Cipher gave a small sigh as he approached the Pale Rider. His head was still aching slightly from the alchohol he had consumed earlier, though thankfully his systems were quick to burn through it. At least Porsalynne, who was walking by his side along with their daughter, had found the whole thing funny. She and Charlene had just gone on a rather interesting tour of the royal palace. It was good to see they enjoyed their trip to Vegeta and were unharmed, despite the negotiations failing. At least he knew that Earth wasn't going to fall into chaos any time soon. But now, it was time for them all to depart. Time to head home and get some much needed rest.
As the three headed up the ramp into the ship, Dr. Latchkin was waiting for them. "Sir, there's some news waiting for you," the scientist explained. Cipher blinked and nodded before heading to the control console. Pressing a couple of buttons, the message that had been sent to him from Earth appeared on the screen. After reading it for a moment or two, the android sighed. "Cipher?" Porsalynne asked, "What's wrong?" "It would seem," Cipher explained, "That with the fall of Arcose, the Arcosian fiefdoms have erupted into a power struggle amongst themselves. BBA high command figured, since I was already off planet, that perhaps I could step in to assist in the situation, since we didn't do anything in response to Arcose's destruction to the Saiyans." "So, we're heading for another planet?" Charlene spoke up. Cipher nodded and the girl suddenly squealed in delight. "This is awesome! I'm probably the youngest space explorer ever!"
"Charlene, this is serious." Cipher spoke up, "This isn't like going to Vegeta. We're literally travelling into a warzone, and I don't know how they are going to accept us." Needless to say, he was worried about what would happen to his family. Porsalynne smiled, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "I'm sure it will be ok," she said calmly, "After all, I know you would never let anything happen to us, and we'll be sure to keep out of harms way while you work." Porsalynne always had a way of helping Cipher relax, as the pale android smiled. "Very well then. Come on you two, strap yourselves in and let's get going, shall we?" Both mother and child nodded and strapped themselves in as Cipher powered up the ship. It wasn't long before the Pale Rider lifted off and was flying away from Vegeta, heading towards the warzone that was Arcosian Space.
