I think it's kinda terrible if it doesn't have resets. I also think we should add a decreasing cost to those who wait in the AL a long time as well, but that's for another time.

Making it 1000z/2500z/17500 would in my opinion break the UC and turn it into a major malus to the point where we should definitely have the option to go into AL instead (or consider removing the UC) because it'd wind up being a huge experience blackhole. I like the 1000/4000/7000 option because it maintains the Shoki expense percentages. Keep in mind that while you earn Shoki in AL you also earn PL, and have plenty of opportunities for raw PL gains, AL tutors, etc. You might say it's not the experience of most players to get those things, and I say it's not -yet- their experience, because most players having reached the stage where they would receive AL boons. But some have, and more and more are hitting the viability mark frequently. Older and more experienced Androids would receive none of this, and be expected to dish out huge Zeni sums of basically wasted WC.
Instead of making really high and hard-to-cross death walls, why don't we make them more time sensitive? If the problem is going to be Androids running amok in Sagas over and over, wouldn't the best solution be to institute the Tiering cooldown that would give a lengthy timer on the cost of the Rebuild? We could couple this with similar cooldowns on non-Android AL.
If the Shoki costs on AL are too high, we could lower the price and institute a cooldown for that side as well.
