RadashaThread PL: 278,818 (x33 Permanent Saint of Destruction) Suppressed: 3,000,000 He had been distracted, training in the chamber within the Cathedral, when he felt the energy off in the distance. He had been dreading and hoping to feel it for a while now. Radasha, Kaula's mother, and one of the people on Vegeta when he had made his grief-fueled attempt to end it. Walker groaned softly, and slumped back in his chair. Standing up, he rubbed his face for a moment, before creating a rift and exiting it, emerging close to Radasha's position. As he stepped out, he bowed somberly. "Hello, Radasha. It's been a long time." His normally cheerful and polite voice was subdued, with tinges of regret evident in the cadence. (Sorry it's short, but no idea where you'd be specifically, so being vague)

Radasha and co. were currently sitting around a table inside Kaula's home. They had figured out how to play a Earthling card game. She was staring, a tad grumpy, at the salamander alien across from her. Banna had already cleaned out Ragus and Azpra, who were pretty much just sitting at the table pouting. Radasha and Acadovah were still in the game though. Although they both were losing slowly. Banna had a cocky smirk on her face as she was about to play her next hand. That was until something decided to tear a hole in reality and appear near Radasha, causing the salamander-alien to freak out, sending her cards flying everywhere. Acadovah took the oppurtunity to quickly sweep the rest of the cards after hers, rendering it impossible to find out what her hand was. The alien scientist would have been more angry at the fact, if a large plant monster hadn't tore it's way out of thin air.
Meanwhile three auras ignited into existence. Gold, green, and blue, joined moments later by a second blue as Acadovah readied himself. Radasha, Ragus, and Azpra had all leapt from their chairs into stances almost as soon as the portal had appeared, and they could sense something coming from it. Radasha had ascended to Super Saiyan state, and all four warriors were facing Walker as he stepped out. Radasha soon shifted out of her stance once she realized who it was. "Dammit Walker! Couldn't you have flown over here and knocked like a normal person?....Instead of....that.." she chided, almost forgetting that she was talking to the being who almost destroyed Vegeta.
Sighing, Radasha lowered her power down, her hair and eyes returning to their normal colors. "Hello Walker, what do you want?"

Interesting. It appeared that Radasha had brought some friends along. Nothing especially notable, honestly. Bowing to them each in turn, he shrugged in response to the Saiyan's question. "I am here to see both the mother of my fallen friend, and someone who I have wronged. What I did above Vegeta was... ill-thought out, and I regret the incident. I cannot apologize to everyone, and indeed, there are likely many who do not deserve it..."
He made a sound rather like a sigh, but entirely mental. "You, however, have shown yourself to be more than just an SSE footsoldier. I respected you after hearing your thoughts, and I regret my attempt." He shuffled slightly, then sat. It was a rough thing to admit, the guilt of something so huge. Even if he hadn't actually done it, it was nearly genocidal. Well, not entirely, many Saiyans would have survived, but it was a large portion of the race at least.
((Sorry it's so short, was sick today and my muse is tanked. ))

Radasha just sighed. The others had glanced to each other and began filing out of the house, Banna whispering 'Don't think I didn't see that' to Acadovah, who just smirked. After the others were outside, Radasha spoke up. "Yeah what you did was foolish but...not really unexpected. I mean...I would've expected more people to show up to do it but...Saiyans are known for pissing others off. We're not exactly peaceful people. Even the ones who are doing what you consider 'good' have to fight at some point...It's in our blood." she said, taking a seat herself.
At the mention of 'footsoldier', she huffed. "I think I was a little more than a mere grunt." she said. She may not have been in any important position but she was strong enough to command her own squad and probably order a lot of other soldiers around if need be. There weren't really ranks in the Saiyan army. Who was higher than you on the totem pole was usually determined by their strength. Hell that was how Saiyans picked their leaders, the strongest fighting the strongest. Sure there were some positions near the top, but generally people took orders from people stronger than them.
"I understand what you meant though. I've had time to get over that incident....and other events taking precedence..." she said, most likely meaning Kaula's death. She sat there for a moment before speaking again, sounding a bit confused: "What happened to you by the way? You look different than when I last saw you..."

It was a better response than he had been expecting. Radasha seemed less than vengeful over his near-death infliction. Rather ironic that one of his potential victims was more understanding than some who had nothing to do with it. It was that arrogance that annoyed him. Yes, he had made a mistake, but why did they gain the right to condemn and judge him over that when it had nothing to do with them.
Mentally batting these thoughts aside, Walker shifted slightly as Radasha enquired about his appearance. That was right, she hadn't seen him since he evolved. "You are aware how Saiyans, in order to gain power, transform into new states? Oozaru, Super Saiyan, even the Ascended Super Saiyan that the Queen and Kaula apparently used, all of these are temporary changes to increase your fighting power."
He gestured to himself. "Artificially created beings are different. Reikiko absorbed others to evolve. However, it can be done through other means. You saw me after I managed to find the path to my own evolution. It was notably weaker than Reikiko's, however." He flexed his hand. "I wasn't complete yet, but I was approaching it. Some time after I was absorbed by Reikiko, and then escaped the Otherworld, I discovered that events there had cleared the last blockers."
Closing his eyes, the tree let go. It wasn't explosive. Hardly a rustle of paper, or a crack of energy. It was silent, calm, but still massively powerful as his Aura expanded to it's full capacity, the room glowing faintly purple for a moment.
*Ki Suppression deactivated.*
"This is my true form, I suppose. I suspect it's massive leap from my last form is a result of the method I chose to attain it, but I cannot be certain."
Leaning forward, he stared at Radasha. "Speaking of past events... I met the Queen, and she said something rather bizarre. I confess, it left me rather startled, and so I must ask... What do you know of Zuccetta's family?" The Queen of All Saiyans had said she was "Doing this for Family". He had never heard of relatives to the ruler, but if they were gone... the Dragonballs would be the best chance at reviving them. Pieces were spinning about, threatening to connect, but the whole picture was not quite there yet.

Radasha listened as he explained how he achieved his new form. Though something about what he said about an encounter with Reikiko got her attention. "What do you mean Otherworld...? Absorbed....Do you mean you were...dead?" she asked, leaning in closer. Seemed she was interested in that part more than what was being talked about. At least until he released his full power, causing her to lean back in her seat, eyes widened. "W-With that power, I'm sure you...could hold your own against Zucceta...." she said....then he mentioned her.
When Walker asked about Zucceta's family, Radasha tapped her chin. "Well at the end of the invasion...she mentioned parents who were killed by a Saiyan with ties to the former leaders. And a child whom she was pregnant with that she lost when her squad was ambushed as revenge for the previously mentioned Saiyan's death. She didn't mention anything about the father of said child but I assume, maybe in the same squad. Inter-squad relationships aren't uncommon... Hell that's how Toma was born." she said, sighing a bit. She then blinked. "Wait you talked to Zucceta? And didn't try to kill her?"

The tree nodded slowly. That would make sense... If she had lost her children, perhaps this explained her seeking of the Dragonballs. She had said that it had to do with family, and the queen didn't seem like the deceptive type. Not to that extent, at least. He rubbed his hand across his chin, thinking. Walker was so deep in thought, it didn't even register that Radasha had spoken for a moment.
"I didn't... say that. I just didn't succeed. If you look at the weather data for Earth, there was a massive atmospheric anomaly a few weeks ago. We both went all out, and after I had exhausted my regeneration, and she used a senzu bean, we were both fully healed. I had used the Kikoho, however, and it was clear that I had underestimated how much damage she could take. If it wasn't for however she managed to use a Senzu without hands, I would have been victorious." Grumbling slightly, he crossed his arms.
"Anyway, I conceded, as I had... secondary plans. They seem to have worked, at least somewhat." He had felt Etoru, Zuccetta, Vipoi, and possibly Bing fighting not long before. It had ended without any sudden vanishing of power, so apparently some sort of accord had been reached. "It seems most likely the queen has reached a peace with earth for the moment. I am... not entirely happy with this, but I will not protest for now."

Radasha frowned at the mention of the Kikoho. "I've gain a dislike for that technique.....And I don't care for Reikiko either now....If she hadn't come to Vegeta in the first place and jumped at the challenge the Queen issued when testing her power, she wouldn't have died and caused Kaula to push herself to death." she growled. Seemed like Radasha didn't blame the ones Kaula had been fighting. "Arrogant little bug..." Sighing, she rubbed her face for a moment. "Sorry.....Kaula probably wouldn't want me speaking ill of her but that doesn't detract from the truth..."
On the subject of Zucceta making peace with Earth for however long, she raised a brow. "That's odd.....What was her reason for backing down?" she asked.

It made sense Radasha would have a distaste for the Kikoho. It was a technique that burned away your very life, after all. Besides, from what Reikiko had said, it seemed likely that she and Kaula had died due to it's overuse. He was... uncertain how he felt about the Bio-Android. She had seemed the best hope for Earth, but she had fallen due to Zuccetta's power... or... No. That wasn't true. She had died due to her own greed and foolishness. If she had been able to restrain her desire to challenge the Queen while still only semi-perfect, it might have been enough to let her evolve. If her own evolution was anything like Walker's, she would have been a being without peer. Perhaps it was best she didn't manage that.
At Radasha's next comment, the tree turned, squinting. "How on earth would I know? I said "Most likely". I was not there, but I could feel the powers lower without any deaths, as near as I can guess. If she had not made peace or some sort of deal, I imagine there likely would have been. Especially for young Etoru. He held a deep grudge for her, last I heard. Perhaps even more bitter than mine."
The young hybrid was a violent sort, for his age. He was willing to challenge Reikiko despite Walker's insistence, and may have actually won, if it wasn't for Hikari. The half-Saiyan lover of his teacher was a powerful fighter in her own right. Wherever she was now, however, it seemed that she wasn't going to be of much help. "What are you doing on Earth, by the way? Waiting for Kaula's return? I suspect she may be training in the afterlife. I was unable to contact her, as I left as soon as I heard of what happened from Reikiko." He paused, thinking back. He hadn't answered her question, had he?
"Yes, I was dead. I managed to leave, however, using the same technique I used to arrive here on a slight tear in the fabric of reality between this world and the Otherworld."

Well it was safe to assume they'd come to some sort of agreement if they all powered down without casualty. "Etoru? Was he the hybrid child I met when we first encountered each other? The one who got excited over my Oozaru state?" she asked, chuckling. That had been a surprisingly calm conversation after it was clear Radasha had no plans on stomping around the city. When the topic changed to Kaula's possible returned, she perked up. "Actually....I kinda promised someone I'd take them here...We haven't gotten to the training she wanted yet though.....Hoping to remedy that soon." she said. "Honestly....wasn't sure if it was true..." she said, but when he mentioned he'd come back from being dead she looked at him.
"So it IS true....It's possible to come back?" she questioned, seeming hopeful. If Walker could break out, then Kaula definitely could. "So....she doesn't need her body in the living world right?.....I...Kinda cremated that...." she said, rubbing her head. She assumed not since Walker said he'd been absorbed....And she hadn't seen him pop out of Reikiko while she had been around. That image made he chuckle a bit actually. "I...uh...we didn't want Zucceta maybe deciding to do what she did to Bing."

Ah yes, Radasha had met Etoru, hadn't she? It seemed so long ago, now, but it hadn't really been much time. As for Kaula... "I don't believe she should need her previous body. Mine simply reformed when I returned to the living world from my Afterlife body." He was also far better at regeneration than Kaula was, but he decided it was perhaps best not to bring this up.
"I suppose that was a good call, as a cyborg Kaula would likely have been quite a handful. Cyborg Bing was bad enough." He chuckled slightly, before looking up. "I want to say it's finally over. If Zuccetta steps down, there might be peace. Still..." His fists clenched. "There are so many violent Saiyans, the dark part of the SSE. It's not as if they're alone, either. The Red Eclipse, the new Warlord of Konats, Arcosian Empire remnants... Smaller threats, but at one time, Zuccetta was as well." He sounded weary, as he looked over at her. "What will be next? What fighter will snap, or be corrupted, or whatnot? It seems to never cease."

Radasha nodded as he talked. "Well that's good...." she said, sighing a bit. She chuckled a bit and responded to his statement about the hypothetical Cyborg Kaula. "Tch...She's already a handful..." she said, smirking. On the topic of Earth's threats, she shrugged. "That's the way it's always been....Always someone wanting to have it all and conquering everyone in their path. Zucceta wasn't the first, and she won't be the last. True peace is impossible with so many different minds in the galaxy with different goals and ideals. Personally I think it would be absolutely boring....Peace just makes people weak and allows another group to come in and sweep them away...If Earth had no known threats for some years, you can beat they'd be in even worse shape than they are now. It's why most the military is nothing but weaklings playing with toys, unable to really do a damn thing to protect their planet....because they haven't known a true threat until now."
Radasha let out a huff after that bit of ranting. "If there is nothing to fight then everyone will wonder what the point is in preparing for something that doesn't seem to exist."

The tree had seemed to slump after his speech, but as Radasha spoke, he sat up, suddenly alert. What she said made sense, and now that he thought about it, this was true. He had seen numerous fighters increase in power as a result of recent events, and the fighters in existence now were stronger than anything that had been about for a very long time. Zuccetta and Kaula's Ascended Super Saiyan, the power of Bing and Vipoi's Overdrive, and his own fully evolved form. Without the clash of ideals, none of them would have come about, would they?
But then, if Zuccetta was stepping down... there was no tension. Nothing was there to keep the people focused, and they would become mired in laziness. It had been a problem even before the SSE, hence the rise of the Z-Fighters and the Blue Banner. Their evolution was stagnating. In that case... a catalyst was needed.
"You are correct, Radasha." Walker's voice was curiously strained. "I thank you for that insight." His fingers trailed down his face, the artificial being's gaze unfocused. "You have given me much to think about." Thousands of kilometers away, on the Cathedral, the various Verdant paused in their movements, then began marching, flying, crawling and stalking towards the central tower.
There was a great work to prepare for, as a hint towards Order had finally been found.

Radasha sighed a bit. "Maybe it's just that Earthlings don't have the same drive Saiyans do...even though they're so close when you compare them. Someone like Bing could pass for a half-Saiyan without a tail. Heh...maybe there's a link faaaar down the line. Maybe they're the ape versions of us." she suggested, shrugging. "It's just that....Saiyans are always fighting and training.....The ones worth any salt at any rate. We constantly go into battle....and if there is no battle we train...or fight ourselves. Power grabs....Rivals....Local enemies. After Kaula left for Earth the first time I had to fight off the father of two saiyan boys who had provoked her into killing them. I knew it was coming but you can see even on our own planet we still have threats hehe..." she said, chuckling a bit. "Probably wasn't even angry that his kids died rather that a half-breed killed them. Saiyan pride is a dangerous thing."
She leaned back in the chair. "Even if we're at...'peace'-" she began, air quoting the word, "We're still prepared in case we DO have to fight......Personally I think we need to add some arenas or something..." she murmured, staring at the ceiling.

The tree nodded, standing up and brushing himself off. "I would agree. Earth was lax, and when the first worldkiller class fighters started appearing, nobody knew how to handle it. Now, we have fighters who could likely destroy an entire solar system with a single blast, if aimed properly. The regular soldiers are not sufficient. Mere weapons aren't going to be enough in an age of demi-gods." He wasn't trying to be arrogant, but it seemed an appropriate term. People capable of such immense power stood above those who could not, just as gods were supposed to be above mortals.
Waving one hand, a portal opened once more. "I am glad I was able to see you again. Unfortunately, I must get back to work. I have fallen behind, and I cannot protect that which I wish to protect if I remain so far behind the strongest. The Kikoho is merely a crutch, and I refuse to rely on it." Bowing to Radasha, he gave the impression of a smile. "I hope you are well, and if you ever need aid, you have only to call."
