The saiyan in black jogged along the ship in continuous circles, taking the time to train before they arrived on Planet Namek. Every ten laps Riku sprinted even faster, until his sprinting turned to flying. He wasn't totally oblivious to Gnash and Kaito, who were seated by the control panel. However, he had flew so fast the wind was pushing them against their seat. When the saiyan finally stopped his laps he turned to them and eyed them. They were just there, being slouches. Maybe they were strong warriors, but there were warriors who reached even higher maxims then them, and just sitting there wouldn't help them climb the power charts.
The saiyan fired a small ki blast at their feet, which would startle them or make them get up. It was a harmless blast just meant to get their attention.
"Come on, ya slouches. We're going to Namek, and if you wanna stand a chance against these organizations, you might as well put in some extra training before we arrive. So how about it, a little spar between the three of us? To make it fair, I'll be weighted, and if you two want, you can double team me."
Riku bounced backward and made a simple fighting stance, signalling he was ready whenever they were.

Once he stuffed himself with some delicious food on the spaceship, Kaito sat down on the deck. He thought of how they were in outer space right now, on their way to Namek. For some reason, the Saiyan Riku was very energitic, racing around the spaceship and leaving off some wind behind him. "Pheww, you gotta love this guy's dedication to training!" Kaito thought, as he saw the incoming harmless Ki blast coming his way. Nevertheless he'd leap back with a back flip, unfolding his arms forwards in order to place them in the floor, to support his balance. Kaito grinned in amusement, he hadn't felt this thrilled for a long period of time. Riku proposed to have a little friendly spar between the three. He had put on weights, which would suppress his power in half. As soon as the Saiyan took his battle stance, so did Kaito. He put his dominant arm out, with three fingers up and two down, and his other arm in, clenched in a fist. "Let's do this then, Riku!"
Kaito gathered up some considerable amount of Ki, before he lunged towards the Saiyan. A powerful gust of wind was created as the blondie did so, taking with itself tiny objects which happened to be in the ship, hindering Riku's vision of Kaito. Quickly making use of his distraction, Kaito stretched out his left foot, and thrusted it toward Riku's stomach, which would knock him out cold if not defended properly. Should the kick succeed, Kaito would levitate himself in the air. He extended his arms forward and fired two simple Ki blasts, being as cautious as possible not to do any harm to the ship. The explosions of the blasts raised a lot of dust which covered the entire chamber of the spaceship, thus Kaito simply decided to stand still and waited what'd happen next.

[Heavy Weights Equipped - Thread PL: 7472]
The vast expanse of space. It was a wonderful, yet scary thing all at the same time. Floating around in an oxygen-less realm with little to no control over yourself or the spaceship. Of course the spaceship could be controlled, but the Namekian didn’t necessarily know how to work it, so he was practically floating around defenseless in space. Fortunately, he had two people on board with him, one of which actually knew how to drive. Kaito, a human he met back on Earth snooping around in his father’s old shed in search of nutrients. He was an extremely friendly fellow, quite easy to talk to and get along with. He was also very powerful.
Then Riku, the “Saiyan of Darkness”, The “Warrior of Death”. Despite the intimidating monikers in which he probably gave to himself, he wasn’t all that bad of a guy. He was a Saiyan, one of the races regarded as being the most savage in terms of combat. He wasn’t menacing at all in terms of the way he carried himself and spoke to both Gnash and Kaito. His monstrous power level concerned the Namekian at times, seeing as he could wipe both of them out within minutes should he so wish to. Gnash had to stay on his good side. Not only could he kill him, but he was the one who knew how to work this ship and get them to their destination without veering off course, something both Gnash and the Human would probably end up doing.
For the majority of the ride here, Gnash and Kaito had been seated in the front of the ship, directly behind the control panels and such. He didn’t pay too much attention to what the Human had been tinkering with, as he took this time to indulge himself into some meditation. It had been quite some time since he last went on a miniature “Spirit Journey”, the last time being when he had met the half-Human half-Saiyan hybrid known as Celmaru Waterfield and his Kitsune wife, Phae Waterfield. During that time, he encountered his unruly alter ego and hashed out a few words.
The Namek was snapped from his trance by a small ki blast singeing his right ankle, causing him to swiftly retract it up towards his seat. His neck twisted around and his yellow eyes set themselves upon Riku, who had been jostling around the space-ship training. He stated that it’d be wise to get in some training if they wanted to stand a chance against the enemies that may lie in their wake upon their arrival. While Gnash preferred a much more indirect method to training, Riku wasn’t entirely wrong about this. If he wanted to run with the big dogs, if he wanted to make a difference on his home planet, he’d have to put the work in.
With relative ease, Gnash stood from his seat alongside Kaito, having adjusted his body somewhat to his gravity-enchanted clothing. He was counting on the Human to be their backbone in this fight, as he too was suppressed due to his weights. “I have weights on as well, so I am counting on you to have my back, Kaito-san. I will do my very best to get yours.” Gnash slid his right foot back, keeping his left planted firmly in front of his body. He bent his arms at the elbows, raising his arms up to block the sides of his head in a boxer-like stance. His finger-tips curled down to hide in the sanctuary of his palm, forming two solid green fists.
“I’m ready when you guys are.”

The saiyan awaited the first attack from the two warriors, and it seemed he didn't have to wait for very long. The human, Kaito, was very quick to react, back flipping away from the ki blast. From the looks of it, Kaito was definitely ready to have a spar, and wasting no time, he lunged forward at Riku, picking up wind which obscured the saiyan's view slightly. However, it seemed Gnash was in some sort of peaceful state, or just lost in his own thoughts. The ki blast singed the Namekian's ankle slightly, which made him react almost instantly. Gnash took a stance, which looked like a boxer's stance, signaling he was ready as well. This fight would be a two on one.
Riku shook his head at the gust picked up by Kaito's lunge, attempting to clear his vision. The saiyan held his arms up in a claw formation, playing back in his mind what he was taught by his master. As Kaito came in for a kick aimed at Riku's abdomen, the saiyan crossed his arms in an "X" formation, which collided with the kick. With this collision, Kaito shot into the air and fired two ki blasts at the saiyan. Riku then unfolded his arms, slamming the ki blasts to the ground as he did. "Blast, uppercut, kick. One, two, three. Go." Said Riku.
The saiyan formed a small red ki sphere in his left palm and flung it upwards towards Kaito. With the ki blast heading straight towards the human, Riku flared his aura and lunged straight towards Gnash, attempting to hit the Namekian with a strong uppercut. If the saiyan succeeded in landing the uppercut, he would follow up by kicking Gnash in the side and sending him towards the wall.

The Saiyajin took the kick head on, by crossing his arms in an "X" fashion. Kaito gritted his teeth and frowned upon how quickly he countered his kick, even though both sides took a little damage from the impact. The human flew above and shooted few Ki blasts, but yet again, another attack from Kaito was thwarted effortlessly by the Saiyan in black. Kaito noticed how Gnash was already out of his peaceful state of mind and got accustomed to what the situation had become. The Namekian said how he counted on Kaito on having his back and vice versa. "That's what I'm about to do, Gnash-san!" Kaito responded cheerfully.
Kaito's brown hues quickly traveled back to Riku. A small red Ki blast was coming his way. Kaito gave it a confident look, and instead of simply smashing it away, he decided to get to know Riku's power. The blondie unfolded his palms forward, while bending all his fingers a little bit to have a better recieve of the sphere. Feeling the excessive heat coming from the red sphere on his entire body, Kaito clenched his palms into a fist and seized the sphere into nothingness. He breathed cold air at his palms to cool them off a little bit. "So that was a simple fragment of Riku's power." Knowing he had no time to waste around, Kaito took notice of Riku having lunged toward Gnash and giving an uppercut staright to his chin. Kaito flared his white aura and dashed toward the two with his best speed. Just as Riku was about to give Gnash a side kick, Kaito interfered by pulling the Saiyan by his hair, adjusting his face in front of him and giving a potent punch in the nose. The punch would be effective enough to slam the Saiyan against the chamber's floor, the impact shocking his entire being. As the Saiyan lied in the ground, Kaito jumped in the air, while stretching his knee forward, and fell down to Riku, his knee aimed at his stomach, rendering him unconscious for few moments.

Not even a second after Gnash stood from his chair and took a battle stance did the Human Kaito eagerly lunge towards the Saiyan, a kick aimed for his sternum. Completely against anything and everything Gnash had been taught throughout his training at the Razorback Hermit school, charging in head-first wasn’t his first choice. Riku, even with his weights on, completely outclassed both of the together. Should Gnash take his own weights off, he’d prove to be more of a match, but the weights were necessary for training. He allowed an internal sigh to fill the void in which irritation would have soon filled. This was Kaito’s style, and he certainly couldn’t fault the man for it.
He hung back, keeping his boxer-stance firmly in place as his yellow globes followed to two warriors. They were first transfixed onto Kaito’s golden locks as they whizzed through the air, slapping against his shoulders with each movement. He managed to pull off a pretty clever move by releasing a small burst of Ki upon his initial launch, kicking up a considerable amount of dust that clouded the Warrior of Darkness’ vision. With his distraction set up, the blonde-tressed human pressed forward into the smoke, using the aforementioned kick. The combo unfortunately did not phase the Saiyan at all as he slid back on his heels, forearms crossed along his chest in an ‘x’ formation.
“Damnit.. He’s too strong for Kaito to face alone. I’ve gotta get in there!”
The green man inhaled a confident breath, readying himself to join the fray. Once again, he was halted by Kaito’s advances. Pushing himself into the air, he shot two spheres of energy with the palms of his hands towards Riku. The two balls of ki found themselves embedded into the palms of the Saiyan who soon slammed them into the floor of the spaceship, rattling it to it’s interior. It looked as if he decided to fight fire-with-fire and return a ki-blast of his own, only this one had been red in color. As soon as the ball of energy escaped the refuge of Riku’s hands, he advanced on Gnash.
The Namekian had kept his eyes locked onto his target, tightening his fists. He couldn’t keep his focus on Kaito anymore, so making sure he was okay after the crimson ki blast wasn’t an option. With Riku crouched before him, his arm shot up like a rocket towards the Namekian’s chiseled chin. Gnash slid his left foot back so that it was parallel with his right. He maneuvered his forearms around to protect his face and neck from the blow. He leaned his torso back, narrowly avoiding what would have been a clear knock-out strike.
Before Riku’s viper-like sidekick could connect with his abdomen, Kaito rejoined the battle. He appeared behind the monkey, fingers grasping for every inch of lustrous black hair that he could reach. With another distraction soon put into play, assuming that Riku had turned his attention towards Kaito, Gnash dipped his left shoulder low, pulling his elbow behind his back. He bent his knees, taking a solid step forward with his left foot. He hovered his right arm beside his cloth-covered cranium to parry any counter-attacks. Twisting his hips to the right, Gnash’s left fist fired out like a piston towards Riku’s gut. He had infused his fist with a small amount of ki beforehand, hoping to empower his punch by releasing the burst of energy into Riku’s abs should his punch connect.

As Riku successfully defended against Kaito's assault, he managed to fire his ki blast at the human, and then shot out towards Gnash. The Namekian seemed to have been spectating for the time being, seeing as how his eyes were fixated on the saiyan once he lunged forward. Riku crouched in front of Gnash and began to rise rapidly, his fist aiming for the Namekian's exposed chin. However, as his fist closed in, Gnash began to shift backwards, the uppercut ultimately hitting air. Using the air to his advantage, Riku spun in place and began to drive his leg towards Gnash's side, still attempting to land the side kick.
To the saiyan's surprise, Kaito had recuperated rather quickly, and was already upon him. Feeling a sting come from his head, the saiyan's eyes glided upward, seeing the blonde human grasping his untamed hair as he tried to slam a fist into Riku's face. The saiyan shot his hand up to his face, grasping the fist once it made contact with his palm. Successfully stopping the fist, Riku flung Kaito away from them, sending him to the wall of the ship. Having reminded himself of Gnash, Riku glanced down to see the Namekian prepare a ki enfused fist. As the fist shot forward, Riku assimilated the situation in his mind, playing out all the possibilities and outcomes.
His eyes widened as he came across a possible way to escape the punch. Focusing his energy, the saiyan in black closed his eyes and concentrated on reaching Gnash's conscious. "Gnashhhhh...You're gonna miss, bud. Kaito is gonna get wrecked if you don't help him up. Gnaaasssshhhh."
The saiyan opened his eyes as he completed his telepathic message. He awaited for Gnash to show hesitation or to stop his attack completely. If the telepathic distraction succeeded he would attempt to somersault away, his foot striking Gnash's jaw if he could.

Kaito had grasped the Saiyan's hair and force him through a 180 degree turn-around. The human clenched his right palm into a solid fist, throwing it towards Riku's nose. However, to Kaito's surprise, Riku was very fast to react. Before Kaito could realize, the Saiyan had put his hand in front of his face, as a means of barrier to stop the strike. Both limbs connected with each other, the contact letting out small gusts of winds around the chamber. Kaito's punch was grasped tightly by the monkey, who pulled the human to himself and threw him away against the nearest wall.
"He managed to pull through that tricky situation, gotta hand it to his bloodline."
The human said whilst performing several back flips in the air in order to regain his body's balance, which was shaken by the earlier act. He held out his legs forward as he was pretty close to the wall. They leaned against the wall which softened the sheer impact copmpletely, thus leaving Kaito harmless. The human slowly floated in the air and decided to grasp what was going on with the two. It looked like Gnash was doing pretty well. He had recovered from the strike in the chin, and now was delivering a Ki infused fist towards Riku's gust. However, something was weird and off. Kaito was astonished to the fact that Gnash halted almost immediately, as if he had seen a ghost. The human didn't know what was going on, but all he knew was that he had to help Gnash and that was a doing of the Saiyan.
Kaito launched himself forward, while carefully analyzing the situation. In matter of moments, he'd appear in front of Gnash, who unfortunately was still frozen. Kaito took his quickest battle stance and confornted the Saiyan yet again. The latter had simultaneously somersaulted and attempted to give a kick to Gnash's face, however Kaito didn't let that happen. The human raised his left arm and bent it to his elbow, before thrusting it down to the Saiyan's kick. The contact would hinder the kick from fulfilling its mission and also Riku wouldn't be able to fully finish his somersault. Having successfully stopped the monkey's attack, Kaito took a few steps forward and tossed a barrage of punches aimed mainly at Riku's face and chest area. Kaito had infused his fists with considerable amounts of Ki in order to give further damage to the Saiyan.

As Gnash’s fist traveled through the air, he could feel the small gust of air wash over his face, forcing his antenna against the sides of his cranium. His pearl-white hoody soon found itself resting against his back as it was blown from his head. He wanted to stop the match and pull the hoodie up once more, setting it back to its rightful place. That unfortunately wasn’t an option. He had to treat this like a life-or-death battle. If he had been fighting a true enemy, they wouldn’t necessarily stop in the middle of their showdown to give Gnash two seconds to get comfortable.
His yellow pupils quickly retracted themselves, traveling from the black-armored abdomen of his foe to the white-tiled floor. Riku’s voice had entered his head, taunting tone echoing throughout his thinking chamber. He immediately halted his strike, freezing in mid-air as his fist stopped about two or three centimeters from its desired location. The Namekian was completely frozen on the spot, body still contorted into a battle stance. His eyes were glued to the floor, eyes shaking around violently within their sockets. He clenched his three-fingered fists firmly together as his body nearly stumbled back several steps. To the outside world, it looked as if he had just seen a damned ghost. Had he been a human or an individual with a normal coloring of the skin, he’d be morphing over into that of a marshmallow.
The only thing that pulled Gnash from the pits of his own terror were Kaito’s golden locks sliding across his face. He fell to his bum, head swiveling around on his vascular neck in an attempt to knocked whatever gloomy trance that had overtaken his mind off. The tone of voice that Riku had used, the playful nature in which he spoke. It reminded the young Namek of.. Him. The “other” side that lie dormant within the depths of his vast conscience. The two sounded almost exactly the same, which was what threw him for a loop in the first place. He’d been training himself so much in order to keep that voice hidden that he hadn’t heard it in months now. The first sign of any voice within his head, especially of similar tone, automatically made him think of the “other side”.
Gnash lifted his head, watching Kaito take Riku on once more. He could feel the overwhelming sense of guilt building up in his chest as the two warriors clashed. This was supposed to be a two-on-one match, not one-on-one. Gnash definitely wasn’t pulling his weight. He let his own thoughts cloud the task at hand. He was to be training, not worrying about “him”, not letting himself fall back down into that hole. Kaito was handling this entire fight by himself, having saved Gnash from being knocked out twice now.
He slammed his palms against the ship floor, launching himself to Riku’s right side. As he slid by, he held his palm out in front of his face, blasting a small energy sphere towards his shoulder. He had hopes that Kaito would keep him busy and that this ki blast would only add on to their distraction factor. It was their best option, after all. They were severely outclassed, even if Riku had his weighted clothing equipped.
Gnash attempted to maneuver himself around to Riku’s back and lash a sidekick, heel aimed for the mid of his back. His goal was to strike Riku and either halt his movement, or sent him crashing forward into Kaito, both scenarios forcing him to take the Human’s ki-infused barrage head on.

The saiyan successfully pulled off his telepathic distraction, completely stopping Gnash's attack. The Namekian stumbled backwards, his body frozen. Riku could have sworn if he was a human, the color of his skin would be the most pale ever. The saiyan tried not to smirk at his clever assault, and instead continued his attack and tried to somersault. As his foot came near inches from impact, he realized that Kaito hadn't been taken out of the action still. "Oh right... he's still up..."
Before his foot reached Gnash's chin, Kaito's elbow slammed into Riku's leg, making him instead fall forward. While his body shifted, he used it to attempt to land a punch to the face. Just as he did this, Kaito launched a barrage of fists, causing Riku's fist collide with his. The human threw more punches at a great speed, and just as he did so, Riku began to dodge and weave, and managed to escape them before any actually touched him. As the saiyan continued to dodge, he began to formulate a strategy in his head. "So... I'm being double teamed, and from the looks of it, they're probably about to start actually working together. Well then, I better pick it up too. Gnash is sitting on his butt behind us...meaning he could come with some sort of attack from behind..."
Just as he thought this, he heard a small sizzling sound getting closer. The saiyan's eyes widened as he realized there was a ki blast coming from behind. Riku had only seconds to react, and he smirked while he dodged Kaito's punches. He continued to maneuver his way past the human's punches, and just as the ki blast neared him, the saiyan assumed there would be a follow up. "Hey, Kaito... I hope you know...how to dodge." Just as the word dodge left his mouth, the saiyan back flipped into the air, allowing the ki blast to come straight towards Kaito. Riku, who was now upside down in the air caught eye of Gnash charging towards them behind the ki blast. The saiyan flung a red ki blast at the Namekian, "DODGE!"

Riku tried to deliver a fist to the human as a counterattack, however the barrage of punches from Kaito easily overpowered the Saiyan. The monkey's punch was effortlessly thrown back, so he tried to dodge them instead. Although Kaito was giving his best, he was just hitting the air. "C-Crap, in-fighting is no use too." The human desperately came to this realization. However, a glimmer of hope appeard, in the form of light. Gnash had finally caught up, with a refined resolve. As Kaito was going against Riku, Gnash's Ki blast neared the Saiyan. Though, you could still see the guy smirking under his teeth. For this reason, Kaito stayed on alert.
Just as the human hunched, Riku of course had some plan up his sleeve. In the last second he performed a back flip up in the air, which would cause the Ki blast to come Kaito's way instead. The blondie was mentally prepared for any miscalculation, however he needed to physically "prepare" too. Kaito gradually slowed down his movements, and as he was about to clash with the sphere, he swiftly lowered his head along with the torso, with his face facing the floor. Kaito spread out his muscular arms on the ground, and lifted himself with the help of his palms going against the floor. He'd then direct his right heel to the levitating Ki sphere, and shot it right toward where Riku's new location was. "You still ain't escaping from this, pal!"
Kaito completed his frontal somersault and was back on foot again. Now it was time for Gnash to have some spotlight. However this didn't mean for Kaito to let his guard down. He still had his battle stance and was analyzing Riku's movements for some possible opening against Gnash.

Gnash’s eyes followed the backside of the Monkey before him, watching as he once again proved his superiority over the two of them combined. He effortlessly evaded every single one of Kaito’s punches, even finding an opening to dodge Gnash’s Ki blast. He bent at the knees, pushing off of the white tiled-floor to launch himself up into the air on an angle. This angle allowed the Saiyan to perform a backflip in mid air, effectively avoiding the sizzling blast Gnash had sent his way moments before. Riku had timed it perfectly, waiting until the ball of energy came within a foot of his person before dodging so that the blast would instead line itself up with the Human Kaito, giving him little to no time at all to dodge.
Fortunately, Kaito had another trick up his sleeve. His evasion skills were unmatched, bringing to mind what Gnash could possibly accomplish should he take his weights off. He ducked underneath the ball of Ki, placing both of his palms against the floor. He lifted his lower body from the floor, bringing his hee up to plant it firmly against Gnash’s ki blast. He struck the sphere with the heel of his right leg, utilizing the force he was able to build up behind his initial swing. The power from his kick sent the ball of energy flying towards Riku, who was now gliding through the air in an upside-down position while firing an attack of his own towards Gnash.
Gnash’s yellow hues soon morphed to orange as the ball of red ki reflected off of them. He did as Riku instructed, tilting his neck to the left side just in time to allow the blast to whizz past his cloaked ear. The energy blast dissipated shortly before reaching the wall of the spaceship, giving Gnash half a mind to think that Riku modified it in some form or fashion. There was a heavy possibility that the inside of this ship had some sort of invisible barrier that dispelled energy attack so as to not damage the confines when training, or in this case, sparring. Extremely clever on Riku’s part, especially considering their current situation.
With his speculations aside, Gnash brought his attention back to the task at hand. Riku now had Gnash’s original energy attack flying towards his current position, leaving two more sides open for breaching. The left side had been covered by the ki blast, and Riku’s back left wide open for Kaito. Gnash pressed his gravity-weighted boots against the floor, thigh muscles rippling underneath his clothes. He rocketed himself up into the air, covering Riku’s front while rearing his right fist back. Once he closed the distance, instead of using his fist to strike, he decided it’d be best to at least attempt to fake the Monkey out, and lash out his right leg. The base of his foot had been aimed for Riku’s mid chest, the goal to send him flying back and hopefully smash him into the wall of the spaceship.

Riku successfully managed to backflip out of his situation, getting airborne within seconds. He let the ki blast go straight towards Kaito, as he focused on blasting Gnash. As the saiyan yelled out his command towards the Namekian, Gnash followed it, tilting his head to the side. The blast whizzed past the Namekian's hood, dispersing once it reached the ship's wall, a feature Riku implemented. With Gnash now free of the ki threat, the Namekian charged forward, his fist being pulled back. However, the saiyan heard another sizzle noise coming, Kaito had deflected the blast right back towards Riku. These two had many skills, but so did the saiyan. As he contemplated he watched Gnash's movements carefully before coming to a conclusion. A straight forward attack like that would easily be blocked, meaning some type of fake out would be what Gnash was planning.
The saiyan also took into mind the blast heading for him. If he blocked the kick, the blast would still strike him. Now, Riku could only dodge. The saiyan allowed Gnash to near his chest, the Namekian's fist still pulled back. Then, as he closed in on Riku, his leg began to shoot forward towards his chest. Riku put his arms to his sides, his palms open, and shot a ki wave toward the ground. The blast shot the saiyan into the sky, dispersing once he had now been feet above his attackers. The blast heading for him was now about to hit air, and so was Gnash.
Holding his hands over his head in a circle shape, Riku began to charge a basketball sized ki sphere and launched it down towards Gnash. "You'd better dodge this, Gnash! BOMB OF HELL, GO!"

Kaito had skillfully directed the Ki sphere towards the Saiyan and not letting him get away from it. As Kaito firmly planted his feet on the ground, his brown hues rested towards the Saiyan. Currently, he was few centimeters above the floor, and the Ki blast was coming his way. Kaito was paying a lot of attention on how the battle will develop. After all, it all depnded on the Saiyan's next move. In a sudden flick, Gnash propelled himself forwards the Saiyan and stretched his fist towards to pummel the Saiyan down the floor.
Kaito was curious to see how would Riku manage to get through the Ki blast in his left and Gnash in the right, hence he stood still, with his arms unfolded forwards in case of any surprise attack. Riku wasn't making any movement until it looked like he would finally get hit. On the other side, Gnash's plan was to fool out the Saiyan with the earlier fist, and quickly lashed out his right leg. However, it all would be in vain when Riku shot a Ki wave directed downwards, to lift himself higher and consequently, Gnash and his Ki blast would only hit the thin air.
The Ki sphere went all its way against the wall and exploded in the process, whereas Riku was about to shoot a basketball sized Ki sphere down to Gnash. Kaito was insantly alerted by such thing and decided to take action. From the looks of it, it looked like that attack would be able to deal unimaginable damage to Gnash. "Oh no, he's about to get hit! Think... I've got to do something!" Kaito floated in the air to reach Riku's height and stopped. "I've got no choice but to use that technique!" Kaito flared his aura and manipulated his Ki in the form of four Ki spheres levitating and rotating around his hips. Without any further delay he directed these four balls towards Riku's attack before it was too late. With Kaito's manipulation, the spheres would come together and form a wall to tank the sphere.
Kaito panted shortly after he performed the technique. He realized that he was really running out of gas, after all he had put a decent performance up until now, and his Ki reserves were only decreasing. Kaito watched as the two techniques collided with each other however Riku's technique proceeding, regardless of being half weakened than before. Kaito had done his best to prevent the sphere to fatally hit Gnash, now it all rested in his arms. Kaito once again clenched his fists together to summon more power. He was able to shoot a barrage of Ki blasts towards Riku before he dropped down to the ground and catch his breath.

Gnash’s yellow hues flared along with the white aura that coursed around his cloaked body. He felt a blanket of pre-satisfaction envelop his body as he soared through the air, fist cocked back in preparation to punch the Saiyan in black into the ceiling. He had a solid plan; Fake him out with a punch and kick him. He couldn’t fly backwards because of the spaceship wall, same with the left. He couldn’t dodge to his right because of the powerful ki sphere aimed for his shoulder, and he couldn’t go straight because of Gnash. Everything had worked out perfectly into their favor. Gnash was happy to finally be able to make some sort of difference in the match, having let Kaito take over for the most part.
But of course, life never worked out the way you wanted it to. Gnash should’ve have expected any less from the Warrior of Death. He had told them that he was with the SSE in the past, and Gnash felt as if he were right to assume that you required and were given a substantial amount of combat training within the brutal organization. Plus, Riku was about two times as strong as him, even without his weights on. If this were a battle to the death, Kaito and Gnash would have been pulverized a long time ago.
The Saiyan swelled the palms of his hands up with ki, aiming his arm towards the spaceship floor. Using the burst of energy as sort of a rocket booster to move him out of harm's way, Riku quickly escaped Gnash and Kaito’s little combo attack, winding up above them, near the roof of the vessel. He had a smirk on his face that gave off mixed signals. He couldn’t tell whether the grin was because he was impressed, or dumbfounded that the two of them combined couldn’t land a single blow on him. Gnash landed back down onto white tile, only to see it gloss over with a thick glow of crimson. He lifted his head, eyes scanning the ceiling for Riku. Underneath the overwhelming glow from his ki attack, Gnash could just barely make out his dangling black boots.
The Saiyan screamed out the name of his attack, thrusting his arms forward to launch a basketball sized sphere of brilliant red and black energy towards the Namekian. With his eyes locked onto the sphere, Gnash allowed his mind to somewhat establish a solid power level for the technique. It was well over his current level of power, succeeding by at least a thousand or more. Riku had launched it with such force and power that the damned thing flew towards him with the speed of a bullet. He had no time to dodge, and he certainly didn’t have enough stamina or power left to block/deflect it.
Gnash simply raised his arms in an x-formation above his head, his goal to protect the most vital part of his body. He waited and waited for absolutely nothing to come. Instead, he could hear his partner during this battle, the human Kaito, grunt and move around to his right. Gnash raised his head once more to catch a brief glimpse of four energy balls intercepting Riku’s Bomb of Hell. A small explosion occurred, creating a small cloud of dust around their current chamber. Gnash, knowing full well that Kaito’s attack couldn’t have been enough to fully negate the Saiyan’s attack, raised his arms into the air, hands placed palm-to-palm so that his fingertips formed a spear-like shape.
His assumption was proven right when the ball of death continued on it’s course, albeit slower and at a much weaker power level. He stole a glance at Kaito, who now was firing multiple blasts of energy towards the Saiyan up above. “This is definitely more up my alley.. All thanks to you, Kaito-san.” When the ki technique neared its target, Gnash plunged his spear-like hands into the base of the sphere itself, his black nails piercing straight into the energy. Of course, this was no walk in the park. Riku had made the green man expend most of his energy and stamina up until this point, and he was running on fumes. When he sneaked a peek at his comrade Kaito, he could tell by the way his chest moved and the way he lugged himself along that he wasn’t doing so hot in the endurance department either.
After a second or two of battling face-to-face with Riku’s ball of darkness, he was able to part his hands, ripping the energy sphere into two halves which he slung to either side of the spaceship, not longer holding any fear of damaging the confines. He immediately turned his attention towards Riku, his intentions being to battle on. His body had different ideas. His knees wobbled underneath the weight of his gravity-enhanced clothing, muscle finally giving way to the exhaustion that crept up upon him. Sweat had already formed along his skin, tiny beads cascading down his emerald skin to pool on the floor below. His jaw hung open, torso contracting in a similar fashion to Kaito’s earlier on. He fell to his knees, body spent due to the strenuous activities he engaged in.
Of course, he was not out of the battle yet. No, he still had some juice left in the tank. He just needed to catch his breath for a moment, and think up some sort of new plan to actually stand a chance against the Saiyan.
