History:
Phae was a Guardian Spirit, a kitsune, for the Waterfield family ever since its founding. Phae surveyed every member of the Waterfield family, including Anton, Aelron, Taveon, Cecil, Mantou, Eric, and many, many others. Celmaru Anton Waterfield however, intrigued Phae, specifically watching over him for longer than most, and more closely than anyone in his family. Since he looked strikingly familiar to Celmaru Regalia Waterfield (Celmaru's Great x10 Grandfather) in his youth, Phae felt an odd sense of nostalgia looking at him. Her past consisted of an old crush with Celmaru (....the original), and was forever plagued by lingering feelings ever since his death.
Ever since Celmaru's birth (the current one), Phae had an odd interest in him, seeing something different, yet familiar spur within him. Phae decided to watch Celmaru (again, the current one) before he was even born, which was unusual given her occupation. As the Guardian Spirit of his family, Phae watched (the current) Celmaru face many struggles and internal conflicts because of race. Being transparent, and untouchable, Phae could only watch (as she's done for centuries) as Celmaru was beaten figuratively, and very literally for 22 years of his life....and all that time, she wanted to hold him, and protect him. Shortly after a certain event (*cough cough thread insert* wodsouls.freeforums.net/thread/6119/deadline-ayumu-invite ), Phae came across Ayumu, who happened to be able to see her. He knew exactly what she wanted, and offered to help.
A few days later, a crate filled with seaweed was brought before Celmaru, and the rest is history!
...Or so was previously stated.
Recent events have brought Phae on many adventures, as she once pondered. Since late February the previous year, between struggles and times of idealistic days in a homely seclusion, Phae has been making every plausible attempt at keeping everything happy, healthy, secure, and more. Despite her nigh-unbelievable behavior and mannerisms, a few flaws have surfaced over the past year. The threat of a rather otherworldly parent has also hung over her and her husband. Regardless of this, the last year has been a rather surprising experience for the kitsune in a seaweed body. Phae hopes for a successful year, as the previous year had been.

Phae adjusts parts of her temporary seaweed body to become razor sharp, able to puncture most surfaces, especially skin. She can create spiky seaweed strands in any morphed form, including in her wrist guard state on Celmaru's arms. These strands can move like a thread along a needle, or like a piece of solid iron underwater; barely. (33% PL)
Great Blast Crash [N1]
Spawning a common sphere of Ki, often from a dominant hand, Phae can launch this sphere just as any other. Phae had witnessed the creation of this technique nearly three centuries ago, and mimicked it to the point of using the technique sufficiently; almost as if she didn't acquire it as she did. Its personality-tracing colors reflect its user, as it should. Phae's GBC is a sort of forest green.
Great Kistune Crash [UP2]
An increased power output in the GBC, modified due to Phae's often unmentioned species. The colors of her own Great Blast Crash remain the same, however, even in the flaming orb of Ki it becomes. Its synthetic flames are just as green as the sphere.
Ultimate Kaiser Impact [MP3]
Regardless of who she is, was, or isn't, the UKI will signify her connections with the entire Waterfield family. The years spent watching over them all, as if they were her own children, would all eventually come to create this technique for her. Mimicry isn't involved with this final evolution.

What? Didn't you expect these by now? Aelron Waterfield was someone that planned rather than bursting in head-first. Whenever anything went awry, a little surprise would await them if they approached him. Phae witnessed this technique long before Aelron's spirit left the living world.
Private Klaus - Shimmer-! Overblow! [N1]
...Yes, Phae is ashamed of both the name and its creator. Regardless, with Klaus' vastly differing personality compared to his Father Aelron, this technique would be a sort of spectacle for those that witness it; such as Phae. With a sudden accumulation of Ki in the knee, likely encompassing the calf alongside it, a violent, glaringly bright kick of Ki would aim directly for any nearby chins. This upward kick is also propelled, albeit briefly, by a haphazard burst of Ki from below the user's heel. This technique can also be adapted into the fist, albeit isn't recommended.
Sargent Major Taveon - Iron Heart! [UP2]
Following the pattern of outright boisterous individuals, Taveon Waterfield had a time and a half inventing this one. Ramming his fists together, a shock wave occurs upon impact, yet that isn't all. The pressed fists slam into the user's chest, energy building in an instant. The energy is soon shot forwards in an open palm strike; intending to knock away anything that wasn't done so by the simplistic shock wave. Taveon was so caught up in making this technique, as Phae recalls, that he didn't bother spending much time on a name.
He more or less called the technique what he claimed his heart to be.
Colonel Cecil - OMEGA PLUS! [MP3]
Whether it be fist or knee, skull or torso, Taveon's Grandfather formulated this technique on a sort of field day. In a brief fit of anger, Cecil Waterfield had forced so much Ki throughout his body that the nearby, humid air began to steam. Upon his fist, however, it had formed something akin to a plus sign; Cecil's opponent soon being launched into the upper atmosphere not a moment later. The acquisition of this technique was also through witnessing its use.
{Vigilante} Cynthia - Helmsplitter [MP3]
Cynthia Waterfield was one of few that didn't involve themselves with the military in their later years. In the recent century after her death, she's most definitely calmed herself after assistance by her late siblings and ancestors...however before all that; Cynthia has done plenty with this technique. The death of three lesser officers forced Cynthia into being dismissed permanently from her position, yet her activity didn't cease there. After being more or less fired from her military position, this technique has been witnessed all too many times by Phae...and those that perished from it mere moments before legitimately dying.
It wasn't even anything that flashy, either. Just an axe kick to any nearby skull.
Specialist Eric - One, Two, Snap! [N1]
(Think Dirty Fireworks...except a bit less dirty, I suppose)
With two taps of her feet, a third tap, alongside a snap, will launch a minuscule bolt of energy into an opponent. Eric Waterfield had created this technique after realizing that he can make far more efficient shots without bullets. Many expeditions were saved due to this little party trick.
Major General Mantou - Impartial Shot [UP2]
Eric's Grandfather Mantou thought himself to be a bit of a "franc-tireur", as he once stated. Taking after his aunt, Mantou believed that he could form better uses of Ki in a military situation. This eventually became charged shots; mostly similar to crossbow bolts or arrows. Once again, Phae had witnessed this technique and mimicked it.

Major General Mantou - Nigh-Infinite Potential [UV3]

Mantou didn't stop with more nimble shots. Eventually his varying bolts of Ki became both nimble and explosive (if need be). However, their ability over time increased to far more potent levels of homing. Its wispy behavior, albeit mostly controlled by the user, distracted many a foe. Mantou kept this in mind and branded the technique, that of which he created on his own of course, to have "nigh-infinite potential". The name had stuck, for some reason.
Lieutenant General Cerci - Two Kilometer Shot [MP3]
Cerci, bearing modest fame regarding her shooting, supercharged her weaponry with Ki rather than bullets. Ki prowess combined with modern (at the time) technology proved useful enough to even display an increased range. Cerci's farthest shot was recorded just above two-point-seven kilometers. As impressed as Phae was, her farthest, from what was guessed, was only about two kilometers at best. Phae just can't make a sniper scope out of nothing, after all.

Mimicry isn't possible in the direct sense with this technique. Most times, Energy Coating correlates to the user and their preference, rather than a standard look for all. Phae's version of Energy Coating differs from her husband's, as well. Anyone within 80% of her active PL will still have to put in effort to shatter her armor, in comparison to Celmaru w/ anyone even the slightest bit stronger can destroy it in an instant.
Energy Blade [UT]
As Anton's Arsenal often holds firearms and ranged weaponry, Phae may require a more physical means of combat every once and a while (excluding her fists). Forming a basic blade of energy is to simply compensate. Several techniques are usable alongside this blade; focusing excess energy through it to launch other techniques.
Magic Materialization [UT]
Being in touch in the more magical side of things, Phae can create objects from nothing.
Tables, chairs, teapots, beds, sheets, baby toys, and more can be created.
Energy Kittens [UT]
...I believe the name speaks for itself.

Bodily Manipulation [UT]
(Flavored Shape-Shifting)
Possessing a physical body made of seaweed, Phae can mold it to fulfill any visage, shape, form, etc. Earlier last year, Phae often took the form of green wrist guards, later discarding it due to her pregnancy. This ability cannot encompass forms that are larger than approximately 30 ft. in any dimension; as Phae's body only has so much seaweed within it. Phae's body does require equilibrium for every modification.
A larger proportion will reduce Phae's overall size, for example.
Anton's Arsenal - "Infinite" Storage [UT]
(A Utility tech akin to Energy Coating, mostly for flavor uses)
Taking note of another technique a Waterfield family member once utilized, Phae take summon various weapons (of mostly modern sorts) with just a bit of concentration. Firearms happen to be the most common of arsenal summons. Every weapon is made of energy, and will disappear whenever Phae deems fit.

As the seaweed forms a lotus, a single sphere is released as she gets rid of
her bodily binds and temporarily attains her kitsune appearance back, the form
she used to protect the family with. This form can be harnessed within the physical body,
however an increased chance of excess effects may occur.
10x Transformation: Shi-bi Guru - Four Tailed Ghoul
As a beast of protective natures, she has never truly harnessed the dark
potential within a kitsune as black markings become visible on her entire being
before a inner skeletal frame starts to form within her spiritual being.
Giving Phae a solid bonus as her blows now deal extra damage with her body able
to reform the bones at will while slashing at opponents with her own parts.
Yet the most interesting part is how a blood red aura radiates off the right eye,
slowly going up in small sparks of lightning while when using a ability, her
entire body sparks with red lightning.
20x Transformation: Yao Saigai - Eight Tailed Apocalypse/Disaster
When you truly realize what every single heartbeat in your torso means, when the bones that follow your spirit become much alike yours, Phae casts away that shell of seaweed that was once her temporary body, fully gathering the body of a kitsune while when Phae calls upon the power of her eight tails, she are able to lunge at opponents with them, while lightning starts to surround her, giving not a single bit of leeway upon the opponent. Derived from another warrior Phae has clashed her fists against, she is able to completely manifest her bodily limbs as lightning to do long ranged blows and kicks or reinforced blows.
30x Transformation: Ai no Itami - The Pain of Love
As Celmaru brings his body forwards, he draws out the full power of his own body, gritting his teeth as slowly his entire body starts to convulse in energy, the flesh on his arms and legs starting to be torn of as everything turns into electricity while he lowers his body forwards, mastering the ability that once in the past the Celmaru himself have used yet using it for his own.
Their perfect mastery over lightning and fire itself that brought this form into the being of Phae as she feels her arm morph into a large paw with the bottom half made out of liquid flames pressing down on the ground, scorching the ground as all four beast like fox legs are made out of liquid flames, the last half of the tails and the eyes in her skull, while the rest of her body is made entirely out of electricity.
One who is truly able to pull all of Phae's power into a single emotion can draw upon this to spark even the brightest flame, as she is a towering thousand tailed kitsune. Very few kitsunes can reach a thousand tailed form where they are completely and mentally destabilized before they master it and must obtain a calm that .... Is nothing more than being calm, before returning to normal.

Possessing a physical body made of seaweed, Phae can mold it to fulfill any visage, shape, form, etc. Earlier last year, Phae often took the form of green wrist guards, later discarding it due to her pregnancy. This ability cannot encompass forms that are larger than approximately 30 ft. in any dimension; as Phae's body only has so much seaweed within it. Phae's body does require equilibrium for every modification.
A larger proportion will reduce Phae's overall size, for example.

Taking note of another technique a Waterfield family member once utilized, Phae take summon various weapons (of mostly modern sorts) with just a bit of concentration. Firearms happen to be the most common of arsenal summons. Every weapon is made of energy, and will disappear whenever Phae deems fit.

As the seaweed forms a lotus, a single sphere is released as she gets rid of
her bodily binds and temporarily attains her kitsune appearance back, the form
she used to protect the family with. This form can be harnessed within the physical body,
however an increased chance of excess effects may occur.
10x Transformation: Shi-bi Guru - Four Tailed Ghoul
As a beast of protective natures, she has never truly harnessed the dark
potential within a kitsune as black markings become visible on her entire being
before a inner skeletal frame starts to form within her spiritual being.
Giving Phae a solid bonus as her blows now deal extra damage with her body able
to reform the bones at will while slashing at opponents with her own parts.
Yet the most interesting part is how a blood red aura radiates off the right eye,
slowly going up in small sparks of lightning while when using a ability, her
entire body sparks with red lightning.
20x Transformation: Yao Saigai - Eight Tailed Apocalypse/Disaster
When you truly realize what every single heartbeat in your torso means, when the bones that follow your spirit become much alike yours, Phae casts away that shell of seaweed that was once her temporary body, fully gathering the body of a kitsune while when Phae calls upon the power of her eight tails, she are able to lunge at opponents with them, while lightning starts to surround her, giving not a single bit of leeway upon the opponent. Derived from another warrior Phae has clashed her fists against, she is able to completely manifest her bodily limbs as lightning to do long ranged blows and kicks or reinforced blows.
As Celmaru brings his body forwards, he draws out the full power of his own body, gritting his teeth as slowly his entire body starts to convulse in energy, the flesh on his arms and legs starting to be torn of as everything turns into electricity while he lowers his body forwards, mastering the ability that once in the past the Celmaru himself have used yet using it for his own.
Their perfect mastery over lightning and fire itself that brought this form into the being of Phae as she feels her arm morph into a large paw with the bottom half made out of liquid flames pressing down on the ground, scorching the ground as all four beast like fox legs are made out of liquid flames, the last half of the tails and the eyes in her skull, while the rest of her body is made entirely out of electricity.
One who is truly able to pull all of Phae's power into a single emotion can draw upon this to spark even the brightest flame, as she is a towering thousand tailed kitsune. Very few kitsunes can reach a thousand tailed form where they are completely and mentally destabilized before they master it and must obtain a calm that .... Is nothing more than being calm, before returning to normal.
