like a crown jewel.
Carva's saiyan pride had more than remained intact even after the upgrades his physical body would receive. While his bones were replaced with metal, and his lungs with the Resilium Core, his soul was still the exact same as it was the day he died. Only now, he had a belief that the SSE had betrayed him and he knew that surpassing even their greatest warriors would deal a blow to their ranks.
There is just something about attacking morale that is effective in battle. Sure, one can be as powerful as a Suoer Saiyan but it doesn't mean shit as long as they don't believe in themselves. Another thing Carva could remember was his time in Hell, in the after life. As in life, he'd advanced by leaps and bounds. This wouldn't have made much difference had he not remembered that Kazar was in the Afterlife now, and the same could happen to him.
He growled at the thought of the mouthy hybrid surpassing him in power. This was something that this proud warrior couldn't allow to happen, and the more he thought about it the more it drove him. Physically, there was very little the SaiyAndroid felt but deep down, there was a fire burning. He'd seen Noxa kill his prey and though it was for the right reasons, he couldn't help but feel belittled.
How did anything organic become so much more powerful than Carva? How could she have surpassed him?! This wasn't something the warrior took lightly, since it was HIS mission to protect her! How humiliating was it that she protected HIM?! His anger intensified as the wind began to pick up around the SaiyAndroid.
The Resilium Core began to pulsate within the chest of the monster, his eyes flashing blue under their lids. And as he'd think of another organic warrior who may have surpassed him...that damned Saiyan Toma...his rage began to cause his body heat to rise, the air around him distorting and wavering with heat. The still beating heart within the SaiyAndroid pounded and he could feel his joints beginning to burn.
Soon, Logic would sound off in the head of Carva. "Lord Carva! You have to stop! You have to stop this now, or you'll activate Overdrive mode needlessly! Release your rage before you waste your energy!"
Just as his hair began to flash platinum, and the failsafe began to falter, Carva released his anger in the form of a earth trembling roar. Only this roar was accompanied by a huge wave of blazing hot flames which would incinerate a path through the trees. Birds and land creatures would be caught in the inferno, Carva's metal teeth glowing in his mouth for a moment.
Staring at the destruction he'd wrought, Carva's lips curled upward into a grin of sheer delight. "Well now...didn't know that was possible!"
