"You flipped a complete one eighty first you want to murder me i don't know who this vi-poi is but i'm sure as hell not going with you to face judgement that where nova was taking me before you plunge my blade into his chest." He choked at that, "Dammit why did i summon that hunk of metal, he did nothing to deserve that." He thought to himself he turning back seeing the two men working to heal him, it seemed that would be alright. "Girl, i know you didn't mean to stab The captain, you should come with him as he brings me in, but as we been trying to say we can't always take justice into our own hands, killing eachother never gets anything done people return with vengeance on there minds, i understand the pain losing everything because someone took density into there own hands, for what is worth i am sorry, but i did not kill your parents it was impossible." He said with confident.
He looked at cyborg as he healed nova he working hard to save him and it seemed to be successful as the hero began to stir plato face softening a small smile forming on his face, the hero though seemed to be talking about someone, perhaps someone he knew that died? it seemed like it as he spoke he looking at the Guariden, "I want to thank you, i didn't want anyone to die to save me, i didn't deserve him to leap in the way and save me but i am glad, that he is alive, if i was not so foolish that would not of happened and for that i am sorry." he said to the man. He turned his body agian when he felt a large ki emanate from walker he thinking nothing of it, perhaps he was going to make sure nova was stable. His face turned his mouth moving to speak agian, but then Walker tail shot out a pain racing through Plato body blood tricking down his mouth as walker tail jetted through his armor and chest.
Plato eyes rolled back as he felt all his strength drain from his body. His leg gave out almost the second his tail stabbed through him his hands reaching out and grasping at his tail though strength from them faded they falling limp to his side. Then he could see agian the last of his strength pulled into but it was all blurred all the figures around him deformed a small cackle filling his ear, the laughter of those who had killed, those he thought he escaped, the kashvarr. perhaps he was just imagining things, but it felt so real. Perhaps, if he closed his eyes...they would disspear. Plato eyes shut as his power complety disspeared his body becoming limp as blood flowed down walker tail, Everyone in the room knew.....Plato was dead.

Tekuma watched as most of her body was still stained with Nicolas' blood. The salty tang of blood was in her mouth, and the fact she'd ran an innocent man through with a sword stained her subconscious more than the blood on her body. Why did he have to get in her way? Why was he so stubborn, enough to protect that murderer?
A sharp burst of ki would come from the tree, followed up with, as she turned towards Plato, his tail stabbing the Konatsian through. An almost evil smile crossed her lips, as she flipped the Konatsian the bird as the light began to fade from his eyes. "I wanted you arrested so I could kill you without ViPoi or this man getting in my way. You dirty *demonic expletives* deserve what you've gotten."
Nicolas' ki would flash back to normal, relief spreading through her as she went to kneel by the Caped Crusader. "I'm glad you're alright. The man is dead; there is nothing left here that requires me to stay. I must go now." And with that, she'd attempt to leave the room in the quickest way possible and take off; away from the Cathedral and.. A TALKING TREE?! Shit why didn't I see that?! The fuck is that thing? Questions for later. Hopefully the tree-people didn't stop her.

His tail slid out, letting the body hit the floor. He had felt the heart seize around the blow. There was little question that Plato was dead. He made no move to stop the girl as she fled, merely kneeling. His children moved behind him, lifting the body up, and with a wave, a coffin appeared beneath the corpse. "Bring him to the hill. I'll bury him soon." They nodded, lifting the lid on, as Walker turned back.
He was uncertain what to do in order to assist Nicolas, and Bing seemed exhausted, but recovering. He let the blood vanish from his tail's surface, and sighed out loud. "This is why. I attempt to negotiate, to entertain the ideals of others, and every time it only leads to more bloodshed. These... cancers spread throughout everyone they touch, where if I had only cut them out when I first suspected, so few would have had to perish." His tone was bitter, as he opened a book, turning past the few filled pages. Names filled them, with text beneath each entry. Turning to the half-filled page in the back, Walker recorded Plato's name with a stroke. Above it was "Jeremy Fitzgibbins. 22 Years Old. Student. Cause of Death: Failure to stop Plato on Konats." Then, "Melissa Williams. 43 Years Old. Mother of 2. Cause of Death: Failure to stop Plato on Konats."
Failure to act does not absolve one of guilt. It only transfers the guilt of those you do not stop to one's self. The book was a reminder. A record of the wages of blood payed when mercy was given where it was not due. When scum like Plato was allowed to roam, delusional as he was. "So, Bing. I suppose we have a lot to talk about, then." KP: 3/3

"Y...You're wrong."
Nicolas simply choked through a strained breath as he tried to pull himself to a stand. He panted, agony spreading through his core as his body tried to work. "You didn't...Attempt to negotiate. Not that you had any right to begin with...You came fully expecting to kill." He stated in a matter of fact manner as he took a step. He winced, knees buckling as he clutched his sealed wound which still had a lingering burn. "Negotiate..." He repeated in almost an incredulous manner, as he just sort of shook his head. "You boarded my ship...Took my prisoner...And dropped us in your 'Sovereign Land' so you could execute him..." His fists clenched as he stood up straight despite the dull roar of misery aching in his chest. "There was nothing to negotiate. I had this handled and you couldn't stand it..." He slammed his fist against the wall denting the metal surface. "You've let your god damn power get to your head. C-Cutting out cancers..." He hissed freeing his fist from the crumbled wall. "That's not how it works...You can't just needlessly kill...People that 'might' be a threat. You have no authority, no matter HOW strong you THINK you are!" He coughed, his voice rasping as spittle and leftover blood splattered into his glove. "You cant...You can't just impose yourself where you see fit! You have no right..." He hung his head as he looked to the coffin that the tree men were carrying. "Tch...We're supposed to be better..." His furious roar died down to a whisper as he once more thought to the likes of the villains he battled. Each of them, no matter the goal, all had one thing in common. They thought they were above the law and they did what they wanted. From Realigner Red's deprived desire to attain the dragon balls or Darksteel's vicious bank robbing spree. "Even if he deserved it... We need to be better... That's what it means to be a hero."

As the Verdant made their way out of the room, Bing quickly hopped into action, stepping in the way of the coffin. His eye narrowed, giving Walker's children a threatening glare. "I'd suggest you put him down. Slowly. Plato might not have been a good person, but he deserves to be buried on his home planet." Should the Tree Warriors attempt to move past Bing, he'd simply release a Kiai blast in their direction; enough to incapacitate them, but not enough to actually cause harm. He'd turn to Walker and Nova shortly after, watching the two of them speak with one another. There was quite a bit of tension in the room now, and Bing hated to admit it, but he finally picked a side. Walker was talking as if he were some high authority on who lives and who dies. Where did he get all these ideas from, anyways? Had the power of this new form truly gone to his head? Bing decided to stay silent for the moment, his eyes trained on Walker just in case he tried something violent...

"Handled?" His voice seemed disbelieving, almost incredulous. "Of course you had it handled. That's why hundreds died today. Responding to a threat and heroically locking him away, only for him to break out and kill again. If Zuccetta had been stopped when there was a chance, she would have never killed as many as she did. Plato's fate was past the point of negotiation, this is true. If you truly had it handled, I would have had no cause to be there."
He pulled at his face, agitated. The long, clawlike fingers tore at his wooden flesh, as streams of sap poured down his face. "All those people... he said himself he was planning this, and because I did not want to kill an innocent, I stayed my hand. I have never killed anyone who 'might' be a threat, but in waiting until they commit their atrocities, I am drowning in the blood of those I failed to save." He seemed to be weeping in anger, almost ignoring Nova at this moment. Calming suddenly, he turned back. "It isn't my place? It wasn't yours before you joined the Blue Banner Army. For a former vigilante, you seem quite comfortable in judging me."
Standing up slowly, he looked down at his hands, staring at something."It's so red... I can feel it lapping about my feet sometimes, when I'm alone at night. Those killed by Red Eclipse. The victims of Zuccetta. The HUNDREDS that that murderer killed."
Whipping around, he stared daggers at the costumed hero. "By any standard of law, Plato had earned the death penalty several times over. Postponing it only increased the chance of his escape. Either you would have been required to execute him yourself, or there would have been a miscarriage of justice for all those who he killed." Folding his arms, he leaned against the stone walls of the room. "How else would you have executed a superpowered fighter? Someone would have needed to be the executioner. As much as I hate this to be true, the people need heroes. They need to have an ideal to strive to, something to see."
The last words came out as a whisper. "We, Captain?" Walker gave a short, barking laugh and sat in his chair, staring up at the ceiling. "I'm no hero. Did you believe I thought myself such? I'm not such a delusional fool. I've been a monster since the day I was born into this world, and I know now that I was seen as such, whether I realized it or not. As such, I will put my talents to good use. I will hunt down those you and the others are unwilling to face, that you justify your unwillingness to end." His eyes seemed to be looking at something far away, as if recalling a place neither of the two in the room would likely ever see.
"When I die my final death, I will stand before Yenma once more, and travel downwards to join those I consigned to hell. I will ensure they do not return to trouble the living. Warden of the Damned seems a respectable occupation, if nothing else. Still, first among sinners is no position of glory. I only intend to ensure my gaol is as large as possible, and filled with the worst of this universe."

Nicolas shook his head before turning away. "...Monsters and heroes." He closed his eyes as he let his aura start to seep from his form, golden light enveloping him as he began to lift off the ground. "They don't tend to mesh well you know?" He spoke, almost as if he were being mockingly cheerful as his energy caused his cape to billow lightly. "We can argue the semantics over why you stepped into MY business till we're both blue in the face but..." He turned looking towards him with a fierce frown as he let his aura explode out. "I've got a better way of handling this so you don't step in." He called out pointing a gloved finger with a cross look plastered on his face.
"I'll become strong! Stronger than you! I'll put you in your place and show you that true justice will prevail! Your 'talents' will be unneeded and wasted because I'll be a better hero! I won't give you or anyone else the chance to kill! No matter the reason!" He shouted, his energy spiking with a furious lash as he made his heroic vow. "...And if you try to stand in my way I'll make sure your cell has plenty of sunlight: treeman. You can count on that!" With that he'd lower his hand and lift himself into the air.
"There's no need for hunters and monsters in this world. Hate just leads to hate..." He spoke, dropping his heroic charade and letting himself speak freely. "I hope you can learn someday that..." He paused, glancing to Bing briefly with a slight twinge of pain on his lip. "...Forgiveness and compassion could be the one thing that saves a soul...
...Before you send it to hell."
With that he'd rocket out of the room, leaving a golden streak of light to trail behind him as he attempted to make his way out of the cathedral.
...
If he wasn't stopped Nicolas would storm into his ship while tearing away his visor and throwing it aside. With a strained cry he'd fall into a slumping sit as he buried his face into his hands. He felt his already blurry vision become a writhing mass of color and movement as hot tears of frustration and sorrow caused his eyes to gloss over. Finally away and alone he let his mask crumble and the swelling storm of emotions seep out. His heroic high was gone and the familiar feelings of complete helplessness, powerlessness, incompetence, and confusion returned.
...He really wished Zerori was there.

"Monster?"
Bing contemplated Walker's speech as Captain Nova made his exit. The Bio-Warrior's actions seemed just a little less out of left field now. He was so determined to follow this "destiny" that was given to him by someone. Be it his creators, one of his mentors, or perhaps his own self. Regardless of who planted this seedling of an idea in his bark-covered head, it wasn't something that should be left to grow.
With Nova gone, there was a moment of silence. Bing tried to find the right words for what he wanted to say, but it was trying, to say the least.
"Where does all of this come from, Walker? Being a 'Monster', a 'Warden of the Damned'... Who said that's what you have to be? Was it your creator? Or maybe Reikiko? Hell, maybe Vi said it. Whoever it was, they're wrong. If you think it's your destiny to be some beast, then just ignore that stupid thing! What's a destiny ever gotten anyone before, anyways?!"
He paused for a moment, closing his eye as he took a deep breath. Perhaps this was a topic Bing had more investment in than he realized. After a moment, he opened his eye, a concerned look coming from the Cyborg.
"You know what my destiny was? I was destined to become a great fighter; to bring the Serpent School out of the shadows, and put it in the light of fame once more. Instead, I forsook that role I was given; I became the Guardian of Earth, rather than some chump out for the limelight. But when I saw that Tree growing on Kanassa, something inside me told me to go alone. For some reason, I needed to prove myself to everyone. Prove I could fight my own battles and win. It was that itch to follow the destiny my father forced upon me. You know what my destiny got me?"
Bing's metallic faceguard slowly retracted, revealing an unsettling sight: Bing was without a lower jaw and tongue, making him look incredibly... Incorrect. He tried to frown, but the ability was lost to him. "I got some fancy new metal bits, and I was forced to hate. I hated so much, that I killed people I loved. People I would have never even considered harming before." His faceguard rose again, hiding his lack of features as he spoke one last time. "You don't have to kill. You don't have to hate. You don't have to follow this destiny that's been forced on you."

The tree sat silently as Bing spoke, never moving. Nicolas's last declaration had been quite sudden. His drive to defeat the tree, to prove to him that Heroes could succeed.... That had gone far better than he hoped. He still remembered Radasha's words to him. "If there is nothing to fight then everyone will wonder what the point is in preparing for something that doesn't seem to exist." Now, Nova had something to strive towards. If he succeeded, the Earth would have a hero. If he failed, the Earth would be protected by Walker. Either way, the flame would not gutter and die, like it had for so long.
There had been mightier fighters than those that currently lived, at some point. Legends and stories passed down said as much, but peace had left the worlds of the galaxy weak and easy prey. One way or another, he would change that. Turning towards the cyborg, he folded his arms and nodded. "My Creator? I never knew him, nor would I likely to be listening to him if I was. Rei and Vi are intelligent, but just because I respect them does not mean I follow their banners, though I would lend each of them my aid if it was required." He spread his arms, feet moving into a straight line. Behind the Bio-Android, rifts began to open. The surface was dull, like glass, but allowed a view through to the location on the other side. Some of them were true rifts, showing a current location. Others, however, were in truth illusion. A view of something that had occurred before, recreated through Walker's magic. "You've felt what happened to Etoru, I take it?" A flash of light revealed, through one rift, the young boy crackling with the same lightning that wreathed Zuccetta in her Ascended Super Saiyan form. Another showed Walker fighting Zuccetta, then the moment when he killed Arias. Just behind his head, another rift opened, and the room was bathed in a hellish red light. Through the rift, the sun glowed. "In the end, Bing, I follow nobody. When I followed, people died. I was forced to stand down in the face of greater threats, because it's what I thought I should do. I have been alive for less than 2 years, and I have already seen war, battle and death to an enormous scale. I was forced to kill Articho after he threatened to kill my daughter so he could desecrate a corpse of someone he had only met once, and had done nothing to him. I was forced to back down from my most hated enemy, having realized that there might be redemption for her." The flickering of the intense sunlight would have been blinding to a mere mortal, but the two within the room were not mere mortals. "I will stand beside you, and others. I will aid and fight, and protect your ideals, but I have in the end my own path to walk, and my own code to follow. I don't expect you to agree with it, but I can honestly say I am not doing it for selfish reasons." In the short time he had been alive, he had grown to terrifying levels. "When I was born, I was stronger than 90% of the planet. By a year old, I was strong enough to destroy the planet on my own. Now, before I'm even halfway to my second, I'm powerful enough to destroy an entire solar system." The rifts closed, one by one, until only the one behind him was left. To the side, the two verdant bearing Plato's body stood waiting to hear from Walker. "I have seen so much hate, so much pain, and so much arrogance. I want to fight the cancers of this world, to burn away the rotted vegetation so something new can grow. After all... Before all creation..." Behind him, the rift snapped shut, eliminating the view of the sun. "Must come Destruction." Gesturing to the body, he opened a rift. "I will respect your wishes, at least. Plato will be returned to Konats. The people he claimed to rule will decide what he deserves. A traitor's grave, or a king's tomb. I suppose I will see you shortly at the Lookout, for the summoning. Celmaru and I will bring Wild Hunt's Dragonball." [Exiting Thread] [Seems like a good finishing post.]
