(This thread takes place immediately after "A Warrior's Education": wodsouls.freeforums.net/thread/7261/warriors-education-core-stold-closed ) A certain hybrid kept his velocity at a specific level to allow his partner and adoptive son to keep up. The hybrid, even with his immensely dense and burdensome training weights, he was still able to sustain his own flight. Within the hybrid's mind, he was unsure of the reaction he would receive to the home he had purchased; specifically from his wife and son. The hybrid's wife, Phae Waterfield, had no idea where they were going, and only hoped that her husband wasn't lost. The hybrid husband Celmaru Waterfield certainly wasn't lost, and knew exactly where he was leading his wife and adoptive changeling son; to their home. Celmaru knew that leading his immediate family to his parent's own home was rude and somewhat pathetic in his eyes, however by the time he had ascended to Super Saiyan, he found himself purchasing a home of his own in secret. " Come on you two, its just a little bit farther." " Celmaru, where are we going, exactly? This isn't the way to Celia's home."" We're not going there....we don't need to disturb my Mother like that." " Then where are we heading to then? Might it truly be a place of rest?" " You'll see!" Massive bundles of oak and cherry blossom trees littered the Earth beneath them, flitting by rapidly as they shot past the Human civilization below. Sakura petals constantly scattered along the ground underneath the trio, the darkening sky becoming brightened by their beautiful pink hue. Unfortunately, the cherry-colored petals were forcefully parted from one another within a certain area; as an arena was slowly being built. The Family Tournament arena supposedly had begun to be created near the new Waterfield home, which was somewhat surprising. Shifting his gaze over the arena for a mere moment before it passed by, the hybrid turned towards his immediate family, stopping abruptly in midair and pointing downwards. Celmaru began to grin weakly as he spoke. " Down here, there's a nice place that I've acquired for us....I hope you enjoy it!" " Hmmm~? A nice place?" " Come, come now, Phae, especially you, Core. You had asked to stay with us tonight, correct?" The hybrid began to descend, revealing a large courtyard to his own eyes once more. Celmaru had successfully kept this place a secret to Phae, whilst informing his changeling son of the home. A brief gust of wind had brushed up against the nearby sakura blossoms, scattering hundreds of petals along the courtyard. Phae had joined her husband mere seconds after he had landed firmly upon the cobbled stones, elegantly floating above the earth once more. Small buildings were set near another, much larger than the rest; a shrine of sorts. A small, marked stone sat upon the stone near the hybrid's feet, partially faded from time. It was clear that the other sides held writings, however only the side that faced the trio remained. Unfortunately, oak trees were the variety that surrounded the home, yet the hybrid didn't personally mind. Small slips of papyrus hung from a distance oak, and a holy air hung high above the shrine-home. Phae tilted her head slightly, facing her husband with a confused expression. " A shrine? Husband, we mustn't sleep in a place like this, its a holy ground." " Ah, I suppose I should mention this now....this shrine is re-purposed; it hadn't met its previous standards as a shrine, and now its used as a home. There's enough comfortable space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a kitchen....er...it did drain my savings..." " What?! Celmaru, you didn't have to-" " Ah, well, please don't be so alarmed....its...strange....I've been receiving suspicious wads of Zeni as of late, they somehow always find me via carrier pigeon....its always enough to last a week....and it arrives bi-daily." " Hmm? Might it be Ayumu?" " I haven't seen him in weeks...I wonder what happened to him after facing the Eighth Circle...ahem, anyway, Core, this is our home....what do you think?" The hybrid wasn't lying, however he was also hopeful of a positive response. Phae, however, was skeptical of the idea, given that a shrine was simply renovated to suit a family. Regardless, Phae didn't notice any spiritual happenings within the vicinity, noticing a significant lack of deities within the shrine and its surrounding buildings. The seaweed woman smiled brightly, beaming towards her husband, several thoughts being dismissed within her mind as she pressed her thin lips against her husband's, both surprising him and simply improving his mood. Celmaru couldn't utter a word as he and his wife embraced and made their contact, emanating an alternate form of affection towards each other. Hopefully, Core wouldn't mind for the near-full minute they would spend within that position. Phae stood on her toes, her hands pointing upwards daintily as she removed her lips from the hybrid's own, shifting her gaze to smile warmly towards her adoptive son, standing beside her husband as she awaited his response.

The young Arcosian child known as Core was flying alongside his adoptive family, more specifically, he was flying alongside Celmaru and Phae Waterfield, following the male of the couple that was apparently bringing them to their ‘house’, which occurred close to Core asking Celmaru if he could stay with them tonight, it was the first time they weren’t parting quickly after meeting and were actually following each other to some place where they would be able to live more like a family, and it was making Core look forward to it a lot. Though Celmaru was being really curiously mysterious about the place they were going, Core had deduced that it was where they were going, even though he didn’t even knew that they didn’t had a house of their own before that very moment so the surprise that Phae was probably about to have wouldn’t affect Core all that much.
Hearing Celmaru cheer them as if they were slacking, Core would giggle, it seemed like the hybrid was acting like, with his weight, he had to slow down to allow Core to follow him, even if technically, Core could easily push his speed and go several time faster than him if he wasn’t going to remove his weight, he could probably even keep it up with his super saiyan form only be transforming into his true form. ‘’ Celmaru, you do know you don’t have to slow down for us to keep the pace? I mean… when you wear those weights, I can easily surpass your speed… and you are equal to Phae in strength wearing them… there is really no reason we are going so slow right now, other than maybe you think your super saiyan being is too fast for your awesome son~’’ Core would say, challenging his father of some sort with a playful wink to him.
The Arcosian would be wondered at all the beautiful trees that were around, not only were there normal green tree, but there was also tree growing some sort of pink flower petal that really smelled nice and sweet, Core’s eyes would widen as he went full speed down in the forest to pick up a couple of them, smiling widely. ‘’ Celmaru! Phae! What are those trees? And can we have more of those?! They seems to grow fruits too! I’ll have to taste them later… they look delicious!’’ Core would say in his usual enthusiastic and happy voice, flying around his parents, keeping the pace by wasting a lot of time flying around them. ‘’ I love this place, tell me that’s where we’re staying, that would be awesome! They also seems to be construction some sort of arena! It’s the perfect place!’’ Core would say happily, there was a wide smile on his childish face, filled with positive emotions of wonder.
When his adoptive father stopped, Core widen his eyes, so they were living near here uh? Core had guessed right, and he was even more happy about it because he would get to live in this place. Listening to his parents talking, Core’s smile would widen as he nodded toward his adoptive father quickly. ‘’ Yes! I… I sleep badly when I’m alone in a room… I tend to have a lot of nightmares and… well… not being able to sleep for a long time…’’ Core would admit to his parents, poking two fingers together in a bit of a shame, but no being was perfect right and it happens that Core’s flaw was nightmare-based, which may sound ridiculous for a strong being like he is, but he’s also a child.
Core would listen to Celmaru’s exposition of what the place was and would giggle lightly at Phae’s surprise, apparently she wasn’t aware that they were living here, which was quite odd, but Core decided not to question it and simply went to hug both of his parents tightly and happily. ‘’ Thank you Celmaru, thank you Phae!’’ He would simply tell them as he held both of them, hovering over the ground so that he was on their level. Tears were going down the Arcosian’s cheek, as he finally had a real home with his family once more. When he finally received the question about this place from his father, he turned to him. ‘’ This is… wonderful!’’ He simply said as he went toward the backyard, he was already making plan in his head as to where he would make several things, but that were future plans that didn’t needed to be focused on right now.
Seeing his parents kissing wouldn’t bother Core the least of the world, but it would bring some questions to his mind, he knew that those pecks Phae was giving him sometimes were a mark of attention, but there was clearly more to it when both person’s mouth were touching, there was a certain passion and affection to it that was fascination for the young Arcosian, but he didn’t wanted to ruin the moment so he waited for it to end before actually going to ask his question. ‘’ H-hey… uh… I know it might sound weird but… what did you guys just did… it looked like it felt good… is that a thing close people do?’’ Core would ask them, touching his lips lightly with his finger and looking curiously at both of them, waiting for answers from them.

(Imagine its almost completely night...too lazy to Photoshop this...apologies)
The hybrid's facial features were stained with a scarlet hue, holding his wife gently as he took note of what his adoptive son was mentioning. Phae's grin became ever greater as Core embraced them both, however his statement upon his supposed phobia still hung in the air like a lead quilt. Celmaru spoke aloud briefly, noting his changeling son's fears. " Core, don't worry, we could use the other bedroom for your siblings!" " My, Celmaru seems to have planned for this." " I might have...er...somewhat." The child's embrace was warm and comforting, knowing that his glee is guaranteed. The hybrid began to grin along with his wife and son, sheepishly scratching his head. Celmaru had purchased a home, and Core had found a true family, along with Phae beginning a family life of her own. More sakura petals lightly touched upon the trio and their surrounding courtyard, enhancing the current view via their pink hues. Several drops fell upon the hybrid's shirt, making note of the arcosian's tears of joy. Celmaru's grin grew as he stroked the changeling's bio-gem, bringing him closer as he spoke. " You don't have to cry, Core...you'll worry your Mother, regardless." " Oh Core, come here!" Phae further embraced her adoptive son, holding him tightly as she lightly pecked him upon his cheek. Suddenly, Core had asked a rather...embarrassing question, and Celmaru attempted to avoid the answer. " Er...To answer your question from earlier Core, as we were flying about....these trees are called 'Cherry Blossoms'...or otherwise known as cherry blossom trees, sakura blossoms, etcetera. I-" " To answer your most recent inquiry, my dearest Core....I was simply kissing my husband lovingly~! A kiss upon the lips is reserved to lovers only...and its simply a beautiful thing to experience~!" " Er....ahem....y-yes..." The hybrid turned away, blushing furiously upon his wife's straightforward statement. The seaweed woman stifled a giggle as she placed a firm kiss upon Celmaru's own cheek, his flustered expression intensifying. In retaliation, the hybrid scooped up both his wife and his adoptive son, carrying them like royalty as he approached the newfound home. Basic furniture, tatami flooring, and shōji doors would await them within this renovated shrine, however....Celmaru couldn't open the door whilst holding his immediate family within his arms. " .......Can one of you open the door for me, if you could?" Both Phae and Core were within his arms, resting atop one another comfortably....hopefully. The seaweed woman was busy resting against her husband, a content smile upon her facial features. The likeliness of Phae listening was minimal by this point, and it was simply up to Core to open the door without forcing the hybrid to set them down. Unfortunately, several Ki signatures were noticeably close, as they all felt the same as the previous assailants; even more assassins. If Core were to open the door, the hybrid would silently step inside, place them both upon the couch, and simply return to the doorstep to bring white-hot fury to his assailants. However, if Core wasn't able to swing his new home's doorway ajar, then Celmaru would be forced to set them both down. Regardless, the hybrid had set forth the actions of assault upon the assassins hired to murder him; knocking them unconscious with a single strike each. Several grunts, groans, and even silenced cries were audible from within the nearby foliage, several highly-trained murders put to sleep via an "overpowered" hybrid warrior. Mere moments later, Celmaru reappeared before them both, smiling warmly towards his wife and child. " I apologize, there were some nuisances that needed to be taken care of." " ...More assassins, husband?" " Nothing new....at this point. Liam is just begging for me to kill someone....just so he has the justification to make my life miserable." " ....." " What he doesn't realize is that all the assassins that he's hiring barely have enough power to face the simplest extent of my power....if he wanted to eradicate me....he should've done so himself....he's just wasting his funds." If the hybrid had left his immediate family upon the doorstep, he would simply pick them up once more, and take them inside. Otherwise, Celmaru would sit down upon a nearby chair, facing his family with a weak, yet unsure grin; this was becoming unbearable. Core Stold

Core had clearly the brightest smile his adoptive parents could have ever seen since they knew him, holding unto them like his life was going to stop if he was to let them go, the Arcosian was giving them all the love he could right now as they were giving him something that had more value to him than they would imagine, a place to call home on Earth after all this time, a family to care about… an identity on Earth that was his and his alone, he was now Core, he lived here in this nice shrine and hiss parents were Celmaru and Phae Waterfield, even if he wasn’t wearing his adoptive name because it quite didn’t fitted his own name very well and… he wasn’t willing to change his name, he liked Core, it was quite subtle to make his name Core since he was born from a star, and it didn’t missed to make him giggle when he though back about it, and the time before that were he was simply called Red.
The Arcosian would chuckle softly as he heard Celmaru show clearly that he had planned every detail, even ones that he couldn’t expect like Core’s sleeping issue, which was truly surprising and made Core’s sigh of his adoptive father even brighter, like a hero, which when he thought about it, fitted quite better the golden aura and look of the super saiyan a lot more than the furious and angry side it was bringing in him. ‘’ Thank you father… you… you don’t know how much it means for me… I finally… I finally ‘live’ on Earth, I am no longer a squatter of this planet… I’m… I don’t know how to say it…’’ Core would say, looking at his father in the eyes, his face showing the mix of emotions that were mixing and flowing inside him in a chaotic manner; pride, joy, relief and all sorts of other emotions just were too much for the young Arcosian child.
When Celmaru mentioned the Arcosian’s tears, he would smile and shake his head quickly. ‘’ I don’t know why those are coming out… I am happy… happier than ever! But I think my body is biologically broken at this point…’’ Core would simply say with a chuckle, going in his mother’s embrace without saying anything else, the warmth of his mother’s arms were all he could ask more right now, at this point, he couldn’t be more happy, or at least he had no idea how he would, this was exceeding the peak of happiness he could have imagined a few months ago and it was kind of mind blowing to him, Earth’s color just kept going brighter and shinier every day.
Core’s cheek would turn all bright red when he got a kiss from his mother on the cheek, he felt like a light tickling feeling when she did, which was different from when she was doing it on his bio-gem, which was more like diffusing the feeling in his whole body, this one was more focused and quite surprising, but Core’s attention was drifted to Celmaru’s answer about what those trees were, he would listen carefully and giggled. ‘’ Eh eh~ Well, I love those trees! They have… petal-like leaves and it makes for a pretty landscape… we should have more of them around on Earth!’’ Core would say as one of the ‘petals’ landed on his nose, making him sneeze cutely as it tickled his nose. Phae’s answer to his other question was just as interesting as the previous answer, something that he had harder time understanding but would help him further his Earth’s knowledge. The arcosian touched his lips once more and smiled a bit. ‘’ Lovers only… got it!’’ Core would say, nodding to himself a bit. ‘’ Beautiful thing to experience…’’ He would then repeat to himself lowly.
When he was carried up by his father, Core would react by a high pitch noise as something totally new just happened to him, someone caught him off guard totally. ‘’W-what… how… when… what?’’ Core would say, looking around, it was his first time he was really caught off guard and never saw something coming, it was rather surprising for him but kind of felt good, like he could totally throw his guard out of the window for a couple of time, maybe it was a result to his first good sleep in a while. When his father asked Core to open the door, he reached for the handle and pushed the door. When he opened the door, Core’s sense told him something was wrong; there was a couple of aggressive ki-signature, very low though, around here. When his father putted the Arcosian down to go and probably seek for then, Core pecked his mother on the forehead and went on the other side.
The Arcosian quickly fell on one of the assailants, who instantly widened his eyes as Core pulled out a bright smile. ‘’ Mister, I think you mistook this house for another, we’re actually ho…’’ Core had the time to say before the assassin swing his sword in Core’s direction, the blade would hit the child’s bio-gem, the man probably though it was a weak spot, and instantly his sword broke. Core would then sigh to himself. ‘’ You can’t say I didn’t tried to warn you…’’ He would say as he carefully opened the kitchen’s window and threw the guy away, the man landing far away on a tree.
Core returned quickly to the cough were he heard his father and mother were already having another conversation, he stepped in and landed on his mother’s laps slowly, laying himself gently against her in a warm and nice embrace. ‘’ Do Liam really thing those guys are competent enough to kill us… I mean… they used sword…’’ The Arcosian told then when he brought the sword in the room that was used against him, all the pieces holding themselves together to form the squatter blade again along to Core’s own sword for comparison. ‘’ And they aren’t even good swords… he might had a chance if he actually came prepared… why would one kill for money though… there is like… all the chance that you’ll end up against someone stronger…’’ The child said, boringly throwing the pieces of the sword on a table, perfectly assembled like a done puzzle.

The hybrid held a familiar scrap of papyrus within his left palm, the material crinkling betwixt his fingers. Hoping to remain calm, the hybrid scanned the courtyard for remaining Ki signatures. The dark brown hues darted to and fro, physically surveying his property. Unfurling the scrap of papyrus, Celmaru placed it atop the coffee table promptly, securing Phae within his arms once more afterward. The corner of his right eye twitched as the hybrid smiled weakly towards his wife, shifting his gaze to Core moments later. " Well, that was interesting, wasn't it?" Atop the miniature table, one out of a plethora of Assassination Orders was in plain sight, reading as follows: "THIS FORM REQUESTS THE DEMISE OF:
Celmaru Waterfield
ASSASSINATION GROUP: Mars
OFFERED REWARD/PAY: 20,000,000 Zeni (once finished)
ASSASSINATION REQUIREMENTS/OTHER DETAIL:
Filthy hybrid shit that needs to die looks like a bitch carries seaweed around might be with a bipedal lizard kill those associated with hybrid fuckface
ASSASSINATION REASON: Hybrid asshat should die for even existing
EMPLOYER SIGNATURE: Liam I. Ekam"
If the young changeling were to read the form or not, it didn't matter. Regardless of another attempt upon his life, Celmaru simply carried his wife gently towards the master bedroom. The door to this room was a light, somewhat loose sliding door; a shōji. Pressing his elbow against the handle within the shōji, the hybrid awkwardly slid the door ajar. Facing the simple bedroom within the right wing of the home, adorned with king-sized bedding, two nightstands, and two lamps atop them. The nearby window allowed the bright moonlight to seep through, illuminating the room beautifully. Phae embraced her husband tightly, grasping him as if to never let go. " I hope this is sufficient for you two." " Its perfectly suitable, husband!" " ...I do hope we can find ourselves a quiet rest...given what had happened just recently..." The hybrid began to float above his tatami flooring, adjusting his position to float sideways, finding himself above the brand-new bedding. Phae, within her husband's arms, softly rolled over her sides, placing her head upon the opposing pillow to the hybrid's own. Shifting his gaze towards his adoptive arcosian son, Celmaru's lips curled into a weak grin, speaking to him directly. " We have enough room, trust me. I'm sure you'll use the covers, at least!" Celmaru rested atop his bedding, dismissing the use of the comforter and sheets. The seaweed woman shook her head, giggling slightly upon her husband's remark. Despite the presence of Liam, along with his indirect antics, the couple still found the time to smile. Unfortunately, the hybrid's acting was beginning to slip, however not as of now....not in front of Core. Regardless, the hybrid had nearly forgotten a major detail; that of the home's materials. " Ah, that's right....the material in this home has been reinforced multiple times over...proving it able to withstand any sort of Ki-based antics. Try undergoing your transformation stages once more, Core...I'm sure the flooring won't break! I was here a few weeks ago-" " When was this?" " When you were asleep." " How rude...I could've tidied up around here, cleaning this entire time!" " I know that you wouldn't stop doing so...I just wanted it to be a wondrous surprise..." " All is forgiven, husband~" Phae wrapped her arms around her husband once more, albeit with enough room for their adopted changeling. The hybrid's eyelids had already begun to sink across his vision, his fatigue from the most recently transpired events wearing him down. The hybrid swiftly descended into slumber, with his wife and son remaining within the ceaseless activity of the world. Celmaru placed his right arm upon Phae's shoulder protectively, his facial expression contorting slightly within his immediate dreams. It had begun as a lax, content expression, however that outlook had shifted into a strained, concealed stare, a long-lost nightmare returning from the depths of the hybrid's memory. At this point, it would be preferable if Core were to rest beside Phae, rather than his adoptive father. An unfortunate byproduct of the hybrid's hyperactive thoughts; doubts and nightmares, specifically, appeared within his subconscious, revealing themselves within his slumber. ' Liam is still miles ahead...' ' Phae doesn't love you anymore....blame the Super Saiyan...' ' Core thinks you're a psychopath...' ' You won't prove yourself worthy of affection outside sentient seaweed...' Another prominent doubt had stubbornly lingered within his thoughts, never becoming overshadowed by achievements nor his recent acceptance or love...a common sentence brought about by his own doubts jumbling together. ' You're too weak, why are you trying?' The vile doubt echoed within his mind, ironically forming a nightmare before an organism that had found the conclusion of his own. A familiar scene formed, displaying a courtyard of the Ekam Manor, with three male children encircling a smaller, younger child; Celmaru Waterfield. Despite their subtle rivalry, the Waterfield family had often payed visits to the Ekam family, allowing their children to interact before they fought against each other....unfortunately this seemingly innocent idea was pitifully flawed. Three prominent Ekam children stood before the younger hybrid; Rewop, Nis, and Liam himself. The younger of the three, Rewop, already stood at five feet at the age of eleven, gazing down upon Celmaru with a threatening intent. The eldest of the three, Nis, bore piercings and tattoos, a plethora of each encasing his body, even at fifteen years old. The middle child, the ace of the Ekam family; Liam Ignatius Ekam....he stood between his brothers, clasping his fingers around his opposite hand, cracking his knuckles. The vile Human was merely thirteen years old, however he still held both dominance and authority over his elders. Meanwhile, the hybrid was atop the cobblestone courtyard, on his bottom, staring at his cousins in fear....only at the age of nine. " Well, well, look who decided to exist today!" " ...." " We're gonna beat ya, chumpbrid!" " Fuckin' bullshit shitface, don't worry...we'll making this real fuckin' smooth for your sorry ass!" " Its fine, hybridoody...you're too weak to try anyway." Their childish insults and high-pitched voices didn't affect Celmaru's current fear. The three children closed in on him, the vision of the dream becoming that of an ancient television's visuals; black, white, and gray. The hybrid didn't sense any physical pain, only that akin to the emotional train-wreck he was in his childhood. Outside the hybrid's subconsciousness, Phae was being held with the entirety of Celmaru's might, with the seaweed woman providing little resistance against it. The hybrid's expression bore nothing little of tortured suffering, a streak of tears descending via his tear ducts. Phae had noticed the bags under her husband's eyes...and despite working to keep this home a secret for nearly a month, the nightmares have returned...yet they weren't over the "threat" of Frigi; they were all reminiscing over tortured memories of Liam. Guiding her free hand towards her husband's cheek, the other resting beside Core...if he were to join his adoptive parents immediately...Phae gently wiped away Celmaru's seemingly forced tears.
Phae began to whisper into her husband's ear, muttering comforting words to him as he quivered from his subconscious sorrow. " My Dearly Beloved....you're wonderful person....a humane soul among many cruel beings....dismiss your doubts, cast them aside....believe in your own strength.....not a single Super Saiyan will keep me away from you...." If their changeling son were to be with them, Phae would attempt to bring him closer to his father, gently pushing him forward. The seaweed woman would hope that he was compliant. " A kind Father, a powerful, yet kind soul....you always get your job done...whatever that may be...you find times to be serious, yet come to smile....you put up a nice tough-guy act....I know you're a big softie~" " ....You....stupid bundle of seaweed...." " Mmhmm~! No matter what happens...." Phae uttered a line that she hasn't needed in months...a prominent set of words that shot through the hybrid's mind like a bullet through flesh. " I will always love you." From this point forwards, especially to Core in particular, one could truly listen to two hearts beating as one; the hybrid reacting to his beloved wife's speech...recognizing the words she had uttered with a graceful flow to it. Neither his Potential, nor the "almighty" power of Super Saiyan could truly combat against this kind of affection....it was beyond Phae's love for Core, and miles ahead of the Queen's power measure...yet it was simply nothing more than a violently beating heart, living to be with their counterpart; their soulmate. Despite Celmaru's constant seriousness, his woefully short temper, and even his own doubts, Phae was always able to sway them, forcing them into signs of love and affection, a soft, fuzzy feeling that penetrated the hybrid's heart day-by-day. From their nights alone in the wilderness, their days of awkwardness and sorrow, not even Death will separate them. Their holy vows bestowed upon them by Ayumu had little strength in the sense "until death do us part"...however Celmaru would do anything to keep her safe, if not his own life to be taken. Death shall never separate the mortal that fell for an immortal fox embodied by seaweed. " ...I love you both...dearly so...yet, I can't imagine a day without you, Phae...its theoretically impossible by now..." " We'll be with you, husband...as long as you need us." Core Stold....er...I might've overdone it again, haven't I?

When his father held a piece of Paper in his hand, Core would approach and look at what was written into it, he would widen his eyes wider than ever and looked at Phae and Celmaru a bit concerned. ‘’ Twenty millions for those assassins? Wait, how much the actually competent ones cost!? And how rich is Liam again? I mean… twenty millions we could buy… like… a skyscraper with that amount! And he used it to send assassin that couldn’t kill a kitten if they wanted to really hard and the kitten was sleeping… how much of a waste is that ?’’ Core would say, massaging the side of his head a bit. ‘’ Celmaru… your cousin is so dumb… I might want to beat his ass down… yay to the tournament …’’ Core would admit to Celmaru and Phae, though it wasn’t really shocking seeing what he previously did last time he saw Liam.
When Celmaru picked up Phae and began to walk toward another location, the young Arcosian child would hover next to them; floating about the ground and making him go forward, a technique he liked more and more as he just felt right not to walk and just to hover above the ground, and plus it looked really cool on Core’s mind so he wasn’t going to stop doing so anything soon for sure. When he entered the room that had to be their bedroom, Core would smile a bit and went to look around and smiled a bit. ‘’ You really have a nice bedroom~ ‘’ The young Changeling would say as he shifted his look to face Celmaru, who asked them a question. ‘’ Of course it is Celmaru… I’ve never had a home that was that welcoming, I mean, back on Arcose, I lived on a lab so it was all cold colors and machines… and on Earth, I sleep on Beryl’s ship, I do have my own room, and it feels like home, but it’s still a ship you know… but this place… it’s just perfect…’’ Core would tell his adoptive father, agreeing with his adoptive mother and then went on the bed, sitting on the front of it, waiting for them.
As the Arcosian would imitate his father and rested on the bed, however, he was using the blankets to warm it up a bit and putted a hat on his head, a sleeping hat of his that was made to protect the pillows from his horns, whom could really do some damages should they be left without any protection. The young Arcosian would curl up on himself in his suppressed form, a form which he felt he wouldn’t be able to return sooner than later and was not really going to miss, of course this form felt nice to be in, but there was just something about his horns that he was a bit annoyed about, they were just too present and big, but his with hat, they even looked a bit smaller, and couldn’t hurt anybody.
When they were all three laying on the bed, Core would cover up Celmaru and Phae in the blanket he was also using, he didn’t wanted them to miss a bit of supplement comfort that a blanket could bring. Then he would gently bring them together in one big embrace as Celmaru spoke about the floor that would be able to survive Core transforming. ‘’ Hey that’s right… I could sleep in my true form… that way I wouldn’t have the horns…’’ Core would say as he slowly slipped away from the bed, leaving both of them probably still embracing as he quickly changed to his true form, changing his height, his bio-armor mostly removed for bio-gems and his horns not there, but he still kept the sleeping hat, and at his surprise, the wood under his feet didn’t even flinched. ‘’ Wow that’s… quite surprising…’’ Core would tell himself before slipping back into the familial embrace.
The young Arcosian would simply chuckle at his adoptive parent’s conversation, as it was really more playful than anything else, and he would slowly close his eyes, slowly but surely, the proximity with those he loved, the comfort of the bed and the embrace he was holding on Phae was more than enough for him to find a peaceful sleep, the closer he was from sleep was slowly lowering up the light from his bio-gems, and when he was asleep, it was totally dark, even if it kept it’s red color like always. The young Arcosian’s dream would be kind of weird.
When Core’s consciousness entered his dreaming state, Core would be on a place he recognize, on Earth, or at least he could see Earth as he was in some sort of ship, looking at the planet from above, someone spoke to him from behind. ‘’ Twenty-seven, you cannot escape this place, if you do, you’ll never be over! You’ll stay in that form forever!’’ A metallic voice would yell at him as Core shifted his look, and one thing he realized, his skin was coated him metal, and his bio-gems were blue, but he didn’t seemed to be affected by it. ‘’ You stupid creators! You think you could keep my spirit asleep forever? My family calls for me, my sibling… Red is down here… and you won’t be able to keep me away from him!’’ The voice that was sounding similar to him yelled as he jumped through the glass of the front ship and down to Earth.
Core woke up, his eyes widening as he began to look for his breath, trying to make the less sound he could as he heard his parents were still awoken, they were even speaking, in fact, Core only heard his adoptive father’s words to him and Phae. The Arcosian would tighten up his embrace on Phae. ‘’ M-mommy… daddy…’’ Core would say in a sad voice, holding gently unto hiss adoptive mother’s body, looking for warmth, a feeling of both excitement and terror in his eyes could be seen. ‘’ I dreamed… I think…. I think Blue is close to Earth…’’ Core would whisper, his voice was shaking lightly.
