While sitting outside in the open in his wife beater, Ayumu had been enjoying a rather sunny weather, knowing that rain was coming within mere moments of the cloudy skies. Sitting on a crate with his body shuddering lightly as he let out a rather violent sneeze, taking out a hankerchief with a akward gesture. Knowing that he was not capable of resisting the forces of nature and especially when you have to dig in multiple areas of the world in search of materials underground or hidden under a thick arm layer of snow things tend to get interesting. "Seriously... Where is hana or somebody? I was told to wait here after all..." Continueing to slowly fiddle his thumbs while sitting in the cold nothingness, hoping that something would occur within these moments as the small roofing of a bus stop kept him shrouded when the rain would strike. Happily taking in his peacefull existance. Azguard

Careening steadily through the skies, the amorphous entity known as 'Azguard' had somehow found its wandering way to a place at the 'End of the Earth'. Yunzabit Heights, a seemingly inhospitable landscape at a glance, was more or less a hidden paradise. Of course, Azguard knew nothing of the sort; this region of the world was as much a mystery to the creature's mind as the reason humans insisted on wearing clothes in mild weather.
Even so, it was here now.
A cigar-shaped length of azure ooze swam through the skies, pushing against the tempestuous gales that wove their way around the plateau peaks, like a salmon swimming against the fury of the falls. To be sure, not once had the Bio-Android experienced such strength of winds before, and was aptly struggling to manoeuvre itself through anything more than a straight path. Smooth and slick, aerodynamics abundant in its current state of shape, there was no denying that Azguard was far better suited to flying through such flow than a normal flight-capable body.
'Azguard wonders if they will find new bacteria here,' echoed quietly the malleable one's thoughts. The difference between inner thought and telepathic resonance had yet to be explained. 'Oh! Maybe Azguard will find a way to cure rhinovirus...'
Bemused by the possibilities as it began its descent, the nascent panacea was otherwise oblivious to the presence of an elderly gentleman taking shelter from the oncoming downpour. Thick blotches of grey stained the sky, threatening the imminent outbreak of precipitation, but alas Azguard did not account for such anomalies. Aside from feeling substantially more lethargic in gelid climes, and more recently learning the pangs of screaming squalls, it was naive to the weather's ways.
Plop!
Hitting the earth with a little more force than it would have liked, the blue blob bounced haphazardly across the empty road of the wilds, reshaping itself as it did so whilst contending to keep its Core orientated correctly. Dizzily coming to a halt, a now more humanoid (albeit featureless) mass wobbled precariously like jelly.

Noticing the moving... Jello? Ayumu was terrified at first, wanting to shout at the thing before simply realizing just how racist this would be, remembering the first time he had met Hana in a sane conscience, screaming for a continious moment of sixteen hours before passing out of a lack of oxygen... Seriously, Screaming and calling out people had always ended up in horrible moments as he started to lift his body upwards, slowly taking the box as the first few droplets started to make their way downwards.
"Come on, go sit down at the bench in that little glass open cage, are you from around these parts?"
Honestly wondering what this creature was and if Ayumu had just made the worst choice in the universe by trying to shelter this creature from rain with the box that he had sat upon highly held above the creature. Simply awaiting for movement and going to take a few steps towards the bus stop. Yet a mere question came up in him... Would this creature be capable of sentient thought even? Pulsing a few informative feelings towards the creature, Ayumu had hoped to bring over his name and the situation over. Simply suffering from a little cold whilest attempting to wait for his comrades, asking if this creature was truely a nice guy!
(Sorry for the short post! ;A;)

The Core somersaulted. Though cushioned by a lack of solid skeletal structure and the abundance of Plasm that encompassed it, momentum was something that Azguard could not fight against just yet. So dazzled was it by the process of a rather precarious landing that the slime did not even realise the approach of the now stirred sir. In fact, the first notification it received that anyone else was nearby was the presence of a box being held overhead, sheltering the slick syrup from yet unseen elements.
“Are you from around these parts?” quizzed the gentleman, to whom Azguard glanced. Plasm remaining still and steady, the Core itself adjusted to eye the interesting individual. An aged man dressed in denim and a white vest, whose very physique seemed to ripple with muscular bulk despite the wrinkles that laced his facial definition. A bushy brush of silver sat upon his skull, with a similar mass adorning his top lip to conceal the corners of his mouth.
For a moment, the cellular sludge recalled its first real encounter with the elderly: A gentleman of wizened form who walked with wooden cane ahead. Whatever had become of said sir? Silently it hoped he was in good condition. All the same, this new façade might have shared some similarities, but was altogether a different being – a being that seemed to kindly care for the well-being of even this strange sentience.
‘No, Azguard is not. Are you…?’ Unintentionally asking two questions at the same time by virtue of failing to finish its sentence, the Bio-Android extended a single gelatinous ‘arm’ and moved to place it upon the elder’s shoulder. Typically, the best way for it to learn about a person was to ‘taste’ the cells that dwelt upon the surface of their skin. Even a dead skin cell or two could say a lot about a man’s genetics, and perhaps even reveal a bit about the kinds of ills and ails that had once pestered his person. However, even before contact could be made, a strange and unfamiliar feeling did find its way into the Plasm.
Drip…! ‘What is this…?’ Thoughts resonating amidst the minds of anyone nearby, Azguard cast its trilogy of eyes towards the thick, grey skies. When your body was encased in a mass of aqueous azure, discerning and perceiving water sources was not as easy a task as one might have thought. Seas and lakes and rivers and streams were all obvious enough, but this was a different thing. This anomalous incursion of water was coming from above – descending, droplet by droplet, from the air itself. It tasted fresh, near enough tasteless, with only the faintest of chemical traces.
‘Excuse me,’ it asked with basic manners. ‘Why is water falling from the sky?’

While Azguard had scanned the biological data of the old man known as Ayumu, Azguard could see a multitude of basic deceases on his body, from small bacteria causing irritation in his stomach to bacteria that grant a cold, running nose, some would cause a cough along with a few other little deceases that were a bit more complex. Like a parasitic entity that was living in symbiosm with him keeping him from a state of death for a prolonged period of time, it was a decease that would be beneficial towards his health
"Oh? The droplets that fall from above?"
Listening to the creature, it had a beautifull voice, one that made him rather jealous, having expected something more brutish or even a voice of feminish that would be seen in the town normally... He had not expected this tone of innocence in a sense.
"First things first, treasure this 'voice' of yours, trust me, its a beautifull sound that you should never abandon as i will teach you the way of the clouds..."
Taking his cane to drag over the ground that had spilled in the bus stop, a little place he attempted to coerce Azguard to enter to be sheltered from the slowly increasing downpour of water.
"Rain is the water in the lakes, rivers and the other streams, because our temperature on this planet allows water to evaporate naturally, droplets of water that become heated slowly travelling upwards and forming large clumps of clouds. Moisture, Heated moisture goes up, Cold moisture goes down, so when they go up so high"
Starting to draw the squiggly lines from a small badly drawn river up into the clouds where it went back to the ocean or the top of the mountain, because the higher a person get the colder it becomes... It becomes rain! Starting to fall down in large clumps of weight unable to carry itself anymore!
"So when all of this starts to happen, it keeps a constant fresh stream of water in a sense going on, its a large running natural machine who always strives to keep us health and bring forwards thousands of healthy men and women in the future... Although i must say! Nothing can cure a man better than a woman! But you have never heard this from me okay? because i know a few people who would hide this truth and kick my ass!"
Letting out a bouldering laugh while standing broad in a manner to block a few of the droplets that would come inside of the bus stop to strike upon this small blob. Treating it like a honest companion instead of a creature that was a vision of fear, whilest forgetting that there is something known as a telepathic connection still set up. His feelings, honest appreciation of your search of knowledge and a sense of comfort, happy to have somebody to talk with and spend time with... Somebody who had such strong feelings of comfort and trust towards somebody as alien as yourself... What a gullible fool isn't he?

‘Azguard’s voice…?’ Now there was a question. Without maw nor lips through which to speak, the Bio-Android could not intonate as humans and other forms of life did. Solely psychic in its methods of commune, the fact that this elderly enigma had asked of Azguard to treasure its means of vocalisation was somewhat strange. As the only thing it knew – or at least the only means it possessed – how could one truly understand what it was to ‘treasure’ something? For Azguard, telepathy was not a choice. It was a way of life.
Now sheltered by the transparent panels of glass and the plastic and steelwork frames that supported them, the gel listened curiously to the teachings of the gent. He proceeded to explicate it; one of the most fundamental of the planet’s cycles, to which almost every living entity owed.
“…Rain…” ‘Hmm,’ Azguard voiced mentally, miming the grunts and exhalations of humans and other entities. Exactly what the purpose of such oration was had yet to be made clear, but the biological blob could now say with personal certainty that it had no benefit whatsoever. Or, perhaps the benefits were only noticeable when you actually had a mouth? But if that was the case, why did Walker do it, too? The Core performed a barrel roll within the Plasm, shaking free the silent cacophony of thoughts that were of no use at this moment. Personal philosophy could be argued later.
“Although, I must say! Nothing can cure a man better than a woman!” laughed the senior citizen. Wise and wizened was the white-haired one, educating the entity in the ways of nature. Despite being possessed of an innate yearning for scientific evolution, never once had the infantile being been taught of how much relevance water had. Yes, it surely knew that water was a necessity for good health and life – dehydration was a terrible fate. But alas, Azguard had no prior knowledge of why aqueous hydrogen and oxygen molecules had such a hefty influence on biological processes. And to top it all off, the man had mentioned women being good for the health of man?
Speaking of health…
‘Azguard will heal you now!’ Though the rainfall had momentarily distracted the young leukocyte from its purpose, an additional set of droplets had tipped it off to more sinister secretions. Unwittingly, humans projected tiny droplets of spittle as they spoke, and this still nameless native had unleashed just enough of said salivation to alert Azguard to untoward biological events. Though he looked in decent condition, this man was in fact a breeding ground for several colonies of invasive organisms, both viral and bacterial.
With little in the way of forewarning, Azguard’s Core ascended to the very pinnacle of its gelatinous mass. A dozen tiny spheres of grey flesh, none bigger than a golf ball at best, spread themselves throughout. Once humanoid putty expanded into a two metre diameter veil of blue that enclosed upon the old one without hesitation; the first stage in a process that could take several hours – several days to complete. This was what the Bio-Android had been created for, Plasm rapidly getting to work at soaking up a multitude of infected cells that clung to the gentile fellow’s body…
Permission was granted by Ayumu for Azguard to engulf his character.

Starting to be surrounded, well, Encased was a better word to put it at, Ayumu felt... Comfort for a bit, it was not a akward feeling of danger or somebody trying to attack him, he had a honest belief that the words of this tiny creature were try in their nature while slowly nodding his head.
'Healing me? Of all people? That is a nice thing to do... Yet i have no way to repay you apart from knowledge... Let me share two pieces of knowledge with you, these should help you with the best of interests, along with a piece of information about something you may find usefull...'
Starting to telepathically open up his mind, hoping that this creature while focussing on helping this person recover was not against the intrusion of knowledge. Blueprints of a certain building that was three lines down this bus station filled with patients of sick people, hundreds of sick people along with a person even further away in a school with the knowledge of biology above just a mere prodigy, his name being Katsu. Sharing these bits of information Ayumu then asked.
'If you do not mind, would you mind me taking a moment to bring your capacity for usefullness up? I have a few little informative bits and bobs that could teach you to manipulate that body better. You can read books correct? If not i can read the information out of this book to you outloud and give you a run down on this thing. Surely having such a limited form would make it incapable to use things like Ki, Mana and other sources of energy to benefit your attempts at healing correct? Although i am going to ask you if you would be willing to assist me if i were to find somebody with a open wound or a body part sliced off... if you can heal this easily... you are such a amazing being then!'

Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Influenza, Rhinovirus – an orchestra of biological invaders had tried to make host to this man’s body. Of them, and at least a dozen more, Azguard could tell that only a select few had managed to become victorious and stake their claim. Bacteria were of no issue, easily dispatched by both the human immune system and the amorphous entity whose origins had been inspired by such things. Viral infections were another story; as fascinating as they were fierce, their ability to cannibalise a life form’s own cellular structure and turn even the almighty leukocytes into reproductive factories was something of a hindrance.
‘Healing me? Of all people? That is a nice thing to do,’ echoed the thoughts of the old one. Now wholly encompassed, suspended within a mass of azure, he could not speak. Rather, he allowed his mind to commune telepathically. Focused on the task at hand, Plasm picking off infectors by the hundreds (if not thousands) with each passing second, Azguard listened without response. Who was this Katsu? What knowledge could they impart? A Hospital, still full with the sick and injured; but alas such things were still far beyond the Bio-Android’s limits.
‘Azguard cannot help you anymore…’ Slowly retreating from the silver-haired sir, allowing him to resume his own footing, the gelatinous giant reformed itself into a spherical mass that hovered just inches above the ground. The rains and winds were fiercer now, howling outside of the small shelter – not an ideal place for the sick to be found.
‘They still need to learn more,’ it added, ‘before Azguard can cure everyone!’
There were indeed still a variety of limitations to which the growing globule was bound. Despite the laboratory’s best efforts at making the ultimate medical treatment, their work had been limited by lack of exposure to the outside world. Months, if not years, would have to pass by before the potential panacea could truly adapt to the myriad of maladies that plagued mankind. Simple bacterial infections were easy enough to eradicate, the blue blob currently taking the time to fully analyse, digest and recycle that which it had picked from the wizened one’s body. Viruses were much harder to destroy, in particular the tenacious Rhinovirus – a cure to the common cold had remained elusive to humanity for so long, what chance would such a young life form have?
‘You mentioned Ki? Azguard knows what Ki is – they cannot use it properly yet, though.’ The biomass hovered a few seconds longer, adopting a humanoid shape before planting itself upon the ground again. The Core turned, almost as if looking at something that had caught its attention, before returning its three-eyed gaze to the patient: ‘Azguard cannot cure all of your illnesses yet. They have helped, though, so you should feel better in a few days. Azguard can only disinfect wounds. They cannot heal people if the people don’t have the ability to heal themselves. Azguard will find a way, though! Azguard has helped you, and you have helped them and… Who are you?’

While you asked who this man before you was, he raised a eyebrow, was it just the name or did it have some deeper meaning? Merely starting to bide his time wondering how to ask this, Ayumu started to take out a small book written by a warrior with on the cover a rather strange title regarding a man known as Ayumu. Somebody who had spend the last few months on earth sharing free food to people and going around doing global repairs really.
'Ayumu is my name...'
He thought with frustration, keeping up the mental connection before taking a look towards the black roofing and closing his eyes slowly, hearing the constant downpour of water around him with the darkness encroaching upon the entire area, the soft far away chirps of birds still being able to be heard and with the gains from the continious trainings his ears could even pick up the soft steps of animals making their way through the storm.
'A simple man who is seeking for people who are capable of communing with other worlds... who are capable of breaking through reality and those kind of people... I have been desperatedly searching for a way to contact the death in a way and as such i have been known as a person who has been training every single person that i have come across. Slowly increasing the height of the barrier of entry for warriors into the true battlefield of destiny...'
Slowly opening this small pack on the side of his body to store the book in, it became quickly obvious that he had been keeping it in a rather good state along with it being one of the earlier releases that he seemingly bought out of fear before becoming proud of what all those students had been doing. They were all little rascals who continued running amock and refused to give up with the constant beat down of blows upon their bodies. Everytime they were smacked down to the ground they brought themselves to stand up again with a smile on their face... The images of these children training with him, villages of happy warriors that trained with him in both the rain, sunshine and even the snow became visible.
'Azguard, you have a wonderfull gift, one that i am jealous of. You will be able to recover not only simple deceases, you will be able to recover even missing organs, complex deceases, possibly even reanimation at some point in your life... This is something i myself am striving to be even close to capable of with my lack of biology. This man who has attained so much in the sense of becoming a sensei regrets his choices of putting all these... children in the way of danger so please promise me that when you make your choice you do not regret what you may face in the future like i am right now, because these wounds can only be fixed by women, self loathing and drinking... A permanent scar on this torso of mine.'
Feeling that the amount of help this little one has given, was worth this payment he had delivered he simply awaited for a reaction.

‘Ayumu is my name,’ the old man replied, maintaining the tenuous mental connection with the healer. His words were humble, heartfelt; a plea to the amorphous entity before him that spoke of such things as ‘destiny’. What was this destiny? Azguard had heard the word before, but despite the many spiritual beliefs humans had in such a thing, it could see nothing more than the scientific definition. A person’s destiny was what they made of it, and the countless flips of the coin and rolls of the die that would decide nature’s ploys for and against them. There was no such thing as predestination, just probability – random chance.
‘Ugh! Why are you so difficult?!’ Thoughts that were meant to have been silent resonated telepathically. Within the Plasm, Azguard’s Core somersaulted impatiently as it tried to comprehend new and intriguing biological data. Equal parts familiar and completely incoherent, one of the viral organisms that had pestered the gentleman’s body was now proving itself an annoyance in an altogether different manner. Admittedly, Ayumu was not to know that.
Every human should know that the common cold was quite the curious caper, and despite encountering many a strain of such a life form – if it could even be considered that – Azguard was still struggling to make sense of the virus. Quite literally, each variation had such drastically different compositions from the last that even a biological ‘supercomputer’ such as it was struggling to find any notable denominators. Sure, the azure ooze could relieve the symptoms of such things as Rhinovirus, but it could not eradicate the entities entirely. In order to do that, the Bio-Android would have to kill the source of propagation – the infected individual – and that was entirely against its work ethic. The sick were not to blame.
‘Azguard cannot find a cure for this right now,’ the cellular sludge recited, somewhat disappointed in its own current incompetence. However, such a bout of depression was brief, and the blue blob quickly bounced back from petty dissatisfaction. Letting itself be bested by its failures was no way to progress – a shame it was not entirely sure of how to let Ayumu see it the same way.
