DAY 1 A week passed for Denim as she realized she had been on planet Konats as long as she had been. In this time she had gotten used to living there and after calling her parents via a long range phone she had bought realized that her shipment of training weights had finally arrived with some packages that came from Earth for her. She took the stuff from a local space station drop off and without further ado opened the box with her weights inside. She was very excited to get them since she was hoping to do some resistance training the week before she had unexpectedly been dragged to this planet, mostly due to her own curiosity, okay so she wasn't dragged there but she could have been with the way things turned out. This only made her chuckle a bit as she pulled out something far different from the usual dumb bells one used to train with. This was a full, black body suit customized to fit her body and feel comfortable while still putting a thirty pound strain on her body. At the moment, because she was kind of weak she had to lift it out slowly and set it down carefully next to her. Its weight now making her ponder to herself, "How the heck am I supposed to put this on?" Only for her to sit there for an hour wondering how she might lift something like this onto her small frame. She decided just to wing it though and went into the bathroom of a hotel she was staying at to change. After taking off her shirt and pants she came out in her undergarments and dragged the suit into the bathroom before slowly and carefully pulling it up over her body. It amazingly zipped and snapped into place with a special zipper and locks located on the back, wrists, and ankles. Once all were in place she sauntered out and could already feel the weights working on her back and legs. She did a few leg lifts and arm circles completing ten repetitions of each before bending her back for thirty seconds to stretch out those valuable lower back muscles. If she was going to study martial artists and be one in order to write about them she knew she needed to go through the same grueling training as them, and so, she began her true life as a martial artist she promised herself for the next thirty days to train only in her new body suit in order to become just like them. Therefore, she began with a mile walk around the palace Plato had. It was not very big but it was interesting to note the place was out in an unkind desert environment. It was so much fun doing this she decided to do it ten more times. When she got back she lay on her back, did thirty bicycle pedaling exercises, and then took a shower. The ache throbbing through her muscles was quite strong so after doing this she decided to get eight hours of sleep and did so since the day was already close to ending. She made sure to sneak in a big dinner meal because in her desire to get started she forgot to eat both breakfast and lunch making her even more worn out after the training. She noted that from now on eating meals regularly was especially important to a strong fighter like the martial artists she wished to train like.

Day 2 Denim found herself very tired, almost too tired to move from the hotel room she was staying on Konats, so she slept twelve hours straight to regain her strength after realizing she was. The funny thing too was she had also kept her training gear on from the day before so when she woke up again half way through the day she still felt kind of tired. Still... She managed to get to her feet, ate three scrambled eggs with a glass of orange, and then headed out to train. She would find herself in a strange park near the city with cacti and other flowers growing in it and here she would take to doing three hundred sit ups followed by three hundred push ups. Once done with this she would head back to the hotel and run a full mile around it before calling it a day. This time making sure to change out of her training weights before taking a shower, eating dinner and going to bed. Day 3 On the three day, Denim awakened a bit more refreshed then yesterday. She began the day by just putting on her regular clothes while she ate breakfast. Then she put on the training weights again and performed twenty five jumping jacks followed by eighty squats. Once completed she lay on her stomach and did thirty swan stretches extending her arms far out behind her while curling her back inwards towards the floor. It was a day of light exercise so she then went out and got Konats styled ice cream afterwards. It was fortunately something the planet had thanks to the fact the people here were slowly open to trading with Earth for the time being. She then went home and rested for the day. Day 4 Jeanne started the day with with sixty lunges with each leg three times. She then went and got a shower and ate breakfast before putting on her training weights. Afterwards, she took to running around Ocariin City's capital seven times while pulling behind her a big heavy log that weighed twenty pounds, luckily despite having no money, she was able to find a tree that she managed to chop in half with her Explosive Fist in the area. Then all she had to do was ask to borrow some rope from the guards who gladly gave her some. All she had to do was explain that she was hoping to train in order to defend this place and they kind of accepted it halfheartedly everyone was beginning to see the strange human woman on their planet as a local thing now that these humans had come to occupy the place just a little. Denim's day ended with her eating dinner and going to bed. Day 5 Denim slept most of the day, but with some coaxing she rolled out of bed at 3 PM and went to the ruined Kashvarr fortress where they were still taking out the rubble that Plato caused when attacking it. She would spend her day lifting, pulling, and breaking large stones alongside other Konatsian subjects with her bare hands. Then she went home and slept some more.

Day 6 On this day, Jeanne put on her regular clothes, pulled out a mini satellite TV she brought among her things from Earth and turned it on. She would wad up the training suit she had, which felt much lighter now due to having trained so much, and used it as a bar bell to do nine hundred bar bell curls. Afterwards, she had lunch and did a bridge pose for with her stomach curled up towards the ceiling nine hundred seconds. The training weights she had (her big training suit really) ended up wrapped around her waist to provide a counter weight on her body. This was how she spent her day. Day 7 Denim rested all day. She went for a walk, relaxed in a bathtub, and then fell asleep in its warm, soapy foam. There was nothing else she wanted to do today. Day 8 Denim drew five lines in the sand around Ocariin City after waking up twenty feet apart. Then she put on her training suit and did forty suicide sprints followed by thirty five attempted twenty feet jumps in order to touch each line. She only managed to successfully perform seventeen of them.

Day 10 By this point Denim was exhausted so she rested for the day, however, outside people on Konats began seeing her frequently within the last couple days so started calling her the "Crazy Exercise Alien" behind her back. Denim did not mind. She simply slept in the hotel room she had. Day 11 Denim found a swimming pool in the city ravaged by Kashvarr and Plato's battle. She would go there with her weighted training suit on and use it as a hindrance to help enhance her endurance. She did this simply by stepping into the water at first, sinking to the bottom, and then walking back to the edge of the pool to climb up out of it, but then after doing this up to thirty times built up enough endurance for this. Therefore, she switched to simply swimming in her training suit forty five laps in its deepest part. This was really tiring so she climbed out for lunch and called it a day. Day 12 This day was another day of rest at the hotel. Denim was too tired to move but did get room service. This allowed her to keep up her energy enough to prep for the next day. Day 13 Denim started the day by doing thirty somersaults in her training weights. She then switched to doing eighty cartwheels out in sandy field. She had lunch, then had dinner at the same time and took a little bit of time afterwards to do shadow boxing by herself for an hour before standing on her hands the rest of the day. This sadly lasted for only four hours yet she knew thanks to doing this she had definitely gotten stronger. Day 14 Denim slept this day away in her training weights. Day 15 On this day Denim performed five hundred back flips through the center of the city drawing a large crowd. She then took to doing forty hip twists which the citizenry took part in. They wanted her autograph but now she realized she was famous she ran back to her hotel and locked the door; too scared to even come out now.

Day 16 During this day Denim slept but then was suddenly called by her family via an intergalactic phone line. They asked, "When are you coming home?" She answered, "Soon I hope..." but this might have been a lie she realized. Day 17 Denim did five hundred lunges on this day. Next she ran a mile on her hands. Finally, she went out into the desert and punched a hole into the ground with her Explosive Fist technique that was one hundred feet deep. This caused her to have a lot of sweat so she went home, rested, and then prepped for the next day. Day 19 People thought she might be crazy so some of the stronger Konatsian guards decided to test this by having an arm wrestling contest. They wanted to figure out why she was doing this so fifteen people challenged her to force her to answer this question. She ended up beating them all sadly, so she did not tell them anything. She then went and did seven hundred planks for the rest of the day. Day 20 Jeanne thought she was so strong that she decided to rest and went to go eat Konatsian cuisine for the rest of the day. Day 21 The exercise freak thought she was getting bored and it seemed to be getting to her because all she could think about was what kind of exercises she might do next. She had not fully enjoyed her space vacation yet so she did not want to go home to her family quite yet. The thing of the matter was, she realized, was that she was on a planet that had been worn torn for the most part so made she should go ahead do something about it. Day 22 She spent this day realizing she had dug a one hundred foot hole out in the desert near the city, so she took hundreds of gallons of water and carried them back and forth from her hotel in buckets to fill the hole. This created a small watering hole, but took her all day to complete.

Day 23 Carrying water was hard work, so on this day Denim rested and did light exercise by doing sitting on the floor and curling into a ball while on her back. She would then continuously release her arms from around her knees and stretch her lithe frame over four hundred times. Thus stretching her joints out and back muscles. Day 24 This day consisted of her jogging up and down the stairs of her hotel two thousands times. She then squat on her knees and pressed her back against the wall of her hotel room. She would remain this way for three hours before finally eating and getting some rest. Day 25 By this point Denim, or rather Jeanne was doing super human exercises. She had been from the start so to continue this crazy training she stuck her legs up in the air and performed an alternating split spike four hundred times by making her legs for a "V" shape in the air while stretching out both arms to have one hand touch each leg. She followed this by simply kicking her legs in the air while not stopping to let them touch the floor. This she did eight hundred times before deciding to eat and sleep. Day 26 Jeanne was super tired so she slept through the entire day but woke one hour in order to move her arms out to her sides so they were perpendicular to the ground. She then rotated them in the air making fine, minute circles fifty times. Day 27 The woman did no exercise at all today but decided to study her tremendous progress. She could tell by looking at herself that she had built up some muscle since the start of her training. She borrowed a tape measure from the Konatsian clerks at the hotel and when they asked, "How long do you plan to do this training? It's almost insane seeming. Are you trying to invade a planet or something by yourself?" They were kind of getting scared she might want to capture this one. Yet she answered, "No, I'm invading nowhere. I just want to be physically fit so I can understand the higher level martial artists in this universe and come to write a book about them one day." She would then wrap the tape measure around her biceps and find that her arms had grown two inches thicker. "Aw man..." she groaned quietly to herself remembering way back when fifty or so monks had assuaged her and pushed her to break past her limit years ago at the "Cloth Du Sway" School. It was here that she unlocked her intense powers to grow a huge amount of muscles in a very dangerous manner. Personally, she hated that form and hoped that all this training would not cause that to make that her normal appearance. Fortunately, it was not looking that way since her arms had only gained a pound of weight each she figured as she stepped on a scale too that the Konatsians now kindly provided her. It read 129 lbs. or five pounds heavier then her normal weight. Where had it all gone to in her body? She wondered besides there. She couldn't really tell until she looked down at her waist and noticed that it seemed much thinner. Her thighs though had thickened revealing that they had gained a total of the three pounds she hoped to explain in her new weight gain. Thirty days of training really could change a person she realized. "Was this why they trained?" she pondered to herself handing back the tape measure and ending her day with five hundred jabs from each hand. She put on her training weights fortunately while she did this training but had not had them on for the weigh in. Day 28 Jeanne wondered now if other things had changed about her. She remembered she had a form fitting black dress and slipped that on in the morning to see if it still fit her. To her surprise, it did! Yet as she stood in front of a full length mirror she could see that her thighs now stuck out a bit further then normal. "Oh well..." she sighed deciding to slip off the dress and switch to her training gear again. Once on she spent the rest of the day performing three hundreds with each leg until lunch time and then eat it before going to sleep. Day 29 Denim cut her training short this day. She had nothing else she wanted to do and simply spent her time packing for her trip home. She was afraid she would miss her flight out otherwise, then again, her flight was in an old capsule containing a space ship. This capsule was well stowed away in her belongings. Day 30 Just for fun Denim put on her light weight training weights again and headed out for a ten mile jog on foot followed by a ten mile jog on her hands. The body suit covered in black film was comfortable and now insanely easier to wear. She decided to follow this training up by doing push ups with one hand and performed one hundred of them before calling it quits.
